What's your favorite plant out of the ones you have?

I’m picking two and you can’t stop me. Also because I have well over a hundred plants between work and home. Plants became my hobby and obsession in the pandemic.

So.

On the left is a Thai pepperomia that has tripled in size since I got it a couple of years ago. I’ve come to really love the pepperomia variety of plants in general and tend to do fairly well with the different types.

On the right is a monsterra that has quadrupled in size since I got it. It was only $13 at Trader Joe’s and started with just 3-4 stalks and was only maybe 15” in height. The above is not a great shot l, but it’s more like 40” now with a multitude of stalks! Here’s what it looks like from where I sit at my computer:

is brilliant on switch because it means I can grow baby plants wherever the fuq I want, without actually having to care for them

this is such a weirdly specific plant thing but something about philodendrons and like, any epiphytes, like pothos and such...iunno there's something about them that's So. alive. it's cheesy but I was repotting a parasio verde philo bc the soil it came in was Not Good lol and it had that net around the root ball and like. as it's taking up water in its new pot, I can feel the stems stiffening bc they can finally drink. wild. this plant is like. holding my hand trying to climb.

then there's the anthuriums. mom dumped these on me too and I was repotting them for the same reason. the roots looked Super Good but they also had netting. and like, as I'm removing soil and pulling off the net, the roots are like. trying to grip my hand. again, because they're climbing plants by nature.

wild. plant parenthood is weird.

Now, Vlad should know better than to ally himself with someone who broke the Christmas truce, buuuut. The call for DnD is so tempting that he just had to do it.

He then dragged Daniel and his friends into it as well. Daniel dragged his sister along and then the Fenton parents found out and, well.

It suddenly became a thing.

Oh well, both Vlad and Ghost Writer sculpt up some lore from each of their character sheets, weave a world from words and then drag a random number of people to act as their 'players.'

It was supposed to be people from Amity Park, but there was a miscalculation on that part, and honestly you can't even blame them because they've been weaving nonstop and Vlad ignored quite a bit of sleep to try and make this perfect as he could.

So instead of civilians they dragged in a few members of the Justice League and, well.

As long as they play by the rules nothing would hopefully go wrong...?

So I read some of your RWBY posts and I have a question:

You said that if Penny would be back it should be by her choice

I agree with that (it also fit with her character arc about freedom) but how would she choose? It's not like Penny would just pop out of the air and be like "salutation guys, I decided to come back"

Also I don't think they will wait until the end for her ressoraction unless is like "the gods will bring everyone who died because of their stupidity"

I'm not attacking or somthing it's just somthing that I want to ask

does the concept of reincarnation confuse you

like either she’s fully reborn as an infant or it’s directly analogous to the (alyx) -> little -> somewhat situation depending upon how closely what ambrosius did with her follows the pattern of afteran-style ascension. this is why i keep saying that if she returns in some form it won’t be as penny but rather as a new character who was penny in her previous life.
