Our mother isn't allowing us to go back to look at our xray results, she is our only way to go and our only physical support right now. this sucks.

The blood work had an error and we have to get blood drawn again, which I'm not in the right mental place to do again because of the required fasting and obviously the awful phobia of needles. The doctor was very very understanding of that, due to our eating disorder, we cannot always safely fast or skip meals without relapsing. She said to take those steps and appointments at our own pace, which was amazing.

However, our mother disagrees with that and will not take us back unless we agree to get that done as well.

I just want to talk about the xrays and get the physical done, and finish setting up the therapy appointment. The bloodwork, as told by the doctor, can wait until I'm ready and not terrified of it.

we did it once. doing it again is possible but not this soon.

how do I convince her to just take me for the other stuff first, this is annoying

Our mom was really awesome the day we found everything out, she took us home immediately after we found out the blood would have to be done again and she even hugged and held us on the bench while we waited to get picked up to go home, she distracted with fidget toys and everything as well because of the massive panic attack we were having. it was really really sweet.

I don't understand the shift in attitude over everything, she was providing comfort and saying we could do whatever I wanted at a safe pace - now shes disregarded all of that and its almost hurtful
