I've been dabbling in creating covers for fanfictions on Canva. I recently finished reading The Debt of Time by ShayaLonnie and wanted to share what I created because I'm quite proud of how it came out.

I also made 2 variations for the Chronological version of the fic. Both versions of the fic can be found on ao3. I've never shared anything like this before so I'm not sure if it's okay for me to include a link to fic so I won't. Please feel free to educate me if you know!

Absolutely amazing fanfiction by the way. I was intimidated by the length but ended up devouring it and found myself wishing for more as the story came to an end. It has become my favorite out of all the fics I've read and wanted to immediately start over again. Highly recommend reading it.

i just finished reading The Debt Of Time by shayalonnie and it's 1am and I'm fucking crying and I feel like an heavy rock has been placed on my chest cause the pain doesn't stop and I honestly want to dword at this point. I loved every second of it, every line, I want to reread it all over again, I want what sirius and mia had. It ruined me but it also was the best fic I've ever read.

The second James Potter/Hermione Granger story I'm sharing.

During their trip to Godric's Hollow, Harry and Hermione are attacked by Death Eaters. Harry gets mortally wounded by Nagini, and in a last bid to get away, Hermione makes a desperate plea for safety.

Instead, she ends up in the Potter house right when Voldermort is attacking on Halloween, and in the confusion, James is knocked unconscious, and Voldermort goes after Harry. Lily gives up her life once again to save their son, and Hermione is also knocked unconscious.

When she comes to, she can't seem to understand how she time-traveled, but Remus tells her it's because of Death Magic. Since she was holding on to Harry as he died, all the Potter magic went to her.

Now Hermione will do whatever it takes to keep the same future from playing out. No matter the cost.

This is an extremely slow burn, because James is grieving the loss of Lily. Hermione has no romantic notions towards him AT ALL. Actually, he's the one who falls first, but it takes quite a while. James is not only grieving, but trying his best at raising Harry by himself, and he struggles a lot.

Listen, I had a phase where I mostly read gender swap and I found some real gems - this being one of them. I don't re-read it as often as I should but every time I do I remember how much I like it and how fantastic the writing is. The set-up just makes sense and the progression of the story makes you want to keep reading forever.

😂 What’s the funniest comment someone has left on a fic of yours?

There are three funny comments that come to mind.

The comments where people say they have binged a fic and I can tell they are sleep deprived.

I once had a comment say they had to stop reading a chapter because they were at work and getting horny.

When people complain about canon when things are clearly an au.

🗑 What is one fic idea that you loved at first but then scrapped?

Nothing really comes to mind. I usually start over rather than scrap. Sometimes I get distracted, but I wouldn’t say I scrap.
