I love the MAG grip bars for training #lats. Regardless of if your using a close grip bar as seen here or one with a wider grip, the MAGs are engineered in such a way that it removed all the stress and strain off your #wrists and #forearms, allowing you to focus strictly on the lats, now having the ability to truly isolate and squeeze the hell out of them. Does your gym have MAG bars? If so you better be using these or you're missing out on a stronger and definitely bigger back! Will ya look at how thick those arms are getting?? Anyways, since #powerbodybuilding is a #hybrid style, incorporating ways to get both #strength AND #musclemass, #bodybuilding exercises are absolutely going to have a role here. I perform a few movements for the #lats and the #seatedcablerow is one of them because I can isolate my lats and also focus on SQUEEZING them. NEVER pull with your arms or force anything with your back. And if you do then you simply need to lower the weight. You never want to train bodybuilding moves or any #accesorywork with the same #intensity as #compoundmovements.
