A lot of you want to skip the work and live your best life, but thats not how it works. You don’t get to reach new heights until you get rid of the dead weights...
And I know the healing is messy, annoying, and you just want to be validated so you don’t have to deal with your own emotions that suffocate you, or you want to numb it out but I promise you, a tiny bit of healing each day will transform your life. 
Imagine a child that you push away every time they start to feel scared, or feel abandoned, or not good enough. Imagine saying, I can’t deal with you right now, go get validation from that guy to make yourself feel better, go drink something, go take something so I don’t have to deal with your emotions. Pushing the child into destruction. Ignoring the child that so desperately wants to be heard and seen and loved…This is what you do to yourself every single time. The inner child in you needs YOU. Needs you to listen to you, to your own needs, to hear what is truly going on. To do this you need to hold space for yourself. In order to start hearing yourself each day I recommend 5-10 mins journalling. Start with these questions daily, you are asking yourself, your inner child. Your energy needs to be in a position that you are open and ready to listen, like you really want to hear from you:
How are you feeling, truly?
What do you need from me today?
How can I help and support you?
The answers will flow, if they don't ask probing questions, reassure yourself you are here and listening. You will get a response. You can do this in your notes on your phone. I recommend 7 days minimum to start seeing the shift.

February 13, 2022:
Today I felt so I overwhelmed at times, had to step away from other people. It’s hard to stay focus and i feel like I’m not wanted. I feel like maybe I’m a bother to other people. And I want to be happy around my friends and family. It’s so hard to find the words when people ask me “how i am” or “what’s wrong” . I just want to scream I’M NOT OKAY. Yet i don’t want people to see me as weak. Honestly i hate being told to pray about it. It’s hard to tell God I’m struggling i feel like maybe God left my side a long time ago. How can someone love someone like me. Deep down i need a lot of help, and therapy. I have never been able to fully believe i have purpose in life. I never want people to feel like i do. Alone, afraid and in a dark tunnel of endless emotions. So many people want to help me but it makes me feel do abnormal. I want to sunshine, and help other but i want to focus on my self healing before anything else. I want to find that person who can be other half and will hopefully understand all the things i went through and how even though i can’t always say things out loud will understand how i feel. I will focus on my mind, spirit and body for the next 56 days. How can I change how i feel, how can i feel better about myself and how can i opne up to others.
God help me find my connection to you again, how can I smile and feel true bliss of happiness. I want to apologize I want I to be happy and If ever walk away from you, and no longer call your name I’m sorry. I promise to have you in my heart. Encourage others to search for you. And give strength to my family and friends if i one day I’m not strong enough to keep going. Amen.
