This yoga fitness fusion flow will tone your body, increase flexibility, increase your overall fitness level & open your whole body. Leaving you feeling calmer and more connected to self.
We will move through challenging yoga inspired repetitions that will build strength, burn fat and leave you feeling amazing.
The martial arts inspiration comes from a history of practicing kickboxing, I wanted to fuse the two concepts together and create something new.
Lets focus in on breathwork, and core activation.
Remember to keep your breaths deep and consistent, if you get tired, rest and come back when your ready.
