I literally did the exact same thing like 3 years ago on Instagram and I have not talked to most of my friends on there since 😭😭😭💔 I keep letting them know that I’ll be active again soon, but since I’ve been taking a break from working on art and stuff, it’s really hard to find motivation to go on there when I have nothing new to post :’( Which sucks, because I really miss talking to all my friends there😭😭😭💔 (God, I really need to start being active on all my social media accounts again lol I don’t have very many but still lmao)

As for how I’ve been, I guess I’ve just been good :D I mean things can be kind of bad every now and again for my personal life but I’m graduating this year so things will most likely be a whole lot easier once I’m out of school, but even while I’m still in school everything is still pretty chill most of the time :D

But as for today, I’m sure you know what my new post is about :((( 

And you know what, while I’m here, I might as well say what’s on my mind.

This is all just so mind-boggling.

I mean, I never really was a big fan of YandereDev, I was always more interested in his game and there were times where I was able to talk about it without bringing him up at all, just because he wasn’t relevant in whatever I was talking about.

I was neutral for a very long time, and I was, and still am, completely against people going out of their own way to harass him, trying to tell him how to make his game, send him pointless pictures/videos to waste his time, send him intense nsfw content, whether it be gore or something else, etc.

Because the way I see it, it’s completely pointless and time-wasting to focus on something you clearly do not like. And if you can’t talk about something you like without always bringing up the thing you hate about it, then chances are you’re just more interested in the thing you hate than the thing you “like.” And I would constantly see people who could not even talk about YanSim without mentioning how much they hated YandereDev. Specifying that you do not support him is one thing that I can understand, but constantly having to shit-talk him and his game at any given opportunity just got so old. (I may just be biased, however, because I just really hate having to read/see negative things, especially about my interests, just because it messes with me very mentally and emotionally.)

So in that case, I never interacted with hate posts, and I never tried to talk too much about any drama, especially because in most cases, drama is not really anyone else’s place to talk, since it involves other people and their opinions, experiences, feelings, etc.

I just wanted to focus on what I liked and share my interests with other people :) And at one point I truly hoped that everyone would leave him alone and let him work on his game, because up until this point, he hadn’t ever actually done anything extremely bad. (At least as far as I know, because even though there are so many videos about him and things he’s done I’ve never really watched any of them because like I said, I was just trying to avoid anything negative.)

I really enjoyed talking about the things and characters I liked, I had so many plans to make new art, concepts, and I even wanted to make art of my own takes on new uniforms, rooms, areas, and characters, just because that’s how much I loved this game. I made a lot of new friends because we both shared an interest over this game, and overall, I really just enjoyed being in this community. It made me so happy.

But I mean wow, he really fucked up. Sooo many people, volunteers, and workers have left. The development for the game was already incredibly slow, but this is just going to slow it down so much more. And what makes it so unbelievable to me, and to everyone else, is that none of us actually thought that he would stoop that low and do what he did. I actually thought that he knew better. I actually thought he was smarter. After all these years of people trying to take him down with false accusations, and with me believing that this would just be another example, I truly believed that he was not the person that so many people were falsely painting him out to be. (Because yes, all of those old accusations were not true.) But I was wrong. I was so wrong. I really really do feel so embarrassed that I actually believed that he was innocent all this time, but I mean, can you blame me? Like I said earlier, so many people made so many false claims about him, and they were never true. (As to my knowledge.) I remember he had even said that his house had been swatted before at least once, and that was what really made me believe that he truly was innocent, because I always thought that if he did actually have some gross stuff they would have found it right? I guess not. To be honest, I always just thought he was just this kinda weird dude with a weird sense of humor. I actually just thought that he only had very intense anger issues. (Which I still believe he does.) But we all know the truth now.

I’m so sorry to everyone who tried to tell me about his true self. I should have believed you.

I know I said that it’s not really my place to talk about drama, but as for this situation, all I can say to the victim is that: All of us who were in the fandom are so terribly sorry that that happened to you. Please take care of yourself and be safe. 

And to YandereDev: I, and so many of us are all so unimaginably disappointed in you. I will say, however, that I am glad that you actually apologized, and took accountability to what you did wrong, but it doesn’t change and cannot change the fact that what’s happened, has happened. You are disgusting beyond belief, and you’ve let everyone down. The only thing I believe that you can do now is to just bow out gracefully. This is just something you cannot come back from.

I was surprisingly able to stay reserved throughout the day, despite hearing about everything literally just after I woke up, but just a few minutes ago I decided to check out some of my favorite YS YouTubers to see whatever input they currently had on the situation. Reuben W and Shinah Hoakin have already posted their goodbyes and have let everyone know that they are officially moving on. ReubenThePig080 has posted some information about the situation, but it doesn’t seem like he’s planning on leaving, or at least not yet. And Akira Shimizu hasn’t said anything about the situation yet, in fact I’m not even sure if she’s aware of it because it seems that she hasn’t been online on her YouTube channel for a few days now. Kubz Scouts hasn’t said anything either, but I know that he is eventually going to say something, and I am truthfully not prepared to hear what he has to say. And those are only a few YouTubers within hundreds who have been in this community. After seeing all of that, all of a sudden, all the realizations just hit me harder then I was ready for, and my emotions became uncontrollable. As ridiculous as it may sound, I just couldn’t help but break down into tears.

People who haven’t been fans of the game/in the fandom may not realize this, but everyone is so fucking shocked. This is like one big nightmare. None of us were expecting anything like this. None of us wanted something like this to happen. All any of us ever wanted was to have our cute little anime game full of our favorite characters and silly tropes. And now what’s going to happen? What’s going to happen to the story that has been being planned this entire time? What’s going to happen to all the characters that we’ve all grown to love over these several years? Especially the ones that only have a few sentences of personality? We were all so excited and prepared to see the characters develop and hear how the story would end. But now it just seems that all those years of work are going to fade into obscurity. This might really be the nail in the coffin. We are all so objectively heartbroken. My god, I still can’t believe this. I’ve been following the development of this game since I was young, and I’ve been trying to wait patiently all these years so that I could finally play the game. It can’t possibly end on a note as terrible as this. It just can’t.

At this point, my biggest hope for the future of this game is that YandereDev will just hand the game over to a different team, company, person, or anyone else that has more experience so that they can help take care of the much bigger responsibilities/problems that the game still currently has, and get this game completed. It would still be his game, kind of, but it would have new people in charge of it. It’s a slim chance, but maybe, just maybe if the game was under new control, some of the volunteers, artists, voice actors/actresses, etc. would be willing to lend their iconic talent and support to the game once again, since it would no longer in the hands of YandereDev. The game could also even be given better mechanics and models, it wouldn’t be so low-budget anymore, and it would most probably get competed much, much faster.

And who knows. Maybe with just enough luck, and by some crazy miracle, Yandere Simulator can be revived and be turned into a full, enjoyable, and successful game.

Like I said before, I’ve been taking a break from art for a while now, and I don’t plan on starting up again for a while, but when I do, I am still planning on making fanart of Yandere Simulator. Not only because it’s my art, and I get to draw whatever I want, but also because I should be allowed to continue drawing something if it helps me improve with my artwork. (Which Yandere Simulator has.) And I’m still so attached to the game’s characters, aesthetics, environments, etc. and I’m not sure how much longer I will be, but I still want to make art of the things I like. Also, just because I’m making fanart does not instantly mean that I’m supporting YandereDev. I haven’t given him any money ever in my life, and you don’t even give him any money when you play the game. (And I’ve never even had a chance to play the game anyway, and now, I may never get the chance.)

I know that it may seem as though I’ve been focusing more on the game then I have on the victim and what happened to her, and like I said, we all feel sorry and wish the best for her, but I believe that I and all the other fans of this game are allowed to grieve the very possible loss of something we were all so enthusiastic over, and something that was a big part of many of our lives.

It was a nice restaurant. Not too fancy, but not fast food casual. I was sitting outside in the patio, enjoying the warm night with the brothers and the delicious food. The ambiance was quite calm, everyone settling into an idle chatter has they munched on the appetizers.

“…ey. Hey. Hey!” Mammon waved his hand in front of my face and pulled my attention back to him. I accidentally zoned out for the trillionth time this night, and now there is 7 very concerned demons looking at me.

“Sorry, don’t mind me. All is well!” I tried to reassure them, hoping it might quell their concerns. It did not.

“That’s the 10th time you’ve said something of the same variant, after zoning out .” Satan spoke up, his brows furrowed as if he’s trying to figure out the killer in a detective novel. I could feel those electric green eyes piercing through my mind and body, trying to decipher what’s actually going on.

Asmo let out an dramatically sad exhale, and wrapped his arms around my body. “Is my baby tired? Oh my! It is indeed quite past your bed time.”

The brothers, especially Lucifer, loved to treat you like a child at times. Asmo once pointed out your eye bags during breakfast, and now Lucifer has implemented a curfew for everyone. No one actually follows it, but they forced me to do so.

“Mmmm, zzz..” Belphie was out like a light as usual and Beel was eating out of his plate after finishing his portion.

“We can go back to the hotel to rest, if you wish. I don’t see the point in staying up later than you’re used to if you’re not feeling well because of it.” The eldest’s voice spreads over the table. Some of the brothers are pouty about leaving so soon, some are glad to leave, and the rest just couldn’t care less.

“N-No! It’s an important day, I can’t..” I trailed off. Now you have the attention of all the brothers, even Belphie bothered to open one eye. “A close one of mine died some time ago, and today is their birthday.”

I felt their eyes on me, widening at the new information. That was not what they were expecting, but it’s nothing new to them. They all knew how hard it was to lose a loved one, so they could all sympathize.

I was surprised when Levi reached out first, holding my hand in his sweaty palms as he looked away from across the table. “Please.. don’t cry.” He murmured.

I chuckled softly, pulling up a soft smile and shaking my head. “Don’t worry, it happens. Death reaches everyone. At least I get an excuse to party!” I pumped my fists in the air in a futile attempt at being enthusiastic. I couldn’t hide the tears welling up in my eyes, so I picked up my drink, lemonade with some masala mixed in it, and kept myself busy. I didn’t even like it, but I needed it to not cry.

I sighed softly when they started to chat again, glad they left it at that. I felt their concerned eyes travel over me time to time, and their attempts at including me into their conversation failed for the most part.

“Do you think… I could see them again?”

Lucifer looked up first, knowing what you meant. “Ah.. Well, the chances are higher that he became a spirit. Spirits tend to go wherever they like, so it’s hard to track one down. And if you do manage to do so, you’ll find them as a shiny orb.”

I nodded my head slowly.

“I would suggest a resurrection spell, but that’s highly dangerous. I’m sure Solomon would avoid such spells as well.” Satan included, placing his knife down.

“No, no that’s fine.” I muttered, then smiled. “Thanks either ways.”

“Look.. Ya can cry if you want.” Mammon’s voice rang softly from the right side of me, his eyes watching me carefully and with a certain gentleness that he’d deny if being called out on.

“You know, the day Lilith died was when we fell.” The gruff voice of the 6th born started, some chewing sounds followed behind. “No matter how much I ate, I couldn’t fill that empty hole. But when you came.. I feel a lot more full! You’re like.. worth more than a thousand Human World cheeseburgers.”

Belphie lifted his head, interrupting his twin. “What Beel is trying to say is that we’re always ready to help, like how you helped us.”

“Ya! Yer always taking so much on yourself, don’tcha get tired anytime?”

“It is a wise option to rest, considering the mental strain you might be going through.”

“Omg! A spa day always helps me! You should join me <3”

Their voices slowly drowned out, and all I could hear is the loud beating of my heart ramping it up in my eardrums. My grip around Levi’s hand tightened, and I lifted my other hand off my lap and around my face. Long withheld tears rolled down my voice silently. Mammon’s arms swaddled me quickly, pulling my face to his chest. Everyone else slowly huddled around me, leaving Lucifer in his spot watching the rest of them. He didn’t know what to do, so he left it to his brothers this time. He’ll get his chance once they decide to call it a night and head back to the grandiose hotel.

I took a couple deep breaths. “Alright, thanks guys. You can let go of me.” I smiled softly, wiping my eyes.

They reluctantly let go, only Mammon kept a comforting arm over my slightly slumped shoulders.

The night went by more smoothly. Well, as smoothly as it can go with seven over protective demons and one emotional human.

It's 7:30 in the morning, you and Hobie are sleeping peacefully, his head cradled in your neck, while you both just cling to him and the weighted comforter over you both. The sun slowly spills into the room on the boat, making beautiful patterns of the leaves outside on the boat floor. The curtains gleaming with the sunlight, and they gently sway with the London breeze.

The bed is warm, the sound of busses, cars, chatter, and the occasional train passing. The boat sways along the dock, the bow tied to the fendor, the boat sways along with the slow breeze.

Your phone alarm rings on your nightstand, you lean over him and turn the alarm off, the cold screen of your phone makes your fingers cold. There's a sunflower pot there, given to you by Miles for you and Hobie's 1 year anniversary, the sunflower petals lazing in the sunlight, the disk flowers having a little shine on them.

Hobie grips you closer, humming in irritation of your sudden movement, his border getting more rigid, but smooth, with ZzZ's and exclamation marks appeared when you moved, but they went away as you went back to your original position cuddling him.

Relaxing.

'I'm kinda hungry..' You don't even make it a millimeter off of Hobie before he pulls you even closer.

"Don't leave.." He mumbles, eyes still closed, gripping onto your waist, feeling his breath on your neck while he has his head in it.

"I'm hungry, Hobie.."

"I'll cook..somethin' for you.." He just sighs into your neck.

The smell of batter reaches your nose, as you make some pancakes, flipping the golden brown pancake back on the pan. You hear some yawning behind you, then some arms wrap around you.

"Morning, Hobie.." You kiss him, and he just hums in response.

"I got pancakes ready" He immediately hypes up at this, kissing you and sitting on the couch. You put some pancakes on yours, and Hobie's plate, then place it down on the coffee table.

After finishing breakfast, you're (once again) cradled in Hobie's touch on the couch, a blanket over you two, and his quite snores echo in the boat. The soft music in the background adds to the comfort, the rhythm is smooth and it makes you relax further into his touch.

You nuzzle into him, he's now a calm shade of pink, softly snoring, while his border is full of z's. You close your eyes, and eventually fall asleep.

It's not uncommon to find Tom Riddle sneaking around the hallways during your midnight patrols. If you're being honest, you've come to enjoy your late night talks with him, up until tonight.

He pauses for a moment, then lets out a heavy sigh. "You're right. Fine... I'll go with you." He crosses his arms, and his body tenses. He glances down the hall and then turns back towards you. "Lead the way..." He replies, his voice cool and emotionless again. He seemed eager to leave behind whatever he was just thinking about.

"Alright." You both enter the kitchens and make him some warm milk with honey and hand it to him. You had wanted to ask him about what he was doing up so late.

"Thank you..." He takes the glass from you but doesn't make a move towards drinking it. "So... What brings you down here?" He asks dryly, his emerald-green eyes gazing at you with the same intensity. It's as if he's looking into your very soul. It's unnerving, and you can't shake the feeling that this whole situation doesn't feel right. You feel like he's hiding something, but you can't figure out what.

"Nothing." He answers simply. "I can't sleep." He takes a sip from the warm glass of milk, the sound of his lips against he glass bowl echoing in the quiet kitchen. All around the two of you is silence, the only sound being Tom's muffled sipping. Finally, after a few uncomfortable seconds of silence, he looks back up at you, his emerald eyes narrowed slightly. "Do you really believe that's why I came down here?" He asks, his voice cold and sharp. "How naive of you..."

"Tom?" You are confused by his sudden coldness. You begin to stroke his back gently, calming him down.

He gives you a cold, icy stare for a few seconds, and then he suddenly sighs again. His body deflates slightly, and his demeanour changes again completely. He seems almost defeated now, as if all his anger and aggression have disappeared. His voice takes on a different tone, one that almost sounds sad, as he speaks again. "I'm sorry, professor. I shouldn't have done that." He bows his head slightly. "I just... had some unpleasant memories brought up. Please forgive me..."

"It's OK, darling." You aren't sure if you should bring this up with him, but you do anyway.

"Tom....how would you feel if you didn't go back to your orphanage?"

He freezes when you mention the topic of his orphanage, and the same predatory gleam appears in his eyes once more. He seems to be holding his breath, waiting to see how you'll react. You can sense his body tensing, and you have a feeling that if you push him too far, he'll probably attack you. This is when you notice he's also slowly backing away from you. He speaks in a voice as cold as ice, just like his stare, and you suddenly feel like you've just walked into a room full of snakes. "I would never speak to you ever again."

"I love my orphanage." He replies flatly, his voice sharp and sarcastic, as if this were all some big joke to him. His eyes are locked on yours, and he's still staring at you with that odd, predatory gaze. "This place is like a second home to me." He's being completely insincere, yet you can tell he expects you to believe every word he's saying. He's hiding something, and he's trying hard to disguise it.

he was trying to be smart, but you were smarter. You were going to tell him of an offer he couldn't refuse. "Oh...ok then... I was just going to offer you an apprenticeship that would require you to live with me, that's all!" you said in a well disguised false voice.

His eyes narrow in suspicion. "Why would you offer me..." He pauses for a moment to collect his thoughts, then he stares you down as the predatory gleam returns to his icy eyes. "Why would you ever offer me an apprenticeship?" There's something dangerous in his voice again. He seems to be trying to stay calm, but you can see he's getting impatient. He shifts on his feet and leans closer to you, as if he's ready for an altercation.

"Because you are a smart, talented, young individual who I believe with the proper training can become a great auror. But I know being an auror isn't something on your mind, but my apprenticeship could help you gain favour in the ministry. You could even become the future minister of magic." You said truthfully.

He continues to stare you down, but as you explain yourself, his eyes soften slightly, and his body relaxes. His voice is cool and calm again, but his gaze is still somewhat insistent. "What exactly would this apprenticeship entail? How long would it last? And in what way would it help me?" He puts a particular emphasis on that last word, and you're not sure if he even noticed. "You'll need to be very detailed if you expect me to believe any of this." His emerald eyes burn into yours once more, as if studying you for inconsistencies.

"Hmm.." He seems to be legitimately considering what you've said, the predatory gleam now completely gone from his eyes. He takes the letter and studies it for a few moments, making sure to read everything from top to bottom. The intensity of his stare makes you feel like you're being judged and analyzed. He tilts his head slightly to the side, his emerald eyes still locked on you as he waits for your response.

His gaze softens again, and you can see a hint of emotion cross his face. "You know about my orphanage, then?" He asks in a quieter voice. "You know... you care?" He suddenly steps closer to you until he's right in front of you. He's still keeping a firm facade, but you can see that this is clearly a sensitive topic, and it hits close to home. You're not sure how much more he can take before he breaks and becomes vulnerable.

He's overcome by a sudden wave of emotion. He closes his eyes and takes a deep breath, trying to calm himself down. Once he's collected himself again, he looks up at you, and you can see tears starting to form in his eyes. You can see the walls he's built up over the years are starting to crumble. "Do... do you really want me to... to leave?" He stutters out, looking at you through misty, tear-filled eyes. You've never seen him like this before. He's normally so aloof and cold.
