Just the idea of casual vines, grass and ferns brushing lovingly against Harley's legs and arms as they walk together, a perfectly bloomed flower and it's stem wrapping around her bicep.

The two of them spending each night together in the bud of a rose Ivy grew, entrained and intertwined for warmth and comfort. The two of them gently washing each other's backs in the river, skinny-dipping in the dark and getting lost in the feeling of each other's skin against their own.

Ivy creating this perfect escape for them where they didn't have to worry about anything, money, food, cruel and vindictive ex's.

Like,, If she feels nervous about holding Harley's hand, well she better get on it because those pretty ferns that look purple and blue in the right light will not stop wrapping around her and tickling Harley's palms.

Even in the night, they'll wake up curled together, most of the time in the spooning position, but Harley always has a little visitor or two attempting to warm her alongside Ivy. It makes Ivy flush every time as she wills them away, but Harley loves it and she treasures the fact that Ivy trusts her so much, and loves her so deeply that her connection to the plant life around them is tuned in to the sheer overwhelming emotion she feels towards and about Harley every time she lays eyes on her silly little clown.

Harley wouldn't mention it, but she'd know. She is trained to notice those things 💞

theres smth about him that just screams transgender.. hes ftm (female to male) since he didnt feel right in his body, but doesnt mind presenting himself in a feminine way. demisexual also because i dont feel like he randomly falls in love with people unless they know them well and have a good bond! and he obviously doesnt care about anyones gender whatsoever, doesnt have a preference either.

he goes by he/they pronouns and would rather not be regarded by feminine names, though he himself doesnt really care about how he appears to others

What do you think about the bits of characterization implying that Seymour thinks Audrey likes abusive guys (the leather jacket scene/"Gee I'd like a harley machine, toolin' around like I was James Dean, makin' all the guys on the corner turn green!"/her choosing Twoey over him in his nightmare in the extended movie version of The Meek Shall Inherit), this stuff drives me insane and I don't ever see anyone talk about it but I think it's really interesting and can be tied into things like his insecurity about his masculinity and the reality of her 50s housewife dream actually being very messed up and conductive to abuse unknown to her and yeah why do I never see anyone talk about this it's so (strange and) interesting

Seymour definitely tries to "mirror" orin in the sense that he at least wants to look like him.

Audery actually kinda admits to him that she keeps ending up with abusive guys "I'd meet a man and I follow him blindly,he'd snap his fingers,me I'd say sure." Also with in the movie how she excuses orin by saying he makes good money and that he's a Professional.

So I don't know if I agree with Seymour thinks she particularly goes affter abusive guys but I don't disagree either.

But I'm gonna have to flat out respectfully disagree with you about her wanting to be a house wife being messed up.

The second wave of feminism took place in the 1960s which was did critique the idea of women having to belong in the kitchen. But just because a woman wants to be a housewife does that mean she has internalize misogyny?

Let's break down her song somewhere that's green.

It suddenly Seymour she mentions being raised by a single mother so she probably wants a "normal" adult life and wants to raise children with 2 parents.

Also yes Seymour is definitely concerned about his masculinity. He is a very nerdy guy and allways portrayed as the weak guy.

To get a little off topic but in the cartoon i mentioned there a episode that he's I'm home ec and he gets bullied by paine and his friends for not being manly enough.

He probably feels almost pressured by orin who is this overly masculine guy (which is to compensate for the fact he is a closed gay man but that's not what this posts about) and might think audery won't like a little shrimp like him.

He's also constantly getting picked on and pushed around and mostly by his own creation. I myself do struggle with some toxic masculinity and can sympathize with Seymour being more feminine by the people around him.

So audery "choosing " orin over him 100% makes him feel not manly enough.

I saw an idea floating around where the archivists could be based off the four horsemen of the apocalypse since there's four of them and it just sounds real cool. And obviously, they will be the war horse. But I was thinking about changing the fancy jester fit because it felt a bit similar to the collector but they just had more sinister and fierce vibes. Maybe war-general or knight-inspired fit?? Thats if I have the time to re-design them though and the motivation (I got classes coming up real soon and most of my energy will be put through those said classes).

They'd be that one archivist responsible for purging certain records that arent needed anymore or for other reasons (records include living beings so in short shes capable of making a species that has been archived earlier extinct). As an god-like being, you could picture them as some sort of war god. With all the explosions, destruction, and terror; the one more likely to get up close and get physical with you despite your chances of getting disintegrated. As a war god I wanna give them swords as weapons if they ever want to use them. And if she ever becomes angry (head explodes, just light) maybe the blades of the swords will transform into light moving at an extremely fast pace to make a sword chainsaw omg why am i describing weapons i hadn't even bloody drawn yet bruhhh

note to self: give the fire powers to the archivists with the yellow bauble star later when they're created later on and give The extinguisher powers with a more electric, spikey vibe if that makes sense??

I'm willing to make three more interpretations of the archivists :> so uhh, be prepared for that if the time ever comes

side note; one of The Extinguisher's abilities is what the collector also has where they can greatly enhance their eyes to view great distances and beings up close. For her case though, she uses ONE of her eyes, and while using that ability her and view features a crosshair. I wanted to give her that unique sorta ability because I thought it would be fitting for a war god like them to be a super-weapon or smth. It's also because certain cross-hair shapes look very similar to a star

Omg, I didn't realise you requested for HC's omg I got a little carried away when you said I was allowed angst 😅

You narrowed your eyes upon spotting something falling from the sky... Scratch that, it looked as though it was raining, except it was pink flowers. Having been living in Gotham with its sporadic fuckery, you didn't fuck around and find out what the pink rain was as you stepped into the nearest telephone booth and locked yourself in.

Everyone in the city just stood and stared as the majestic fall of what seemed like pink petals fall from the skies, as if the heavens were to celebrate the romantic day as well, while you stand wonder whether these people, the same people who opt not to drink from their sinks and spend extra money on mineral water just in case your husband decided to spike the water supply with his spooky juice, were standing and just watching? But for all you knew, this was just flower confetti to celebrate the day, might be some rich person romantically littering the whole city as a grand gesture of love, but you would rather not catch something today.

It didn't take long for your cautious ass to be justified when everyone around you started acting up. Just as you avoided being one of them, you nonchalantly hotwired the nearest vehicle and headed elsewhere to rid yourself of the eyesore that was public indecency in every turn. At the beginning of the day, you had bleach in your eye drops expecting the day will transpire as it would in Valentine's Day, but the simultaneous exhibitionism was a step too far than you had anticipated.

Your Valentine's Day has been going... Not so peachy. No one else to celebrate it with, not after your husband had gone when he collaborated with the Joker. The bitter resentment remain rested on your tongue as time and time again you witness just how the Joker began to have all happiness had to offer despite what he had done while you, whom he had left void of their other half, continuously burrowed in a hole with no chance to get out. Despite what Joker had done, all the atrocities, the lives he's taken and yet he gets to have a happy family.

Jonathan promised you the world when he asked you to marry him and his promise, he was beginning to give you, Gotham being the first of the world he had to offer. But you didn't want the world, you just wanted him. And in the process of giving you the world by helping the Joker take over Gotham, he had made a small mistake. It was ridiculous to call it a mistake, as it was just a little mishap that's easily ignored-- it was just in the mind of a fucking clown with a weather vane for a moral compass, cost the love of your life to be taken away from you.

You intended to dine in a restaurant where you first had your first date with your husband, reserving your table months in advance, when you were denied and told someone had taken it in your stead with cash you can only dream of making. Fine. That's fine. You could just take a walk in the park like what had happened after your first date with Jonathan... Guess who was there? Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy with their helicopter and hostage taking and whatever date they got going on. The park scratched from your agenda, you started to wander around Gotham... Which happens to be a bad idea, when all you do was sulk and scowl at every passing couple in envy. Then, it began to rain sex pollen... What a day.

And you really had no one to turn to to discuss the crazy fucking day you've had. For one, everyone you knew abandoned you when it came to light you married the fucking Scarecrow. You tried to reconnect with them, but they just couldn't look you in the eye anymore. Two, you couldn't mingle with the crowd your husband was a part of, due to the fact you are not a rogue and you just could not get along with them with the knowledge of them potentially using you against Jonathan when it came to that chance. And they had. You really only had Jonathan but fate went 'Fuck you' and took him.

"Y/N!"

A certain old acquaintance of yours landed on the hood of your car, face pressed against the windshield causing you to swerve due to shock and almost crash. Acting upon nothing but adrenaline, your foot stomped on the brakes, causing a red and black jester to fly off... But Harley being Harley, brushed it off, before she ran towards your side.

"Perfect timing! I need your help!"

"Why?" Everything in your day has gone south, in one way or another, you couldn't bother to mask the annoyance on your countenance.

"We need to find an antidote--"

"I'll pass." You gave her a poor attempt to smile, before once again resorting to start the car again. Just when you were about to drive away, she stands in your way.

"Come on! You're Y/N Crane! The best chemist Gotham U has to offer! Highest ranking in your class!"

"I know what my credentials are, you don't have to recite them to me." What had intended to be an intrusive thought, slips from your lips yet you felt no guilt. "Now could you please," as you made another attempt to turn, she blocks your path once again.

"You're the only one I know who can help us!"

Finally having it, you revved the engine of the car before driving, uncaring enough not to look back to see what state you left Harley in from your potentially fatal stunt. But based on the loud profanities being hurled your way, she must have dodged it.

Harley Quinn... An old 'acquaintance' is a flexible word to use when describing your relationship with her. During her days being in a relationship with Clown Prince of Crime, she was a total cunt towards other villain couples and will do just about anything to be appear better than them. Why, she had came close to killing you when she found out you and Jonathan were nominated as best couples in the Villy's at some point, even if you couldn't care less about some Oscar's rip off. Besides, you weren't qualified as a Villain couple, due to the fact you aren't even a rogue. This nomination was only spurred by the revelation that Jonathan was in a relationship with you, which was a huge fucking surprise for everyone.

She was hostile towards you, went out of her way to pull strings to trip you and for months she tormented you, even when she and Joker won their stupid little trophy at that Villain's award show. You understand the fact she was a different person when she was in a relationship with the Joker, but that does not change the fact she had made your life a living hell for no reason. Come to think of it, she hasn't even apologized.

You had no destination in mind, all you wanted to do was to get away from the sex crazed city and escape the sights and sounds and everything... That was until you pass a chemical plant, did you start to make a turn and stop. The pollen had ceased to fall, but you made the precaution to wear a mask just in case lingering remnants might affect you before letting yourself out the car.

It was just an old, abandoned chemical plantation to others, but to you it is a sentimental piece. Aside from concocting the next Fear toxin to spike water supply that occurs in that abandoned plant, everything just started there. Just two college students coming from their own specialty in science coming together to create something and perhaps teach one another about their branch of knowledge. Until your exchange began to expand to your other interests, then your personal lives... Bond, relationship, marriage.

Scratching the surface was your only way to go if you don't want to cripple yourself with the pain of remembering what you may never experience again. But then again, after his death, living your every day life has nothing but a reminder of you never experiencing him again, it's just that today was multiplied by a hundred from the usual.

You thought you would heal by now, but the wounds still cuts deep as it had the first time you learned of his death. It just so happens you were too drained to shed a tear. Shuddering out a breath, you lean your weight against a tree, leaning your head backwards.

Not an ask BUT, I love the mafia series SO SO MUCH it got me into dark fics, you strike such a perfect balance of obsession and leniency into all of your characters it makes me SWOON. I love all your Y/Ns too!! I love how they have an actual individual personality!!! (Though sometimes flawed, it makes them more likeable because it's realistic)

Only one question, what was your inspiration behind the plot for sarang? Idk if you've alr answered this question sorry.

OKAY OKAY!! FINALLY SOMEONE ASKED????? I’ve been wanting to talk about Sarang for a long while now since its ending very soon. So... THANK YOU OMG!! There are two movies references that I got my plot from: Suicide Squad & Birds of Prey

Firstly, the plot all started when I watched Birds of Prey. (Yes the harley quin movie) So during this time, I already have plans of writing mafia series for my blog, but doesn’t have plost fot everyone yet. And I encountered that movie.

If you look closely... in that movie, Harley Quin broke up with joker and got chased by all of her enemy right after her privileges worn off. It wasn’t clearly specified in the one shot, but in the series it kind did.

Second, I hated how Joker didn’t chase or begged Harley back so I thought to myself I needed to write something with the ending I wanted. (I basically turn my plots from getting ideas from other movies/stories then I change the details to my likings)

So in Sarang, Jungwon searched for Y/n just like how Joker chased after Harley Quin on The Suicide Squad.

I got some of Jungwon’s personality from Joker, like how he’s brave and only want Harley back. But I did made Jungwon more reserved and of course, he loves Y/n more.

Y/n’s personality is base on Harley too. A little crazy and very very stubborn. Very whipped for Jungwon.

THAT’S IT.... Its more crazier inside my head as the plots and scenes gets all mixed up, but that’s pretty much the summary.

Tim did feel panic the first time he feels being nonbinary, after all, he's didn't do well when he found out he's bi, but that okay, the batfam got him

Dick actually some sort of figures out but he feels like he hasn't been long enough by the kids side so he doesn't know how to react

Damian punched quite a lot in schools with Jon, because someone is badmouthing his sibling (though he wouldn't admit Tim's brother) for being part of lgbtq+

ok so you said you wanted to hear about the polyam dynamics so here goes

the main group is me, vienna, harley, evan, mary and regulus. we all live together in a four bedroom apartment. then there's phillippa and nya, who live together with nya's brother james and amelia who's james's gf, in a three bedroom apartment but the third bedroom changes from being an actual bedroom to a guestroom depending on sleeping arrangements

those two apartments are on the same floor and basically next to each other lol

then there's violet, charles and alex, they live in the flat on the floor beneath. They're kinda their own triad but all of them also have relationships to the rest.

Ohh i forgot the pets!

so, violet, alex and charles have a golden retriever called kurt and a striped tabby cat called theo

In the main group apartment (first one i mentioned) we have three cats, casey, paolo and david (he's orange and dumb).

Harley also has two dobermans but they don't live with us cus we don't have the space.and mary has a two of those small parrots i forgot the name, the ones you can keep as pets and their names are aiden and carrie

ALSO, there's a murder of crows that we feed regularly and my fav is a very curious little guy named nick or nicky
