You’ll need to decide what kind of time and resources it might take to motivate people to act for a particular goal. There’s some basic criteria that you can use to evaluate how much work it might take to have an impact.

HISTORY/CONTEXT:

Have there been previous fights there?

Are people involved in current or previous struggles elsewhere? Experience and confidence are infectious. (Example: Many of the people who started the Ferguson uprising were fast food workers organizing at work.)

Are people paying attention to other external struggles? (Eg Tim Hortons workers fighting to keep benefits)

You’ll get a lot of this information by talking to people.

"La Bocatoma," Housing Modules, Rio Blanco, Ecuador,

The architects have collaborated with volunteers from the community for the design and build, with the initiative to foster community tourism and develop shelters that embody the area’s vernacular architecture. 

Across La Bocatoma Housing Modules, the neighboring sector’s prevalent traditional bahareque hut has been reinterpreted, infused with innovative construction expressions.

Prefabricated bahareque panels were developed, reducing execution time and wall thickness while maintaining thermal comfort, while the modules were roofed with paramo straw.

Focus also fell on promoting community work and transferring knowledge to new generations in both academic and community settings.

"The frost of winter is beginning to lift with the warm breezes of spring. All around the country, travelers are setting off in search of adventure, townspeople are throwing open their windows to invite the cleansing winds, and Ryuujin are scrambling for more ink to document their charges’ journeys. But in the small city of Centura Springs, it’s the Iridescence Festival!

"Held every year with blooming of easter lilies, the six day holiday celebrates the returning color and activity of spring, the end of winter’s austerity, and the persistence of friendships and romance in the face of hardship. Unlike the next lunar cycle’s Dye Festival, where young couples trade confessions and gifts, many take the Iridescence Festival to give their partners (romantic and otherwise) a show of appreciation and gratitude."

I’ve spent the last month exploring a region of the Feywild known as the fallen Kingdom of Sylvarie… don’t look away, I need your guys’s help to help me map out the Feywilds before I get sucked back in to the Archfey’s keep.

I need resources for 5e (older editions will be accepted tho) any resources you guys use for the feywild or even modules that you run set in the realm of Faerie. Going Public (or not!)

One of the key parts of strategy and tactics involves whether or not to go public as a union/organization/committee/group of concerned folks. This decision can lead to a lot of goodwill, as we saw with neighbors and friends surrounding our Burgerville and Stardust campaigns, but it can also lead to a lot of angry energy and union busting techniques.

One of the reasons to go public is to show your unity and strength together — that none of their cheap intimidation is working. This is a step in which inoculation and reorganization becomes extremely important.
