TFP Optimus Prime, Bumbleee, and Shockwave with a human S/O who just casually mentions they've been to the Backrooms? Like they would always/sometimes mentions their past dangerous 'adventures' through countless Levels of the Backrooms, and would refuse to elaborate further (for fun, of course. The human would tell stories regardless) and the human is so deadpan/casual about it.
...Like imagine during a sppedway chase with the decepticons or the baddies, and the human would be like:
"Y'know, I've been chased like this before. In Level RUN For Your Life!. Different thing is that instead of Decepticons and cars, I gotta run through a straight hallway for 10 kilometers on foot whilst being chased by a horde of Smilers, Hounds, Skinstealers, Partygoers. Good times."
"the WHAT–"
I'm not sure if this counts as a crossover or no, so I'm sorry if it is—
A/N: Yipee ki-yay I like writing about the backrooms, so thank you!
[ Please do not repost, plagiarize, or use my writing for AI! Translating my work with proper credit is acceptable, but please ask first! ]
Tumblr media
Optimus
It's needless to say that's concerned about your past experiences in this alternate dimension. He's not quite sure what to make of your attitude towards the backrooms, so he doesn't ask you much about it, but he does offer to lend an ear to let you open up about your experiences.
Tumblr media
Bumblebee
He already thought that the shadowzone sounded bad enough, but to think that there's a whole 'nother dimension or world that you can fall into without the need of two groundbridges! He doesn't understand how you can be so jovial about an experience that nearly killed you, but he's amazed that you were able to survive there for who knows how long with all these things that want to kill you.
Since you seem pretty ok with talking about it, he'll ask you more about what it was like, how you got there, how you left, et cetera.. And if he ever learns that anyone can get stuck in the backrooms, he starts to get a little worried. What if you disappear there again? What if he disappears there? Ever since then he's started veering away from any "weirdly lit areas" or uncomfortable places in general, and it'll take him a while to let it go.
Tumblr media
Shockwave
He's not as disconcerted as you might expect. As he studied spacebridge technology and all the niche and esoteric sciences one would need to comprehend in order to engineer a space bridge, he became no stranger to the concept of alternate planes of existence, and these experiences of yours only corroborate his hypothesis. However, according to your experiences it sounds like the backrooms are of little use or value to him as of now.
Such an unstable environment could be a trove of endless potential and knowledge, yet without a reliable method of guaranteed transportation between the two worlds, it's more of a liability than an advantage over the autobots.

I'm gonna try again tfp team prime with a bot Buddy who has a concerning interest in poison. 😅 And now i'm beginning to annoy myself
Hello there! Don't worry about asking again, I'm just not well versed in some things that's all. Still glad you asked though! Since you did not specify which characters you wanted I will be selecting them at random.
Hope you enjoy!
Ratchet, Wheeljack, and Ultra Magnus reaction to Bot Buddy who is fascinated with poison
SFW, Platonic, talks of poison, Cybertronian/ Bot reader
TFP
Ratchet
Ratchet has known Buddy for a while. As in before the war started, before their interest in poison.
Buddy used to be a good doctor that helped him from time to time in his makeshift clinic. They were always experimenting with new forms of medicine to treat patients. It could have been medicine for a mesh wound to try to find a cure for the rust plague.
It was during the war that they had found an interest in poison.
Ratchet wouldn't see Buddy again until they crash landed on Earth. To say it was a pleasant surprise was an understatement.
"Ratchet? Ratchet is that you my friend?"--Buddy
"Buddy?! By the Allspark it's great to see you online."--Ratchet
"Likewise my friend. Now tell me, what do you need?"--Buddy
"Any help at this point would be nice, truly. "--Ratchet
"Well it's a good thing I brought my kits! Don't worry this war will be over in no time now!"--Buddy
"You still have the kits?! I thought they were destroyed in your lab back on Kimia."--Ratchet
"Kits? Ratchet what are they talking about?"--Bulkhead
"An explanation would be nice."--Arcee
"Buddy has a gift for medicine... And other things..."--Ratchet
"Oh Ratchet you make it sound like a bad thing. To answer your question, my dear Wrecker, I specialize in poisons and venoms of all sorts! Pretty exciting don't you think?"--Buddy
"... I'm just going to be over there..."--Bulkhead
While Ratchet isn't exactly thrilled with the idea of Buddy handling any type of poison, he has to admit that they do get the job done.
Buddy is often seen in their little corner of the base or near the consoles discussing things with Ratchet.
Wheeljack
Wheeljack knew Buddy from the Wrecker's. Like him, Buddy was a former scientist before the war started.
The two of them went together faster than a house on fire. One was never too far from the other, and if they were something was going to explode.
There was a huge explosion the day that the two had gotten separated.
Years later Buddy found a strange signal coming from a planet called Earth. They decided to go and check it out. Who knows if they would find more poisonous things for their kits?
They didn't find any poison yet, but they did find Ultra Magnus, Bulkhead, and Wheeljack.
"Wheeljack! Bulkhead! Ultra Magnus sir!"--Buddy
"Buddy?--Bulkhead
"Buddy?!"--Magnus
"Buddy!"--Wheeljack
"Wait how do we know if it's the real Buddy? We don't want another Makeshift problem."--Bulkhead
"Makeshift?"--Buddy
"True soldier. From what you told me we need to be on high alert in case this is a Decepticon."--Magnus
"Decepticon?"--Buddy
"It's Buddy I can tell."--Wheeljack
"How?"--Bulkhead
"There is only one bot crazy enough to carry that many kits labeled POISON like it's a collection of rocks."--Wheeljack
"Hey!"--Buddy
After the formal introductions are made, and Buddy gets to know Team Prime, they are once again attached to Wheeljack.
Wheeljack doesn't mind Buddy's fascination with poison. In fact he encourages it. The more Cons they can the better.
Ultra Magnus
Ultra Magnus knew Buddy as a new recruit for the Wrecker's medic.
How in the world they became friends?
Magnus doesn't have the right answer for that. It just happened.
He is well aware of Buddy's poisonous hobbies but he can't say they aren't benefiting from it. There have been multiple times where the Wrecker's would have been killed if not for Buddy's experiments.
Buddy had gotten separated from the Wrecker's during a rather gruesome battle. Magnus pushes his grief deep down so he could focus on leading his group.
Buddy gets reunited with Magnus when they literally crash into the IronWill.
"Identify yourself!"--Magnus
"Magnus? Ultra Magnus! I can tell how good it is to hear your voice my friend!"--Buddy
"Buddy?"--Magnus
"Sure is Commander! Might I say it again, it's good to hear your voice."--Buddy
Magnus gives Buddy the introduction to the team. He makes sure that Buddy doesn't feel isolated or left out. He knows how that feels.
It takes more time for the team to get used to the fact that Magnus has a best friend than Buddy playing around with poison.

Shockwave ♤ Kiss The Spark
Might be my last TFP X Reader one-shot I'm dropping for now. I've got several other one-shots and even a full book that was in the works, but whenever I'll finish any, I have no idea.
[TL;DR] You really do be worrying your beloved cyclops scientist with the risks you take. And he finds it illogical.
Tumblr media
♤ ~ Comfort ~ ♤
It was a lazy day for the two of you. Megatron was busy leading the Decepticon cause, as usual, and left Shockwave to his tools. Said mech was trying to work on basically recreating a predacon while you were watching him. It did make him a little uncomfortable with how you were basically staring at him, but he would never out right say it.
You were just supposed to be a random human he could study and experiment on after you were kidnapped by Knockout months ago. But now you were the lover of the warship's scientist. Basically his Conjunx Endura, and he did show some affection towards you while feeling some sort of emotion despite having undergone shadowplay. At first it felt like you were treated like a pet, which you technically were in the Decepticon's optic, but it was obvious he was lying to himself over time as you began to worm your way into his spark.
Despite the months of love and care, he slowly started neglecting you due to the cause being his main priority. Sure, he did give you food and your own box corner that felt like a small apartment, but his affection towards you decreased and you were missing it. You were missing the freetime you had and spent simply roaming around the Nevada desert whenever you landed. You wanted to relive that.
"Hey, Shocky?" He didn't bother turning around to face you as he continued working, not answering. But you knew he was listening. "When do you have time to hang out again?" You asked with a hopeful gaze at the back of his helm.
He ceased his movements for a moment, turned his optic toward you and said, "Most likely when I am finished with this project. I do not know how long it will take. It would be most logical of you to simply wait."
You frowned at his response and started to make your way towards the door. "Oh, okay... I'll leave you to it then..." The giant metal doors slid opened for you and closed once you passed the threshold. Shockwave knew you left but didn't bother stopping you as the project took priority. However, that doesn't mean he didn't feel more empty when you were out of the room.
And it finally seemed too much after two agonizing hours of not having you around him. He told himself he would do a quick check-up on you to ensure you were all fine. So, he left the project on his table before making his way to the bridge where he knew Soundwave would possibly still be with you.
Unsurprisingly, he was right. Well, half right. Soundwave was at the bridge, but you were nowhere to be found. Of course there had to be a reason for it, and who would know better than the slender mech himself. "Soundwave," the cyclops started as he approached the other working Decepticon, "where is (Y/N)?"
The TIC ceased his movements before typing away again, revealing groundbridge coordinates on the screen. The coordinates seemed to lead into town, close to a few stores but far away enough for a small groundbridge to go undetected. Soundwave turned his helm towards the mech behind him as he slightly lifted a servo at the screen to point at it. Shockwave gave him a puzzled look- Or at least as puzzled as one could look with a single optic for a faceplate. "Why did you send them there?"
Instead of answering with more movements, Soundwave decided to simply play a voice clip he recorded of you in your own words. "Hey, Sounders, could I maybe go to town? I need to see if I can buy some material for [...]. I know it sounds weird, but hear me out-" The audio abruptly cut of before you could explain any further. And there was information missing, most likely to keep whatever you were planning a secret from the scientist. It seemed illogical for you to be plotting something behind his back however. Thus he didn't question the TIC any further about the audio.
"When will they return?" Soundwave played another clip in response, "I'll call you when I got everything, alright? Shouldn't take more than two hours max."
And as if on cue, a sudden personalized ringtone rang out on the bridge with an image of you on the screen. Their optics glanced at the screen before Soundwave answered the call. You sounded like you were out of breath. And Shockwave was able to feel your anxiety through your bond.
"H-Heya, Sounders!" You dramatically exhaled a large portion of air before continuing in a rather quick way. "Please don't tell Shocky, but I kinda ran into some trouble and am being chased by a gang with weapons. I managed to escape unscathed, but I sadly didn't get some other things." You took another deep breath. "And as much as I wanna grab some extras, I don't think I'd be alive on my way back if I did that. At least I got enough for one."
As both mechs became concerned, Shockwave decided to speak up. "(Y/N), are you in a safe location? Do you require a groundbridge immediately?"
The voice caught you by surprise, but you were also a little relieved to hear him. "I-I'm not far enough from people yet. I'm across the street from the gang right now and they seem to have lost me. But there's an alleyway here." You then proceeded to walk down the dark alley. "I don't think there's a second gang in here so I should be-" You cut yourself off as you looked behind you with wide eyes. The fear you gave off reached the scientist instantly.
"(Y/N)? Are you alright? What happened?" Your sudden silence made them even more worried. The silence wasn't there for long though as harsh winds clashed with your phone, indicating that you were running.
"They found me! I-I can't run any longer! My bags are- are slowing me down! And they want my bags and my money! But I need them! And whAT THE FUCK- WHY?!"
Turns out the alley had a deadend.
The two mechs could faintly hear one guy say something, but it was inaudible. But they could hear one who was closer. "You're right. Why should we just take their belongings if we could have some fun with them as extra?"
While the cyclops was able to feel your hopeless anxiety already, the call managed to catch the sounds of your sniffles. You hiccuped as you whispered into your phone, "I need you, Shockwave." You usually weren't scared of most things- Hell, you made a giant alien robot fall in love with you and managed to befriend others on the warship, deeming them as family! And they wanted to cyberform the earth! But being in this situation, alone, far away from your family, with just some useless things you bought... It scared you.
And this was something that truly angered Shockwave for once. The fact that you used his actual name instead of a nickname told him how trapped you truly felt.
It sent him over the edge.
"Soundwave. Groundbridge to their coordinates. Now", he commanded firmly.
The masked mech, despite being kind of surprised by the taller mech's sudden show of emotions, did as he was told. The scientist didn't waste time in running towards the now open swirly green portal. He didn't even bother transforming and using his holoform.
These humans deserved to suffer.
By his true form's servos.
You were backed up into the deadend when you noticed a familiar green light pop up behind you. Out of instinct you moved aside as the gang stared at it, not knowing if this were special effects to scare them off. That's when you saw Shockwave step out of the portal. He took a moment to take in his surroundings before spotting you next to his pedes, shivering from shock, but still smiling up at him with teary eyes. "H-Hi, hun..."
"Go home, sweetspark. I'll meet you there."
He said. Then he watched as you somewhat clumsily sprinted through the groundbridge, two bags in hand, before he turned back towards the group of humans.
"It would be illogical of me not to dispose of lifeforms that pose a threat to my sparkmate."
What was mercy? In that moment, he couldn't recall.
While waiting, you were next to Soundwave, being comforted by his tendrils as you held onto one like a big teddy bear. Your bags were sitting behind you. Shockwave finally returned a few minutes later, groundbridge closing behind him. His servo and pedes were completely bloody. You also spotted a bit of blood on the rest of his frame- even a tiny bit on the side of his helm. He walked up to your still slightly shaken form. "Did they harm them in any way?" He asked the other mech, who previously ran a scan on you as safety precaution.
Soundwave responded with a simple "Negative" audio as he retracted his tendrils from you, now that your biggest comfort was here. You reluctantly let go of the tendril when a servo gently wrapped itself around you instead, picking you up. The purple mech didn't say another word to the shorter mech and simply walked off, all the while placing you on his shoulder pad. Sure, you were now a little bloody too, but you could just wash your clothes. While Shockwave felt the comforting relief through your bond, he still was upset about your reckless logic.
"You left the ship without my authorization or knowledge." Most would view his monotone yet commanding voice as a sign of pure anger, but you knew that he was actually worried sick.
"B-But I-" "You could have been hurt and I would not have been able to protect you. From now on, you are to stay on the warship if I'm.not accompanying you", he stated firmly, placing you on the table and coldly turning away towards his project.
Now that you were finally back in the lab, he wouldn't need to worry about you being hurt anymore, despite his spark not wanting to shut up about the slight bit of worry. However, due to you still being upset about the previous situation, you couldn't help but tear up again. You honestly didn't mean to make him mad and worried. He could feel it.
"I-I'm so s-sorry", you whispered as you hiccuped. "I-I just w-wanted to make y-you a gift..."
This caught the scientist's attention as his ear fins moved. A gift... for him? You went through the lengths of sneaking out(, despite Soundwave's knowledge of course), going to town alone, and running away from a street gang... just to make him a gift? So, naturally he demanded for an explanation for this stunt you tried to do.
You pulled your bags closer to your body as you sniffled, rummaging through one of them. "I-I bought materials f-for a self-made gift..." You then pulled out some purple fabric from the bag. Almost the same shade of purple as his frame. "I-It was supposed to be a plush toy version... of you..." A small, sheepish smile made its way onto your lips. The tears may have stopped flowing, but you still didn't feel quite comfortable in what you were presenting him. It wasn't even finished, after all. And you weren't even sure if he would like it.
"Giving me a toy version of myself is illogical." For a second, a frown replaced your smile. Thinking he didn't like the idea, you slowly starting lowering your arm in disappointment, wanting to put the fabric away again so he wouldn't have to see it.
"O-Oh, sorry... I thought-" "But, I appreciate the sentiment", Shockwave quickly added as he approached you with his servo. One digit gently trailed up and down your arm in a comforting manner. "You may still continue creating it. I am not stopping you." Him using a gentler, lower tone made you smile again. You wrapped your arms around his digit and lightly cuddled into it, saying a small "Thanks" in return.
You swore your Conjunx's optic was glowing brighter than usual.
You managed to craft a rather big plush version of Shockwave. You were able to wrap both of your arms around it and cuddle with it like a big stuffed animal. It was still severely small in the scientist's optic, but he refused to handle it any less gentle than you when picking it up. It was so much softer than you, which amazed him.
A few days after you finished up the plushie, Shockwave asked you to wait for him in his habsuite.
Turns out he wanted you to touch his spark again. It's been a long time since you've last done so, which was when you became Conjunx Endura just a couple of months ago. And due to the bond mostly being a one-sided receiving one, he wanted to show you how much he appreciated you in his life. And touching his spark was the only way for you to receive his side of the bond.
You're the only one he's ever shown his spark to in such an intimate light. And you could feel how much he adored having you be this close to him, touching the very culmination of his being ever so gently. You even gave his spark some light kisses, making him ex-vent.
Content with your moment together, he gently positioned his servo against your small back, pulling you a little closer down onto his chassis.
He wouldn't trade you for anything, not even his loyalty to Megatron and the Decepticon cause.

Hey it's me from the yandere tfp autobots x kids(platonic) ask. First, I have to say what you did was great and I absolutely loved it! Second, I have an alternative way for this that I think is pretty cool.
What if the children actually managed to escape. For example, they were able to get into contact with agent fowler (maybe through a pager idk) and snuck out of base with June and was picked up by the military. And now the autobots are doing everything in their power to get "their" kids back home. Maybe they do end up getting the kids back or maybe they don't.
I liked the way you wrote the one before and would like this in the same way, but if you just want to comment on this and not write a whole thing again, I understand.
TYSM I loved your ideas and I love familial yandere team prime!!! I kinda changed up some of the details, but I hope you like it nonetheless! Thank you for sending this in ;w;

"Come on, Bee, this isn't you!" Raf pleaded, looking up at the scout.
From where Miko was cradled in Bulkhead's arms, she could look over the giant, makeshift baby gate the autobots had fashioned for them, watching as Bumblebee tried and failed to distract Raf with one of their racing games. Raf's controller had long since been abandoned, with Bee ignoring the boy's pleas and puppy dog eyes as he kept focus on beating Raf's static avatar.
She'd been in there not too long ago, but was removed for 'upsetting Rafael' and 'throwing a tantrum.' Bullshit! Raf was upset already! They both were! And she had every right to be pissed and try to break things! They couldn't keep them here like this! It was crazy. It's what the *'Cons would do.
That comment and Rafael crying is what got her put in timeout - being plucked up from under her arms and wrapped up like a burrito in a blanket, held in Bulkhead's arms.
"Some time with her Sire should calm her down," Ratchet had said as he passed Miko off to the green mech.
"Don't talk about me like I'm not here!" She yelled up, writhing in the tight hold of the blankets.
Bulkhead only smiled down at her, beginning to rock her slowly in his arms. "It's okay, Miko, I know you're confused. But, you'll see, this is for the best."
Miko huffed, gritting her teeth at the memory. She turned her attention back to Bee and Raf, the former responding to Rafael's begging with a series of beeps. Miko strained her ears to form some sort of sentence through the sounds. Sometimes, it almost seemed like the noises resembled some words, but maybe that was just coincidence. She didn't understand Bumblebee the way Raf did. But whatever the scout said, it sure sounded… Sad. Maybe she could take some comfort in knowing at least one of them felt bad.
"Ah, don't worry, Miko," Bulkhead's voice drew her eyes back onto him. "You'll be able to go back once you calm down."
"I am calm," she seethed through clenched teeth. "I am the most calm any person has ever been. Ever."
Bulkhead chuckled. "Well, you aren't squirming anymore, at least."
"Remember, she's a wily one," Ratchet called from over his shoulder.
The wrecker chuckled. "Trust me, I'm well aware."
The death glare she shot the both of them must have been as piercing as she intended, all levity deflating from them the moment they met her eyes.
The smile that had run from Ratchet's face quickly returned, though, as he approached Bulkhead from behind, reaching over with a stubby digit to gently brush against Miko's hair.
"We say it with love," Ratchet explained.
Miko frowned up at them. "You guys don't even realize how crazy you're acting right now."
Ratchet scoffed. "I'd hardly call caring for our Sparklings 'crazy.'"
"You haven't always exactly made them feel entirely welcome, Ratch." Bulkhead retorted.
"That was before!" The medic snapped, before catching himself. He vented, a remorseful expression on his faceplates as he turned back to Miko. "And I am sorry."
"... Did the 'Cons do something to you guys' heads?"
"This again…" Ratchet muttered, finally returning to his post at the comm system.
"Don't worry," The Wrecker soothed his charge. "If anything, we're probably thinking clearer than ever. And you won't have to worry about them ever again.
Miko huffed again, turning her attention back to Rafael and Bee.
"Nothing bad's happened yet," Raf told him. "If you let us go now, nobody's gonna be in trouble. We can still be friends. It's okay."
Bee seemingly couldn't bring himself to look down at his friend, staring straight at the screen as he let out a few more sad-sounding beeps and boops.
"He's right, you know," Miko turned her attention back on Bulkhead. "If you just say sorry and stuff because you got a little crazy and let us go, we'll forgive you."
"And let you go back out there to be hurt again? No way. Or to your host family, who probably don't even care. Or your 'real' family? Who sent you away and don't even know where you are or what you're doing?"
"I'm an exchange student! It's part of a program. They do care."
"Seemed pretty eager to send you far, far away to me."
Miko shook with anger, feeling her frown deepen into a sneer. Her lips pulled back and she felt tears just barely prickly at her eyes. She tried to stifle a sniffle and turn away from the bot, but was immobile from the blankets cocoon she was wrapped in. All she could do was turn her face away and try not to sniffle and cry too obviously.
"Oh, sweetspark, I'm sorry. I didn't mean to make you cry," Bulkhead cooed.
"It's a hard truth she has to learn," Ratchet called from over his shoulder. "Better to learn it now than when it could really hurt her."
"See? We're doing this because we care. Your family. Raf's. Even with June, it's clear that they either aren't fit to care for you guys or just don't care at all. But, we do."
"You don't know anything," Miko blinked back tears, glaring at nothing. "And when Jack gets out of here, you're gonna be in big trouble."
Ratchet suddenly barked out a laugh. "Ha! This is our base, Miko, we know it better than anyone else. And with Optimus and Arcee hot on their trail, I don't see them leaving anytime soon."
An alert rang out over the comms, making Miko's head perked up. She tried to crane her head to see - Bulkhead thankfully turned around to give her a better view.
"In fact, that's probably them right now," Ratchet announced, a smug smile flashing over his features. "Arcee? I take it we have our boy?"
"No! Just June," Arcee's voice fizzled in. "She said Jack made it out."
"Scrap." Bulkhead vented.
"Wh- h- that's impossible!" The doctor spluttered.
"She says she gave him her pager. He's probably contacted Fowler by now."
"Double scrap."
Arcee continued. "Optimus and I are gonna keep looking, but if he's not here…"
"Told you so!" Miko blurted out, voice flooded with a smug sense of satisfaction. "You guys are in so much trouble."
Ratchet ignored her. "Right. Don't worry, we'll figure it out."
With a final affirmative from Arcee, the line went dead.
Ratchet vented heavily. "Well. This is quite the puzzle."
"You're screwed!" Miko laughed, only to be met with a disapproving wave of one of Bulkhead's digits.
"Language," he warned.
"Stop treating me like a baby!"
"Can't, considering you're acting like one."
"Bulk!"
"Hey, here's an idea," Ratchet mused aloud, looking over different files. "We may not be screwed, after all."
"Ratchet, not you, too," The wrecker whined.
The medic stepped aside, extending his arm as if to show off to Miko the different files that flashed on screen. "It sure would be a shame if someone compiled a string of audio clips that just happened to sound like you're explaining it was all a big misunderstanding, wouldn't it, Miko? Especially if we have audio recording devices everywhere that caught all of your conversations, giving us plenty to pick through and cobble together, huh?"
Miko felt her stomach drop. The dawning horror overcoming her must have been apparent on her face, as Ratchet's smile faded and his brows bunched together.
"Jack will be with us soon, don't you worry." He assured.
If anything, it only made her feel worse.

Hello! Can you do a request, Platonic or Friendship of Transformers (Prime, RID 2015, Animated, and others) Autobot kids, of your choice, w/ Reader as a Bot (or Animatronic) who's based on Daycare attendant (Sun/Moon/Eclipse) from Fnaf?
(if its okay add a reactions of the Autobots on Platonic relationship or Friendship between Autobots' kids and Daycare attendant! Reader?)
(Thank you and Hope you doing well!)
A/n: I'm having a wonderful day anon and i hope you do as well! Decided to add everyone's reaction so it's a big post! (I literally love sun and moon, the silly jester's)
Warnings: Fluff, Platonic Care, Friendship/ Guardian Care, Angst
Tfp:
Jack
He was more amazed by your design, how gracefully you moved compared to the other bots
You often would invite him to join you into some activities but he'd brush it off saying that he was too old for that kinda stuff (but you did make it look fun)
Then there was your moon form, the switch from you bubbly and exciting personality to a more docile yet protective one was quite baffling to him (also talk about a makeover)
Poor him if you hear about a messed up sleep schedule from being a teenager. Even his mom hasn't been able to get him to bed (he was obviously grumpy about it, but deep down was moved by your care for him.)
When he meets eclipse when he's in danger he feels so shocked but safe. What happened to you?
Has seen and understood the protection protocols you have and just how much you care about their safety.
Miko
Definitely still rebellious. If you think she called people her parents as an insult you definitely fit the parental role in her life.
She was at first very outspoken about not wanting you watching over them. (Babysitting her)
And when she tried to show you heavy metal by playing it, you happily supported her by playing a tiny xylophone. (You were trying your best but being excessively loud wasn't your deal)
You'd try to give her the space she needed but you obviously cared about her.
She did think your moon form was awesome. (Especially when she heard about you protection protocols)
You were unsuccessful to get her to sleep at reasonable hours but she ended up growing fond of you. You actually cared and supported her while her parents wanted her to be perfect. And you liked her the way she was.
Would more often than not join the activities you had planned out for them, learning that you were actually loads of fun behind your safety protocols (and human care files)
When she meets eclipse she thinks you're so cool! Yeah kick the cons ass! Definitely tells you that you're like a weapon which makes you feel bad, you worked so hard making sure that would never happen again. She clarifies that she just thinks that you being able to fight makes you awesome in her eyes.
Raf
Beyond delighted to meet you! Most bots are busy and don't often have time to chat but you're more than happy to talk to your hearts content with him
He allows your personality to shine, letting you both make fun activities and just hanging out with you
Definitely sees you as a Guardian because his family often overlooks him/ pressures him. But you can give him your undivided attention and compassion. He is still a growing boy
Is practically beaming when he sees your Moon form! "How did you do that!?"
Sometimes he overworks himself on what he's doing and you can always persuade him to rest
You can tell him stories and even play from your built in music box. You definitely help him feel safe and rest easy.
Definitely shows you morning cartoons and you sit happily with him and watch him. He also teaches you about videogames.
When he meets eclipse he's honestly worried about you but also sees that you're not some defenseless bot and you're willing to risk spark and limb to keep them all safe
Optimus
He knew a bit about your past and he trusts you with the kids. He has no problem believing that you excel at entertaining and protecting them
He knows about your protective protocols and about eclipse and how that came to be
You were a caregiver on cybertron, watching over new bots and keeping them happy and healthy. You took absolute happiness in caring and playing with them, until the war. He knows how you tragically lost all of those under your care, seeing them all perish without being able to stop anything
He knows how that affected you eventually causing a split in your personality. Eclipse was more or less who you were, sun and moon were what you were left with after all the heartbreak.
He's seen how despite not wanting to be on the battlefield, you can definitely kick ass. Seeing you attack ferociously almost in a rampage when he first met you on cybertron
He treats you with much respect and feels easy around you. With how serious the war has been having you around is like a breath of fresh air
Ratchet
Man is a doctor, not a babysitter and he appreciates you
Hes always on edge and his patience is thin so he could never properly take care of the kids, even if he's grown on them (with some favoritism to raf)
At first he didn't really think you had it in you to be an Autobot or watching over the kids but you've shown him just how much you're capable of your work
You can work with the kids, having so much patience and just care for them. He realizes your strength and grows to truly appreciate the care you put into them
He definitely notices when you sometimes grow anxious around the kids but you prioritize them.
He doesn't know why until he asks optimus. His view on you definitely changes, he wonders if you see pieces of the young bots under your care in the kids
Arcee
Definitely didn't believe in your capabilities in fighting until there came a moment when the kids were in danger. You turned into eclipse, swiftly taking care of the problem before frantically checking over the kids
She was FLABBERGASTED. WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU CAN KICK ASS, YOU'RE A BABYSITTER??
She finds it funny when Jack comes and complains about your caring nature to her. She cares about him and also nags him, so she bonds with you over that care
Asks more about eclipse while all you can do is politely decline answering her questions. Its a sore spot for you and eclipse is strange to you
She also asks about your past and relates to you. She also had to deal with grief over the war, and she sympathizes with you. She stops pushing for answers and understands what you do and who you are better
Definitely happy to have you stay in base watching over the kids if an emergency happens. She trusts you and is grateful for you.
She finds your music box relaxing.
Bumblebee
He loves your personality, he's always happy to see you. But he's even happier to participate in your activities.
He also has fun watching over the kids but you do a stellar job!
He thinks it's cute how you take care of the kids, you just radiate lively energy
Then he sees your moon form and he's pleasantly surprised by the shift. Especially if the kids are staying over for the night. The way you carry yourself with serenity and care is so different but wonderful.
You often ask for them to keep quiet if the kids are sleeping.
He's heard about eclipse but hasn't met them yet.
Bulkhead
He's just happy that someone more careful with their feet are taking care of the kids
Hes a big guy with great strength. He tries to be gentle but he can fail, so having you watch over the kids is like taking a sigh if relief.
He may find your switching from sun to moon a bit uncanny but he just doesn't know how to interact with you. (He's nervous and doesn't truly understand how it works)
Sees you try to take care of miko and sometimes apologies for her, even when you told him that this reaction is natural in growing kids
He often overlooks your activities because he doesn't want to accidentally break anything you've set up.
Learns about your past and can't help but feel bad for you. The war has harmed alot of people but how could it rip such a vibrant bot like you.
Happy to have someone that knows what they're doing taking care of the kids.
Tfa:
Sari
She enjoys your company when she's more younger. She's always wanted to hangout with the bots more but sometimes she has to sit out certain missions. Luckily you're there to watch over her.
She definitely is happy that you actually know how to take care of humans and understand them. (You downloaded your information)
She was happy to count on you when her father was missing. You definitely made it easier for her and she appreciates you.
When she turns into a teenager that's where some changes happen. She thinks you might watch over her as babysitting and she can take care of herself!
She also puts a bit of a front with your moon form. She's not a little kid and she can stay up longer. (In her opinion, she tends to knockout early thanks to you)
She adores how your personality changes like the sun and the moon.
They day she saw you turn into eclipse she was shocked. "YOU KEPT A SECRET THIS BIG FROM ME???"
She'd love to see eclipse more often but usually gets told to not push it.
Optimus
Doesn't fully understand humans or taking care of younger ones. He does end up learning by asking Sari and you. He picks up some stuff pretty quickly
He doesn't understand why you were added onto their team from the beginning. They were maintenance bots and you were??? Well, not that.
Your long limbs did prove to be helpful on more than one occasion and you were quite flexible.
He met eclipse when you had saved Sari from getting taken by the Cons. You singlehandedly scared them off and he was frozen in place. You were so quick and fierce getting her back and away from them, yet so gentle at handling her and looking her over for any injuries. He couldn't quite process it for a minute.
He asked you about eclipse and you nervously told him that it was something of mindset that combined both your personalities and it only ever appeared on cybertron. He respected your boundaries and made sure to remember them.
He feels relaxed around your moon form, but your footsteps are so light he forgets that you can still be walking around. (Has to listen closely to pick up on your bells)
Ratchet
At first he was deeply annoyed by you. Especially when you were Sun. He thought he had gotten another energetic and unruly young bot that he'd have to watch over like bumblebee.
Then when you all arrived on earth he saw just how patient you are. You would answer Saris questions, keep her entertained and safe.
He was also caught off guard by your moon form. He's grown more used to your Sun form and gets a bit spooked out at first. He ends up liking how you remind them to rest and just how calm you are. What freaks him out more is when you play your music box.
When he saw eclipse he was more cautious and even a bit frightened at what had just happened. He knew that your personalities weren't a common occurrence, not even on Cybertron, especially when it appeared in a time of high stress.
He became more fascinated in wether eclipse was some way you coped with emergencies or as a fight or flight response. He definitely thought it was a fight response on how you maneuvered yourself against the cons to get Sari back.
He was worried about leaving Sari in your care after that, scared that you could potentially hurt her.
He did some digging through the ship and learned about your past. You were tasked to look after young bots, not necessarily a teacher. He learned that you've been around from before the war and how you were sent to evacuate the young ones to an area away from the fighting only for the Cons to lay siege on the area, thinking it was an Autobot hideout.
He saw that you were basically rehabilitated after being eclipse for so long, but you couldn't go back to your original job because of it.
He saw that you truly cared about Sari and you would protect her and he trusted you again. He just hoped that reverting to eclipse didn't cause any psychological episodes on you. It's hard to read you when you always act like everything is okay.
Prowl
He didn't think much of you like Ratchet. Already having a taste of another energetic personality (bumblebee) he wasn't exactly excited to work with you.
When you had arrived on earth, much like him, you were curious and open about this planet to the point of downloading just about any information you could find.
Then he saw you watching over Sari and learned that you were also observant and clever. You were sometimes able to get Sari to do things that she would refuse to do (like sleeping early)
He sometimes talks to you about his observations, seeing how you light up and are interested in mundane things like nature with him.
Then he sees your moon from and he greatly enjoys your company. You're much more relaxed and quiet, you seem more docile. Some night he enjoys quietly talking to you.
And then theres eclipse. He didn't even know you could fight. Despite his initial shock his gut feeling tells him to trust you. Especially when you held Sari and were practically all over her asking if she was scared and if she was hurt.
He did want to talk more about eclipse, he knew you would get a bit uncomfortable, but he reasoned that getting better control of eclipse could prove more helpful for you. Eventually he'd get eclipse to come out again, making sure to help you grow accustomed to them.
He learned that Eclipse was more silent and more alert, almost on guard. He'd end up talking to you getting told small bits of your past but he was okay with it. He's more happy that you don't pose a threat to yourself and others
Bumblebee
He got along with you! You were so much fun and so active! You weren't reckless like he was but he still enjoyed time with you.
And going to earth didn't change much, except he thinks you became a bit of a buzz kill. It was mostly because he always let Sari tag along and you didn't want her to get hurt.
He knows it comes from a good place at heart but he feels like you nag him a bit.
He wasn't too fond of your moon form. You were quite and usually wanted to talk in a hushed tone (because you had already put Sari to sleep)
He gets to learn more about humans when you and Sari are talking or making a fun activity together. He often joins in on the fun (usually to escape s boring task)
When he met your eclipse form he was bewildered and awkward honestly. "So we're not going to talk about your crazy orange side?"
More blunt about the subject, he wanted answers! But luckily ratchet just told him that when you were ready you'd explain it.
Bulkhead
He definitely gets along really well with you. You tend to keep things safe and fun, and he appreciates it
He has grown used to seeing you watch over Sari but he also gets his time to spend with her
You have both actually bonded over art! He makes paintings while you tend to draw adorable stick figures, that you sometimes deck out with glitter glue. Everytime you show him your work he's always positive about it.
As well as bumblebee he's liked you before landing on earth.
At first your moon form caught him off guard, especially when you'd walk around ay night, but he's used to it now.
When he saw Eclipse he was taken aback and frightened. It looked like you but it wasn't quite you. You were defensive and just worried about Sari.
He kept a close eye on the two of you for a while, trying to ease his own nerves.
He confronts you about it, bringing it up gently and you tell him that it's complicated but you didn't intend on scaring anyone. He doesn't judge you and is just happy to have you back.
RID 2015:
Russle
He was at first trying to be distant from you. To be fair he saw you like a babysitter and he was trying to act more mature.
He at first would be dismissive at first at your attempts to befriend him but he'd eventually give in with some pressure from his dad.
Eventually he'd find the activities you set up to be actually fun, heck, even his dad would take part in them with him and they'd have a great bonding experience
He'd find your sun colors to be bright but not too oversaturated. You reminded him of a carnival.
When he met your moon form one of the Decepticons managed to break free from his pod at night. Russell was taking a walk with his father and they were about to be trampled until you practically flung the Decepticon away.
And that's when he looked up and saw you. You were so different like this, you changed color and personality, at first he called out to you nervously not sure if you were alright. Luckily after dealing with the Decepticon you leaned down and comforted the two (his dad practically froze on instinct)
Then after getting used to your moon form, being more quiet and peaceful he met your eclipse from. This was probably his favorite form of yours because you were still fun but you were more relaxed
He enjoyed introducing you to new things on earth and answering your questions, you were just so wholesome and excited about it.
Overall he enjoys the time he spends with you, well except when they leave him out of missions and leave him in your care (he's just salty he doesn't get included)
Bumblebee
Was concerned when you had also traveled the space bridge with them. Him and strongarm were at least police, sideswipe got dragged along, but you weren't exactly what he'd call cut out for the job.
He struggled to understand where you fit in, sure you had juvenile tendencies but you weren't a handful to deal with like sideswipe. You also tended to follow along but not all to the book like strongarm. You were like your own middle space. When you first arrived on earth you were definitely spending more time looking around and learning about the planet.
He grew fond of your personality, you were optimistic and energetic, which is why it surprised him to see your moon form. Sure you saved Russell from getting stomped but you also took down a whole con. Alone.
He was curious about your moon form, noticing how quieter you were, especially your footsteps, it was harder to hear where you were if it weren't from the bells decorating you.
He overall tried talking to you about it, in which you assured him that this was just how you were, but you didn't think you'd change while on earth. Speaking of changes when you turned into eclipse he thought you broke or something.
It was a high stress situation and you weren't taking it too well but he was walking you through it (to the best of his ability) until he saw you change. In this form you were more grounded and put together and you ended up helping alot like this.
He enjoys watching you interact with Russel and the others, reminds him of when he didn't have the responsibility of a leader. That and too often humored him more than the others. He knows he doesn't have to worry too much about you (especially seeing how capable you were at handling yourself) but sometimes worries when you change between forms. He wonders if it's painful for you.
Strongarm
She was definitely more harsh on you when you first met. As far as she was concerned you were just a civilian that got dragged into this mess, but she didn't dislike you as much as she did with sideswipe.
She thought you were gullible and slowing them down until she realized how crafty you were. She often watched how you partook in "arts and crafts" while watching over Russel but didn't bother to think how clever you were (at least in the situations you were actually in)
She grew more fond of you, especially after you got lost in the forest trying to find her and sideswipe after they had another disagreement. After they both cooled down and returned to base they realized that you've still been gone and it was already nightfall.
Eventually she went out to look for you but was shocked when she found you. You looked different, she almost confused you for a con in the dark. She noticed the change in your body language and voice, you sounded more quiet. You told her to keep your little change a secret and she did.
She honestly prefers your sun to your moon form. You were always cheerful and lively that seeing you so docile and quiet made her nervous. That and when she saw the way you had practically flipped a con like it was nothing.
When she met your eclipse form she approached you with more curiosity, asking if you were feeling well. You explained that you were okay but your heightened stress would often have you revert back to this.
She's understanding of your personalities and has enjoyed having you as her friend, especially when you talk to her about something new from earth.
Sideswipe
Oh boy where to begin. He didn't mind your presence but didn't seem interested to get to know you. He was all about action but he knew you weren't a total buzzkill.
After a while you ended up becoming his voice of reason, like a friend that was watching out over him and Russel if they were getting into more dangerous activities.
He enjoyed hanging out with you a ton, finding himself participating in any activities you were doing with Russel and Denny. He warmed up to you easily with your enthusiasm yet caring personality.
His jaw practically hit the floor when he saw your moon from, the way you threw that Decepticon like they were nothing had him flabbergasted. "Since when can you do that!?"
He was freaked out at first but then was practically beaming at how awesome you were. He found your moon form more calming to be around especially at night. He was more than happy to give your form a chance but he also wanted you to take down more cons (he wanted to see you go berserk again)
Then he saw your eclipse form and he couldn't decide how he was feeling about you, on one hand, this was another one of your surprises but on the other you were more sure of yourself and also helping out more in this form.
He's happy to call you his friend, especially when he convinces you to do something reckless with him. bumblebee always scolds him for being a bad influence, but in his opinion a little fun never hurt anyone.
Grimlock
When he first saw you he thought you were funny looking, in a good way! He loved the way your personality reflected the way you looked. You were like a little sun!
He was definitely 100% on board with anything you wanted to do. You always made up new ways to have fun. He did feel bad about arts and crafts though, he wasn't too careful and he'd more often than that break his creation, but you always comforted him and encouraged him forward.
The night the con had escaped its pod he practically had a heart attack as he saw you charge at the con, before sighing in relief when you successfully knocked them out. He was cheering loudly for you as you were attacking the con, telling you to go all out.
Other than that he liked your moon form, not only were you great at fighting but you became more caring and calm. He was actually the one that discovered your music box and at night would often ask for you to play it. (It helps him relax a lot, especially because it's also with you)
This man was so shocked seeing your eclipse form. He would often joke around with you about how you kept it a secret. You were amazing in your eclipse form, you kept your knowledge and strength in fighting but you were also a great teammate, he'd love to go on missions more with you.
He's honestly a sweetheart with you and gets along well with any form you're in.
Fixit
He was more amazed at your appearance. He wasn't used to seeing many bots but you were so different and stylized.
You were more understanding with his glitching, more often than not laughing to yourself at his mix up. You also were happy to befriend him more than the others. He believed it was because you didn't have much experience seeing a minicon.
Then he saw your moon from and was practically gushing at you. He had never seen another bot do whatever you just did! The personality changes gave it away that you were different from any regular bot.
He ended up trying to do some research, it's not that you were a different bot entirely. His conclusions led him to believe that something in your past caused this spilt in your personality.
He felt more safe around you whenever you stayed behind to look after the base when bumblebee had left for a mission, trusting that your moon side could protect them.
When he saw eclipse he was practically speechless. It made him ask all sorts of questions on why you were like this. You ended up being a bit vulnerable and explaining that you weren't sure why you were made like this and that you were sorry if this all made him upset.
He reassured you that he didn't think any less of you because of it, he actually compared it to his glitching. It wasn't regular but it made you both unique.
He's very warm and friendly towards you, he likes having you around, especially when you include him in whatever you're working on. He always ends up having a blast and he feels lucky to have a friend like you!

(Not a request dw) (TFP)
Ok but the Autobots having a Mini Medic-Bot is Such a cute idea. Just having them move about the Med Bay, helping Ratchet out. And maybe getting ranted to when the two are alone. The Mini-medic even gets taken on missions sometimes, when a smaller pair of hands is needed.
I can imagine that after one too many usurping attempts, Megatron beat the scrap out of Starscream (Again, but worse this time), and left him to rust on Earth. During one of these missions, the Mini-Medic scans their surroundings, and detects a grievously wounded Cybertronian. They carefully split off from their team, and go investigate the life signal. They find the Pale Seeker in a small cave thanks to the trail of energon he left behind dragging himself to relative safety. At first, the Mini-Medic is content with leaving him to offline, because they know who Starcream is and what he's done. But when he notices them standing there, he weakly calls them over. Promising information, in exchange for healing.
Against their better judgement, they begin to mend his wounds. Starting with the potentially lethal ones, and stopping after mending the harder to handle wounds. Starscream for his part, does spill a few snippets of information, but keeps still enough/quiet enough that he Mini Medic-Bot can work. The Mini-Medic finishes what they were working on by giving Starscream an energon cube, and recommending that he takes it easy in regards to transforming/strenuous movement for a while.
They begin to leave, but Starscream protests this by weakly swiping to grab them and complaining. "No! You can't leave now, you haven't finished patching me up yet! Aren't you worried that I'm potentially going to go offline?" They dodge his talons with a practiced grace, and remind him that they aren't on the same side. They then thank him for his information/being a decent patient all things considered, and take their leave.
Time passes and the two meet again, but this time Starscream is in control. He corners them in a canyon, and tries to reason with his little Medic. "Surely you Know resistance is futile, don't you? Megatron is going to Destroy this filthy organic planet, and All of your Autobot allies with it. But I think you can be spared this fate, Dear. Come with me, Renounce the Autobots, and you'll live! By my side, of course. My very own personal Mini Medic-Bot." His voice goes from a confident, but desperate plea to a sickly-sweet drawl that suggests to the Mini-Medic that they truly have less of a choice in this than Starscream suggests they do.
Surely enough, he's snatched them up in his talons, and settled them in his cockpit. Taking a very obvious pleasure in their struggles, and the control he has over them. "Now, now dear one. Struggling will get you nowhere! Can't you see that this is for your own good? I'm merely returning the favor. Don't worry, I'll take Good care of you." <3
OOOHOOHO YES
No matter how much the mini medic fights, they can’t break through the tough window of Starscream’s cockpit. He tries “soothing” them, but both of them know it’s really to mock them. Starscream didn’t really care, he was just happy to have his very own mini medic, all for himself <3

So~ I’m hoping on this TFP Megatron as a dad! AU because it’s cute and funny
I’m an older sister to a younger sister who is basically my little shadow (I affectionately call her ‘my little leech’ and ‘mini me’) and I just started college and I live in the dorms. At the news of me moving, I suddenly found myself having a conjoined twin for the better part of two weeks, that includes the drive from home to my college which was a good 12+ hour drive.
I am going to spare you the goodbyes said in my dorm because there were many tears shed and according to my mom my little sister wouldn’t stop crying until she fell asleep on the car ride back home.
This whole scenario I can just see Megatron going through; his eldest daughter going to college and his youngest girl being very sad about it.
And yes, I specifically say ‘daughters’ because Megatron has ‘Girl Dad’ written all over him and you can’t tell me otherwise!
Megatron will stoic and regal and what not as his holomatter stacks a ridiculous amount of boxes to the dorms. It's a mission he never wanted, but he refused to pass it to anyone else.
Of course, he still tries to convince the eldest that it isn't too late, that there's plenty of space and resources at home, and uses examples of most of his officers that education isn't exclusive in faraway towers. They did quite well without access to higher education!
And of course, his eldest refuses because on this planet and particular country, they do have access, and she would like to explore her available options.
Megatron will take it to his grave that his spark oozed out of its chamber when his youngest viciously hugged his waist and declared she'll never leave him.
"You say that now, squirt," the oldest comments as she absent-mindedly fixes an anime poster on the wall. "But one day you'll want to be around other people. Just wait until you're older, and hormones kick in."
"Never say such an affront in my presence again!" Megatron holding his last remaining treasure to his chest.
"But I'm older now!" The treasure squeaks, words muffled by muscle and denim.
His oldest treasure laughs and kisses him on the cheek, "Don't worry, Papa. You have many decades before it hits the little squirt."
And that is what he's afraid of. Still too short of a span compared to everything else.
It actually hits youngest when they part ways and her sister doesn't follow.
(It's a campus sight to see a massive man dragging his little girl by the hand and said little girl damaging the sidewalk as she tries to dig her feet into the ground. Chunks of concrete upturn as they walk.
"Should we-"
"Mind your business. She's calling him 'daddy,' so that's no kidnapping, and I ain't ready to meet the devil. Get back to those flashcards!"
"God, I wanna know what kinda shoes she's wearing. Definitely not Sketchers!")
"We'll visit over the weekends." Megatron tells her.
"But it's not the same!" She wails back.
"It isn't, but we must make do with what we have."
And because his oldest already knew what would happen, his comms crackle and her voice pips over :: There's a petting zoo nearby, and students mentioned a circus in town. ::
Of course, Megatron makes a detour to petting zoo and slightly regrets it because his little one tries and fails to wheedle her way into taking the stray tomcat.
"Look, daddy! It's you!"
"I do not look like this thing!"
When the oldest gets photo attachments by her little sister and chokes on her dinner upon opening. "Oh, Primus, it looks just like papa!"

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
⋆˖⚒ ↞﹛☽◯☾﹜↠ ⚒˖⋆
In the waning light of day, a raven-haired man walked alongside a seemingly young woman, his dark eyes intense with concern as they scanned her figure. "Y/n, you good?" he queried, his voice laced with a hint of worry.
A sigh escaped the woman's lips, her e/c eyes lifting to meet the darkening sky above. She absently rubbed her exposed arms that were littered with scars and ancient symbols taht had long lost meaning to mankind, attempting to seek solace against the encroaching chill. Pausing mid-stride, she collected her thoughts before finally responding to the inquiry that had punctured the quiet ambiance between them.
"I'm okay, Cass," she began, her voice carrying a hint of introspection. "Just thinking about when we'll catch our next lead, what it might entail... and the challenge of adjusting to a new area yet again."
Cassius nodded, a rumbling agreement humming in his chest. Her words resonated with him deeply. While relocating was nothing new for their team, this venture into the derelict town of Jasper marked an unprecedented shift. The unfamiliarity of their surroundings had them teetering on the edge of their comfort zone, and he knew that all too well.
"We'll adapt, Y/n. Over time, this place will become our sanctuary, even if temporarily," he voiced his thoughts, the cadence of his words trailing off as his gaze swept over the quiet street that stretched before them. A lone pedestrian passed by, a transient figure in the twilight.        Y/n response  to the burly male that walked beside her was strained, her tone carrying an odd blend of uncertainty and optimism. "Maybe? I'm hoping for the best, but honestly, I'm not sure. Let's just see how things unfold." Y/N replied with a shrug, her gaze sweeping in all directions as she casually navigated the pedestrian crossing, causing her h/c locks to dance momentarily. After walking a few steps, her e/c eyes locked onto her male companion, a perplexed expression crossing her features.
 Stopping in her tracks, Y/n pivoted to face Cassius, a quizzical expression forming on her face as she voiced her uncertainty. "Wait, where did we agree to meet the others?" Her fingers absentmindedly toyed with the pendant resembling a miniature moon on her necklace. Underneath her facade of calm, a faint undercurrent of unease and paranoia began to roil, as if probing her chest and mind for vulnerabilities. A habitual ritual unfolded as she systematically scanned her surroundings, meticulously evaluating each visible object within her line of sight and those lurking in the periphery. She even cast a glance over her shoulder, ensuring that no detail evaded her scrutiny. Her intense search yielded nothing that could justify the heightened sense of concern that was taking root within her.
 Why is this sensation surfacing now? There's no indication of any presence here, at least none of the usual telltale signs.
  As swiftly as the surge of hyper-awareness had engulfed her, it receded just as rapidly. The surge of adrenaline, the prickling unease, and the primal urge to remain vigilant were all too familiar to Y/N L/N. Her life's experiences had ingrained in her the ability to play the roles of both hunter and hunted. In that fleeting moment, she felt like prey, vulnerable to an enigmatic force or entity lurking just beyond her understanding.
 Perhaps it's just my imagination running wild? The new town jitters? Oh i don;t know I give up!
 With an exhale, she willed her racing heart to a steadier pace, reminding herself that instincts weren't always infallible. The peculiar unease dissipated, leaving behind only a trace of its unsettling presence. It was a feeling she had grown accustomed to—a mix of caution and readiness that had saved her life on more than one occasion.
 Still, the unanswered question hung in the air, and Y/n turned her gaze back to Cassius, a sense of urgency accompanying her inquiry. She repeated her question, her tone a blend of curiosity and a touch of concern. "Cassius, do you remember where we were supposed to meet with the others?"
  A beat of silence passed between them before Cassius responded, his voice tinged with a slight strain. "There's a small café about five minutes from here," he replied, his words carrying the weight of their current situation. His gaze lingered on Y/n, a silent exchange passing between them—a mutual acknowledgment of the heightened tension that was threading its way through their surroundings.
Though the unease had begun to wane, Y/n couldn't help but vent her frustration with a sigh. "I can't shake this feeling, and I'm not entirely sure why," she confessed, her brows furrowed.    Cassius raised an eyebrow, a glimmer of understanding in his eyes. The brown eyed man was no stranger to Y/n's intuition—a compass that had guided them away from danger and death time and time again.
Recognizing that Cassius was likely engaged in his customary internal musings, Y/n decided to steer the conversation onward, aiming to soothe his potential concerns while also providing herself with a modicum of reassurance.   “Can we speed up? I'm dying to have a coffee; I didn't even get my morning fix with the rushed chaos.” Y/N's tone shifted slightly as she whined, her eyebrows scrunching together in a display of frustration. Uncharacteristic as it was for the composed woman to exhibit such behavior, the exhaustion from an early-morning flight across countless miles was beginning to wear on her. The journey from Greece to their current location had been taxing, and it wasn't even over yet.
 Why didn't I just teleport us? It would've saved so much trouble.
 But she knew well enough why she hadn't. The attention it would draw, the risk of scattering her team across the globe—it was a power she wielded with caution, cognizant of its limitations.
A snort escaped Cassius at Y/N's grumpy remark, his understanding nod a quiet acknowledgment that he recognized her fatigue and frustration. The subtle exchange helped ease the lingering tension that had threaded its way through their earlier conversation.
   As they continued their dialogue, the setting sun casting long shadows around them, they finally arrived at their destination—an inviting cafe adorned with various shades of pink that created a harmonious palette against the dark-tinted glass windows. Stepping through the white door, they were enveloped by even more pink hues, covering every piece of furniture within the establishment. Y/n's eyes swept across the cafe, searching for the familiar figures of a blonde and a red-head. However, her search was cut short by a voice she knew well.
  “Cass! Luna! Over here!”
 The recognizable shout, coupled with the affectionate nickname, immediately captured Y/n's attention. Her gaze landed on the duo she had been seeking, seated in the far corner of the cafe. With a few purposeful steps, she approached their table, only to be embraced by a streak of red that collided with her, wrapping her in a tight, exuberant hug. Gasping for air and regaining her composure after the unexpected impact, Y/n found herself face to freckled face with her exuberant best friend. Eira's arms were still wrapped around her, and her joyful dark blue eyes radiated with happiness as she looked at Y/n and the rugged ravenette man at her side. Cassius, though typically stoic, appeared slightly nervous in Eira's presence, a fact that didn't go unnoticed by Y/n.
“I was wondering when you guys would get here! I’m sorry we had to make our own ways here,” Eira's voice was laced with cheerful energy, her enthusiasm infectious.
“It’s alright, Eira. Y/n and I had some matters to attend to back at the temple before we could depart. It's wonderful to see you in such good spirits,” Cassius eventually greeted her, his voice tinged with a subtle stutter. A small smile graced his scarred lips, and his fingers fidgeted nervously, a gesture that didn't escape Y/n's observation. The realisation washed over her, confirming her earlier suspicions.
I knew it.
If there was one thing Y/n knew about her long-time friend, it was that Cassius Farlong rarely experienced nervousness. He was typically as stoic as they come, revealing only the faintest hints of emotion. But the rare occasions when he did show unease were divided into two distinct categories.
The first type of nervousness emerged during battles and times of war. It manifested as heightened tension, his reactions amplified when the enemy gained an upper hand or prepared for a surprise attack. This anxiety often led to calculated planning and meticulous preparations for the impending conflict.
Then there was the second type, a newfound form that had surfaced in recent months whenever he was around the cheerful redhead before them. In Eira's presence, Cassius exhibited occasional instances of uncharacteristic unease. Never before had he stumbled over his words or fidgeted with his fingers—unprecedented behaviors for a man who had roamed the earth for centuries. These actions only confirmed Y/n's suspicions that his emotions were stirred by the presence of the vibrant woman.
As Cassius and Eira exchanged greetings, Y/n couldn't help but smirk internally, eagerly anticipating the teasing she had in store for him once they found a base.
Pausing to relish the endearing tableau unfolding before her, Y/n's observant eyes were drawn back to the spot where Eira had been moments ago. Yet, to her surprise, the blonde-haired mischief-maker had melted into the background like a fleeting wisp of sunlight. The subtle rustle of his approach had been masked by the symphony of laughter, and Y/n found herself ensnared in a swift, unexpected half-embrace. Ash's voice, velvety and oozing with charm, washed over her like a cascade of warm honey.
“Y’know y/n, you're looking more like the moon every day—beautiful, glowing, and something I dearly want to touch.” Ash's words, as practised as his easy grin, wove a tapestry of flirtatious confidence.
 Sighing in playful exasperation, Y/n nimbly seized his wrist, applying a deft twist that coaxed a surprised yelp from him. The ensuing scene was a symphony of amusement—Eira's laughter bubbled forth like a melodic stream, a testament to their well-worn banter. Cassius, his expression a blend of amusement and stoicism, smirked in response. It was a dance they knew well, an artistry of fellowship that had been fine-tuned through countless escapades.As the embrace loosened, Y/n turned with a fluid grace to face her flirty assailant. Her tone was a playful fusion of mock admonishment and undeniable charm.
“Ash, your confidence knows no bounds, but might I suggest refining your pickup lines? Telling someone you want to touch them might be perceived as, well, a tad bit perverted.” Her words, like a gentle melody, held a note of amused teasing. Ash's unyielding grin met her narrowed gaze, the battle of wits and charm in full swing.
“Ah, but Y/n, the allure of my pickup lines lies in their audacity. And rest assured, every word I say is truth!” Ash's voice carried a cheeky cadence, punctuated by an easy shrug. Y/n's playful exhalation conveyed a mix of amusement and affection, a response honed through familiarity.
“I still can't fathom how you and Cassius could be twins,” Y/n mused, her tone laced with genuine curiosity. The contrast between Ash's charismatic flamboyance and Cassius's enigmatic reserve was a puzzle she enjoyed contemplating.
Ash's chuckle rippled through the air, harmonising with the surrounding sounds. His vibrant green eyes glinted with shared amusement as he met her gaze.
“Believe me, Y/n, I've questioned that prank more times than I care to admit.” His voice, a melody in itself, held a note of incredulity. His gaze shifted to Cassius, standing with his signature stoicism, a hint of a grin playing at the corners of his lips. “I'm fairly certain Cassius has his moments of bewilderment too.”
Light laughter ensued, underlining their easy, long time friendship. But Ash's grin gradually gave way to contemplation as his eyes encompassed the group as a whole.
“What do you all say that we grab something to go? A quick bite to eat and some drinks, it’ll give us a chance to explore the area whilst we are out of the sun?”
The group hummed in unanimous agreement, finally feeling whole again.
Beneath the tranquil night sky, the quartet embarked on their leisurely stroll along the outskirts of the town. The moon hung like a pale pearl, casting its silvery radiance upon them. The symphony of nocturnal creatures serenaded their footsteps, creating an eerie yet oddly soothing ambiance.
As they wandered, each footstep seemed to resonate in the stillness, the sound muffled by the layer of dirt and gravel beneath their shoes. The café had provided warm beverages that sent tendrils of comfort through their bodies, and the pastries had been a delightful addition to their midnight reprieve.
 Cassius, blueberry muffin in hand, took a moment to inquire, his words slightly muffled by a mouthful, "Eira, Ash, did you manage to find a suitable base in your explorations? You've had more time to scout around."
Eira and Ash exchanged knowing glances, their eyes speaking of the secrets they held. Eira's voice, calm and measured, broke the silence, "Out in the desert, we stumbled upon a pair of abandoned military huts. Their exteriors may bear the scars of time, but with some dedicated effort, we can breathe life into them. After all, we don't intend to establish a permanent residence here, do we?"
A chorus of nods and murmurs of agreement resonated under the moon's watchful gaze. Yet, for Y/n, an unshakable unease clung to her, a suffocating weight on her shoulders. It felt as though an invisible presence observed her, dissecting her very essence.
That’s it. I’m using it.
In response to this persistent discomfort, Y/n reached into the deep pockets of her rugged cargo pants. From their depths, she extracted a remarkable artifact—a golden compass, adorned with intricate symbols and gemstones that seemed to hold the wisdom of ages. Greek letters graced its surface, bridging the gap between cultures and knowledge.
The compass, a work of artistry, whispered ancient secrets and untold stories through its design. Y/n, with a practised flick, unlocked its metallic lid, revealing the enigmatic instrument's heart. She felt her pulse quicken as the compass's needle embarked on a mesmerising dance of magnetism, whirling and spinning until it found its resolute direction.
East.
Simultaneously, a surge of anxiety hit Y/n like a freight train. Her heart raced, and the fine hairs on her arms stood at attention. It was as if her instincts were on high alert, urging her to pay attention to the unseen threat that lingered in the shadows.
Desperate to share her heightened awareness with the group, Y/n raised the glowing compass high, her voice laced with urgency and a touch of apprehension. "Guys!" she called out, her words cutting through the night's stillness.
The trio ahead, lost in their own world of conversation, snapped to attention as if pulled by an invisible force. Wide-eyed and caught mid-motion, they turned to face their compatriot a few paces behind them. Their collective astonishment painted an image of suspended animation, a tableau of camaraderie and shared astonishment.
Yet, as their gazes landed on Y/n, they couldn't help but pause. Her eyes, once a familiar shade, had undergone a transformation. The irises, once deep and familiar, had been overtaken by a silver light that seemed to glow from within. It was an ethereal change, a manifestation of the power that coursed through her veins.
In that moment, it was undeniable that Y/n was hyper-aware, her instincts screaming that something lurked near.
The group gathered around the glowing compass, their collective gaze now fixed on the shimmering needle that pointed resolutely eastward. As they followed its direction, their eyes were drawn to the vast expanse of the Nevada desert, where rocky cliffs loomed in the distance, like ancient sentinels guarding untold secrets.
Cassius furrowed his brow, his keen eyes narrowing at the compass and then shifting to the foreboding desert landscape. "East, into the desert?" he questioned, his voice heavy with curiosity and a hint of concern.
Y/n nodded, her silver eyes reflecting the moon's pale glow. "Yes, into the desert. Ever since Cassius and I arrived in this town, I've felt... off, as if we were being watched and evaluated. Someone or something sees us as prey, even in this moment. And now, with the compass pointing east, it confirms that there's something lurking out there...and i worry it may be similar to what we've encountered and battled with back in Greece and the rest of Europe.."
Ash's eyes flickered with a mixture of intrigue and determination. "You think one of the ancients is out their?"
Y/n's gaze met his, her voice carrying the weight of her words. "I don't know, Ash. But the compass, is telling me that we need to go east. You know that whenever I hold this, I always focus on what's possing a threat to us. Whatever's out there, it's not just observing. It's waiting, biding its time. We can't ignore it any longer. It's our duty and our mission to confront this threat, to find out what we're up against, why this keeps happening and who let this happen in the first place. There's no way the ancients gout out by themselves, someone did this, and im determined to prove to prove to the Gods I'm right."
Eira, usually the voice of reason, chimed in, her tone filled with unwavering support, "Y/n's right. We can't afford to let this linger. If something's been watching us, studying us, it could pose a significant danger not only to us but potentially to others in this town and further on. We need answers as to what is happening and how they managed to escape the Archway in the first place."
The gravity of their situation hung heavy in the air, an unspoken tension that left the group suspended between apprehension and resolve. With a unanimous nod, they shared a glance that spoke volumes—unspoken trust, unwavering loyalty, and the understanding that the path ahead was one they had to tread together.
In that moonlit desert, with the wind whispering ancient secrets, they embarked on a journey into the unknown. Their mission had officially begun, and their resolve was unbreakable…
—------------------------------------------
In the heart of the Autobot base, nestled amidst the sprawling Nevada desert, Optimus Prime held court with a regal presence that resonated with the very essence of their sanctuary. His towering frame commanded attention against the banks of monitors that encircled him, each screen a portal into Earth's ever-unfolding narrative. Rows of data scrolled ceaselessly, like a digital waterfall, painting a vibrant mural of information across his field of vision.
The rhythmic hum of machinery, a symphony of technological life, served as the base's heartbeat—a constant reminder of their mission's ceaseless momentum. It was within this rhythmic embrace of their perpetual movement that the blue and red mech found both purpose and contemplation. As he meticulously sifted through the reports detailing Earth's multifaceted existence and its inhabitants, his thoughts naturally transcended the boundaries of their metallic sanctuary. He became entranced by the enigma that was humanity—an indomitable spirit that had weathered the tumultuous tides of history, a testament to unwavering resilience.
The ambient lighting filtered through towering windows cast intricate patterns upon the polished floor, providing a visual backdrop to Optimus's musings. The play of light and shadow resembled ancient stories etched onto cave walls, inviting him to explore the depths of human myths and legends. These tales entwined with the concept of magic—a force that existed beyond the confines of scientific understanding.
Optimus's gaze traversed beyond the windows, beyond the desert horizon, as his thoughts embarked on a cosmic odyssey. In this profound moment of introspection, he couldn't help but notice the parallels between human myths and the history of his own kind. Were these stories fragments of a shared cosmic saga, imprinted upon the very fabric of reality?
As Optimus contemplated the concept of magic—a force that transcended the logical confines of science—he envisioned the vast desert landscape outside. The wind's gentle whispers danced across the dunes, a reminder that Earth might hold an energy, a primal force, woven into its very core. This force defied categorization and challenged the boundaries of their knowledge.
With a deep breath, Optimus tore his blue gaze from the monitors, fixing his optics on the expanse of the base's ceiling. Stars, like ancient storytellers, twinkled above, painting constellations that ignited a profound sense of wonder. The universe, he realised, was an unfathomable repository of knowledge and mysteries, intertwined with the myths of countless civilizations. As the commander of the Autobots, he acknowledged that the pursuit of knowledge was a journey that transcended the boundaries of conflict and divisions, inviting them to explore the extraordinary realm of the unknown.
The mech continued his contemplation within the heart of the Autobot base, nestled amidst the sprawling Nevada desert, a sudden disruption jolted him from his reverie. Laughter, the joyous sound of youth, resonated from the "human area" where Jack, Miko, and Raf had gathered. Their animated, joy filled giggles, echoed through the metallic chambers which served as a poignant reminder of the connections forged between species, amidst the cosmic vastness.
In this human enclave, amidst the towering technology of the Autobot base, the laughter and animated discussions of the children painted a vivid contrast to the solemnity of their surroundings. It was here that the lines between the organic and the mechanical blurred, giving rise to a unique bond that transcended species.
Meanwhile, their Autobot guardians—Arcee, Bumblebee, and Bulkhead—were out on patrol, their vigilant optics scouring the landscape for any sign of danger. The responsibility of safeguarding both Earth and their cherished human allies rested heavily on their shoulders. To maintain the secrecy of their existence and location, the children had devised a clever ruse, claiming to have a "sleepover" at each other's homes. Unbeknownst to their parents, they concealed the extraordinary lives they led within the Autobot base. This subterfuge had become essential, given the recent escalation in Decepticon attacks that had placed the base on temporary "lockdown."
Yet, even as Optimus contemplated these threads of human-Autobot unity, an urgent alert pierced the tranquility of the moment. Ratchet's voice resonated through their internal communication network, laced with an unmistakable sense of urgency.
"Optimus, we have a dire situation," Ratchet reported, his tone laden with unease. "Sensors are detecting four life signatures in the desert. They are unlike anything we've ever encountered, and their readings are off the scale."
Optimus Prime's optics flared with a combination of concern and determination. Unusual life signatures in the desert? This was unprecedented. Their sensors were registering anomalies beyond any previous interaction on this planet. He knew that the safety of Earth and its inhabitants took precedence, but the strangeness of this situation could not be ignored.
After a brief moment of contemplation, Optimus made a resolute decision. "Prepare the team for immediate deployment, Ratchet. But we will not use the groundbridge unless it becomes absolutely necessary. We must exercise caution and avoid any actions that might inadvertently expose our presence, just in case this turns out to be minor. No need to add anymore civilians in our battles."
Ratchet, ever the pragmatic voice of reason, replied with a grave nod. "Understood, Optimus. I'll prepare the team, but we'll proceed cautiously."
As Optimus Prime and Ratchet grappled with the urgency of the situation, they swiftly activated their comlinks, a direct line of communication to their comrades out on patrol—Arcee, Bumblebee, and Bulkhead. The faint but distinct hum of the comlink's transmission echoed through the chamber as they relayed crucial instructions.
"Arcee, Bumblebee, Bulkhead," Optimus's voice resonated with unwavering determination, cutting through the ambient noise of the base. "We have an urgent matter. Ratchet has detected four highly unusual life signatures in the desert. The readings are unlike anything we've encountered before. I'm transmitting the coordinates to your systems. Proceed to that location immediately."
Arcee's cool and collected tone acknowledged the order. "Understood, Optimus. We're on our way."
Bumblebee's response came in the form of a series of affirmative beeps and chirps, his unwavering loyalty evident in every sound.
Bulkhead, the powerhouse of the team, rumbled his agreement. "You got it Prime! We'll check it out."
And with that final comment from Bulkhead, the comm link ended as they made their way to  travel to their designated coordinates
As the tension in the Autobot base escalated and the team prepared for imminent action, the three young humans—Jack, Miko, and Raf—exchanged worried glances. Their laughter had been momentarily replaced by an air of uncertainty.
Jack, ever the voice of reason, spoke up, his concern palpable. "Guys, this sounds serious. I mean, we've never heard Optimus and Ratchet like this before. Those life signatures must be really strange."
Miko, true to her bold and adventurous nature, chimed in with a mix of apprehension and curiosity. "Yeah, it's gotta be something big if they're not using the groundbridge. What do you think it could be?"
Raf, the most scientifically inclined of the trio, furrowed his brow in deep thought. "I'm not sure, but we've seen some pretty wild stuff since we met the Autobots. Maybe it's another alien species or something we haven't encountered yet?"
The children exchanged glances with each other, a mix of trepidation and resolve in their eyes. They were well aware that their lives had become intertwined with the extraordinary, and this new development was a stark reminder that their world was anything but ordinary. In this moment, they reaffirmed their commitment to support their Autobot friends, come what may, in the face of the unknown.
With their Autobot team mobilized and heading towards the enigmatic coordinates provided by Ratchet, the base's previously tranquil atmosphere had transformed into a hive of activity. Every Autobot, from the youngest to the most seasoned, understood the gravity of the situation. Unprecedented anomalies in the desert demanded their attention and vigilance. They were bound by a shared purpose—to protect Earth and its inhabitants from threats both known and unknown. With the balance struck between vigilance and restraint, the Autobots readied themselves to confront an enigma that defied their understanding, lurking deep within the desert's unforgiving expanse. The intensity of the moment hung in the air, a palpable reminder that even amidst laughter and closeness and momentary peace, their duty to protect extended to the unknown and the unexpected.
Well, I hope you likes chapter 1, pease comment and follow along for updates. I plan to do so every week or two, need to balance that school work bby.
Hi,I really like your work.So can I get a fanfic about optimus prime with a human reader,where the reader is struggling with the fact that optimus chose jack over them to guard the key to vector sigma.(optimus is the guardian of the reader and the reader blames mostly themselves for being too weak and regretting every past traumatic experience they shared with optimus.They dont blame jack or optimus.)The reader tries to hide it bcs they dont want to embarrass themselves(as they see it) any further in front of optimus,but the thoughts that everyone dislikes them creep up again and so they become distant and try to make themselves very quiet/serious(they think of everyone as an enemy who finds them annoying again).
Also optimus reaction to that,what would he do?But in general angst with comfort(maybe an explanation as to why optimus didnt chose them).
Sorry if its too long or something doesnt fit the rules of the blog(couldnt find them😂)
One shot of TFP Optimus with a reader that can't understand why Optimus choose jack to guard the key of vector Sigma and not them!
Tumblr media
Containing; Optimus Prime
___ is gender neutral and human
Warning; Angst, and swearing.
One shot Summary; ___ can't wrap their head around that Optimus picked Jack to protect the key to vecter sigma but some special bot notices.
Tumblr media
When Optimus gave Jack the Key, my heart shattered. Why? Why was I so upset that Optimus gave Jack the key? Was it because maybe I thought that Optimus thought as me as too weak? I couldn't blame him if he did.
I didn't wanna ask Optimus because I was just too embarrassed. What if he got too nervous to tell me and told a lie? I mean I don't think he would but still it kinda hurts. I mean there has to be a reasonable explanation. I put my pencil down and closed my notebook. My therapist had been recommending that I should do journaling so I can have my head clear.
I mean it worked a little bit. But to be honest I think it just made me seem more awkward. The Video game buzzed and I heard Jack and Raf exclaim how the other cheated. It was a 2006 game that Ratchet bought so I doubt that Raf would know how to hack it anyway. Miko tapped me on the shoulder.
"Hey ___, do you by chance have the answer for number 3 on our homework?" Miko asked as she sat down next to me with her homework. "Yeah, it's 8" I replied. To be honest, I haven't been feeling the best recently and felt tired.
"Thank you!" She yipped and ran off after writing the answer down. I did anything to help them as I thought I was responsible to do it since Jack had to do it all the time. But to be honest, I think my whole life is going to shit
But I don't wanna really bring it up to someone. What if I burden them? And who would be the right person to talk to it about it? Ratchet is always so grumpy and would brush me off. Arcee would just ask me to go away or something like that. Bulk head is too nice and I think I would overwhelm him. Ultra Magnus wouldn't be the best to go to for anything. So for now, I just keep quiet. Like I always have.
As the days pass, I realize how distant they have been with me. But then again Ive been distant with them and I think it's for the better. No one has really been talking to me. And whenever they do, its awkward and uncomfortable and small.
I don't really care anymore. I don't care about anything anymore. I can't tell if I'm pissed off or just pissed at my self for being a fuckin fool. I guess I was too late to realize when Optimus was more or less observing me throughout the week until I saw him walk up to the risen area for the humans.
"___? Is it alright if I have a word with you?" I heard Optimus's voice and looked up at him. His optics whirred a little bit and saw how focused he was. "Sure... What's up?" I replied. There was no one around so It was a perfect timing. "I'm sure I can speak on behalf of everyone and say that we are worried for you ___" There was brief science. I nodded to let him continue talking. "You've been distant to everyone. Even the children and it's worrying us. Tell me what's wrong. Please" Optimus leaned a little bit forward as I walked up to where he was.
"Well to be honest, I've been upset about the fact that you chose to give Jack the key..." I explained with a upset tone. Im honestly embarrassed to even be saying these words. I can feel my hands sweat as I fidget with my fingers.
Optimus blinked and pondered on what he was going to say. "I see now." He remarked. "Your wondering why I gave Jack the key and not you, I'm I correct?" Optimus asked. I couldn't do anything but nod my head. "___, the only reason I chose Jack to protect it was because Arcee asked me to." He explained. "Oh..." I quietly stated.
I kinda chuckled. "Well thanks for clearing it up" I thanked him as I looked at him fully while I scratched the back of my head a little. He simply nodded with a slight smile.
Heyo!! What about tfp arcee and airachnid comforting their human charge after a failed attempt of suicide by overdosing? If this is too much I understand! You don’t have to if you don't want to!
Thank you and have a good day/night!
Tumblr media
TFP Arcee and Airachnid Comforting a Human Charge After A Failed Suicide Attempt
Tumblr media
Pairing - Platonic Category - Headcanons Trigger Warnings - Suicide mention, Suicide attempt, Mentions of overdosing
Tumblr media
Arcee
As soon as Arcee heard that you were in the hospital after a failed suicide attempt she was... Even now she's at a loss for words because you nearly killed yourself. She was scared when she heard what had happened to you. She already lost so many people near and dear to her heart, Primus please don't let her lose you too. The instant she can see you again she's fussing over you, are you alright? How are you feeling? She pretty much acts as a helicopter-mom around you for a while.
For the next few days she talks to you as frequently as possible, or if you do need some space, she'll try her best to give you some (although she's still scared that something bad will happen to you, so that's why it might be difficult for her to give you some room to breathe.) She checks in every now and then to see how you're doing.
And speaking of checking in on you, if you ever needed someone to talk with about your feelings, she'll try her best to make time to listen, but if you don't want to talk about those at the moment, she understands. It can be difficult to talk about mental health and how you're really doing at times.
Whenever she hangs out with you, the two of you will mostly be doing things you enjoy doing, mostly in hopes that you'll enjoy it and feel happy. Arcee wants to see you enjoy yourself again, she wants to make sure you're happy, and she believes that after what just happened, you could really use it.
Tumblr media
Airachnid
For once, Airachnid actually felt genuine fear and worry, something she didn't expect to ever feel. It's needless to say that she hates that feeling, so she tries to ensure she'll never feel it again by making sure that you're alright. If you're in a hospital, she calls you to ask if you're alright and to ask about where you are. She's goes to visit you regardless of the possibility she could get caught or not.
She'll question if there's anyone who upset you to make you feel this way, (and I'm pretty sure you can guess what she'll do if you say yes,) and if you say no one has she'll still be rather protective over you whenever she brings you back to the Nemesis. The instant she hears someone back-talking you, she'll deal with them, quickly and quietly.
She begins to check in on you rather frequently, (more frequently than usual) whether it be in person or over a call or text. Whenever she does check on you in person, she pops up at a completely unexpected time and most likely just straight up spooks you. If there's anything you need she'll try her best to provide it or get it for you.
Whenever the two of you hang out, she tries doing things that she knows you'll enjoy, but if you don't seem to be enjoying any of it, she'll instead try something else like taking you out on a flight, or just aimlessly exploring the wilderness for as long as you'd like to with no particular destination in mind.
She isn't... Good with emotions, so she isn't going to be the best at talking about mental health with you. But if you ever wanted someone to talk to about that, she'll try. It's better than doing nothing at all.
How would the tfp crew treat human reader that broke a bone (perhaps they accidentally dropped reader when doing something?)
Ooooohhhh! More broken bones! Since you did not specify which characters you wanted I will be picking them at random.
Hope you enjoy!
Smokescreen, Arcee, and Bulkhead react to Human Buddy getting a broken bone on accident
SFW, platonic, mention of injury, slight angst for some, Human reader
TFP
Smokescreen
Buddy had broken their left arm because Smokescreen accidentally tossed them too hard out of his vehicle mode.
They had been ambushed by some drones and Smokescreen had transformed a bit too quickly to start shooting some Cons down.
To be fair, Smokescreen still didn't understand how fragile humans were compared to a Cybertronian. He thought that they were a bit tougher than what Optimus and Ratchet let on.
He was proven wrong when he saw Buddy cradling their arm. It was bent in a way that he was sure they weren't supposed to go.
"Smokescreen I need you to comm Ratchet and tell him to get June "--Buddy
"Your arm... Oh Primus your arm!"--Smokescreen
"Smokes listen it was an accident. It was an accident."--Buddy
"Yeah... Yeah... I'll get Ratchet..."--Smokescreen
Smokescreen isn't used to see much organic injuries so he is a bit unnerved. Surprisingly, he keep up a calmish face getting Buddy to June. But he is freaking out on the inside.
He refuses to carry any human for a while. It takes some convincing to get Smokescreen comfortable again.
While Buddy is healing, Smokescreen gives them a bit of space while also hovering over them. A weird combination that thankfully doesn't last long after Buddy is healed up.
If Buddy gets a cast Smokescreen would be one of the first to get it signed. He gets some stickers from Jack and puts them on the cast.
Arcee
Buddy broke their leg after an altercation with Arachnid.
Arcee was taking Buddy on patrol today since Jack was home sick with a cold. Arachnid had ambushed them both. Buddy was grabbed by Arachnid before Arcee could tell what was going on. The Spider bot squeezed the human a bit until and audible crack was heard. The Con tossed Buddy on to the ground as a furious Arcee came after her.
Lucky for Arachnid, Arcee didn't finish the job and was quick to get back to Buddy.
"Buddy! Buddy what's wrong? Where does it hurt?"--Arcee
"I think my leg's broken."--Buddy
"All right don't worry, I'm getting us back to the base now. Can you stay awake for me?"--Arcee
"Sure... Sure thing."--Buddy
Arcee winces internally as she picks up Buddy. She knows Buddy is trying to put a brave face on for her so she doesn't worry too much. But she can see that this hurts Buddy a lot more than what either expected.
Arcee is out for blood after Buddy is given the all clear by Ratchet and June.
When she isn't preparing for Arachnid, Arcee does her best to help Buddy move around the base. Since she is one of the smaller bots on the team, it's a bit easier to handle Buddy while also protecting them.
If Buddy gets a cast they will make sure Arcee is the first to see and to sign it. Arcee manages to paint some blue and pink on the cast.
Bulkhead
Buddy had tripped over some cables that led them to fall down the stairs and land right on their ankle.
Bulkhead was the only bot on base and was freaking out when he saw Buddy on the floor clutching their foot with tears in their eyes.
"Buddy,Buddy what happened?! Are you hurt?! Do I need to go get Ratchet?!"--Bulkhead
"If you can pass me my phone so I can call June that would be nice."--Buddy
"Okay, okay!"--Bulkhead
He knows for a fact humans are tougher than what they seem. His proof is Miko's entire existence. But he also knows how fragile they are compared to Bots.
After Buddy gets the all clear from June and Ratchet, Bulkhead becomes Buddy's second shadow for a bit. He feels like he nearly lost his friend that day and it was his fault.
Despite everyone telling him it is not his fault, he does feel a little bit guilty.
If Buddy gets a cast they make sure that Bulkhead is the first one to sign. He paints a bit of Buddy's cast green.
Hello dear Steph, after re-watching the series again I stumbled over something I never understood: In the Battersea end sequence after Irene and John hear the moan text alert go off Irene looks at John and says 'I don't think so. Do you?'
What the fuck does she mean??? 🤔 It's been 84 years and at this point I am just afraid to ask. That's why I am on anon 😅 Please explain it to me like I am 8 years old.
Hey Nonny!
Ah, it's all good! It took me a long time to understand what was meant by it, and even then, I'm not 100, but yeah, ASiB turned out to be a very revealing episode into the psyches of John and Sherlock.
So the simple explanation: John finds out that Sherlock heard him. He's panicking, worried about how it will affect his friendship. Irene, being a Sherlock mirror, reminds John that going after Sherlock RIGHT then is not a good idea. Sherlock needs time to process his epiphany, and Irene knows John would fuck it up somehow if he chased after Sherlock. She was VERY aware of how much these idiots liked each other, and believed herself to know John better than John knew himself.
Basically, "if you go after him right now, you will only embarass yourself into fake denials and a rocky friendship. She is a Sherlock Mirror, and is essentially speaking as Sherlock in this scene. When you rewatch the scene REALIZING that she is essentially "Sherlock's Sexuality" it makes a lot more sense (throughout the rest of the series, she's ALWAYS present when Sherlock is thinking about John in a Special Way™, so with that lense in mind for THIS scene, it make a LOT more sense). The entire series (yes, even the horrid S4) is told in subtext, and when we realize characters often stand in for each other, more often for John and Sherlock (like Anderson as the John mirror in TEH, Lestrade and Molly for Sherlock and John in S3, or Molly as a John mirror in TFP), then the series itself makes a lot more sense for odd random scenes like the Battersea scene.
Meh, not the best analysis, I know, but I do believe that she does inevitably want them together, like her and Kate. She understands why John likes Sherlock, and vice versa. Check out that link above for more Irene Meta I and others wrote. She is an intriguing character, for sure.
“Are you always this shy?” With Optimus and Ratchet? (Forgive me if I'm doing this wrong, I've only been following you for a moment)
From this (requests are still open btw! I need these moments to take my mind off irl stuff ngl qwq)
HELLO HI THIS IS VERY OVERDUE!! (as are the other ones, which will be posted very soon, I promise o///o) Also no worries at all, you did this right!! :D
I am the one who should be asking for forgiveness rn, because no one should have to wait this long jsddjsdj TwT
I know it's been a long minute, but I hope you enjoy my blog and all my shenanigans (even at least somewhat ahah ^^'')
-Im deeply sorry for typos and other such grammatical errors 😭
-I went with a sort of "early war" kind of thing, like right after Ratchet becomes a part of Optimus' team. (Not sure this is probably not even how this would have played out or did, but I am taking ARTISTIC LISENCE and doing my own version of events....idk ;w;)
-Also, it is a bit short ;///; sorry....hope you like it tho!
-Set in aligned continuity/tfp
-i guess its a lil bit of optiratch ya know? just a lil (for my own enjoyment ^w^)
“Ratchet.”
“Don’t.”
“But the team wants to–”
“Well they’ll have to do whatever it is another time–I’m too busy!!” the shorter mech snapped, cutting him off. He quickly reached into his toolbox and fumbled to grab something. Optimus took a step closer, trying to peer over his shoulder, curious.
“What are you working on?”
“A–uhm–this set of some…very difficult formulas!” The medic stammered, not yet turned to face him. “I-I need time, some quiet…I…I’m simply far too busy to do anything right now!”
He finally set his grip on an object, looking over his shoulder at Optimus as he brandished a wrench and waved it demonstratively. But as he held the wrench, Optimus noticed the tip of the object quivering in Ratchet’s grip.
After another sharp huff, he turned his back to Optimus again, leaning over the table, which was covered in rust and dirt. He set the wrench down quietly and stood still.
Optimus wondered if he was going to explain the wrench at all, or…
“...Alright, I’m…” Another sigh and pause. Optimus waited patiently. “I’m…not exactly busy with…formulas, I’m just…well, it’s just–I…I don’t…”
“You’re…nervous?”
Ratchet made a sound that seemed to agree.
Optimus fought the urge to giggle at how this was kind of cute–he didn’t want the medic to feel any more embarrassed than he probably already did. Instead, he strode closer to him, resting a gentle servo on his shoulder.
“I understand. You may take as long as you need before you go out and meet them,” he said quietly.
Ratchet ducked his head.
“But I feel bad about…”
Optimus shook his head, looking down at him with gentle regard.
“There is nothing to feel bad about, Ratchet. It would cause you discomfort if you went to meet everyone now, and I know neither you nor I would enjoy that. And, they are your new team as of now, so they will be around for quite a while.”
Ratchet finally looked back at Optimus, seeming less bothered than he had been–just a little more relaxed. Optimus was glad, smiling back at him.
“Well then…” Ratchet murmured, moving to return to looking at the table. “I do have some work to do…”
He jumped right into it, and Optimus simply watched, leaning against the table. He eyed a light flicker above them briefly, then let his gaze wander to the faded papers tacked to the walls. It wasn’t really a medical room, but it was the best available to them in their situation.
Squinting, he could see even more that these posters must not have been Ratchet’s–being advertisements for a shop of some kind, or pictures of a musical artist he was sure neither of them knew…
“You know…” Ratchet said quietly, breaking the silence, “...I do want to meet the team. I’ll need to get to know them in the event of injuries and such, anyway…”
Optimus tilted his head, still looking at the contents of the room.
“There are many of us in this unit. Is it that there are too many at once?”
“...that would be it.”
“I suppose I never saw you with big groups unless you knew everybot or were giving presentations back on Cybertron,” Optimus remarked. “Are you…always this shy?”
“Well it's not exactly shyness, but I believe you know what I mean as…” Ratchet chuckled little. He put down his tools again and looked up to find Optimus staring back at him. He remembered the eyes that looked back at him when they were in Ratchet’s old dorm at university, as he worked on a project for class, and Orion came just to watch…to keep him company.
Those same eyes that still looked to him with interest and curiosity.
Oh Orion…some things never change.
“...you were too, once,” he said finally, looking back to his desk and attempting to focus and get back to work. But he stopped at a touch on his hand, staring back up at his friend. Optimus had a somewhat melancholy look pooled in the back of his gaze.
“And I still am. But as a leader…I have to…work around it.”
Ratchet leaned forward and into Optimus, who wrapped his arms around him in a gentle embrace.
“I know, Optimus,” he whispered.
He silently resolved to go see the others later that very night. If Optimus could do it, well…then he wanted to as well.
Thank you, Optimus.
(starcee anON) HOLY SHIT? LMAO? I LOVE THAT SO MUCH???? your response was better than i expected tbh i was sitting here thinking "oh nooo they're gonna think i'm so weird for asking such a random tfp ship question" ajsdjsfdsfk i would sincerely love to read that first chapter anytime that you are comfortable sharing it! you obviously dont have to commit to the long fic unless if u absolutely wanted to, i know its difficult to keep up with long fics just in general. and take it from me as someone with adhd and autism i know you cant, like, force a hyperfixation to stay at a certain level for a certain period of time in order to actually Make Things for said hyperfixation, let alone gather the energy for even Making the Things. i am but a friendly neighborhood anon simply showing my very strong support for starcee fucking if you ever wanted to grace us with it <3
sdkfghjgfsdg you are a DELIGHT! I would be all too happy to share - though alas, I have so many projects on my plate I can't guarantee this one will ever get finished. But a teaser-taster for you, dear Starcee nonnie!
Super messy and unedited....
FATE MISNAMED
There is no such thing as an accident; it is fate misnamed – Napoleon Bonaparte (I’ve always felt that he and Starscream have something in common…)
ARCEE KNOCKS UP STARSCREAM, hatefrag to grudging friendship with kid on the side.
It was the second tight-band communication burst in as many human months. The difference was, this time Arcee wasn’t the only bot online to receive it.
“Starscream,” said Ratchet, loading that designation with every ounce of frustration the mech deserved.
Arcee froze, spark skipping an entire spin.
Frag. Not again.
The silo interior abruptly lit with the targeting systems of her HUD. Her intakes raced; her plating clutched tight to her protoform. Her optics clicked, zooming in to a sharper degree of focus, as if she were about to transform blasters and fire. Battle protocols online.
Damn him. Damn him. Had it taken the glitch only one of this planet’s moon-cycles to renege on their deal? That they would never speak of what had happened, ever again?
:What does he want?: beeped Bee.
Bulkhead snorted, lumbering over from where he’d been helping Miko with her latest art project – something about releasing the inner child through finger-painting, which Arcee suspected Miko only chose because one of Bulk’s digits alone was enough to blot her entire canvas. “Lemme guess. He wants to trade intel again.”
Ratchet scanned the message, frown ossifying onto his faceplates. “No,” he said, slowly.
“Arcee?” she heard Jack say, as if from a distance. “Are you…?”
“It says,” Ratchet continued, his narrow blue gaze swinging ominously to settle upon her, “that he wants to talk. With you.”
The rest of the conversation washed over Arcee like the flares of solar radiation that prickled your mesh when your shuttle flew too close to a dying star. Bulkhead, trying to crack a joke about how he knew Starscream was stupid, but he’d never pegged him for suicidal. Bumblebee, nervously twittering that they couldn’t really be considering letting her go alone. Ratchet, muttering half-hearted threats about blocking that frequency band entirely. Jack, saying her name with worry apparent in his voice, while Miko suggested an imaginative array of possibilities for how this could be a trap.
And Optimus, studying her with his usual even expression. Impassive. Unjudging.
Arcee sure hoped that lasted.
“I’ll go,” she growled, stepping over Jack as she stalked towards the activation rings of the Groundbridge. “He sent coordinates?”
Ratchet pinged them across. Bumblebee beeped that he would be waiting to provide back-up, Bulkhead shushed Miko when her suggestions of what Arcee ought to do to Starscream became violently graphic, and Optimus said nothing at all.
Oh, Arcee was so fragged.
She sent Jack one last reassuring smile, doing her best to disguise the whirling anger in her spark. Her hate for Starscream – that conniving, vicious excuse for one of Primus’s children – was too furious to be contained by her form. Then she stepped into the swirling groundbridge vortex, passing in a single step from the warm-lit silo interior to the forest where she and Starscream had last clashed.
The forest was much as she had left it. Cold, dark. Gloomy in an organic sort of way.
Dead pine needles crunched beneath her pedes. Pesky things; she’d have to spend an hour coaxing them out with a pair of medical tweezers upon her return. Yet another way in which Starscream managed to make her life a torment, through his mere existence.
There was something eerie about walking on dead organic matter, especially when it formed a fuzzy green carpet atop regolith made from yet more compacted dead organic matter, on which the currently living organic matter fell. The circle of life, as Jack had once tried to explain it, with an accompanying movie that re-enacted a modern play from a few hundred years’ back with cartoon lions. Arcee wasn’t buying it. After all, Cybertronians managed to reproduce without needing to consume either the literal flesh of other sentient beings, or plant matter that drew nutrients from corpses.
Still, whatever the humans’ perturbing foibles, they had proven themselves to be kind, warm-hearted, and deserving of Arcee’s respect. Unlike some bots she could name.
One such bot was the only piece missing from this familiar scene. Last time, he’d been curled by that stump there, optics shuttered from the pain, barely discernible from the shadows but for the quiver of his wings.
Bring medical kit, the message had read. Come alone.
Arcee, being the only insomniac to walk through the command hub at the late hour when the message came through, had obeyed the latter directive.
Still, Starscream must’ve begged treatment from somewhere – Knock Out, perhaps. From what little intelligence Arcee could gather on the intricacies of the Decepticon hierarchy, he was one of the only mechs who could tolerate his ex-Commander in concentrated doses.
Either way, Starscream stood now, the slice on his leg (MECH, he had whimpered, making his optics fill his face in an attempt to extort her pity. Then, because he would never not be a slave to his own pride: A lucky shot, you understand) healed to a nanite-glittering scar. He faced away from her, wings spread at their fullest extent, hands clasped behind his narrow back. As, she imagined, a Decepticon XO had once presided over the Nemesis’s bridge. As he had stood and waited for Cliffjumper to be dragged before him…
Her fist curled, but the accompanying rage was muted. Not lessened, merely quietened for a while, as her processor replayed the last time that back was presented to her.
Turn around, for frag’s sake. The last thing I want to see is your pathetic face.
He’d done it, too. Scoffing, scowling, rolling his optics to the sky. But he’d turned. And she’d dug her digits into his winglets (fluttering with imperious affront before her face) followed swiftly by her teeth…
Mistake. A mistake, nothing more. A fumbling, furious thing, borne of frustration and spark-guttering hatred, a need to ram their fists into each other’s faces that had fragmented under pressure into a different mode of physicality. One she had no intention of repeating.
She’d hoped Starscream felt the same. But, considering the circumstances of this second summons, perhaps the record needed setting straight, and they could return to the face-punching part again.
Arcee raised her chin. “Turn around,” she demanded – then winced at the unintentional call-back to things best left forgotten. “If you have the nerve to summon me like some organic pet, the least you could do is look me in the optics.”
Starscream laughed. It had never been a pleasant sound, but his stint as an exile had done him no favors. His throat sounded sandpapered, as if he’d been crying. Or, more likely, drinking impure energon.
“Trust me,” he grated, pivoting on one long, slender leg. Arcee had never been attracted to lightweight-class fliers. Too skinny, too elongated, like a handful of metal splinters plucked from a crash-site that Primus had bound together and breathed into life. But there was a certain grace to their movements she could appreciate. Even hampered on land, walking on a layer of mulched humus that was disconcertingly squishy underfoot, Starscream maintained his balance as if it was as effortless as intakes and ex-vents. This was especially impressive, considering he had his chest plates open. The plating fanned out to either side, evoking the uncomfortable image of a victim on MECH’s operating table. “You want to see this even less.”
For once in his regrettably long and deservedly miserable lifespan, Starscream was right.
Arcee stared.
Arcee shook her helm.
Starscream, grimly, nodded.
Arcee shook her helm some more, and waited for the purge-order pop-ups to fill her HUD before dismissing them with a mental flick.
No. No. It couldn’t be. They’d used and abused each other for the better part of a joor (Admittedly, Arcee had done the predacon’s share of the abusing. She might’ve felt bad about afterwards were it not for how vocally Starscream had liked it). But the merge? It had been blessedly short. Barely ten klikkas had passed between the seeker tantalizing her with a vibrant, volcanic sliver of sparklight, and her realizing this was a pit-damned, Primus-forsaken, Optimus-shaming idea.
A merge involved more than the spark, after all. Or rather, the spark was more than just the glowing nodule of life-force that resided in each Cybertronian’s chest cavity. It was their essence. Their thoughts, their fears, the slimy little ambitions that crept through the cracks in their psyche, their ecstasy, their physical bliss. Their remorse and regret – and their jarring, tank-wrenching lack of it.
Arcee hadn’t intended to scan for what Screamer had felt, as he drove his talons into Cliffjumper’s spark. Her only thought had been to slake this twisting, snarling scratch of claws in her belly, her urge to pin him and bite him and (egged on by his breathy, delirious chant of yes, yes, oh yes, Primus) hurt.
She’d found that memory in his mind, regardless. And in that moment, she’d known that the bot she was fragging was every bit the monster she’d always accused him of being.
But now that monster stood before her, chestplates once again bared from his spark. Or rather, his sparks.
Dear Primus on high.
“They’re yours,” said Starscream. “In case you were wondering.”
He sounded horribly accusative.
If Arcee left her mandible dangling much longer, oral washer fluid would start to leak.
“Frag,” she said.
Starscream sneered. “Yes,” he said, shutting his spark casing with a vicious snap. “Unfortunately, we already did.”
