Decrypting the morse code in the new QSMP teaser (a detailed explanation)
Quackity's new teaser for QSMP 2 (or something??) contained a long sequence of morse code which I... spent like 6 hours decrypting, and this is an explanation of how I did it (and you can, too, shall you wish to!)
I also posted a shorter analysis on my blog where I looked at all the different aspects of the video (the spoken words, the words flashing on the screen AND the morse code) in case you wanna learn more about the video in general.
The only program I used for this was audacity, which is free and which you can download quite easily.
Getting the audio ready
First, I recorded the audio by playing the video in one tab and recording it via Audacity in another using a tutorial here. Before that, I tried to use VLC, but it has a bug that makes it so it will only record the video and not the audio. Still, useful if you only want the video!
After I had the audio of the whole video, I needed to extract the morse code since in some sequences, it would be literally impossible (at least for me, dunno about you superhuman) to understand the morse code due to all the background noise. To do this, I first looked at a sequence where there was ONLY the morse code and nothing else and analyzed the spectrum of this.
This 'spectrum' is essentially just a graph of how much sound of a certain frequency (measured in Hz) is in a certain snippet that I selected.
Tumblr media
The top is the frequency of the morse code, so the plan is to keep this frequency (469 Hz) and throw everything else out.
In order to do this, I used the menus which you can find in audacity under 'effects -> Dominic Mazzoni,' reduced the volume of everything above 480 Hz by 48 Db (there is an option for how much you want to reduce it, but seeing as we don't need it at all we might as well reduce it as much as possible) and same for everything below 460.
After cutting it, I was left with a recording of (mostly) only the morse code.
Decoding the morse code
Of course, I tried to do it the lazy way and punched the thing into a software which is supposed to be able to get morse code from recordings, CwGet. Did not work though, the thing is like REALLY old so I'd recommend searching another one. The only thing it DID grab correctly was 'is sacred im coming' but besides that it was just... bs.
SO, I had to do it myself.
Tumblr media
(the best flowchart for morse code I was able to find)
Now, I won't bore you with all of the stuff where I wasn't sure about something and had to go over it over and over again, but one thing I do want to mention is that, in a very specific part, I did the filtering thing again, this time with 465 and 475 Hz though, and got an even cleaner result out of that. BUT, the more you do that the quieter the whole thing gets so I had to crank up the volume everywhere all the way. You hear it more clearly but it's quieter.
The following is, of course, not completely guaranteed to be true, but it sounds like the most logical one to me. IMSORRY .. -- ... --- .-. .-. -.-- IMSORRY .. -- ... --- .-. .-. -.-- IMSORRY .. -- ... --- .-. .-. -.-- PLEASEHELP .--. .-.. . .- ... . .... . .-.. .--. HELPHELP .... . .-.. .--. .... . .-.. .--. SOSSOSSOS ... --- ... ... --- ... ... --- ... ITSNOTREAL .. - ... -. --- - .-. . .- .-.. ITSNOTPOSSIBLE .. - ... -. --- - .--. --- ... ... .. -... .-.. . TOHAVETHIS - --- .... .- ...- . - .... .. ... 1:27 in the recording RETURNTOYOUR .-. . - ..- .-. -. - --- -.-- --- ..- .-. Still unresolved what the following could mean (different versions): ORIEFIRL --- .-. .. . ..-. .. .-. .-.. ORIFISL --- .-. .. ..-. .. ... .-..
And also still unresolved but I only have one version for this: GFBEYAMMD --. ..-. -... . -.-- .- -- -- -..
THATWALL - .... .- - .-- .- .-.. .-.. ITISCURSED .. ... -.-. ..- ..-. ... . -.. ITISSACRED .. - .. ... ... .- -.-. .-. . -.. IMCOMING .. -- -.-. --- -- .. -. --. BAC -... .- -.-. I still haven't been able to find the missing k 'back' technically has, it is possible it comes WAYYYY later and so I don't have it in my recording, but I think the message is clear enough.
There are still passages where I am completely unsure what they mean. It could be me not understanding it correctly, but the rest has been fairly easy so I don't know about that. It could also be encrypted or just complete bullshit. Either way, if you want to give it a try and see if you can make something of it, please feel free to give it a listen!
The complete text reads as:
I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry please help, help, help SOS SOS SOS It's not real, it's not possible to have this You are meant for this You are meant for this You are meant [to] return to your (ORIEFIRLGFBEYAMMD/ORIFISLGFBEYAMMD (yes no idea either)) That wall, it is cursed It is sacred I'm coming bac[k].
brackets [ ] where there should be something in order for it to make sense but there isn't.

I think Cap should be allowed to swear. But only in morse. He's smiling and nodding and chatting happily to another leaguer while in a bad mood, tip tap tapping away with a finger tip on the table. The ones who understand Morse are giving him increasingly horrified looks but he's not even LOOKING at them.

It's been a while since I've drawn something with... this much detail, lol.
Not really happy with how Julie's face turned out but the rest of the drawing looks just fine to me, so far! you know how an artist's perspective on their art varies so crazy :-)
Anyway, yeah, this has no context at all (maybe). Give it the one you want yourselves.

Could you make yandere prisoner fyodor x prisoner reader? From meursault arc??
Such a nice request! ♥️ (Also… I’m so sorry it took me so long!) I wrote a scenario since you didn’t specifically mention which format. ♥️
Fyodor x fem!reader
prisoner reader, Meursault arc, Fyodor being himself, yandere-ish (it’s Fyodor…).
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Fyodor’s attention shifted from the pages of his book, his pale fingers pausing for the briefest of moments as his deep violet eyes settled on you. The words on the page blurred as his mind, sharp and calculating, turned toward the enigma that had appeared before him.
You were a curious thing, lost in a world that was not your own, fumbling in the shadows of a place like Meursault. He let his gaze linger, silently studying you—your delicate presence, standing out in a way that unsettled the grim, oppressive atmosphere of the prison.
Who are you?
You were not an ADA agent, that much was certain. And yet, you didn’t seem like someone who belonged here at all. The prison, with its cold, dark corners and the fetid stench of hopelessness, should have been a place for the irredeemable, the broken. But you? There was a spark in you, something that betrayed your outward appearance of meekness.
His eyes narrowed ever so slightly as you blinked, an ordinary enough action—but not quite. There was a pattern to it, a rhythm that immediately caught his attention. It wasn’t a simple blink of fatigue; no, it was something more deliberate. A message.
How quaint.
His lips curled into a barely perceptible smile, the corners of his mouth turning up ever so slightly. He watched, intrigued, as the message unfolded, the delicate taps of your eyes telling him everything he needed to know. Morse code.
He sat up a little straighter, his fingers lightly grazing the edges of the book he had abandoned, the pages still and silent now. His gaze never wavered from you.
Fyodor’s lips parted slightly as a cold smirk tugged at his mouth. How interesting. What could you possibly know about him to seek him out in this way?
His gaze hardened, as if savoring the challenge you had unwittingly placed before him. He could see through the cracks in your carefully constructed exterior—you were no ordinary prisoner.
No, you were here for him.
A cute little mouse, venturing into the den of a predator, unaware that it was already ensnared. There was a delicate beauty in your folly, a naïve courage that made him lean forward slightly, an ever-present amusement dancing in his eyes.
Every inch of him was drawn to the puzzle you presented. Your attempts to reach him, to break through the silence of this forsaken place, were not lost on him. And now that he had noticed, now that his attention was fixed on you, there was no escape.
He watched you, his gaze sharp as a blade, and let the silence stretch between you both, thick with unspoken words. You had invited him into your little game, and now it was his turn to decide how it would play out.
Oh, how delightful.
The air in the cell is heavy with tension, each breath you take a quiet, deliberate action, as you try to gather your thoughts. Fyodor’s gaze is unwavering, his violet eyes never leaving you. The silence between you stretches, thickening as he studies you, his fingers delicately brushing the edges of his book, as though the pages are no more than a mere distraction from the game unfolding before him.
You had hoped for a response, had silently prayed that your attempt at communication would not go unnoticed. And then, a subtle shift—his fingers move, tapping lightly against the wall. The pattern is familiar, the rhythmic beat a language you understand all too well.
Morse code.
Your heart skips a beat. He’s answering you.
You watch him intently, your breath shallow, as you try to keep up with his deliberate message. Each tap seems to echo louder in your mind, as if to remind you that this moment is unlike anything you’ve encountered before.
His message is calm, controlled, and yet, there’s an underlying thread of something more dangerous, more enticing. Your pulse quickens as the realization hits: he knows exactly what you’re trying to do.
You feel a chill run through you, but it’s not fear—it’s something far more complex, a curious sense of thrill. You had sought him out, reached through the silence to this man who felt so impossibly distant, and yet, now that he’s noticed, now that his attention is entirely fixed on you, you can’t bring yourself to look away.
And then, as if the tension in the room wasn’t enough, the door to the cell rattled open, revealing a new cell that seemed to materialise out of nowhere.
Your gaze shifts instinctively.
Dazai.
“Looks like I’ve found a little gathering. How delightful.”
Your heart races, and for the briefest of moments, you wonder if you’ve made a mistake by reaching out to them. But then, Fyodor’s fingers tap again, a soft rhythm against the stone wall, as though to remind you that the game is far from over.
His fingers tap once more, the sound sharp and deliberate. Let the game of prison break begin.

The new QSMP teaser - deep dive (morse code!!!!)
This is a (still relatively short) deep dive into all most of the hidden messages in the new teaser Quackity posted in which we are going BACK TO THE ISLAND!
If you want a more detailed explanation of how I figured out the morse code, check out my other post!
Index: - Flashing text on the screen - The music - The spoken words (poem) - The light - The MORSE CODEEE
Flashing text
The flashing text which could be seen on the screen reads:
Return safe your journey is high not over
I thought at first it would be 'your journey is nigh,' as in close in time, BUT it actually does say high. Which is weird.
Tumblr media
Maybe as in plane or wall?
The music
I don't know, heard it before, something classic. I doubt it has a deeper meaning though.
The spoken text
During the later part of the video, a presumably artifical voice reads a quite odd... collection of words. First, @mossybee-exe and I made some guesses about the words, since not all of them can be heard clearly, which together form:
In the desert, I saw a creature [unintelligable] whom, squatting on the ground, held his heart in his hands and ate of it. I said, 'is it good, friend?' 'It is bitter (than that?),' he answered, 'but I like it -- Interval where the texts lay over and you can't really understand SHIT -- (house and death??) but I like it because it is bitter and because it is my heart.'
NOW
I took this and put it into a duckduckgo search because I was already suspecting that it was a poem. And I was right.
In the Desert By Stephen Crane
In the desert I saw a creature, naked, bestial, Who, squatting upon the ground, Held his heart in his hands, And ate of it. I said, “Is it good, friend?” “It is bitter—bitter,” he answered;
“But I like it “Because it is bitter, “And because it is my heart.”
I also found an interpretation of it (https://poemanalysis.com/stephen-crane/in-the-desert/), though I don't really see how it could be connected to anything else yet. Does match the whole creepy vibe of it though.
The light
Tumblr media
I thought that it could be morse code, but... I don't know. The blinking seems very erractic, but I also can't put a finger on what it could mean.
The Morse Code
The part I spent the longest on, but also my absolute favourite.
If you want to read how I decoded it in a LOT more detail, I'll put up another post on my blog! Check it out if you like that stuff :D
The morse code decoded is:
I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry please help, help, help SOS SOS SOS It's not real, it's not possible to have this You are meant for this You are meant for this You are meant [to] return to your (ORIEFIRLGFBEYAMMD or ORIFISLGFBEYAMMD (yes no idea either)) That wall, it is cursed It is sacred I'm coming bac[k].
brackets [ ] where, logically, there should be something but isn't.
ANDDD this is it, thank you for reading! <3
