tw: mentione of finnick’s canon sexual trauma
finnick odair is experienced in the bedroom, but not experienced with true, genuine intimacy. he knows how to end a sexual encounter fast, how to find all the right spots and get it all over with. but he isn’t quite sure how to be slow, to savor it. you have to teach him, kiss your way down his body, be gentle. you tease him, make it last.
he knows how to seduce, how to be charming. but he isn’t good at vulnerability, real connection. he will grin and smirk, but covers his shy smiles, his genuine laughter. he doesn’t blush, except how he does when you’re involved. you teach him how to date. you hold his hand, cuddle him, kiss his cheeks.
the capitol has taken so much from him. he’s had sex more times than he can count, but he’s never made love. he’s been on dates, but he’s never dated. he’s been adored by people who will never truly know him, but never been known and loved at the same time.
you know him, and you love him, even with his flaws. he is not just the hot victor to you. he’s just finnick, who snorts when he laughs too hard and loves when you kiss down his chest and belly, who ties knots when he’s nervous and hates kissing with too much tongue.

“Love, it’s time to go.”
Harry started to pick up and put away the toys Ophelia was playing with but she wanted nothing to do with it.
Harry had dropped her off at his mum’s house this morning since he had to go into the office today.
Phee went to daycare once a week but for the other four days Harry had work Anne would watch her.
Ophelia quickly snatched the building block back from her father, “Mine, daddy!”
He was taken aback by her actions. She usually never acts like this unless she’s super tired and cranky.
“Ophelia Wren. We do not take things out of people's hands without their permission. That’s a big no-no,” Harry firmly stated.
A firm crease in her brow as she listened to Harry. “Could y’apologize to y’daddy please?”
“No!” Her new favorite word at the moment. The word has caused her quite a few trips to the stairs just because of it.
“Fine. Y’can go and sit on the steps till you’re ready to apologize and act properly.”
He quickly picked her up and placed her bottom on the lowest stair, “Stay here until daddy comes and gets y’okay?”
Phee glared daggers at Harry as he waited for her response.
“Say yes, daddy,” He prompted, his eyes firm and giving her “the look.”
“Yes, daddy,” she mumbled.
Harry walked away listening as Ophelia grumbled under her breath just letting her stew and calm down hopefully before their drive home.
“Has she been acting out at all recently?” Harry asked his mum as he walked into the kitchen.
Anne watched the whole interaction between the two. She was quite shocked to watch Phee act the way she did since she’s always such a sweet girl.
Anne shook her head, “No, she hasn’t been acting out at all.”
“Maybe it’s because she’s with you all the time and wants to push your buttons,” Anne suggested knowing that’s how her kids acted when they were her age.
“Or she’s showing signs of terrible twos.”
Harry looked back out where his daughter sat watching as she brewed. Her foot dug into the hardwood floor and her arms crossed over her chest.
She was his sweet girl. Surely she wouldn’t treat him like this because of something called the “terrible twos.”

A/n I changed a few things around (timeline wise) where Feyre had Nyx before the war in Hybern. I hope you guys won’t mind.
Tumblr media
It was a total shit show. They were meant to go on a mission to forge more allies for the inevitable war against Hybern. They decided to bring Nyx with them because they thought it would be a simple mission. Unfortunately, they crossed paths with Hybern soldiers, and half of them were severely injured, while the other half were helping the injured make their way towards a safe house Azriel mentioned when they finally killed the Hybern soldiers.
“We’re here,” Azriel called out to everyone.
Everyone let out an exhausted sigh at the news and followed Azriel toward a beautiful house that was near a lake.
Before they entered the house, Azriel turned towards everyone: “Before you enter, I want to express how sorry I am for not telling you about who you’re about to meet.”
Everyone exchanged concerned looks before entering the house.
The second they entered the home they were met with the smell of fresh baked goods. “Y/n, I’m home,” Azriel called out: “I’m going to need you to bring out all of your healing oils and your delicate hands to help heal some of my friends”.
Everyone exchanged shocked looks at the fact that Azriel had kept the fact that he had a significant other.
Right when Cassian was about to question his brother on how he was able to keep such a secret from them, a feminine voice came from upstairs. “Daddy, Ophelia took my favorite dress and ruined it ! ! !” Your daughter Anastasia cried as she rushed down the stairs with her ruined dress in her hands.
On cue, your other daughter came rushing behind her sister: “It was an accident!!!!”
“No, it wasn’t ! ! !” Anastasia cried: “You knew I had my date tonight with Achilles; you ruined it because you have a crush on him !”
That statement alone caused Azriel’s heart to stop: “There is no way you are going out on a date. You’re just a child ! ! !” Azriel argued.
“Daddy, I’m 89 years old,” Anastasia replied: “I’m allowed to date.”
Throughout the exchange, the inner circle tried to wrap their head around the fact that Azriel had a secret family and had been hiding them for at least 89 years.
That’s when you appeared with a tray of healing oils and cream: “Ophelia, Anastasia apologize to our guests for your behavior and either helps your two younger sisters in the kitchen or go to your rooms” you scolded your two daughters before acknowledging your guests: “Please make yourselves at home while I heal the injured”.
One by one you took the injured fae into a separate room and began to heal their wounds. While that happened, the rest of the inner circle started questioning why Azriel kept this from them. “Can you blame me?” Azriel asked: “I’m the spymaster of the night court; I’m bound to garner some enemies. I kept them hidden so no one would go after them.”
“But we could have helped,” Feyre replied: “We would have kept them safe.”
Azriel shook his head: “I wanted them to have a normal life. They deserve the normal and safe life I never had growing up. When I met y/n a hundred years ago and found out we were mates, I promised I would keep her safe. I doubled down on it when we discovered y/n was pregnant with Anastasia”. Azriel sighed and looked over at Rhysand and Cassian: “I really wanted to tell you about them, especially when I met y/n. I knew you guys would love her but I was scared for her safety.”
“I totally understand” Rhysand responded: “If I had the choice I would have done the same thing with Feyre and Nyx.”
“I also would have done the same thing,” Cassian replied as he took Nesta's hand.
Azriel sent his brother a smile before they heard tiny footsteps coming down the hall. “DADDY ! ! !” Two small faes no older than five came running into the room. “You’re home !” the girls said in unison and jumped onto Azriels lap.
“I find it amusing that Azriel only has daughters unless you have more hidden somewhere?” Amren commented as she watched your daughter’s kiss on Azriel’s cheeks.
Everyone started chuckling at Amren's comment: “Nope, I’m a girl dad and I wouldn’t change that at all” Azriel replied.
“If you don’t mind me asking, why is there a big age gap between your daughters,” Nesta asked.
Azriel couldn’t help but laugh as he responded: “We intended to only have two, but Charlotte came into our lives 5 years ago, and we didn’t want her to grow up alone, so we had Amélie two years later”.
“Daddy, pay attention to me,” Charlotte grabbed her dad's face: “I helped Mommy make the pastries today; do you want to try one?”
“Can I have one Mommy?” everyone turned and realized Nyx was finally awake and looking up at Feyre.
“Yes ! ! ! !” both Charlotte and Amélie got off their father's lap and went over to Nyx: “You are going to love them”. Charlotte and Amélie each grabbed Nyx’s hand and ran towards the kitchen to get a treat.
Right at that instant, you reappeared with a now-healed Elain by your side. “I told those girls those pastries were supposed to be a surprise for their father,” you huffed out before you acknowledged everyone in the room: “Would you like me to bring the pastries out here for you?”
“Actually, let me help you bring everything out,” Feyre volunteered, followed by Nesta and Elain.
As soon as you were gone, Rhysand leaned over and whispered into Azriel’s ear: “Listen, I get why you hid this from us, but now that we know, please let us know if you need anything for them. They are family and we always protect family”.
“Thank you, Rhysand,” Azriel smiled at Rhysand: “I really don’t know what I would do without my family”.
Rhysand was about to pat Azriel’s shoulder when Nyx came rushing in with a grin on his face: “Uncle Azriel, I’m going to marry Charlotte AND Amélie ! ! !”
The color drained from Azriel’s face at Nyx’s statement. “I’m sure you will, Nyx; let’s go see what’s taking your mother so long in the kitchen,” Rhysand quickly got his son and exited the room before Azriel could respond.

Wednesday Addams X Fem reader
"People are like plants: it’s not the amount of light they receive, but the kind that determines if they bloom." - Anonymous
“I don’t want to do it, Enid,” Wednesday hisses through gritted teeth, casting a cold look at the blonde in front of her.
“It was my turn last year! Can’t you do me this favor just this once?” Enid responds, her tone a mix of sweetness and desperation, her eyes pleading with her roommate.
I decide to look away, letting my attention wander around the room’s decor. I had just arrived at Nevermore Academy, and the headmistress had assured me that someone would show me around. But it seems she had asked the wrong people.
I was born with two powers: super hearing and the ability to read minds. The latter I try to avoid as much as possible; it feels like invading people’s privacy. But with super hearing, there’s no way to turn it off. All I can do is try to distract myself by focusing on something that captures my attention.
One of the main reasons I avoid using my powers is the discomfort of hearing what people think and say about you. Discovering what others are hiding can be devastating, and...
Oh, look. There’s a hand walking by itself.
I raise an eyebrow in confusion, but a slight smile escapes me at the unusual sight.
“Is something amusing you?” Wednesday Addams asks with a hint of venom in her voice. I look up, my cheeks flushing with embarrassment as her dark eyes lock onto mine with a chilling intensity.
Her body is rigid, her posture upright, and her head held high with an unshakable pride.
As soon as I meet her gaze, a strange sensation crosses my mind. Then, a phrase materializes in my thoughts: I don’t like this girl. The feeling of discomfort replaces my initial embarrassment.
Enough, Y/N, I think to myself. Stop reading thoughts.
“Sorry, she’s just like that...” Enid interjects with a nervous smile, shooting a sidelong glance at her friend.
“No, it’s fine,” I quickly reply, trying to mask my discomfort as I set my suitcase on the floor.
Wednesday huffs with a hint of annoyance and gracefully walks over to her desk. She grabs the bag that was on the chair and, before leaving the room, gives me one last look that makes me wish I could disappear. Then, without a word, she steps out of Ophelia Hall.
“I think you should follow her,” Enid suggests with a small smile.
I give her a small wave, almost as a thank you, and hurry to exit, trying to keep up with the small but surprisingly fast Wednesday Addams.
Wednesday walks ahead of me, her steps light but purposeful, as I try to match her pace. She doesn’t look back or check if I’m following, but her silence is a clear signal that she expects me to keep up.
Wednesday stops in front of a large wrought-iron gate that leads to a circular outdoor space. In the center stands an old and somewhat eerie fountain, with five paths branching off in different directions, forming a sort of pentagon.
“Welcome to the Pentagram,” she says in her usual flat, unenthusiastic tone. “This is the heart of Nevermore Academy. From here, you can access all the main areas of the school... and encounter the different ‘categories’ of students.”
I stop beside her, observing the area. There’s a strange energy in the air, as if something darker lurks beneath the seemingly tranquil surroundings.
Wednesday turns slowly to face me, her dark eyes boring into mine with an intensity that makes it hard to look away. “Here at Nevermore, we’re not all the same,” she explains, gesturing vaguely towards the paths around the fountain. “There are vampires, of course. They’re not as charming as in the movies, but they consider themselves quite superior.”
She indicates one of the paths with a slight nod of her head. “Then there are werewolves... Enid is an example. Unlike vampires, at least werewolves have a sense of loyalty, though their pack mentality can be... irritating.”
Continuing, she shifts her gaze to another path. “Mermaids,” she says, with a note of slight disdain in her voice. “They’re natural manipulators. They can control minds with their voices, but they’re very appearance-conscious. Never trust a mermaid. They have a talent for deception.”
She takes a brief pause and then gestures towards another corner of the courtyard. “And then there are the Gorgons. Not exactly Medusas, but if they look you in the eye without their special glasses, you turn to stone. Literally.”
I watch her closely, trying to discern if there’s a hint of irony in her tone, but her face remains impassive.
“Finally, there are those who don’t fit into any specific category,” she concludes, looking up at the dark sky above us. “The anomalies. People like me.”
“What do you mean by ‘anomalies’?” I ask, intrigued.
Wednesday stops and turns to face me, her black eyes shining with an intensity that makes it difficult to look away. “Anomalies,” she begins, “are people who don’t fit into the predefined groups of Nevermore. They don’t fall into common categories like vampires, werewolves, or mermaids. They are... different in ways that our classification can’t always explain.”
She looks at me with an expression that suggests how little she understands my curiosity. “They are individuals who possess unusual abilities or characteristics that defy the usual labels. Some may have strange powers, while others simply don’t conform to expectations.”
Her words leave me with a sense of wonder and a touch of unease. “So, students who don’t belong to any of the main groups are considered anomalies?”
“Exactly,” Wednesday confirms.
I remain silent for a moment, reflecting on what she has said. “Then I suppose I belong to this group.”
Wednesday gazes at me with attentive eyes. There’s a subtle shift in her expression, as if my question has finally piqued her interest. “What powers do you have?” she asks, her voice softer, almost interrogative.
My heart beats a little faster. I’ve never liked talking about my powers, but I can’t avoid this conversation. “I can... hear thoughts. And I have super hearing. Though I try to avoid using telepathy, out of respect for others’ privacy.”
As soon as I say this, I notice a slight stiffening in Wednesday’s shoulders. Instinctively and somewhat awkwardly, she raises her hands, bringing them near her head as if to build an invisible barrier around her mind for protection. The gesture is oddly endearing, a contrast to her usual unflappable demeanor.
“Are you reading my thoughts right now?” she asks, with a calm exterior, but her guard is clearly up.
“No!” I reply quickly, also raising my hands as if to demonstrate my innocence. “I never do it intentionally... unless it’s an emergency. I really do respect other people’s boundaries.”
Wednesday watches me for a long moment, scrutinizing every detail of my face as if trying to decide whether to trust my answer. Then, slowly, she lowers her hands, although she still seems cautious.
“It’s... an annoying power,” she comments finally. “It’s not very common here. Nevermore students tend to be very protective of their secrets.”
I lower my gaze, feeling embarrassed. “I know. That’s why I try not to use it.”
Wednesday gives a small nod of approval and, without adding anything else, turns and begins walking towards one of the paths in the Pentagram. After a few steps, she stops and looks back at me.
“Are you going to stand there staring all day, or do you plan on following me?” she asks in her flat tone. “The tour isn’t over.”
I take a deep breath and hurry to follow her. It seems that Nevermore still has many secrets to reveal... and Wednesday has no intention of slowing down for anyone.
Wednesday continues to lead me through the corridors of Nevermore, passing by groups of students chatting or hurrying to their destinations. She doesn’t seem to notice anyone around her, walking with a decisive and assured stride, expecting me to follow without question.
After navigating various narrow passages and dark staircases, we finally arrive at a pair of imposing dark wooden doors. Wednesday opens them without hesitation, revealing a vast hall filled with towering shelves brimming with books that seem as ancient as the school itself. The soft light adds an almost mystical touch to the environment.
“This is Nevermore's library,” Wednesday says in her usual flat tone. “A place many students use as an excuse for making out in hidden corridors or, worse, for reading poorly-written romance novels.”
I can’t help but smile slightly. “That’s not really my genre,” I reply, admiring the massive collection of books. “I prefer something more... stimulating. Like mystery or horror.”
Wednesday stops abruptly and turns toward me, with a slightly curious expression. Her dark eyes scrutinize me as if trying to determine whether I’m serious or just trying to impress her.
“Interesting,” she murmurs with a faint smile.
She gestures for me to follow as she makes her way through the library and heads toward the exit.
“So,” she begins in a measured tone, “if you prefer mystery and horror, who are your favorite authors? I hope you don’t just name the usual clichés.”
I sense that she’s testing me, seeing if I truly have an authentic knowledge of those genres. I think for a moment and then answer confidently. “Shirley Jackson, for example. Few manage to capture the hidden horror in everyday banality like she does.”
For a moment, I see something change in Wednesday’s expression. It’s uncommon to see her surprised, but it seems that the name I just mentioned has struck a chord with her. Her lips curl slightly into a barely perceptible smile.
“Shirley Jackson,” she repeats, as if savoring the name. “Finally, someone with good taste. We Have Always Lived in the Castle is a masterpiece of unease and despair.”
I can’t help but feel a bit satisfied for having passed her test. Wednesday continues to observe me for a few more seconds, then turns and resumes walking. Although she doesn’t say anything, there’s a new dynamic between us, a sort of mutual respect that wasn’t there before.
“Follow me,” she says finally. “There’s still much more to see.”
Wednesday continues to lead me through the school with her determined stride, guiding me down a long corridor that leads outside. We cross the courtyard and head toward a separate building, surrounded by climbing plants and well-tended shrubs.
“This is the greenhouse,” Wednesday says as we open the glass door. Inside, the greenhouse is a tangle of exotic plants, some with an unsettling appearance, with flowers in unnatural colors and leaves that seem to move on their own. “Here, the rarest and most poisonous plants are cultivated. Mortality biology, as I prefer to call it.”
As we observe a plant with leaves that shift slightly as we pass, Wednesday turns to me. “The greenhouse is managed by Professor Thornhill. Many people like to spend time here, but only a few truly understand the lethal potential of what grows here.”
I nod, a little intrigued and a little unsettled. The air is thick with intense scents, some sweet, others sharp, but all decidedly... strange.
Wednesday doesn’t linger longer than necessary. “Let’s go,” she says, quickly exiting as if the greenhouse is just one of many stops of the day.
After a few minutes of walking in silence, we arrive at the Nevermore gymnasium. We enter, and the atmosphere changes dramatically. The room is vast and well-lit, with walls adorned with ancient swords and shields, and fencing equipment neatly arranged. Some students are engaged in intense fencing sessions, maneuvering their swords with extraordinary skill, while others are working out with exercises that combine agility and strength in almost supernatural ways.
“The gym,” Wednesday says with a tone that reveals her disinterest. “Here many seek to refine their combat and fencing skills. It’s a place of competition and discipline. Personally, I prefer to exercise the mind rather than the body. However, if you like the idea of facing others in duels and tests of strength, this is the place.”
I watch the students training fervently, their swords glinting under the fluorescent lights, and the fluid and precise movements of their techniques. It seems like a dynamic and competitive environment, very different from the other areas of the school.
Wednesday continues to walk, passing by the ongoing training. “It’s not my ideal environment, but every corner of Nevermore has its purpose,” she adds, casting a distracted glance at the room. “Don’t worry if it doesn’t seem like your kind of place. Many students feel at home here, but there are others who prefer different spaces to express their abilities.”
Although this part of the school is vibrant and full of energy, it’s not the kind of place where I would feel comfortable. But, as Wednesday says, every place has its role, and Nevermore seems to have a spot for every type of person.
Wednesday gestures for me to follow her again, and we head toward another room. As we enter, the smell of food immediately hits us. The large space is crowded with students talking among themselves as they line up to get food or sit at long tables.
“The cafeteria,” Wednesday comments, observing the environment with an almost disgusted air. “Where the common people eat and socialize. If you’re lucky, you might find a quiet corner. But don’t expect much in terms of culinary quality.”
I can’t help but chuckle at her comment. The chaotic atmosphere of the cafeteria makes me feel a bit uncomfortable, but at least it’s warmer compared to the greenhouse and gym.
“We won’t stay here,” Wednesday says quickly, leading me out again. We move toward a quieter, more serene part of the school.
Wednesday guides me down the corridors of Nevermore, her pace steady and unyielding. “So, you’ve seen almost everything,” she says, breaking a silence that had only been interrupted by our footsteps. “If you have any other questions, now’s the time.”
Taking advantage of her openness, I ask, “I’ve noticed that everyone wears the purple uniform except for you. Why?”
Wednesday raises an eyebrow and gives me a scrutinizing look. “The purple uniforms are standard for all students at Nevermore. They represent a sense of belonging and uniformity. However, my black attire is a personal choice.”
Her answer seems a bit cryptic, so I continue probing. “But is there a specific reason you wear black? It’s not a rule, is it?”
Wednesday smiles slightly, an expression that could be interpreted as a kind of personal satisfaction. “Black is a manifestation of my style and preferences. It’s not so much a rebellion against norms as it is a statement of individuality.”
“I see,” I say, reflecting on her comment. “So it’s a conscious choice that reflects your personality.”
“Exactly,” Wednesday replies with a tone suggesting that the conversation might be closing there.
“Do you know where your room is?” Wednesday asks, raising her gaze with an impatient question.
I raise an eyebrow and reply with a subtle smile, “It’s practically yours.”
Wednesday looks at me with intensity, as if evaluating my answer. “I know, but I have to go somewhere else, and I’m not sure if you know how to get there.”
“I can find it,” I say calmly. “Thanks for the tour.”
As I look at her, I notice her eyes fixate on me with a penetrating intensity. I take a moment to observe her closely. Her figure is petite and slender, but she exudes a presence that fills the space around her. Her black hair is neatly styled in two braids that fall down her back. Her pale face is dotted with subtle freckles that seem to peek timidly above her nose and on her cheeks. These small details add an unexpected dimension to her austere beauty.
Her dark eyes are like two deep wells reflecting an eerie light, and her thin, well-groomed eyebrows accentuate her detached expression. She wears the black school uniform, which fits perfectly with her elegant figure and stern demeanor. Her movements are fluid and measured, imparting an aura of control and authority.
In her mind, I catch the thought: I don’t know if she’s reading, but this girl is really interesting. My cheeks involuntarily flush.
Wednesday, noticing my embarrassment, tilts her head slightly to the side and adds with a faint smile, She’s cute when she blushes
I try to look away and calm the redness on my face, feeling a mix of embarrassment and curiosity. “Again, thanks for the tour,” I say, trying to keep my composure.
Wednesday gives a nod of approval and resumes walking, leaving me with thoughts about her words and the impression of how Nevermore can be both fascinating and enigmatic.

You couldn’t feel like celebrating, the team gathered in yours and Yoko’s room, well except for Wednesday.
Numbly sitting on your bed, you watched as Enid, Yoko and a few other girls from Ophelia came to celebrate, dancing around with the cup.
“Aren’t you happy Y/n?” Enid turned to you. You finally came out of your head looking up at her. “You okay, you don’t look so good.”
Looking up at them, you sighed, “Xavier kissed me today.”
There was a moment of silence before all the girls cheered around, squealing. Yoko pulled you from the bed, hugging you tightly.
“See, I told you it was bound to happen.” They smiled, “He likes you back.”
“See, I told you it was bound to happen.” They smiled, “He likes you back.”
“Wait,” Divina interrupted, though not around the winning team, she came in support for Yoko, “when did it happen? You never went away from the group.”
“During the Poe Cup.”
“You all stay here, and watch over the boat!” You yelled to Yoko, Enid and Wednesday before running off into the forest.
Ajax and Xavier had a head start of you but you were determined to make it ahead and finally win the cup this year.
Looking back, you saw Bianca slowly coming in the background, whipping your head back around, bumping into someone.
“Woah watch where you’re going.” You felt them wrap their hands around your bicep to stabilize you before helping you stand up straight.
“Xavier.” You sighed. As much as you wished for something to happen, you couldn’t let anything get in your way of getting that flag.
“In such a rush?” There was a playful glimmer in his eyes, “I think we have it this year.”
“In your dreams.” You clipped back.
“Oh, I do dream of you.” Your eyes soften slightly at the statement, before you remember where you are.
“Let me go!” You tried to wrestle out of his grip. Xavier was adamant of having you in his arms, and didn’t seem like he wasn’t going to let go anytime soon.
“Leaving me so soon.” He smirked, “One more thing.”
You couldn’t even think after what happened. One second you could see the flag in your field of vision and the next, you felt being pushed against a tree, with Xavier’s lips on yours.
His hands slowly trailed down your arms, wrapping them around your waist, your hands subconsciously placed on his chest. You couldn’t even register what was happening, dreaming of this moment.
Kissing him back, your hands were wrapped around his neck, pulling him down closer to you.
Feelings his hands dance around your torso, you heard the sound of footsteps coming closer and closer.
“I got it!” Your eyes widened at the sound of Ajax’s voice, pulling away from Xavier, seeing Ajax behind him with the flag in his hand.
Putting two and two together, you looked at Ajax then looking back at Xavier who had that cocky smirk on his face.
“Good luck.” He whispered in your ear before running off.
You felt embarrassed, angry, all whirlwinds of emotions. Swallowing it down, you ran to grab the flag before sprinting back to the boat.
“What took you so long!” Enid practically screamed, pulling you back into your spot. Having the clear vision of you guys holding the Poe Cup, you couldn’t think of what had just happened, rowing even faster.
The four of you started to row back, passing the AmontiLlado boat, seeing them starting to sink. You felt proud at the moment seeing Xavier’s face of defeat but turning back.
You ran behind Enid and Wednesday ran towards the finish, you all cheering for your victory.
“He kissed while I went to get the flag, and he-uh kissed me to distract me while Ajax was able to get their flag.” You confessed.
“Oh honey.” Yoko cooed, wrapping their arms around you, leaning your head onto their shoulder.
You didn’t want to cry, it was supposed to be a happy moment but nonetheless, you felt your eyes starting to water. Letting the tears cascade, you sobbed out loud.
“I really liked him.” You cried, the rest of the girls all sat around you, consoling you. “And he used me!”
“He’s not worth it.” Enid said softly.
On the other side of campus, Ajax sat at the edge of Xavier’s bed, watching him pace back and forth in his room.
“Dude, you're giving me a headache.” Ajax said, “Can you say something.”
“God, I’m so stupid.” Xavier muttered for the hundredth time at night, pulling at the roots of his hair.
“Anything but that.” Ajax sighed, he didn’t know how long he heard him muttering under his breath, “Just talk to her.”
“I can’t.” Xavier looked up at his friend, “You didn’t see her face, she looked heartbroken, it was like I betrayed her.” It wasn’t one of his best moments, but Xavier couldn’t hold it in anymore and kissing you while grabbing the flag wasn’t the time.
He planned it all, after you or him won, he wanted to tell you how he felt, kiss you then.
“Explain to her then.” Ajax offered, “You can’t avoid her forever.”
But you did.
The following Monday, you walked through Nevermore with Yoko, ignoring Xavier like the plague, which was a pain because of the numerous classes you had with him.
Walking into Mrs. Thornhill’s class, you started to make your way towards the back to sit with Yoko, but frowning when you saw Enid there. She sent you a sheepish smile before looking over your shoulder. Furrowing your eyebrows, you looked over your shoulder to see the station where Xavier was sitting, with an empty seat next to him.
Turning around you looked back at Enid and Yoko, sighing and rolling your eyes behind your sunglasses.
Setting your stuff down the table, you took the seat next to him.
“Hey.” He whispered, turning towards you, “You’re wearing your sunglasses, you never do.”
It made you feel a little happy that he noticed things about you, but shaking it off.
The sun never bothered your eyes that much, never really needing to wear sunglasses, but after spending most of the weekend crying, your eyes were red and puffy.
“Alright class.” Mrs. Thornhill called, you thanked whoever saved you at that moment.
Xavier was dying to talk to you, get your attention, anything. Looking out of the corner of your eye, you saw him scribbling on the back side of his paper, his eyebrows furrowed.
Looking up at Thornhill, you saw something being slid by your books, you looked down, seeing the self portrait of yourself. It was from the Poe cup, the cat makeup on your face, and the ears that Enid made you wear.
Your eyes soften slightly, seeing how beautiful the picture was. Collecting yourself, you pushed it back to Xavier, gathering your stuff before walking out of class.
“Y/n, wait up!” Xavier called for you in the crowded hallway. You turned back, seeing how everyone had been looking at the two of you. You wanted to talk, but you didn’t need half the population of Nevermore listening in.
“C’mon.” It was the first thing you had said to him in three days. Walking ahead of him, Xavier was on your heels, letting you take him anywhere. Arriving in front of the Poe statue, you look around the corridor before snapping twice.
As the statue started to move back, you both walked down the stairs in the Nightshades library.
Both of you stood in the middle of the room, both of you waiting for the other to talk.
“I just want-” Xavier started.
“Did you mean it?” You interrupted him. Your voice held no emotion, your body was stiff waiting for his answer.
“What?” He asked.
“Did you actually want to kiss me or was it to distract me?” You explained further.
“No, of course not.” Xavier shook your head.
You couldn’t help but start to ramble, “Because if it was, that was truly cruel, everyone knows how I feel about you and if you used my feelings to try to win, I don’t think I can be around you anymore and-”
Before you could finish, Xavier grabbed the side of your face, his hands on your cheek while his thumbs cradled your jaw, kissing you. You breath sucked in, your eyes wide, not even registering what was happening.
Your hands pushed against his chest, pulling him away from you.
“You can’t do that.” Your voice faltered. “You can’t play with my feelings like that!”
Xavier’s hands were still on your face, moving away from your cheeks, pulling your sunglasses off your face.
He saw the tears in your eyes, using the pad of his thumb, to wipe away the tears that started to cascade down your cheek.
“I love you.” He said softly, his thumb caressing your cheek. “And I’m an idiot.”
“You are.” You laughed quietly.
“Ajax told me I finally needed to tell you, and I had this whole plan, kissing you after the race, when we won.”
“When I win.” You corrected him.
“Right.” He smiled, before continuing. “And what happened during the forest, I just couldn’t hold it in anymore, I was an idiot for leaving you like that, I should have explained myself afterwards.”
“You really love me.” Your hands were wrapped around his wrists.
“Of course I do.” He smiled. “And I’ll spend the rest of my life telling you.”
“Yoko’s gonna freak when I tell them.” You chuckled.
“Really.” He started to smile, “I just told you I love you and all you’re thinking about is Yoko’s reaction.”
“Of course.” You smiled. “So are you gonna kiss me again?”
“For the rest of my life.”

Can you please do a Wednesday Addams & Enid Sinclair x Male Reader imagine? Where Reader is from a popular family of hybrids and tribrids, where Reader is a Vampire, a Witch and a Shapeshifter. And the three of them became roommates temporarily because there were no more available rooms for him in the boys' dormitory.
Tri-problem (Male)
Tumblr media
Art by TanyaF2022 on X/Twitter.
You sigh as you feel the bumps of the road as the family chauffeur, Jack drives you to Nevermore Academy. You pull out your phone and start swiping on Instagram to see all your "friends" stories and whatnot. Rolling your eyes you start to block them all one by one. "Are you okay young sir?" Jack asks as he looks at you in the rearview mirror. "I told you to call me Y/N," you said annoyed. "But if you must know I'm just annoyed. Why am I being punished for something that my parents agree was the right action?" "Well, I doubt the school board was happy to hear you almost ended the life of your classmate," Jack said causing you to roll your eyes. "Please. No one would've missed him. He deserved it. He assaulted Normies to feed his ego. There is no excuse for that." "Yes, but you decided to, hex him, suck out almost two liters of his blood, and shapeshifted into a silverback gorilla to break both his arms," Jack said flatly. "And?" You said as if it wasn't a big deal. Jack just sighed.
"Well Mister L/N your father had informed me of your... predicament," Larissa Weems, the principal of Nevermore said as you sat across from her. "We have had your uniform custom made as your family requested but... I- uh..." she stumbled over her words causing you to raise an eyebrow. "We have no space in the boy's dormitory... and well... since you have no family in Jericho... I'm afraid you'll have to stay in the girls dormitory..." "You gotta be kidding me..."
She was indeed not kidding... here you were... standing in front of a dorm in Ophelia Hall... "Fuck my life..." You sigh and knock. Not like you had a choice all your stuff was there... "Enid. The door," you heard a flat cold muffled voice on the other side of the door "Coming~" you heard a second, sweeter warmer muffled voice. Soon the door was opened. "Hello...~ oh- I don't think I know you... have I seen around?" The girl asked her wide smile which showed off her sharp canines never faltering. She was about 5'2, had fair skin, rosy cheeks, pale blue eyes, blond hair with pink and blue tips, a pink sweater with white and maroon diamonds, a maroon skirt, and white thigh-high socks. You see that inside the dorm another girl was sitting at a desk writing in a typewriter. She had pale skin, black hair that was tied into two even braids, anthracite eyes, and a blank yet focused expression. She wore a pair of black boots, black jeans that went over the boots, a black shirt with white stripes that were slightly above her belly button, a black shirt with Ghostface on it that was the same length as the undershirt, a black vest, and a pair of black fingerless gloves. Before you were able to answer the blond girl's question, the ravenette turned and looked at you, her cold piercing gaze locked with your gaze as she spoke. "Y/N L/N. Correct?" Her voice was cold and monotone. "...Y-Yeah..." You mumble as the blonde's expression lit up. "You're our new roomie!" She exclaimed grabbing your hand and pulling you inside. Now inside you, we're able to see the room clearer. It was split in half, the spider web window was only halfway filled with color on, what you assume is the blonde's side, the other side had no color and was just normal glass with no tint. The blonde's side of the room was very colorful. Her bed frame was white and her blanket was splattered with multiple colors, her bed was on top of a puzzle-like rug with each piece being colored differently, ribbons were hanging from the ceiling, and a desk littered with notebooks, markers, pens, etc. A bean bag chair, posters, and so much more. The ravenette's side was the complete opposite. There was a lamp, a black cello, a black sheet music stand, a desk with a black typewriter, a black bed, and a black leather chair. All your stuff was neatly set in a corner of the room. The blonde let go of her hand as she looked at you her grin somehow wider. "My name is Enid Sinclair! I'm a Fur, AKA a werewolf! Nice to meet you roomie!" Enid said excitingly as she went to the ravenette and grabbed her cheeks making her look at you. "This is Wednesday Addams! She may look gloomy but she's a softie!" Enid exclaimed before Wednesday leaned away scowling. "...Nice to meet two..." You mumbled. "So~," Enid said as she leaned closer to you so close you could feel her breath on your face. "What are you? Fur, Scales, Fangs, Psychic, or something else?" She asked curiously. "Personal space Enid," Wednesday reprimanded her from her chair causing Enid to lean back pouting muttering "I was just asking..." under her breath. "I'm a tribrid... I'm part Vampire, Witch, and Shapeshifter," You explained as Wednesday stood from her typewriter. "Your family is known for that are they not?" Wednesday asked rhetorical. "Your family is known for giving birth to Hybrids and Tribrids," She said monotone with her cold expression. "Yeah... they are," you said as Wednesday nodded. "Weems had informed us of your... incident. Try to behave yourself," Wednesday said as she headed for the door. "Unpack and try not to make a mess of things," she said before leaving. "She always like that?" You ask. "Pretty much," replies Enid.
As the next two weeks passed you got accustomed to living with the two. You found out that Enid would try and snoop when you were on your phone or laptop to find something to put on her blog. When you caught her she blushed and turned away but after that day she would randomly ask to things, favorite color, would you rathers, song taste, etc. You got used to "Addams schedule," as Enid calls it. Basically when she did her writing when she wanted to be left alone, when she would leave for coffee, etc.
As time went on Wednesday had admitted she got used to your presence and even let you watch her write. Yoko, a fellow vampire and friend of Enid said that most Vamipres have a calming presence around them. Ironic. So since Wednesday hadn't really spent a prolonged time near vampires she was getting a heavy dose of it.
Enid on the other hand would paint your nails, do your hair, take you on friend dates, etc. You would talk to her about werewolf stuff, since you had cousins who were part werewolf you could relate in some aspects. After five months of living with the roommates, Weems came to visit.
"Hello girls, and Mr. L/N." "Yo," you did a two-finger salute from Enid's bed, your head in her lap as she dyed the tips of your hair. "I have news, one of the boys has moved out of his dorm as his parents found a suitable house in Jericho, so that means that Mr. L/N here will finally be moving to the boys' dorm. Fun!" Weems said with a smile but Enid stood up causing your head to fall onto the mattress. "What!? B-but he can't- I mean-," Enid stammered but Wednesday spoke I'm her usual monotone and cold tone. "What Enid is trying to say is we don't wish for Y/N's leave. He's been here for six months now. We have grown attached. So much so," Wednesday said as she stood from her desk and walked over to you, who had sat up. She cupped your face, causing you to raise an eyebrow, she then leaned down and kissed you softly. Her hands were cold to the touch. Her lips were soft and plush and tasted like coffee. Wednesday soon pulled away and looked at Weems. "We've started a polygamous relationship," She said as she looked at Enid who was blushing. Enid quickly walked over to you and kissed you as well. She was nervous, unlike Wednesday. Her lips were warm and soft. They also tasted like milk tea. Weems blinked a few times at this action. "W-well... this certainly complicated things..." she said as she looked at you. "I will... talk to your mother... see what she says about this...," She spoke before leaving. You were flustered and confused. The room was silent for a few seconds before Wednesday spoke. "I have him Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. We share Sunday." "T-that works..." Enid mumbled. "The fuck just happened?" You ask as Wednesday rolls her eyes. "You just got two girlfriends."

Self Centered
Tumblr media
Summary: Wednesday realizes just how self-centered she has been. (reader has powers connected to nature)
Pairing: fem!Reader x Wednesday
Warning: slight angst
AN: Love the Wednesday character. Cold emotionless cutoff while also sadistic mean and cruel
"No Wednesday."
Those were the words you'd muttered to the girl before disappearing into the crowd. No. Wednesday was almost unsure how to process it. Since she'd came to this school of miscreants there hadn't been a single person not willing to bend to her will and since you'd started.... whatever it is you have with Wednesday you'd never turned away from any of her desires. So what changed? By the time Wednesday has recovered from the blatant rejection you're long gone and she's left to do nothing but return to Ophelia hall. She goes over the whole interaction again, taking note of your slumped shoulders and baggy eyes. You weren't yourself today, honestly if Wednesday truly thought about it you hadn't been yourself for some time. How long had it been since your demeanor changed? You don't smile at her anymore, you never seek her attention. When was the last time she'd spoken to you before today? She's been so caught up trying to investigate her stalker that she's completely neglected other parts of her life. Entering her shared room she's unsurprised and slightly disappointed to see Enid laying in her bed speaking with Thing.
"I just don't think this color suits your skin tone, the lighter green would go much better."
Thing taps and signs in response causing Enid to gasp.
"You take that back."
Upon hearing the door close the blonde's attention is grabbed eyes locking with black ones.
"Hey Weds, how's the investigation? Did (Y/N) agree to head into the forest with you tonight?"
"No."
The ravenette says as she neatly deposits her things on her side of the room moving towards her desk chair to start her writing hour.
"I'm not surprised."
Enid lets out in response gaze moving back to the display of nail polishes she put out for Thing to choose from. This catches Wednesday's attention, turning in her chair she burns Enid with her glare.
"Why is that?"
"Well she literally almost died during your last 'investigation' when she was stabbed and said "I'm never helping you again Wednesday Addams" while I stitched her up."
Before she continues Enid lets out a sigh muttering she's gonna kill me under her breath before continuing.
"And I'm going to tell you this because you're my best friend, (Y/N) has been unhappy for some time. You treat her more like your minion than partner. You drag her along on these dangerous stunts where she almost always gets hurt yet you never put forth any effort into the relationship, the last few things she's agreed to have been purely because thats the only way she gets to spend time with you. She is tired of it all being one sided so you need to get your act together unless you want to loose this relationship you pretend to not care about."
As Enid speaks its like a light bulb pops above Wednesday's head, recalling past encounters, conversations, and arguments she now finds herself feeling conflicted over. Standing abruptly Wednesday leaves her room, completely disregarding Enid and her writing hour. She needed to find you. It was never her intention to use you, or was it? She'd been approaching this like she would approach anything else but she now realizes that in and of itself is the problem. This isn't anything else. As much as she will deny it she cares for you in a way that is completely foreign to her. Arriving at your dorm room she knocks three times. Waiting only thirty seconds before knocking again.
"I'm coming, I'm coming."
Wednesday bites back her snarky remarks when Bianca opens your shared dorm door. The siren does nothing to hide her disgusted face in turn.
"(Y/N) isn't here. She's always in the gardens during this time. Of course you'd know that if you cared about anyone other than yourself."
That is all the ravenette gets before the door is slammed in her face, Wednesday's eyebrows furrow as she turns on her heel. Just how self centered had she been? In her eight months of knowing you and five months of courting she'd learned little to nothing about you. Besides physical attributes and your general knowledge Wednesday never made an effort to get to know you better lazer focused on the hyde investigation then later her stalker you were always kept on the back burner. For the first time in her life guilt washes over her and it makes her bristle. Her feet move quickly towards the garden, entering she doesn't even have to look following your voice carrying through the flowers. Wednesday can't help the way her lips turn in disgust as she walks, the garden was to bright countless flowers planted aimlessly with no value yet she couldn't deny the health of the garden. Every flower in bloom properly watered and glowing. Coming around a corver she sees why observing you as you sang along the the music coming from your phone. You fingers were at work using your powers to meticulously grow different flowers and plants in healthy soil. You worked diligently so immersed in it that you fail to notice the brooding aura observing you. You fill the flower box you're working on with purple lillies a beautiful contrast to the blue bachelor buttons in the box next to it. Stepping back you observe your work humming in approval before turing to head to a different part of the garden. The moment you spin you freeze eyes meeting black ones you'd never once seen in the garden before. You are truly at a loss of words at the girls presence as she'd never once seeked your company and for a moment you consider pinching yourself. Surely this must be a dream.
"Wednesday? Ummmmm.... what are you doing here?"
"I came to apologize."
Okay now you were sure you were dreaming. You look around before pinching yourself.
"I must be living in the matrix."
You say before looking around again. Not sure if this is true reality. Silence envelopes both of you as Wednesday stares realizing she's never truly had to apologize. Especially not of her own volition. She's stumped on what to say or do but you don't wait long scoffing you begin to walk past the ravenette.
"If this is your way of apologizing spare me."
Wednesday stays quiet denying herself the mean and witty response knowing it wouldn't help her situation as she starts to form words in her brain she follows you past a dead section of the garden three planters tucked away in the middle of the garden that you don't even glance at as you continue foreward. Wednesday pauses for a moment taking in the uncared for section in contrast to the overly cared for garden before moving to quickly catch up with you.
"(Y/N) I apologize for my previous actions. As surprising as it may be I have not realized the fault until now. You are more than my pawn but I have failed to treat you as such. So I hope you can forgive me."
You merely hum in response not taking your eyes off the planter you stood infront of.
"Ok Wednesday."
You dig your figures in the soil trying to decide what would look best in the array of colors before you. Wednesday can tell her words have little affect and the fact that she may of already lost you causes her stomach to unsettle. Not easily detered she sticks around watching you mend the soil before speaking up again.
"That patch back there full of dead plants, why did you walk right past it? You seem very keen on keeping everything else in the garden grown and healthy."
You jump when she speaks honestly surprised that she was still there.
"Ummmm.."
You hesitate before releasing a sigh and turning to face Wednesday.
"It was a patch of flowers I grew for you when we first began our relationship. I grew them in the beginning as a gift symbolizing the start of our bond. I was going to show them to you the first time I invited you to the garden but as your rejections grew harsher and the light of what our relationship truly was shined brighter..... I stopped caring for the flowers. Now the bushes are barren and dead yet still as symbolic as ever."
You release another sad sigh eyes dropping to the ground before turning back towards the soil.
"If you don't mind Wednesday I'd like to be alone. I'm sure you have more important matters to attend to."
More important. The words Wednesday used everytime you've invited her to the garden. Everytime you've asked to spend time together in Jericho. Everytime you've tried to have conversation about anything other than her current obsession. Everytime you tried to engage her in a subject or activity revolving around you. She'd made you feel unimportant.
"No I don't."
Wednesday pauses a moment unhappy with how unstable her voice sounded.
"While I have failed to prove it in the past you are the most important thing in my life. I...... care for you deeply and I do not wish for our relationship to be forgetten, barren, and dead. This is all new to me..... these feelings, this bond.... but I won't allow myself to be held back by my lack of knowledge. So I will sit here all night if I have to. Today, tomorrow, and the next if that is what it takes for you to forgive me."
Your vision becomes cloudy as tears form in your eyes, the once grey sky becoming dark with clouds and as the first drop falls so does your first tear. This was all you ever wanted, effort. Tears fall as your heart pounds in your chest after finally being showed you meant something to the Addams girl and if that wasn't enough the feeling of a hand wrapping around your forarm was.
"I'm sorry mon cher."
Another apology things that were unknown from Wednesday Addams coupled with physical contact something you'd never experienced from the girl.
"I forgive you."

spencer reid eats pussy like you’re his last meal on death row. at first, he’s super nervous, but he’s literally a genius — if he sets his mind to it, he can get the hang of just about anything, and his mind is incredibly set on making you cum.
he reads about it, his pants tight as he imagines flicking his tongue over your clit, your fingers tangled in his hair, your voice trembling as you chant his name like a prayer as your orgasm builds.
in practice, he finds it isn’t so hard. sure, his jaw might get tired and as a germaphobe, he should really hate how messy it is, but fuck, feeling the way your thighs shake and the sweet sting of your fingernails on his scalp makes it all worth it.
he makes it a point to eat you out often, your pleasure his priority. he’s always been a people-pleaser, always sought praise. when you arch your back and whimper, “so fucking good, baby” it makes him moan against your wet pussy, the praise making him feel drunk.
spencer would normally be disturbed by such a comparison, but when you tell him he pleasures you like an inmate about to be executed, he just laughs before sucking your clit into his mouth, ready to prove your point.

Reneé Rapp x Reader
Word Count: 1.2k
Trigger Warnings: just a lot of fluff, Shrek, and a cute pregnancy announcement
Request:
basically some fluff where r and renee take care of r niece, like, domestic cute stuff
Reneé Rapp requests are open.
Other accounts: hoe4flo | ghostyanne
Discords: Mean Girls | Mean Girls RP (in need of people)
(S/n) - Sister's Name
When (S/n) dropped off Ophelia, the first thing (Y/n)’s six-year-old niece did was run to Reneé , wrapping her arms around her aunt as she clung on excitedly. It was the first time Ophelia had visited since (Y/n) and Reneé  moved into their own place now that they were married. “Are you sure you’re okay to watch her over night?” (S/n) inquired, chewing on her bottom lip as Ophelia flung her body from Reneé  to the toy chest in their living room, something put there due to them knowing she was coming. They were the types of aunts to absolutely spoil their niece, and that was evident by the toys overflowing in the toy box.
“Of course,” (Y/n) smiled, ruffling Ophelia’s curls gently. She was always down to watch the girl. Since they moved, they had been a bit busier and hadn’t been able to visit yet. This was the perfect excuse to spend time with their favorite tiny terror. “We are going to order pizza for dinner, watch Ophelia’s favorite movies, play with toys. You have absolutely nothing to worry about. You deserve this night out with your husband. So, go have fun. I’ll send you several pictures of all the fun we’re going to have tonight.”
(S/n) hugged (Y/n) and Reneé  gratefully as she made her way over to Ophelia. She crouched down before hugging her daughter, despite her being uninterested due to all the new toys. “Be good for your aunties,” she kissed her cheek gently before heading towards the door. “Bye, everyone, I love you all. If you need anything, do not be afraid to call.” (S/n) spoke before finally exiting. (Y/n) locked the door behind her, not because of (S/n), but because of safety. She looked over at Ophelia who was engrossed in the Superman action figure, who she paired up with a President Barbie from the Barbie movie.
“Ophie,” she called, sitting beside her niece. It took a moment before the girl looked over at (Y/n) with a big, curious grin that exposed her dimples. “Auntie Reneé  and I have a surprise for you. Do you remember that princess dress that you wanted? We got it for you in the guest room. Would you like to check it out, sweetheart?”
Ophelia nodded excitedly as she followed her aunts to the bedroom. Reneé  put Ophelia’s purple unicorn suitcase in the room before picking up the green, sparkling dress. “It’s so pretty! Like Fiona,” she absolutely loved Shrek after (Y/n) and Reneé  decided to make sure that she was cultured and understood what true cinema was. Ever since then, she has wanted a sparkling version of Princess Fiona’s dress and a pet donkey. Hence why she had a Donkey stuffed animal on the bed alongside the dress. “Don-kay!” she squealed excitedly, pulling the stuffed toy into her arms.
“We have another surprise for you,” Reneé  said as (Y/n) helped Ophelia into the dress. “We have made snacks from Shrek, and we are going to watch all the Shrek movies.” Ophelia wanted to watch all of the movies the last time they were together, but they didn’t have the time. This time, they were going to have a sleepover and they got various snacks, healthier than not as requested by (S/n), to keep her on theme.
Ophelia was ecstatic. For someone who could bounce off the walls, she was an amazing movie watcher. She loved sitting in between (Y/n) and Reneé  during all of the movies they watched together. (Y/n) ordered the pizza as Reneé  set out the snacks. There were green apples with ogre ears poked into them (thank you Etsy), gingerbread men talentedly put together by one of (Y/n)’s friends, pretzel sticks cleverly renamed Swamp Logs (thank you Pinterest), and water with green food coloring that they deemed to be swamp water. Ophelia was absolutely living the life.
As the three sat together, lounging on the couch, (Y/n) couldn’t help but look over to Reneé  with a smile. They had waited patiently for the movies to end to share the news with Ophelia. She would be the first in the family to know what they were going to tell Ophelia. She was going to help them tell everyone else. As Shrek the Third ended, (Y/n) knew it was finally time. She was a bit nervous to tell Ophelia, but she knew that this idea was amazing.
“Hey, Ophie,” (Y/n) got her nieces attention. (Y/n) took a moment to think about how she wanted to tell her, Reneé  putting a hand on her shoulder softly. “You know how in this movie, Shrek and Fiona were having babies?” She questioned softly, wanting to explain slowly since she knew this was a big announcement. Ophelia nodded with a grin. “Well, I am also going to have a baby.”
Ophelia processed this slowly, in her own time. After all, she was only six. “So, then I’ll be an aunt, too?” she asked, looking at Reneé  who was behind her. She wasn’t understanding completely, but that was perfectly fine. (Y/n) and Reneé  wanted to take the time to explain this to her. They knew she was probably going to have several questions.
Reneé  grinned a bit at the question, gently putting a hand on Ophelia’s shoulder. “Even better,” she smirked playfully, “You’re going to be a big cousin. Which means, when (Y/n) has her baby, you’re going to have another friend to play with dolls and action figures. You can even show them Shrek. But, first, we need to ask for your help. Only you can help us.” She explained to the curly haired girl.
As the two explained to Ophelia more about the baby and told her about the plan, they gave her a shirt. It said ‘World’s Best Big Cousin” in pink font. When (S/n) went to pick up Ophelia the next day, that was the shirt she would be wearing as she ran to her mom and dad and gave them a big hug. She was taking the idea of being a big cousin as seriously as a six-year-old could. She loved the idea of having a little cousin to play with, her own baby. Though, they did have to explain that her baby cousin would be at their house and not hers.
“Oh, you got her a new shirt,” (S/n) said before gasping loudly. She looked at her younger sister in shock before passing Ophelia to her husband carefully. She then threw her arms around (Y/n) and Reneé  happily. “I am so happy for you, too! Please let me be there when you tell Mom and Dad.”
(Y/n) hugged her sister back as she gave Ophelia two thumbs up. “Even better, we have Captain Princess Ophelia, her new big cousin title, to help us.” She told (S/n). They wanted to make sure Ophelia had a big role so that she knew her aunts still loved her. This was something that (S/n) noticed, appreciated, and loved as she held onto her sister.
“You two are going to be the best parents,” (S/n) expressed happily, wiping away the tears from her face then (Y/n)’s. “I can’t believe I didn’t even notice. We just went out the other night and you refused your favorite night drink: a margarita.” The group shared a laugh as they got to working on how they would tell (Y/n) and (S/n)’s parents.

I’m Callum Turner and this is my wife, Y/n, and today…’’ he forgot what he was going to say, making Y/n laugh. ‘’And today we’re going to see if we know each other.’’ Y/n finishes. ‘’What is their favorite color?’’ someone off screen asks. ‘’Easy’’ they both say at the same time. They both write their answers on the board before waiting for the count down. ‘’3,2,1’’ they turn their board and look at what they wrote. ‘’Yeah! It’s Y/f/c’’ Y/n laughs as she looks at the filming crew. ‘’She’s right, my favorite color is Y/e/c because it reminds me of her eyes.’’ He smiles. They both smile at each other before wiping away the board. ‘’Who found your daughters’ names?’’ they both giggle, thinking the same thing. They both write quickly on the board before turning it around. Seeing they wrote the same thing, they started to laugh. ‘’We wrote ‘both’ because I thought of the name Daisy and Ophelia and Callum thought about their middle name, which is the name of his mother split in two, Rosemary, so our daughters name are Daisy Rose and Ophelia Mary’’ Y/n smiles. ‘’Exactly’’ Callum agrees. ‘’That’s so cute’’ one person said off screen.
‘’What is their feature that you find most attractive’’ Y/n started to giggle like a child as she began writing on the board. When it was time to turn it, she was curious to see what Callum wrote. ‘The way her eyes sparkle when she talks about something she’s passionate about’ that was what he wrote. She blushed and showed him her board. ‘His hands’ Y/n began laughing. ‘’You wrote something that was cute, and I just said your hands’’ she laughed. ‘’It’s alright, love, I wrote something cute because I couldn’t say the real thing’’ he whispered, making her laugh even more. ‘’What is their biggest flaw?’’ Y/n thought for a second before writing on the board. ‘’What do you mean I’m stubborn?’’ Y/n asked when she saw what Callum wrote. ‘’You are stubborn, love, but I love that about you. Hey, you don’t hear me complain about the fact that you wrote that I fall asleep everywhere!’’ he laughs.
The interview was filled with laughter and giggling on Y/n’s part. The interview proved to the world that Callum and Y/n were the best couple, and they knew each other. Fans were drooling over them, the video quickly got famous and had about 13 million views. Y/n couldn’t believe that they were going viral, Callum was just laughing about it. Either way, it just proved that Y/n and Callum were the it couple right now.

Wednesday x reader - just a tiny hint
Tumblr media
Hi is it alright to request a Wednesday x gn!reader where y/n asks her to the Rave'N dance? Wednesday agrees but gets a surprise when she sees y/n wearing a dark colored outfit to match hers? She thinks y/n looks absolutely horrifying (in a good way) - Anon💜
Looking over at the goth who was sitting on the fountain, you chewed your lip as you stood in thought, arms crossed over your chest.
“Just go ask her.” Xavier sighed.
“I’d rather live, I watched as she death stared you for asking. I think I’ll die under that gaze.”
Xavier laughed and stood away from the wall he was painting and turned to face you, crossing his arms over his chest.
“(Y/N) just go ask her. She’s turned down everyone else, the worst she can do is say no.”
You sighed, glancing over at the gothic girl, frowning to yourself as you debated this.
You really wanted to ask her, you wanted to tell her everything, how you really felt, and ask her to the dance.
But she made it clear she didn’t like dances, and that she wasn’t going to this one.
“I’ll think about it.”
And you did, you did everything you could to avoid Wednesday while you thought about what you were going to do.
Either way you would go to the Rave’N, but you would prefer to go with her.
Sitting on your bed, you sighed to yourself when you heard the sound of something scurrying across the floor.
Sitting up, you looked down just in time to see thing darting under your bed.
“Thing?” You called.
The hand crawled back out and turned to you.
“What’re you doing?”
You watched as he signed and nodded your head along.
“I see, I see. So that’s why you came here, because Wednesday asked me to the dance?”
He gave a thumbs up.
“Thing I know she didn’t.” You laughed.
Laying down, you rested your head on your arms as you looked down at him.
“Should I ask her out? Do you think she would say yes?”
Thing scrambled out another senesce.
“You really think she would?”
You smiled as he agreed that she would.
You nodded your head and quickly scribbled on a bit of paper and handed it to him.
“Bring it back when she replies okay?”
He gave a thumbs up once more and rushed away.
Your heart pounded in your chest, it was so loud it nearly blocked out the sound of the pouring rain outside.
You really did it.
You just asked Wednesday out.
And this was it was easier, you wouldn’t have to face her as she rejected you, she could just write it on the slip of paper and then you could just avoid her.
You walked over to your window and opened it, letting the sound of the rain come flooding in along with the freezing breeze.
You took a slow and deep breath and looked up at the balcony of Ophelia hall.
You wondered if thing had gotten there yet, he was fast, so maybe he had, maybe she was reading it right now.
Leaning against the windowsill, you watched as the rain hit the ground below.
The door was quickly opened and closed and you spun around.
“Xavier, what the hell are you doing?”
You blinked when you realised it wasn’t your best friend stood at your door.
It was Wednesday, holding the note in her hands.
“Thing brought me this note, did he write you one?”
You swallowed nervously, rubbing your hands together as you avoided her intense gaze.
“He Uhm… no…” you muttered.
“Then he’s playing his stupid games. Good night.”
“What was your answer?” You rushed out.
Wednesday stopped and turned around.
“What?”
“What would you say?”
Wednesday said nothing for a moment, she folded the note up and set it on your desk as she walked further into the room.
She walked over to you, crossing her arms across her chest.
“You wrote it.” She said.
You gulped, feeling the cold intense stare she was giving you.
“Don’t ignore me (Y/N).”
“Yes, okay Wednesday I wrote it. Xavier and Thing both said it was a good idea. It was stupid just forget it.”
You turned your back to her and went back over to the window, trying to hide the shame on your face.
“I know you don’t do dances. It’s not your thing, it was stupid to ask.”
“It was.”
You sighed, you knew it would go like this.
Turning around, you nearly screamed from the closeness.
Wednesday appeared right in front of you, standing inches away.
“Pick me up just before the dance. Do not be late and do not tell a soul or I’ll smother you in your sleep.”
You beamed brightly, you went to hug her but quickly stopped yourself.
“I won’t I promise.”
“Okay.”
With that, Wednesday left quickly.
She avoided you for the next day, but you were too busy getting everything sorted for the dance.
You were going to stand out like a sore thumb, but you didn’t care, it was all worth it to make Wednesday more comfortable with going to the dance.
You looked at yourself in the mirror, and took a deep breath before you walked out.
Everyone else was already heading over to the dance, so getting over to Wednesday’s dorm was easy enough and along the way you saw Enid.
“Hey you’re coming?!” She beamed.
“I am, I’ll be there soon.” You smiled.
She looked you up and down and gave you a knowing look and a wink as she ran away.
Standing at the other side of the door you waited, you knew Wednesday wouldn’t be late and you didn’t want to rush her.
A moment late the door creaked open, and you watched as Wednesday stepped out, and you drew a sharp breath.
She looked stunning, absolutely perfect in every way shape and form.
Wednesday watched as your face went from complete shock to adoration.
You smiled softly as you looked at her.
She looked at you, for a split second shock washed over he face.
You weren’t wearing white.
Just like here you wore all black.
You donned a black suit, with a blood red tie, in your hands was a little box with black wrapping paper and a black bow wrapped messily around it.
“You’re wearing black.”
“So are you.” You said softly.
Wednesday walked the rest of the way out, she stood just in front of you as looked you up and down.
“You look absolutely horrifying.” She said.
“Thank you, nah I say you look horrifyingly radiant.” You laughed.
You held the box out to her.
“I know it’s custom to give a flower or something to a dance, but I know you wouldn’t like that. This is something I thought you’d enjoy.”
She took the box and slid the bow off, holding in one hand, she lifted the lid.
Inside was a small bracelet, with different charms, a spider, scorpion, mace, ace, skull.
She put the lid back on and the ribbon back around it.
“Thank you, I didn’t get you anything.”
“That’s okay Wednesday, I know this is all new to you.” You smiled.
She nodded her head and told you to wait as she went back into the room.
She walked over to her desk and set the box down in it, staring at it for a moment before opening it again.
On one wrist she slid your messy bow on, and carefully put the lid back on the box to keep the bracelet safe.
She came out the room and you noticed the ribbon, but said nothing about it, only smiling at the sight of her.
You held your arm out to her and she looked at you.
“Not a chance.”
“That’s fine, after you.”
Wednesday walked ahead of you, and stopped just for a second for you to catch up, and she walked along side of you.
She looked at you, your smiling face as you looked at everyone heading into the dance.
You two stood out, and the fact you dressed to match her made her feel something, just for a moment. But it was there.
A tiny shred of emotion just for you

Snow On The Beach W.A. [Part One]
Pairing: Wednesday Addams x Fem Reader slow burn series
Warnings: canon violence, it’s slow burn, reader likes bees, unedited
Word count: 6.7
Summary: Y/n takes a small liking to the new girl who allegedly killed two normies at her old school.
Part One, Part Two, Part Three
Tumblr media
It was a usual Sunday in Enid’s dorm room, her and Y/n were doing their weekend assignments that they put off for last minute. Later Enid had plans to redo Y/n’s nails as they had chipped last week when she smashed her hand in a drawer. She even made a mental note to ask her new roommate if she wanted hers done, just in case she warmed up to the pair quicker than expected.
The door to the room opened, both Enid and Y/n looked up to see who had entered. Y/n sat up from her lying position on Enid’s bed to see that it was Principle Weems and the new girl. Y/n stands up while Enid squeals and jumps up from her position at her desk, “Howdy, roomie!”
“Wednesday, this is Enid Sinclair, and Y/n L/n.” Weems introduced the three, as Y/n moved to stand next to Enid.
Wednesday said nothing as she took in the room she stood in, and the girls in front of her. The blonde, Enid, was wearing the purple pinstripe uniforms. While the other one wasn’t, or at least it wasn’t the proper uniform. Where Enid’s went down to her shins, Y/n’s stopped above her knees. She also didn’t have the matching jacket.
“Are you feeling okay? You look a little pale.” Enid points out.
The new girl, Wednesday, looks horrified.
“Wednesday always looks half-dead.” The man behind her says, presumably her father.
“Oh,” Enid says in a soft whisper, and outstretches her arms, “welcome to Ophelia Hall.” She moves forward to embrace Wednesday, who promptly moves backwards to avoid the interaction. “Not a hugger, got it.”
“Please excuse Wednesday, she’s allergic to color.” Her mother says, and grimaces as if there's stories to tell about how they found that out.
“Oh wow, what happens to you?” Enid questions.
In a flat tone, Wednesday speaks for the first time, “I break out into hives, and then the flesh peels off my bones.”
“Luckily, we’ve ordered a special uniform. Enid, Y/n, please take Wednesday to the registrar's office, to pick it up along with her schedule. Give her a tour along the way.” Weems smiles.
The blonde werewolf does a little happy dance while Wednesday turns to face her parents, who’s faces fall at the look their daughter gives them. She quickly walked past the two of them out into the hall where Enid and Y/n happily followed, Enid skipping as she did so.
Enid begins her history lesson on the place, “Built to educate people like us,” She was walking backwards as she spoke to maintain eye contact with Wednesday.
“Freaks, outcasts, monsters,” Y/n filled in, walking beside her.
“You can save the sanitized sales pitch,” Wednesday said, looking around as she stopped in front of Enid and Y/n, “I don’t plan on staying here for long.”
“Why not?” Enid asks.
“This was my parents’ idea,” Wednesday looked at something behind Y/n’s shoulder, “Oh look, there’s my mother smirking at me”
Y/n moves her head to look at the picture Wednesday was looking at, “They’ve been looking for any excuse to send me here. It’s all a part of their nefarious,” Once more the raven haired girl turns back to Y/n and Enid,”yet completely obvious plan.” Enid’s tone is a stark contrast to Wednesday’s plain and flat one, “What plan?”
“To turn me into a version of themselves.”
Enid and Y/n grimace, “In that case, perhaps you can clear something up.” Enid begins to lead her tour once more, “Rumor’s been swirling around that you killed a kid at your old school, and your parents pulled strings to get you off.”
“Actually, it was two kids, but who’s counting?” Wednesday quickens her pace.
Enid falters for a moment and stands still, where Y/n quickens to keep up with the girl. Soon they make their way outside, and Y/n places her sunglasses over her eyes.
“Welcome to the quad,” Enid stretches her arms out for dramatics.
“It’s a pentagon.” Wednesday observes the awful name choice for the courtyard.
“The whole snarky goth girl thing might have worked at your normie school, but here things are different.” If anyone else had been speaking, Y/n’s tone might have come off condescending, but it was cheery and meant to give some sort of light to the situation.
“Let me give you a rundown on Nevermore’s social scene.” Enid turns to Wednesday and then begins to walk off again.
“I’m not interested in participating in tribal adolescent cliches.”
“Well then use it to fill your obviously bottomless pit of disdain,” Enid begins, “there are many flavors of outcasts here.”
“There are the four main cliques,” She counts off on her fingers, “Fangs, Furs, Stoners and scales.”
“Those are the Fangs, aka Vampires. Some of them have literally been here for decades.” Y/n explains.
“That bunch of knuckleheads are Furs, aka werewolves. Like me!” Enid says, “Full moons get pretty loud around here, that’s when Furs wolf out.”
“I suggest you pick up a pair of noise-canceling headphones.” Y/n says in a joking manner, but both know it's not a joke.
Wednesday ignores her comment and looks at the group around the fountain, “I’m assuming Scales are sirens.”
“You catch on quick. And that girl, ” Enid points to one of the sirens, “Bianca Barclay, is the closest thing Nevermore has to Royalty.”
Y/n smiles at the implication, “She’s my roommate, and you will soon be happy Enid is your roommate and not Bianca.”
Enid ignores the comment, “She used to date our resident tortured artist, Xavier Thorpe. But they broke up at the beginning of the semester. Reason unknown.” “Fascinating.” Wednesday says in a cold tone.
“I know right!” Enid went on, “My blog is like, the number one source for Nevermore gossip.”
“Yo, Enid, Y/n! You’re not gonna believe the dirt I heard about your new roommate!” Enid’s crush, Ajax, approached.
Y/n rolled her eyes from beside Enid and turned to face Ajax, who went on about the rumors, “She eats human flesh. Totally chowed down on that kid she murdered. You better watch your back.”
Enid stepped aside to reveal Wednesday, “Quite the contrary, I actually fillet the bodies of my victims. Then feed them to my menagerie of pets.”
Y/n silently wondered if Wednesday found enjoyment in making others squirm at the details of her alleged killings.
Enid’s tone is as cheery as ever, “Ajax, this is my new roommate, Wednesday.”
“Woah, you’re in black and white.” The gorgon boy looked the new girl up and down. “Like a living Instagram filter.”
“Ignore him, gorgons spend way too much time getting stoned.” Y/n stated as Enid turned Ajax away. She turned back to Y/n and Wednesday, “He’s cute, but clueless.” “Clueless? Yes, cute? Still up for debate.” Y/n breathed out a laugh.
“Shut up,” Enid gave Y/n a small shove, “anyways, it’s a small school. There wasn’t a lot online about you. You really should get on Insta, Snapchat, and TikTok.”
“I find social media to be a soul-sucking void of meaningless affirmation.” Wednesday turned back around, leaving Enid defeated.
The three finally made it to the office to get Wednesday's schedule and uniform. They then parted for her to say her goodbyes to her family.
Later that night when Enid and Y/n made their way back to Enid’s room they were shocked by the sight they saw. Wednesday was crouched down in front of the window peeling off the stickers that gave the room a colorful shine.
“What the hell did you do to my room?” Enid demands as she marches into the room.
Y/n carefully shut the door behind her, standing and observing the two of them.
“Dividing our room equally.” Wednesday says as she stands up, “Looks like a rainbow vomited on your side.”
“I-” Enid tries to spit something out.
“Silence would be appreciated, this is my writing time.” Wednesday sits down in front of an old-timey typewriter and pulls up the sleeves of her black zip-up.
“Your writing time?” Enid asks, still having not moved from the middle of the room.
“I devote an hour a day to my novel. Perhaps if you did the same, your blog might be coherent. I’ve read serial killer diaries with better punctuation.” Wednesday’s hands look to not know what to do with themselves for just a moment.
Y/n made her way over to Enid’s bed to sit with all of the stuffed animals on the bed, she grabbed one of them and placed it in her lap as she did so.
“I write in my voice! It’s my truth. It’s what my followers love.” Enid defends her blog.
Wednesday turns to face Enid, “Your followers are clearly imbeciles.” She pushes off the desk chair and walks toward the girl, “They respond to your stories with stupid little pictures.”
Enid scoffs, “You mean emojis? It’s how people express their feelings. I realize that’s a foreign concept for you.”
“When I look at you, the following emojis come to mind. Rope, shovel, hole.” Wednesday pauses a little after each one for dramatic effect, “By the way, there’s two D’s in Addams. If you’re going to gossip about me, at least spell my name correctly.”
Enid ignores her and puts on some bubble-gum pop music, and begins to dance, making Wednesday’s head snap in her direction.
“Turn that off,”
Enid ignores her and continues to dance in a taunting manner.
Wednesday huffs and walks over to the colorful girl, “This is your final warning.”
Enid makes a noise that is supposed to sound like a growl, that makes Y/n laugh from over on the bed, but instead comes out playful as she bears her manicured claws. Wednesday eyes the claws.
“Don’t mess with me.” It comes out as a genuine threat, just because Enid is all cute and rainbows doesn’t mean she couldn't be dangerous if she wanted to be. “This kitty’s got claws, and I’m not afraid to use them.”
The door opens, “Good evening, girls. Sorry about the mud.” Enid hides her hands behind her back and Y/n stops fidgeting with the stuffed toy in her lap to look at who opened the door. All three girls look at Ms. Thornhill.
“I wanted to make sure that Wednesday was settling in. Is this a bad time?” She asks, it’s a rhetorical question.
“Most definitely.” Y/n speaks for the first time since her and Enid entered the room.
All heads snap to the girl sitting in Enid’s bed, Enid and Wednesday had both forgotten she was there.
Ms Thornhill decides to ignore her comment and introduces herself, “I’m your dorm mom, Apologies I wasn’t here to greet you when you arrived. I trust Enid, and Y/n apparently, have given you the old Nevermore welcome.”
“They’ve been smothering me in hospitality, I hope to return the favor. In her sleep.” Wednesday speaks, everyone hopes it's a joke but nobody is sure.
“Well, here’s a little welcoming gift from my conservatory.” She smiles as she hands Wednesday a black dahlia flower. “I try to match a flower with each of my girls, and when I read your personal statement in your application, I immediately thought of this one.”
“The black dahlia,” Wednesday looks at the flower.
“Oh you know it?” Ms Thornhill questions.
“Of course. It’s named after my favorite unsolved murder.” There’s a moment of silence, “Thank you.”
“Okey-dokey. Before I leave, I want to go over a few house rules. Lights off at ten, no loud music, and no boys, ever.” She emphasizes the last part, making Y/n snicker.
“Do you have something to share, Y/n?” Ms Thornhill looks over.
“No, no.” Y/n smothers her smile in the plush toy in her hands.
“What’s the story about going into the local town?” Wednesday asks.
“Passes to Jericho are a privilege, not a right. It’s a brisk twenty-five minute walk, or there’s a shuttle on the weekends. The locals are a tad bit wary about the Nevermore kids. So please, don’t go making any waves, or perpetuating any outcast stereotypes. That means keep your claws to yourself,” She turns to Enid first, then to Wednesday, “and no smothering people in their sleep.”
“Are we clear?” She waits for any objections, “Great talk!”
Ms Thornhill leaves with a wave.
“Anywho, Enid, can you fix my nails?” Y/n whines at the blonde the moment the door closes, and moves to grab her favorite colors of nail polish.
The next day goes without incident, Enid and Y/n do their thing and Wednesday does hers.
“Could be worse.” Y/n comments as Enid complains.
“How? She could be a deranged murderer? Oh wait!” Enid is exasperated.
“I call her bluff.” Y/n says as they make their way out of the library and to Enid’s dorm.
“Why do we never go to your room again?” Enid asks.
“Because Bianca? Duh.” Y/n feigns annoyance, she truly didn’t have anything against Bianca. The two were kind of friends, or at least Y/n considered her a friend.
As they open the door they hear music coming from Enid’s balcony, the two cross the room and step through the window as the song ends.
“How the hell did you get that oversized violin out the window?” Enid questions.
“It’s a cello.” Y/n mumbles before seeing the hand sitting on the music stand.
“I had an extra hand.” Wednesday says, not bothering to look at the girls behind her or the appendage waving at them.
“Woah.” Enid grimaces.
“Where’s the rest of him?” Y/n asks.
“It’s one of the great Addams family mysteries.” Wednesday replies, placing the bow on the stand.
The hand drops from the stand with a thump and walks away. If that’s what you can call it.
In the distance the three can hear the Furs howling out.
“Why aren’t you wolfing out?” Wednesday looks at Enid.
Y/n frowns at Enid’s body language, knowing how she felt about not being able to wolf out yet.
“Cause I can’t,” She turns and looks at Wednesday and flashes her claws, “it’s all I got.”
She walks over to the edge of the balcony and Y/n moves to stand next to her, putting an arm around her shoulders while Enid rests her head on the other girl’s shoulder.
“My mom says some wolves are late bloomers, but I’ve been to the best Lycanologist. I had to fly to Milwaukee, can you believe it?”
Wednesday made her way over to the pair.
“Yeah, she says there’s a chance I may never…you know.”
“What happens then?” Wednesday stood on the other side of Y/n.
“I’d become a lone wolf.” Enid’s voice cracks at the thought.
“Sound’s perfect.” Wednesday says, clearly not reading the room.
“Are you kidding me? My life would actually be officially over.” Wednesday looks over at them, “I’d be kicked out of my family pack, with no prospect of finding a mate.”
“I’m failing to see the problem here.” Wednesday voices.
“I could die alone!” The blonde exclaims, horrified.
“We all die alone, Enid.” Wednesday states, as if it’s a known fact,
“I will never leave you Enid.” Y/n comforts.
“You really suck at this, Wednesday.” Enid utters and her voice cracks again, “Cheering people up.” She begins to cry.
Wednesday turns to Enid and Y/n, “Why are you crying?”
“Because I’m upset!” She moves her head from Y/n’s shoulder to look at the other girl, “Haven’t you ever cried? Or are you above that too?”
“I was six years old,” Wednesday began, “I took my pet scorpion, Nero, out for his afternoon stroll, and we were ambushed. They wondered what kind of freak would have a scorpion for a pet. Two of them held me down and made me watch,” She paused, “while the others ran Nero over until…” She trailed off.
“It was snowing when I buried what was left of him. I cried my little black heart out, but tears don’t fix anything. So I vowed to never do it again.” Wednesday finished and Furs began to howl once more.
“Your secret’s safe with us,” Enid said.
“Still think you’re weird as shit though.” Y/n added to lighten the mood.
“The feeling is incredibly mutual.” Wednesday looked over, “how would you like your single room back? You just need to show me how to use your computer.”
Y/n and Enid look at each other and get set on explaining to Wednesday on how to use technology. Wednesday then sends Thing off to the normie boy she met, Tyler.
The next few days go by with nothing remarkable happening, Enid and Y/n do their shenanigans, sometimes resulting in death threats from Wednesday. While the Addams girl continues working on her novel or playing the cello.
At the festival, Wednesday is a stark contrast from the other two girls she stands with. Both girls in varying shades of pinks, while she is wearing black and white. Maybe Ajax had a point…
“You seriously are going to get into a strange boy's car?” Y/n asks as they stare at the normie boy and his father.
“I mean, are you sure you can trust that normie?” Enid backs her friend up.
“I trust that I can handle myself.” Wednesday spoke, none of the three ever taking their eyes off the sheriff and his son.
The sheriff finally walks away from Tyler and Enid turns to face Wednesday, “Well, good luck and safe travels.”
Enid moves to try and hug Wednesday, who immediately shuffled back, resulting in her bumping into Y/n.
“Still not a hugger, got it.” Enid says and walks off, Y/n following behind.
For the next few hours Y/n and Enid play dumb carnival games and ride rides. They end up bumping into Yoko and some of their vampire friends.
Yoko and Enid were talking and something caught Y/n’s eye. It was Wednesday running after someone into the forest. Y/n pondered whether to follow and see what the commotion was, and after a moment she decided it was worth her while.
She quickly followed Wednesday and the boy, keeping a distance.
Suddenly Wednesday and the other figure stopped, “Rowan, wait.”
“What do you want?” Rowan growled out, “Why are you following me?”
“I don’t have time to explain, but you’re in danger.” Wednesday said.
Y/n hid herself behind a clump of trees, suddenly cursing the bright pink skirt she wore. The pair talked too quietly for Y/n to hear what was being said.
Then suddenly Wednesday’s body was being lifted into the air and thrown against a tree by Rowan’s telekinesis. Y/n gasped and she hoped Rowan didn’t hear, but it appeared Wednesday did. She looked right into Y/n’s eyes before they returned to Rowan’s.
“You’re the one who’s in danger.” Rowan says, an outstretched hand holding the girl up.
“What are you doing?” Wednesday asks, sounding frantic.
“Saving everyone from you.” Rowan responds, “I have to kill you.”
“The gargoyle, that was you?” Wednesday’s already wide eyes appear to widen, “It’s always the quiet ones.”
A paper flies up to the girl's face, “The girl in the picture, that’s you.”
Wednesday seems appalled, “You want to kill me because of some picture?”
“My mother drew that picture, twenty-five years ago, when she was a student at Nevermore.” Rowan’s voice seems rushed, “She was a powerful seer. Told me about it before she died.”
“Rowan, put me down.” Wednesday demands, once more sounding panicked.
“No! My mother said it was my destiny to stop this girl if she ever came to Nevermore.” Rowan sounds like a whining child who’s toy was taken, “Because she will destroy the school, and everyone in it.”
Rowan tightens his hold on Wednesday, who struggles against the tree.
“Rowan,” Y/n shouts, finally getting her whereabouts to step out from behind the tree.
The boy turns his head but doesn’t have time to respond when a growl comes from nowhere, and a creature unlike one Y/n had ever seen before grabs Rowan by his green zip up. The monster smashes the boy to the ground and Y/n is certain she heard a crack as Rowan screamed.
Wednesday crumbled down from the tree with a thud and watched as Rowan was torn to shreds. Blood splashed everywhere as the monster slashed through the boy. The monster looked at Wednesday and ran off, running by Y/n without giving the girl a second thought.
Y/n rushed to the bloodied body of Rowan, she knew the boy didn’t have a chance of living but checked his pulse anyways. Wednesday looked to the sky as something fell from above, it was the page torn from a book, and it landed on Rowan’s slice open chest. Wednesday picked it up before Y/n could get a good look at it.
As the two left the scene Y/n felt sick, and if she had anything in her stomach she would have thrown it back up.
Wednesday finally spoke, “Do not speak of this to anyone, not even Enid. If the cops ask any questions, let me speak.”
Y/n drew in a shaky breath, “Okay.”
Y/n woke the next morning to her alarm in her own room, her and Bianca danced around each other as they got ready. Their room wasn’t nearly as separated as Enid and Wednesday’s was and they constantly left things on the others’ side. They knew each other well enough to be considered friends but didn’t hang out besides when in their dorm. Y/n knew all about Bianca and Xavier’s relationship, and why it had ended.
The two knew almost every secret about one another, Y/n knew about Bianca’s past and vice versa.
The two went their separate ways for classes, and halfway through Y/n’s first lesson Principal Weems came in to ask to take Y/n out. When she left the class, the sheriff and Wednesday were both there.
“How could you miss a dead body?” Wednesday asked the man.
“‘Cause it wasn’t there?” The sheriff responded, “No footprints, no blood, no sign of a struggle. Nothing, nada.”
Suddenly all of last night's events flooded Y/n’s mind. “That’s impossible, I watched him be ripped apart, I saw Rowan’s chest cavity.”
Wednesday gritted her teeth, but showed no sign of…well anything.
“My search party looked all night.” He responded, as if that was supposed to clear everything he is claiming.
“Well, your search party must have left their seeing-eye dogs at home, I saw that monster kill Rowan.” Wednesday said as they walked up the stairs.
“Get a good look at this monster thing?” Sheriff asked accusingly.
“It didn’t stick around for a chat, maybe I’ll invite him for tea next time. Get a few pictures with him.” Y/n spoke angrily as she looked back at the man and Wednesday, as she stomps up the stairs to accentuate her anger.
“Maybe it was one of your classmates.” The Sheriff said, looking around.
That was the final straw for Y/n who stopped dead in her tracks and spun around to face the man, “Okay what the hell are you doing here then? Because it clearly isn’t to gather any leads, piss poor detective work to already have a bias.” “I don’t care, because I’ve got three other bodies in the morgue right now. Hikers, just ripped apart in the woods.” Sheriff says.
Weems interrupts, “The mayor said those were bear attacks.” “Yeah well the mayor and I disagree on that.” The sheriff responds.
Weems has one hand on her hip and the other leaning against the railing, “So you automatically assume that it’s a Nevermore student? Even when there’s no evidence that a crime has even been committed.”
“I’m sorry, I forgot, you only teach the good outcasts here. Right?” Sheriff accuses.
Weems sighs as cocks her head at him giving him a look, and her energy changes. They make their way to her office. The older lady sits down behind her desk. Wednesday and Y/n stand in front of it.
“My guess is that Rowan ran away. State troopers have put out an alert and I’ve contacted his family. They haven’t heard from him either.” “Dead people are notoriously bad at returning calls.” Wednesday retorts.
Y/n stifles a laugh at her comment as the Sheriff sits down in one of the chairs.
“What were you two doing out in the woods with him, Ms Addams, L/n?” The two girls turn to face the man speaking.
“We heard a noise in the forest, and I went to investigate. I told Y/n to stay back, but she insisted I don’t go alone. That’s when we stumbled upon the attack.” Wednesday lies through her teeth.
“Then what happened?” The sheriff asks.
Wednesday continues her narrative , “Then we ran into Y/n’s roommate, Bianca Barclay. I told her to go get help. Next thing I remember, I was waking up in my dorm.”
“And just to be clear, this monster wasn’t a bear attack? Or some other wild animal?” His tone isn’t intrigue, it's condescending.
“I’ve hibernated with grizzlies,” Wednesday states,”I know the difference.”
Y/n wants to question this, but knows it's not the time nor place. Wednesday Addams was a mystery to all, and an open book to none. And Y/n wanted nothing more than to know more about the girl in all black.
“Is this all true, Ms L/n?” Sheriff asks, turning to face Y/n.
“All I remember is Rowan’s mangled body and then everything is blank after that.” Y/n corroborates Wednesday's version of events.
“There you have it Sheriff, I think the girls are done now.” Weems speaks as she stands up.
“Actually, I would like to speak to Sheriff Galpin,” One of Wednesday’s eyebrow quirks, and if Y/n hadn’t been watching her so intensely she would have missed it, “Alone.”
“I’m not sure I can allow that.” Weems says.
“I’m sure I could take her down to the station, and get a formal statement. But I’ll also need Y/n’s.” Galpin smirks for a millisecond, “Yeah let’s go.”
“Fine, you have five minutes. And everything is off the record.” Weems says, walking from her desk, “Play nice, or I will call the mayor.” She threatens and leaves the room.
Y/n leans against the desk as the two argue.
The door opens, “Sheriff, you’re gonna want to see this.” It opens further and there is Rowan, in the same outfit he was wearing last night. The same zip up  that was soaked in his blood last night is suddenly void of any grime. The button up that had been torn apart, whole again. But more importantly, Rowan was alive unlike how the two had left him the night prior.
“No, that’s fucking absurd. No, absolutely not.” Y/n says and leaves the room, not believing her eyes.
Y/n makes her way outside to where she knew Enid was, the pair hadn’t spoken much this week.  Then Y/n spots Wednesday in one of the corridors.
“Hey Wednesday, wanna come see Enid with me? Looks like you could use some sunshine and fresh air.” Y/n says in a joking manner.
Wednesday said nothing as she began walking alongside Y/n. Before they step outside, Y/n pulls her sunglasses from her bag and puts them on her eyes. They were unlike the other vampires, they were unique and possibly designers. But Wednesday didn’t know the brand.
“Ladies, come on! Let’s work on those teeth.” Enid’s cheery voice was comforting for Y/n to hear, “More scowl. This kitty is taking no prisoners. If Bianca Barclay wins again this year, I will literally scratch my own eyes out!”
“I would pay money to see that.” Wednesday says, and Enid turns around with a hop and squeals.
“Howdy, roomie! I’m so glad you decided to stay.” Enid smiles.
Wednesday’s arms are crossed firmly around her middle, “I thought you wanted your single room back.”
“Full disclosure, I don’t like living solo. Why do you think Y/n’s in our room all the time? And Thing gives a killer neck massage.” Enid confesses, “So why the change of heart?”
“I refuse to play the role of a pawn in someone else’s corrupt game.”
“You mean Rowan?” Enid says, her cheery tone never ceasing.
“We witnessed his murder, Enid.” Y/n responds.
“It’s just, we all saw him this morning.” Enid explains, “Very much, like, not dead.”
“I know.” Wednesday says, uncrossing her arms, “Which leads me to believe I’ve been losing my mind.” She shrugs her shoulders and gives a defeated look, “It’s not nearly as fun as I had anticipated.”
“Shared delusions, they get you, I’m telling ya.” Y/n adds.
“You are Nevermore’s gossip queen, what’s Rowan’s story?” Wednesday asks.
“Other than being a weird loner? Uh, no offense.” Enid quickly adds.
“None taken.” Wednesday responds, the tiniest smile pulls at her lips for a moment.
“Xavier Thorpe’s his roommate, you know if you had a cell phone you could just text him and ask him. Why didn’t you ask Y/n?” Enid turns to yell at Yoko before either could answer, “Flare those whiskers! The Poe Cup droops for no one.”
Y/n laughs at Enid’s dramatics.
“What is the Poe Cup anyway?” Wednesday asks.
“Only my entire reason for living right now.” Enid breathes out, “Part canoe race, part foot race, no rules. Each canoe has to pick an Edgar Allan Poe short story for inspiration. You could grab a brush. Ms Thorhill’s just ordered pizza, want to take a stab at being social?"
“I do like stabbing.” Wednesday responds and looks around, “The social part, not so much. Besides, it will cut into my writing time.”
“No worries, as long as you’re with Y/n on the lakeside cheering us to victory on race day!” Enid exclaims.
Wednesday says nothing, “Or you can just glare uncomfortably, whatever works for you.” Y/n turns to Wednesday and gives her a playful wink.
The girl dressed in all black turns without a word and goes back inside, presumably to her dorm.
After a bit Y/n realizes she left her favorite top in Enid’s room and decides that she immediately needs it.
“Right now?” Enid asks.
“Yes Enid, right now. Or else I will forget about it or even worse, I won’t be able to focus on anything except for my top and I will mess up your canoe.” Y/n explains, really she was just getting bored and the sun began to irritate the exposed skin of her legs. But she did have a shirt that was left in Enid’s room.
“Okay, yes go.” Enid instructs, sending the vampire on her merry way.
When she arrives at Enid and Wednesday's dorm she can hear the distinct tapping of Wednesday on the typewriter. The girl doesn’t give Y/n a glance or even stop her typing when she enters.
Y/n pays no mind to her or Thing as she goes to look for her shirt. Until suddenly the typing stops and Wednesday stands up from her desk.
“Come with me, we need to go find Rowan.” Wednesday demands, and Y/n was too afraid to ask what for or to deny her. She simply stood from where she was sitting on the floor, and followed Wednesday.
After searching the school for a good hour, Y/n spoke up, “Maybe we should go ask Weems…”
Quickly the pair make their way to Weems' office for the second time that day.
“We need to speak with Rowan, and we can’t find him.” Wednesday had been speaking for both of them a lot lately Y/n notes.
“It won’t be possible, I’m afraid. He’s been expelled.” Weems doesn’t look up from her laptop.
“For what?” Y/n asks.
“Never you mind. He’ll be on the first train out this afternoon. What were you doing out in the woods with him in the first place?” Weems finally looks up from her work.
“We told you already.” Wednesday regurgitates the same lie from this morning, “We heard a noise, I went to investigate. And Y/n didn’t want me going alone.”
Weems scoffs, “That excuse might have placated the sheriff, but you can’t fool me. You had a psychic vision, didn’t you?”
Wednesday’s gaze shifts, “I realized you might be having them when we passed by the accident, and you knew that poor farmer had broken his neck. Your mother started having visions around your age. They were notoriously unreliable, and dangerous. I remember at first, she thought she might be losing her mind. Have you spoken to her about them? Clearly the person withholding information here is you.”
“May I go now?” Wednesday asks.
Y/n thinks that Wednesday may be feeling uncomfortable with what Weems has said, but Wednesday is harder to read than most people. She keeps her cards close to her.
“Not until you’ve picked your extracurricular activity. We want our students to be well rounded.” Weems attitude takes a whirlwind change.
“I’d prefer to remain sharp-edged.” Wednesday crosses her arms.
“I took the liberty of putting together a list of clubs that have openings.” Weems slides a list on the desk.
“How thoughtful.” Wednesday looks down.
“You need to have picked one by the end of the day. I’ll be keeping my eye on you, no doubt you’ll find something that tickles your fancy.” Weems says.
“The last person who tickled me lost a finger.” Wednesday said, moving to pick up the list.
The two quickly leave the room to where Thing is waiting for them.
“Weems is clearly trying to keep tabs on me. Keep an eye on Rowan.” Wednesday speaks to the appendage, “Don’t let your fingers out of his sight.”
The three part ways, Thing going to Rowan, Wednesday to find an extracurricular to check out, and Y/n to go to the bee hive with Eugene.
“Where have you been?” Eugene asks as Y/n enters the little shack.
“I was busy,” Y/n responds, putting on the hat and net that keeps the bees from her face. She never wore the full suit, claiming that the bees wouldn’t hurt her as long as she didn’t harm them.
Y/n worked in the shed and glanced out the window to see a figure Y/n had begun to know all too well made its way towards them.
“Are you interested in the ancient art of beekeeping?” Eugene asks Wednesday, who turns around to face the boy.
“Eugene, Eugene Ottinger.” He sticks out a gloved hand, “Founder and president of the Nevermore’s Hummers.”
Wednesday shook his hand, “Wednesday, Wednesday Addams. Am I late or is it only you?”
“Y/n L/n is in the shed, but it’s only the two of us. The hive life isn’t for everyone.” Eugene responded, “Most kids are afraid of venomous insects. Are you willing to feel the sting?”
Eugene leads Wednesday into the shed to get her a suit.
“Y/n, this is Wednesday Addams.” Eugene introduced.
Y/n smiled coyly, “So I’ve heard, we keep meeting.”
“Great.” Eugene says, handing Wednesday a suit and leaving the shack.
The white is a stark contrast to Wednesday’s usual attire, “Why don’t you wear the suit?” Wednesday asks.
“They won’t sting you as long as you don’t give them reason to. I’m not afraid of them.” Y/n says, fond of the bees.
Wednesday opens the door and goes back outside to where Eugene waits, as he talks she inspects the gloves.
“Bees have been producing honey in the same way for a hundred-fifty million years. They’re nature's perfect community. All working together to achieve a common goal.” Eugene goes on about bee facts.
Y/n spots Thing off to the side between two hives, she didn’t know what he was trying to tell Wednesday but she assumed it was important. Y/n’s gaze shifts to Eugene before Wednesday wanders off.
“Nothing personal buddy, she disappears a lot.” Y/n reassures the boy as he sighs defeated.
The next day during Ms Thornhill’s Wednesday is scolding Thing who was hidden behind a plant. Enid gossiped about this or that, while Y/n was in her own little world.
“I see you finally made a friend.” BIanca teases Wednesday, “Even if it is a plant.”
“I go for quality over quantity.” Wednesday retorts, causing Bianca to roll her eyes and sit down.
Y/n sat in her usual seat, only this time Enid didn’t sit next to her. Wednesday did, Enid shrugged and sat next to Yoko.
“Wednesday, we are thrilled to have you join us on our journey into the world of carnivorous plants. Now,” Ms Thornhill turned to address the class, “who can tell us the name of this beauty?”
“Dendrophylax lindenii.” Wednesday responds without a second thought.
“Other known as a ghost orchid.” Bianca says.
“First discovered on the Isle of Wight in 1854.” Wednesday recites from memory.
“Wednesday, perhaps you can identify the ghost orchid’s greatest qualities.” Ms Thornhill suggested.
“Resilience and adaptability.” She says, “It’s able to thrive in even the most hostile environments.”
“But its mere presence can change the ecosystem,” Bianca butts in, “causing the established plants to reject it.”
Wednesday responds, “Usually because the native species is allowed to thrive, unchecked.”
Y/n can’t help but wonder if this was actually about plants as she stared at Wednesday’s side profile. The girl beside her was textbook weird, but she was undeniably beautiful, something about her drew Y/n in.
“Nothing a weed wacker couldn’t fix.” Wednesday continues.
“You can most certainly try.” Bianca says in a faux sweet tone.
“This is definitely not about flowers.” Y/n says to no one in particular, and changes her focus to her notebook.
For the remainder of the lesson, she doodles in the margins of her notebook paper. She even doodles a small cat on Wednesday’s paper, who feels an unsettling fondness for the girl sitting beside her.
Y/n sat on the grass next to Enid as she painted on the canoe, Wednesday approached the pair.
“I have to go back to the woods. But Weems has been circling me like a vulture circling a carcass.” Wednesday says, standing over Y/n, addressing Enid.
“And you want to return to the scene of a crime that didn't happen? Enid asks, not looking away from her artwork.
“I have beekeeping club this afternoon, I need you as a decoy.” Wednesday explains.
“Sorry, two strikes.” Enid scrunches up her nose, “I’m busy, and bees totally creep me out.”
“Why don’t you ask Thing?” Y/n asks, tilting her head to look at Wednesday who looks down at her.
“Oh you can’t because he’s mad at you.” Enid says before Wednesday can speak.
“Why’s he mad? He’s the one who screwed up with Rowan.” Wednesday questions.
“All I know is that we spent an hour giving each other manis, and he really opened up. He feels like you don’t respect him as a person.” Enid explains.
“Well technically, he is only a hand.” Wednesday looks at Enid.
“Wednesday!” Y/n scolds from the ground.
“He’s your family! And he would do anything for you. Go apologize and I’ll reconsider helping you.” Enid suggests as Wednesday walks off to, presumably, find the appendage.
“You gave Thing a mani, but not me?” Y/n suddenly asked.
“We talked about you too, you have grown very fond of Wednesday Addams.” Enid says.
“What?” Y/n asks, feigning confusion.
“You have a crush on Wednesday.” Enid repeats in a sing-songy voice.
“Shut up, I will drain you of all of your blood.” Y/n threatens.
Y/n didn’t know what about Wednesday drew her in so much, maybe it was her dark eyes, or the way she said whatever was on her mind not caring about what others thought. What she didn’t know was that Wednesday was having an internal battle of her own about the same feelings.
