Mastering Animal Names in Hindi and English
Ever been at the zoo with a Hindi-speaking friend and struggled to identify the animals? Or maybe you're learning Hindi and want to expand your vocabulary beyond basic phrases. Well, fret no more! This guide will equip you with a comprehensive list of common animal names in both Hindi and English.
Get ready to impress your friends and navigate the animal kingdom with confidence, in two languages!
1. Domesticated Delights: Pets We Know and Love
Learning the names of our furry (or feathery) companions is a great place to start. Here are some common pets in both Hindi and English:
Dog - कुत्ता (Kutta)
Cat - बिल्ली (Billi)
Fish - मछली (Machhli)
Bird - पक्षी (Pakshi)
Cow - गाय (Gāy)
Horse - घोड़ा (Ghoṛā)
2. Farmyard Friends: Hindi Names for Livestock
If you're venturing beyond the household pet, here are some essential farm animal names:
Sheep - भेड़ (Bheṛ)
Goat - बकरी (Bakri)
Pig - सुअर (Suar)
Chicken - मुर्गी (Murgi)
Donkey - गधा (Gadha)
3. Wild Wonders: Translating the Kings and Queens of the Jungle
No animal list is complete without the majestic creatures of the wild:

Kangaroo - कंगारू (Kangaru)
Zebra - ज़ेब्रा (Zebrā)
Giraffe - जिराफ़ (Jirāf)
Rhinoceros - गैंडा (Gainya)
7. Don't Forget the Sounds!
While mastering pronunciation comes with practice, here's a fun tip: some animal names are similar in Hindi and English, with a slight twist. For example, a dog is "dog" in English and "kutta" in Hindi. Notice how "kutta" mimics the barking sound! See if you can find other examples in this list.
8. Practice Makes Perfect!
Learning animal names is a delightful way to boost your Hindi vocabulary and cultural understanding. Use these newfound words to talk about your favorite animals, or test your friends' knowledge! Remember, consistent practice is key. So, keep exploring the animal kingdom, in both Hindi and English!

what does your username mean?
Cat ghost.
As child. Would go to library, to look at books about creatures, with a pen and notepad. Or sit before a television watching "nature" documentary stuff, with a pen and notepad. Was fixated on habitats. The context. Did not like to isolate an individual creature from the wider ecological community. This led to interest in geography, distribution range maps. Was aware that, in popular perception, some creatures were strongly associated with a particular place. "Lion is an African animal. Tiger is an Asian animal." Allegedly. And other stereotypes (many of them, I would later come to learn, due to chauvinism, exoticism, Orientalism, colonialism, etc.). Came across a kind of large textbook on wild cats. Saw the historical distribution maps. Only a few centuries ago, tigers were in Anatolia, the Caucasus, near the shores of the Black Sea. Was intrigued. From the middle of the twentieth century onward, the lion and cheetah were so closely associated with Africa, where like over 99% of their range was located. And yet. There remains a small remnant population of nearly-extinct Asiatic lions far away within India''s borders. And there remains a small remnant population of nearly-extinct Asiatic cheetahs within Iran's borders. And all that space, in between, where both cats were now extinct. Only 100 years ago, tiger, lion, leopard, and cheetah all lived generally near each other, still, in eastern Anatolia, near Mesopotamia, etc. And now, only a few dozen wild native cheetah remain on the entire continent of Asia.
"Cheetah". The word for this cat is from South Asia. Through Hindi, from Sanskrit.
"What happened?" I read on. Cheetahs were present within the national borders of what is now India, along with tigers, lions, and leopards. By the 1500s, there was a tradition in South Asia, where some in the Mughal aristocracy enjoyed using cheetahs as companions in sport hunting. The cats would be captured in the wild, and then trained, and then brought along on royal hunts. The cat was the star athlete, goaded into chasing down prey, for the entertainment of the hunting party. There are elaborate paintings, commissioned by Mughal courts and some now displayed in collections of European museums, depicting trained cheetah hunts. It has since been popularly said that Akbar was particularly fond of cheetahs. (Akbar the Great was the "emperor" who is credited often for consolidating Mughal state power across India, solidifying regional power by building administrative systems/structures in India ["forging an empire out of fiefdoms"] that would later eventually be manipulated and overtaken by the British Empire. According to some tellings of the historical narrative.)
Accurate or not, it was said that at any one time, Akbar possessed one thousand cheetahs. A vast royal menagerie. The names of several of the most celebrated cheetahs are still known. In some stories, when he was still young, Akbar was presented with a gift. His very first cheetah: Fatehbaz.
This disturbed me. A child, reading this book, I was upset by the idea of such a vast menagerie of wild animals. Large wild animals, with great need for food, space, enrichment. I was upset by the exploitation of captive wild animals as displays of aristocratic wealth, not just in the Mughal state(s), but also those menageires and exhibitions elsewhere, both earlier and later in time: the royal hunts of Assyrian kings, the Roman arenas, Charlemagne's elephants, European circuses.
So, as a child, I imagined that Fatehbaz resisted the captivity. Like in a daydream, a fantasy. I imagined a royal menagerie breaking free from restraint. I imagined elephants and rhinos and tigers and lions and leopards and jackals and crocodiles. I imagined the beasts attacking an emperor's court. But there are now less than one hundred cheetahs which survive in the wild in Asia. And when Mughal statecraft gave way to European statecraft, when Britain moved into South Asia, the bounty hunting specifically targeted big cats. And, meanwhile, the cats were confronted indirectly with habitat destruction, commodity crop monocultures, industrial-scale resource extraction. So I came to imagine the ghosts of cats. The ghost of a cheetah like Fatehbaz on the Indus plain. The ghost of a jaguar in the Sonoran desert. The ghost of a lion on the Mediterranean coast. The ghost of a tiger on the Amu Darya shore beyond Bukhara, where even the Aral Sea itself has vanished.

Cancer Girls: Baby Voice Edition
I've noticed a pattern with many female celebrities who are known for their "baby voice" and I thought I'd make a post about it. Since Mercury is what affects our voice and style of speech the most, I'll be looking at Mercury placements along with big 3.
Obviously not everyone on this list has a natural baby voice, in fact I'd say the majority of them speak in a very affected pseudo baby voice for which they've become known. I had previously observed how Cancer rashi women do this THE most but here are more examples.
Marilyn Monroe
The OG Ingenue who was known for her breathy baby voice. She has Rohini Sun & Mercury along with Ashlesha Rising
youtube
2. Pamela Anderson
She has Ardra Sun, Punarvasu Mercury and Mrigashira Rising
youtube
3. Paris Hilton
She has a Pushya Moon and is known for her fake baby voice which her mother claimed she learned from her.
youtube
4. Drew Barrymore
She is Punarvasu moon & Mrigashira Rising
Many have noted that a lot of famous Punarvasus have a slightly ditzy way of speaking/demeanour. Almost all Mrigashiras have a very hyper, enthusiastic, kind of frantic and restless way of being and talking. They actually embody "golden retriever energy". I think the combination of these two nakshatras results in Drew's childlike enthusiasm and kind of frantic manic way of speaking and behaving. A lot of people think she's weird 😭but it's just her nature, even Pamela Anderson who shares similar placements has a similar demeanour.
youtube
5. Wonyoung
She has Punarvasu Venus conjunct Saturn (both of them are exactly conjunct so idk which one would be her amatyakaraka) and she has received a lot of flak for her "fake baby voice" 😭 Her real voice is naturally deeper and more mature but honestly Wonyoung is such a good example of a Jupiter dominant woman; they are obsessed with presenting themselves a certain way and are very "image conscious", this truly extends to everything from clothes, style, etiquette, speech, voice, absolutely everything. They know exactly what behaviours will elicit what responses.
youtube
6. Halsey
She is Punarvasu Moon (atmakaraka) & Mars along with Swati Mercury & Rising
She's known for singing in cursive 😭 but also just has a very sugary high pitched speaking voice. If you observe her even she has a very expressive, animated way of speaking, she's not quite ditzy but she's still almost childlike in her demeanour from time to time.
youtube
7. Ariana Grande
She is Ardra Sun & Punarvasu Mercury and she rose to fame for playing a ditzy airhead on Nickelodeon. She in fact spent many years speaking like Cat Valentine off screen as well until she underwent an image revamp in the mid 2010s and adopted a blaccent.
This video shows how when she was younger not only did she have a fake baby voice, she also had a very different slightly ditzy demeanour.
youtube
8. Shehnaaz Gill
She is an Indian reality star turned influencer who is known for her baby voice and exaggerated cutesy mannerisms. She is Pushya Moon.
(the interview is mostly in Hindi but you can observe her mannerisms and way of speaking)
youtube
9. Melissa Rauch
She has Punarvasu Mercury (amatyakaraka) and played Bernadette on Big Bang Theory where she spoke in a distinctive high pitched voice whereas in real life, her voice is entirely different.
youtube
10. Kristen Bell
She has Punarvasu Sun & Mercury. She literally voiced Princess Ana in Frozen. Watch any interview of hers and you will see how expressive she is when she talks, she uses her hands a lot, her face is so animated and its so Punarvasu like🥰
youtube
(Tumblr does not allow me to embed more than 10 videos per post so I'll just be linking the rest)
11. Jennifer Garner
Tumblr media
She's Mrigashira Moon (atmakaraka), UBP Mercury, Rohini Stellium (Venus, Mars & Saturn)
She's a very good example of a typical Mrigashira. She always speaks like a very sweet, enthusiastic kid; very expressive, very animated.
Here's a link to her interview.
12. Mandy Moore
Tumblr media
She's Revati Sun (atmakaraka) , Pushya Moon, Mrigashira Rising
She voiced Rapunzel in Tangled and imo Rapunzel is Tangled is a veryyyy good example of Mrigashira behaviour in many ways but especially with her mannerisms and manic pixie like behaviour which makes sense since she was voiced by a Mrig actress.
Here's a link to Mandy speaking
Here's a link to Rapunzel in Tangled
13. Jenny Slate
Tumblr media
She is UBP Sun & Moon and Punarvasu rising
Her sense of humour and how she delivers jokes is a good mix of UBP and Punarvasu
Here's a link to a stand up bit
I've noticed that many Pisces rashi folks (UBP & Revati) are very expressive storytellers and have a very specific style of delivery (Salma Hayek, UBP Moon is a good example and so is Rihanna, Revati Moon).
Jenny has the dryness/deadpanned delivery of UBP mixed with the expressive frantic style of Punarvasu
14. Anna Kendrick
Tumblr media
She is Ashlesha Sun (atmakaraka) & Mercury (amatyakaraka)
She has that typical Cancer girl sense of humour and speaking style
Here's a link
15. Mindy Kaling
Tumblr media
She is Ardra Sun & Moon, Rohini Rising with Punarvasu Mercury
She rose to fame playing Kelly Kapoor who is a very typical Cancer gal tbh, replete with the slightly ditzy, hyper & manic style and mannerisms and squeaky excited voice.
Here's a link to her being Kelly
Here's a link of her as Mindy Lahiri on The Mindy Project
`16. Leslie Mann
Tumblr media
She is UBP Sun, Revati Mercury and Pushya Ketu
Here's a link to an interview but Leslie is such a good example of this ditzy, kind of naive way of speaking. Her mannerisms and the way she delivers is so Pisces girlie of her.
17. Lana del Rey
Tumblr media
She is Ardra Sun, Ashlesha Moon & Punarvasu Mercury
Lana is a good example of an introvert Cancer gal. People often think they're kind of weird and kookie and they have a chaotic kind of manic pixie way of speaking and behaving that it throws people off.
Here's a link, her speaking voice sounds very young and soft.
18.Rose Byrne
Tumblr media
Pushya Sun & Moon, Ashlesha mercury
She's usually more composed and elegant but when she's more comfortable you see that Cancer girl charm come out. One thing all these women have in common is how they like to act out their stories and be very expressive with their face and body; their sense of humour is very silly and slapstick.
Here's a link
19. Emma Bunton aka Baby Spice
Tumblr media
she is Pushya Sun, Mercury and Venus
(isnt it sweet that someone whose alter ego is literally called Baby Spice is a Cancer stellium 🥺)
Here's a link but Baby Spice is also a good example of a less manic but still very cutesy Cancer girl
Many Cancer girls have a tendency to "act cutesy" or "babyish" but also more often than not they are just very in touch with their inner child and kind of goofy and silly.
20. Mary Kate & Ashley Olsen
Tumblr media
They're Mrigashira Sun, Punarvasu Mercury & Ashlesha Rising
If you've watched Full House or any of their movies, you can see the ditzy girly girl behaviour of Punarvasu come out but irl they're more introverted and a little awkward, sort of like Lana and seem funny in a shy way.
Claire Nakti had observed in her Swati video about how Swatis and Punarvasus share certain similarities, I've seen this extend to their behaviour and mannerisms as well. Jennifer Tilly, Mila Kunis (both Swati Moon) and Emma Stone (Swati Sun) all have a very similar energetic girly, sweet and humble but kind of kooky and silly style of speaking and story telling.

Day 15/100 days of Productivity
22nd April, 2024
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Academia
Before 22nd April
I read through the notes of Kinematics 1D.
Watched a beautiful video on steric hindrance. Explained in Hindi. (Steric hindrance is when two groups repel each other in an organic compound. It increases with increase in alkyl groups and size.)
Read through lecture slides of Solids. And made short notes.
Watching a video on hydrocarbons.
On 22nd April
Revised Basic Maths.
Doing lecture 1 slides of Vectors.
Watched this video on Glycolysis.
Watched this animation on menstrual cycle.
Also watched and made notes of a few minutes of Atomic Structure.
Also watched NCERT line by line of Principle of Inheritance. Didn't finish it though.
Non Academia
I watched this video on Bridgerton specially Polin storyline. Though I've already read the book but it has been around 8 months since, so this was fun. The book actually portrays Penelope and Colin in a better light than the series. And I'm gonna be very honest, one of the best characters is Penelope. I also like Colin but there were instances I didn't.
Watched my favourite kind of video-On Pride and Prejudice. Was Mr. Darcy a lord? A fascinating conversation. I'm waiting for the time when I'm spending all my days reading and learning and talking about Jane Austen. Which is gonna be in 12 days.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
5/20 days of April breaking the cycle
I had terrible back/shoulder pain at the end of the day, so I had to lie down. Now I did study for about 40 minutes while lying down but I finally started reading a romance novel. And yes, I finished it. It wasn't long though, it was just 230 pages. But CAN YOU BELIEVE IT? my exam has barely 10 days left and I'm reading a romance novel. And finishing it. I wish I had the same dedication for my studies as I have for watching and reading romcoms.
-Tanishka.

Animals Name in Hindi to English
Have you ever wondered how the majestic lion roars in Hindi, or the playful monkey chatters? Buckle up, wildlife enthusiasts, because we're embarking on a whirlwind tour of the animal kingdom, where we'll translate the bustling sounds of the jungle from Hindi to English!
Farmyard Friends:
Our journey begins at the cozy farmyard, a cacophony of familiar sounds. The gentle moo of the cow, revered in India as "gaay," becomes a familiar "cow" in English. We hear the rhythmic "baatein" (chatter) of the "murgi" (hen) as she gathers her chicks, while the proud "murga" (rooster) lets out a resounding "kukdukdoo" (cock-a-doodle-doo) to greet the dawn. Don't forget the loyal "kutta" (dog) with its enthusiastic barks and the ever-curious "billi" (cat), whose sly meows can melt even the stoniest heart.
Into the Wild:
As we delve deeper, the whispers of the forest intensify. The ferocious "sher" (lion) lets out a bone-chilling "daar" (roar), while the striped "baagh" (tiger) stalks its prey with a silent, predatory grace. The wise "haathi" (elephant) trumpets a mighty "naad" (sound), and its gentle counterpart, the "hathini" (female elephant), rumbles a softer response. Keep an eye out for the cunning "लोमड़ी" (lomdi, fox) with its sly "chip-chip" and the lumbering "bhaaloo" (bear), whose guttural growl can send shivers down your spine.
A Symphony of Wings:
Soaring above, a multitude of birds fills the sky with their melodious chirps. The vibrant "mor" (peacock) struts its dazzling feathers, its call a resonant "peenh" (cry). Don't miss the unmistakable "kawwa" (crow) with its harsh "kaa-kaa" and the chatty "maina" (mynah), whose ability to mimic sounds creates a unique avian orchestra. Look for the graceful "sarus" crane, its trumpeting call echoing across the plains, and the vibrant "chidiya" (bird), a generic term encompassing a plethora of feathered friends.
Slithering and Splashing:
Our exploration extends beyond land. The sinuous "saap" (snake) slithers through the undergrowth, its body adorned with mesmerizing patterns. In the shimmering waters, colorful "machhli" (fish) dart and weave, their fins flashing like jewels. Keep an eye out for the formidable "gharial" (crocodile), its powerful jaws a reminder of the hidden dangers lurking beneath the surface. Don't forget the graceful "mehrana" (frog) with its loud "tak-tak" (croaking) and the elusive "kachhua" (turtle), patiently making its way across the land.
Conclusion:
This is just a glimpse into the vibrant tapestry of animal names in Hindi and English. Each translation holds a unique melody, reflecting the rich cultural and natural heritage of both languages. So, the next time you encounter an animal, take a moment to appreciate its name in both Hindi and English – a delightful reminder of the beautiful symphony of life on our planet!

DAY 5605
Jalsa, Mumbai                   June 22,  2023                   Thu 11:25 PM
🪔 .. June 23 .. birthday greetings to Ef Anish Morarji Tataria .. yo from your Ef Family 😁✌🏽 ..
And .. to dear Ef Moses Sapir .. your wedding anniversary on June 23 .. our good wishes always ..
Birthday - EF - Anish Morarji Tataria Friday, 23 June .. and our wishes for this special day of yours .. love from the Ef family ..
Does it dawn .. dawn in the recognised morn of the day .. the day doth announce its presence .. or about its presence .. and the World of writing and writers hurriedly adopts the ‘dawn’ to their world ..
‘ it be the dawn of a new world’ ..  they say .. or words to that effect .. effective , poetic and composite .. whether the dawn turns to the sun lit day or not irrespective .. or sets into another quiet unknown night for another dawn to re appear ..
amusingly , when the film ‘DON’ was announced with me .. many in the world of Hindi cinema were quite unaware of the word don ..
what they were familiar with was a product known as DAWN .. the  DAWN banyaan .. vests ..
And the market was very skeptical and annoyed with the makers as to why a film title should be about undergarments .. !!
many still are .. 🤣
... but on another note .. Ef remembers Babuji and his translated auto biography and puts it all down .. I feel it deserves mention here :
And .. before Music Day ends .. I feel having the honor of sharing few words from Babuji about his journey with music from his autobiography .. but , then , indeed , every day is music day .. love .. ❤🙏🏻
Quoting babuji : 🙏🏻
“ [...] ..
Pratap Narayan [my Father] was duly betrothed to the daughter of Munshi Ishwari Prasad, a resident of Katra Mohalla in Allahabad. Her name was Sursati, and she was to become my Mother. The name 'Sursati' is clearly derived from 'Saraswati', and when I felt the first stirrings of a desire to be a poet or writer, I derived much self-confidence from the fact that I was the son of the goddess of learning and of art and music.
[And in mentioning music] ..
Professor Khushhalkar, was our music teacher, he was a Maharashtrian and a pupil of Pandit V.D. Pulaskar. His Hindi was of the Bombay variety, but when he taught us devotional songs, his pronunciation of every syllable was crystal-clear; he would make us do voice practice to the harmonium, then teach us bhajans such as Tulsi's Gaiye Ganapati Jagabandara, which I can still sing from memory today. He also showed us how to sing while picking out the notes on the harmonium: he would pump the bellows with one hand while the fingers of the other would run lightly over the keys, his own voice blending with that of the instrument in such a way as to achieve a sublime harmony of the inanimate with the animate: evoking a tingling emotional response. Professor Khushhalkar sowed the seeds of music in me, but regrettably I was never able to grow the plant that should have sprung from them. Still, my slight study of music was helpful in the reciting of poetry, and a little knowledge of tala helped me compose songs in the folk genre. I can also tap out a rhythm on a drum, but that was learnt from my mother and sisters. ” ~

.. and in time .. hopefully there shall an introduction to the music that this untrained novice who has had no musical training at all .. just been in the company of listening and present to the sounds of music that has remained with me .. and the legacy of Babuji , if nothing else shall prevail .. yet again ..
In quiet love and affection to the Ef ..

What really makes me laugh with sadness is rhe Fact that I'm a dravidian and trust me when I say that there is like a clear cut division between how we think about the Hindi speaking (coughs cough) belt heh.
Like I'm seeing their thoughts behind Ravana and I'm like lol he was a brown dark skinned king
Like these basic af people can't even bring in the nuance - from my perspective, and from many dravidians perspective, Rama the person was a colonizer + imperialist lol
He travelled from place to place disrupting the people around him and didn't understand different cultures and they have literally demonized the dark skin of the dravidians
They are not going to learn until it's too late
((I'm willing to come off Anon if the these people attack you))
Exactly!
I've always had this question about how all these aesthetics and shit never really had much in the way of festivals like Onam. Because Onam is a festival that throws a spanner in Hindutva canon. Its a direct opposite to idk, Vamana Jayanti or whatever bullshit that has been invented to counter the significance of Maveli (or Mahabali) coming back to earth.
Also like yeah! The Ramayana continually refers to people of the south as animals and uncivilised beings. Like even if Kishkindha was referenced as some civilisation, if you notice the way Sugriva and Vaali, and that whole civilisation was portrayed, you see more of this disgust for their hedonistic tendencies from the narrative. Which, according to the 'civilised' Ayodhyavasis, is absolutely disgusting.
Seriously, people need to put some brains into the epics they love. Whenever we bring this kind of discourse up, Dravidians only ever get stupid responses like 'India is one country lol'. So? One country means we all have to forget our own cultures and line up to whatever single idea of India these Hindutvavadis have? I urge people to think a little, geez.

Get to know Sri
Stage Name: Sri
Birth Name: Srihari Venkat
Nationality: Australian
Ethnicity: Indian
Position: Rapper, Dancer, Producer
Birthday: July 9 1988
Zodiac Sign: Cancer
Height: 170 cm (5'7")
Blood type: O+
MBTI: INTP
Representative animal: 🐱(I don't really remember if it is used to represent Lee Know as well, so feel free to correct me if I'm wrong)
Unit: DanceRacha, 3Racha(Don't really think it'd be 3 anymore tho-)
Facts about Sri
He was born in Brisbane, Australia
Has a younger sister who's 5 years younger than him
Came to Korea to train when he was 18
He had very little training in dance (the training being the dance classes he had joined when he was 7/8 years old for a few months) before he was recruited
Although He had been learning Carnatic music ever since he was 3, he stopped learning at the age of 14 (so about 11 years of experience)
He auditioned to be an idol out of spite for his dad
He had been doing his bachelor's degree and masters in architecture while being an idol as he 'wanted to have a back-up plan just in case'
He has a mole on his right cheekbone
He was a trainee for about 2 years
Nicknames given by STAY: Chan's wife, Nicknames given by the members: Eomma, Venki
He treats English as his first language. He can speak Japanese fluently, Tamil (his mother tongue), and Hindi to a decent extent. He can also speak French and Mandarin but no one really knows that he can speak those two languages
He can draw and paint quite well when given a reference but he says he lacks the creative skills to just visualise something and draw it
As per the members, he has quite a laid-back personality and is a comfort figure to all of them. They also say that he's quite good at giving advice even if he hadn't been in the situation himself
As per Chan, Sri struggles to express his emotions as he fears that he'd be burdening others by telling them about his struggles. And even if Sri does express his emotions, he struggles to frame and tell others about how exactly he feels about something
He has double-jointed thumbs and elbows
He has a driver's license and enjoys going on long drives with his members
When he isn't driving, you can always spot him wearing his headphones and gazing out the window
His favourite season is Spring and he loves rainy and stormy weather
He actually is a vegetarian and does not eat any type of meat
He is extremely introverted when it comes to social interactions with people he doesn't know quite well but is also one of the most upbeat when around the members, kinda like another member Han
He has very strong opinions and will not hesitate to express them. This trait of his has gotten him into quite a few scandals
His favourite colour is purple
He doesn't really have a favourite food, he will enjoy anything that is mentioned to be spicy but he actively avoids most fruit, his least favourite being strawberries and any kind of melon except watermelon
He prefers producing songs rather than songwriting
He has a pet dog named Cosmo back in Australia and also owns two cats in Korea, named Blossom and Buttercup, Blossom is a ginger cat and Buttercup is a black cat
As per the members and STAY, Sri is a caring person, prepared for almost any situation that comes his way. He seems to always put the members before his own needs. In the first one Kid's Room, he said that if given a choice to protect either himself or his loved ones, he'd always pick to protect his loved ones as he'd rather not live than imagine living a life without his loved ones
He is the typical 'mom friend', always having something or the other in his bag for any situation, earning his nickname 'Eomma'. You're hungry? Sri has a snack bar in his backpack. You got hurt? He's got a first-aid kit somewhere in his bag, You need anything ranging from a charger to a makeup product? Sri's always got something in his bag
He loves dad jokes and puns
He lives true to his MBTI, trying to see logic even when it isn't required.
He shares his dorm with Chan and I.N
He is SKZ's handyman being able to fix most things that the others break. That being said, he is the one who ends up breaking most things due to his clumsy ass
He tends to seem quite calm under pressure although he most probably is panicking internally
He is a major perfectionist and will redo his autograph multiple times during fan meetings and signings, just so that it's 'perfect'
Although Sri would much rather cook and bake alone as doing it alone gets him in his 'zone', he enjoys baking and cooking with Felix and Minho as well
He often tricks the other members into eating vegetarian food and then just lets them guess the 'meat' that was in the dish when in reality it's either cauliflower or some form of soy. He does this just to prove a point to them as most of them have this general notion that vegetarian food is bland
He often goes to the gym alongside Chan and Changbin
He usually helps Chan with leading the members on days when Chan is too exhausted to do it himself
He is friends with Hongjoong, San, and Mingi from ATEEZ
He is often seen hanging out with Yeji and Ryujin from ITZY
