To say that Satoru Gojo was completely and utterly infatuated with his shy girlfriend would be the understatement of the century.
And he made sure everyone knew it.
When Satoru wasn't busy boasting to his best friend Suguru, a very tired Nanami, and a very uninterested Shoko about how utterly mesmerising you were, he was worshiping the ground in which you walked on in those adorable little heels, the ones that barely helped you reach past the top of his big, broad chest.
You were the epitome of adorable. With your smaller stature and soft expressive features, one little, innocent look from you had the power to send Satoru through the roof. He'd spent millions of dollars from his trust fund solely on you, whether that be the pretty sparkly makeup he adored, intently watching you apply your 'too faced' gloss and your glittery eyeshadow, or the massive amounts of short frilly dresses and silky lace nightgowns he just loved to see you in.
"Satoru... I told you I don't need any more baby, please save your money..."
You'd plead, but it always went in one ear and out the other, because who is Satoru Gojo if not eccentric in everything he does? Spoiling his precious little girlfriend included.
But what really captivated him was just how shy you could get.
The two of you had met in highschool, you came late in his third year, quietly stuttering as Yaga asked you to introduce yourself to the small class of him, Shoko and Suguru. Watching you intently, as your cute lashes fluttered and your cheeks flushed an endearing pink, he just knew he had to have you all to himself.
Sure it might of taken him close to a year to get more than a sentance out of you without a single flushed face or stuttered word, but hey! it was progress.
By the middle of your fourth year at Jujutsu Tech, Satoru had successfully captured your heart and has cherished it dearly ever since, never being anything but kind and always taking things slow. He dropped his frisky lifestyle, the only girl who he could find attractive nower days was you anyways.
After all, he had bagged the most adorable girl he'd genuinely ever seen, he'd be damned if he ever scared you off with his overbearing confidence.
He was the loud, obnoxious Satoru Gojo around everyone else, but with you? he was the sweetest, most patient man you had ever met.
Even now, after a year together, he'd catch the way you'd roll on your heels and shyly play with the hem of whatever cute skirt you were wearing when you were too scared to ask him something, or how your face would twist with embarrassment when he kissed you too passionately. (not that you didn't like it, it's just having such an attractive man kissing you like you're made of gold is a little intimidating, that's all!)
And god, he loved it.
Sure, the idea of a young couple, just out of high school, not doing much other than softly making out was a strange notion to some, but Satoru couldn't be any more content in his relationship with you. You were everything he could ever want after all, adorable, loving, and funny in your own little way. Sexual pleasure was just another silly layer of affection, and he received bucketloads of love and kindness from you already.
Of course the the idea of bending you over the kitchen counter and fucking you raw did cross his mind whenever you'd have a five course meal prepared for him when he got back from long missions; or when you'd shyly whisper, "surprise toru." while holding a tray of the newest baked goods you'd whipped up while he was out teaching, but nevertheless he was just fine with whatever you were comfortable with!
Satoru knew it was because you felt insecure of your naked body, not wanting him to get so close to you just to leave after sharing an act so intimate. He knew you were terrified that if you opened up that part of yourself to him, he'd be disgusted and decide to up and leave.
Not that he would ever even dream of such a thing, considering he had already planned your entire wedding, honeymoon, and names for the future daughters you were going to have. But he digresses.
Each night you'd get into one of your short little night dresses and crawl into bed next to him, nuzzling into the side of his body waiting for him to throw his arm over your smaller body, caging you in like he did every single night. Cuddling you close and kissing your forehead every few minutes while softly raking his hands through your hair and whispering sweet words. Each night was the same pure bliss of love and affection, and each and every night Satoru had to physically suppress the urge to start squeezing the life out of you while letting out groans of love from pure cuteness aggression.
Every night was the same, so imagine the white haired males surprise when he finds you anxiously standing at the end of your shared bed, rocking back and forth on your heels while looking off to the side shyly, not making a move to get into bed, but not making an effort to talk either.
Satoru sat up, shirtless with only a pair of grey sweats on, legs thrown carelessly infront of him as he leaned against the head board.
He tilted his head curiously, strands of delicate white hair slightly obscured his view of you shyly standing infront of him. He shuffled to the edge of the bed in-front of you and reached his hands out to touch your waist gently.
"Are you okay sweetheart? You can tell me if you're feeling anxious, baby girl."
He softly rubbed the skin above your hips with one hand, and guided your face to look at him with the other. When your eyes met, he could see that you look scared, like you wanted something but couldn't muster up the courage to ask.
Satoru let out a small chuckle with a soft look on his face. "Baby, you can tell me anything okay. I promise i won't ever judge you my sweet girl."
He used the back of his hand to rub your cheek, and you bit your lower lip trying to make yourself settle.
"Satoru... I.. Wanna try something..."
It came out almost as a mumble but your boyfriend was trained, he heard every word.
"Oh yeah? What do you wanna try baby? Baby squid? Bluefin tuna? Cavi-"
He was cut off by your smaller finger shushing him, as you slipped into his lap, straddling him.
"No Toru... not food."
You looked up into his sharp blue eyes with your bigger, innocent looking ones. He kissed your lips gently and pulled away to look back at you.
"Then what is it my love? What do you want, anything you want is yours, okay?"
It took you a while to spit it out, but it eventually slipped past your lips, a mumbled mess in his neck as you nuzzled in.
"I wanna... try having... you know... Sex."
Satoru's heart stopped. His breathing felt heavy as he gulped thickly, all the heat from his body rushing down to his cock almost immediately after he heard what you said.
"Y-you do?..."
He asked cautiously. Never had he ever heard you even say the word sex, now you wanted to have it? With him? Right now?
He was sure this was a dream, the fantasy of finally taking his beautiful girlfriend's virginity had been a hot one in his mind lately.
You only nodded into his chest, still too shy to show your face as your smaller hand clung anxiously to his bicep.
"Is that, like, okay?"
You asked shyly, he was almost instant in his response.
"Yes! yes baby that's more than okay. I'm just a little shocked is all... uhm, what brought this up, huh?"
He was suddenly feeling sweaty, almost anxious thinking about how he was going to be your first, it was eating him up. You, his sweet little girlfriend was putting so much trust and love into him, you were letting him take you, he couldn't fuck this up!
He felt you shift in his lap before responding.
"I just... feel comfortable enough to ask I guess. Not that you don't make me feel comfortable or anything I just- you know! I-"
"I know baby."
He shut your worrying up real fast.
"Just let me take care of you sweets. Just relax for me, okay? I promise I'll do my damn best to make this the most incredible night of your life. Alright honey?"
With that, he slowly switched your position, now he was hovering above you, caressing your face as he kissed your cheek slowly, moving down to the curve of your jaw, trailing down to your neck. God it was a blessing. His lips felt so delicious as they danced across your skin in a feverish manner. Sucking and nipping at spots that made release small pornographic moans.
To say he was nervous was an understatement. Satoru Gojo was pissing himself. His perfect, innocent girl who he loved and cherished more than the air he breathed was putting so much trust in him.
Gojos cock ached with each and every sound you made, never had he heard such lewd things coming from his sweet girl, he was hungry for more. It was definitely becoming a new craving he knew he would never ever get over.
With each soft nip his hands moved down to hook the bottom of your nightdress, slowing pulling it up your plush thighs.
"Can I take this off, baby?"
You bit your lip anxiously, but that anxiety disappeared when you felt his gently gaze. You nodded your head softly, earning a smile from him as he effortlessly pulled the night gown off your small frame.
'Holy shit.'
Satoru had never seen a body more perfect in his entire damn life. Although you still had your panties and bra on concealing your most precious areas, it all suddenly felt so real. He cleared his throat, feeling his cheeks rage a deep red.
You noticed his flustered state and immediately covered yourself with your arms with a small, adorable frown.
"I'm sorry... i'm sorry toru this was a bad idea don't look at me please, I just-"
That made him panic, without thinking he covered your mouth with his hand before you could get another word out, making your eyes flicker.
"You're the most breathtaking girl I have ever seen in my entire damn life."
Your heart stopped at his words, gaze softening as his hand lowered from your mouth, and started to trace circles on the soft skin of your tummy.
"We don't have to do anything you don't want baby. Tell me to stop, and i'll stop. Immediately. Sweetheart i promise you, I want this, I want you, all of you. You could never be anything short of perfect in my eyes, okay? So don't you dare think for even a second that I don't find you the most attractive woman I've ever laid eyes on."
It would be pathetic to cry, you knew that. Yet you couldn't help the fear that fell down the side of your perfect cheek.
"Toru... I love you."
You said softly looking into his beautiful eyes. His expression softened and he wiped away the stray tear with the pad of his thumb.
"I love you more, baby."
With that, he continued his previous nips, working his way inch by inch down your body until he was met with the lace of your bra. He lifted his eyes to meet yours, asking for approval. You hesitated before reaching a hand behind your back and unclasping your bra for him, and as soon as the fabric was pulled away from your breast, his lips found one of your hard nipples, sucking and rolling the aching bud with a satisfied groan.
The noises he was pulling from your sweet lips from only playing with your cute tits was clouding his mind, how would you react when he actually started getting all up inside?
He kept his assult on your breasts steady as his hands roamed every inch of your body with a tight grip, one of his long slender fingers hooked into the band of your lace panties, teasingly tracing lines back and forth along the skin just beneath. You looked at him with big pouty eyes, big plush lips slightly agape.
"Is this okay, pretty girl?"
He whispered gently, searching your eyes for any sign of discomfort. When he saw your small smile and nod, he leaned down, kissing your lips tenderly.
"Use your words, baby."
He cupped your breast as you bit your lip, answering through a soft breath.
"You can take them off Toru... This is okay."
He kissed your lips once more, before pulling your panties off completely, discarding them on the floor.
"God... Your pussy's fucking perfect..."
He knew that was a pretty valgar thing to say to someone like you, but he couldn't help the smirk that tugged at his lips when he saw you try to push your thighs together, obviously getting impatient.
You looked to the side, embarrassment crossing your features as you cleared your throat, silky voice coming out as a small whisper.
"Can you... can you touch me?"
Your face was beat red as the words fell from your mouth. Satoru lightly chuckled and squeezed your inner thigh from his position hovering above you.
"My poor impatient girl, we have to go slow for your first time sweetness."
He laughed lowly and turned your pretty face to look at him.
"Mouth or fingers, baby?"
You shy away from the question for a few seconds before responding by pointing to his hand.
"Ah, fingers it is."
Pleasure jolted through your lower stomach as he dragged a long slender finger over your clit, slowly circling the sensitive bud with the pad of his ring finger. You tried to stop the whiny moan that racked through your throat as he applied more pressure.
"Is this okay? Tell me if anything feels weird sweet girl."
You nodded and looked up at him with want etched into your eyes.
Smiling softly, he caught your lips in a messy kiss, picking up the pace of his movements until you were moaning like a pornstar into his mouth.
"You're doing so well baby, so perfect for me. So sexy all fucked out from just abit of rubbing."
He was relishing in the moment. His perfect little princess who was always so shy, always so prude, laid out bare just for him.
"Toru you're so- so good at this- oh god."
The string of whimpers that fell from your lips as he rubbed your clit like a pro was making his already raging hard on swell with heat.
"Mmm baby, you're so damn pretty doll, so sweet, letting me treat you how you deserve."
He just loves you so much. You were his angel, his piece of heaven, now he was making you feel just as good as you made him feel just by existing.
Satoru was pulled out of his awe-struck state when he felt your tiny hand gripping his chest tighter and tighter.
"G'na- gosh Toru! I think I'm gonna-"
That was all you managed to mutter before letting out an adorable moan, legs squeezing together as your body racked with a small shake as your high crashed over you. Satoru slowed down his pace and he kissed your cheek and whispered words of encouragement.
"That's it baby. You did so well for me. Shh don't worry about the mess just yet beautiful."
Once you came down from your high, your boyfriend was quick to get you all hot and bothered again, kissing your lips deep with passion, filled with an underlying sense of lust. You pulled back to catch your breath and looked at him, now in his arms naked.
"That was really nice Toru... You're really good with your uhm fingers."
You looked away bashfully as he cupped your breasts, pinching the nipples.
"You did all the work baby. You were so good for me, so responsive, I think you deserve a little more."
As soon as the words came, you could feel his clothed yet very obvious bludge pressing against your wet cunt, your slick wetting the grey fabric.
Shit, he was massive.
You sucked in a breath as he started grinding his cock against you, holding you hips down hard, keeping your legs spread wide open for him as he thrusted his tented dick against your pussy. Satoru let out a deep groan at the friction; you snaked your hand down his chest and to the skin of his v-line, pulling at the waistband of the pants.
"Take them off... Toru..."
He smirked and pulled your hand away.
"Not yet baby, you're not nearly as prepped as you need to be... Not yet. I know if I have it out I won't be able to hold back from just fucking you raw."
His words sent a shiver down your spine, he begun backing up on the bed until he was situated between your thighs, spreading your legs open effortlessly with his big muscular arms.
"Gonna taste you, is that okay, sweetheart?"
You nodded with your bottom lip inbetween your teeth, he slowly started to lick at your clit.
"You taste so sexy, baby."
Before you could question how somthing could 'taste sexy', you were cut off by one of his fingers plunging into your gummy walls as he pressed the flat of his tongue hard against your bud.
"Fuck hah Toru!"
He grinned wide against your cunt hearing such vulgar language. You never swore, so he was obviously doing something right.
"Shit, you're real fucking tight baby girl."
Continuing his work with both his fingers and mouth, he could feel your body starting to shake with pleasure as you moaned his name over and over and over again...
Hearing your perfect voice moaning his name threw him over the edge, he grunted against your clit and begun finger fucking you like a man starved.
"What a good girl. Keep on singing my name sweetheart, you sound so perfect right now."
Your moans were becoming louder with each thrust; driving him insane, they were just so adorable.
He continued working you open with his thick digit, adding in another to stretch you out wide enough to fit his cock in later.
Satoru's fingers felt heavenly, they were hitting that spongy spot deep inside your cunt with expert precision, pushing you further and further over the edge as they curled and twisted inside you.
"I can't Toru, it's too much! hah, i'm gonna cum again oh my god!-"
He smiled against your pretty, fat lips, curling his fingers up into your g-spot perfectly.
"O-oh my go-d Toru!"
Your second high of the night crashed over you, somehow more taxing than the first, your juices dripped down satoru's chin as he lifted his head to greet your eyes.
He made it a point to slowly suck the slick off his fingers infront of you.
"You're being such a good girl, baby. I'm really proud of you for taking everything so well for me."
He wiped his chin off with a tissue from the bedside table and discarded it in the small table side bin next to it.
"Think you deserve the main course now, huh baby?"
Caressing your cheek with his thumb as you finally calm down from your second high, he palmed his aching cock through his sweats, abs rippling as his back curved slightly.
Sucking in a breath of confidence, you pulled his hand away from his dick and used whatever left over strength you could muster to sit up and look him in the eyes.
"I wanna try making you feel good this time Toru."
Satoru was caught off gaurd but quickly recovered his composure and cleared his throat.
"Anything for you baby. Do whatever you want, okay?"
You gave him a small smile and nodded, shifting yourself to your knees at the foot of the bed, ushering him to sit on the edge. He obliged and peered down at your submissive looking form.
On your knees, naked, just for him.
God she's gonna be the death of me.
You shyly tug at his waistband with your cute hands and he smiles while helping you pull them off. With one tug, they drop to the floor along with his boxers and his long thick cock springs free.
Your mouth waters at the sight of it, it's big. Like, really big. The tip is an angry red, with two thick veins running down the length. Hot.
Gulping at the sight, you look up to see Satoru already staring at you like you're a bunny he's ready to devour. You're not too sure how to do it really, but you remember Shoko telling you one time not to use teeth, that was a start.
While keeping eye contact with Satoru (which was very hard for you, so he should be pretty thankful for all the effort...) you slowly grasp the shaft and kiss up his length. Satoru's eyes almost roll back at the feeling of you finnaly touching his cock. Every night he's spent in the shower fisting his dick to the thought of you beneath him so prettily just like this, it was all coming to life.
"Baby girl, you look so s-sweet hah down there."
His words soon turn to mush as you wrap your pretty little pink lips around the tip, trying your best not to catch your teeth on his sensitive skin.
"H-hollow out your mouth baby- fuck."
You follow his instructions and close your eyes as you try your best to take him deeper inside your mouth. You almost jump as you hear the deep guttural moan that pours out when you take him down. You take that as a good sign and bob your head back up, and then back down again, his salty pre-cum hitting the back of your throat.
"Fuck sweetheart. Just like that."
You almost smile around his cock when he starts patting your head like a dog, telling you you're doing a good job. You pick up the pace and use your tongue to swirl around the tip, going faster and faster until he's moaning your name in that deep sexy voice of his.
You look up at him and lick up and down his shaft, kissing the messy tip and licking his slit. He sucks in a breath as he watches you worship his cock like he's the god of your world, you look so fucking pretty all needy for his dick.
"I could look at you like this all fucking day princess."
You pick up the pace, pulling moans from deep inside his chest, he's almost embarrassed at how hot and bothered you're making him.
He can feel his release fast approaching, he can't handle the sight of his beautiful, innocent girl sucking his raging cock so innnocently, it's turning him feral. He know he shouldn't, but he can't help but grab the back of your head and push you down onto his cock just as he's about to come.
"Holy fuck! I'm gonna come sweetheart, fuck i'm gonna cum baby!"
With one final thrust, he comes right down your cute little throat, pouring his seed straight into your stomach. You moaning around his cock didn't help his blissful high calm down any quicker though, it made him half hard again.
Pulling off his wet dick with a 'pop', you stick your tongue out, showing him that you've swallowed him all down like a good girl. Satoru clicked his tongue and raked a hand through his damp locks.
"Fuck baby, for your first time sucking dick that was incredible."
You smile up and him, but his eyes only fall to your bare chest and perky nipples. With one swoop of his arms, you're thrown over his shoulder and back onto the bed, your small body bouncing on impact. His gaze held something primal.
"I've never felt this turned on in my entire life, y/n. You're really testing my limits here. Who knew my sweet baby girl could suck dick like a porn star."
He smirked to himself as he watched you shy away at his vulgar choice of words.
"Awe poor baby, you just came twice from my fingers and made me bust a load down your throat, now you're shy over some words? that just won't do."
He grabbed your waist with one hand and pinned it down beneath him with the strength of 10 men. The other grabbed his cock as he rubbed the tip into the folds of your soaking went cunt.
"Think it's time for you to finally take my dick sweetheart? i've worked you open so good, and you're dripping wet for me. See, she's clenching around nothing, wants my cock so bad."
He let out a low laugh as you squirmed in his grasp, pussy aching for some sort of attention again.
"I want you so bad Satoru. Please, please take me."
You say in a voice so uncharacteristically needy it catches him off guard, but only works to widen his smirk.
"Well since you asked so nicely, my sweet girl."
He pushed the tip in slow, stretching your entrance so wide it felt almost painful.
"Shh, shh, It'll fell good soon baby, I promise it will okay? Just relax sweetheart."
He cooed lovingly, grunting as he inched deeper and deeper inside, earning some very nice sounds from your pretty little mouth.
"F-feels so full Toru... You're so b-big hah."
He inches in faster, eventually bottoming out, you can't help but slap a hand over your mouth to try and tame the lewd noises crashing out of your mouth, you felt so full.
He slowly begun to thrust, deep, slow, passionate.
"How's that baby girl? Is that okay? Good fuck good pace?"
You could only nod in response as whimpers waterfall from your lips. Satoru smiles, seeing you so fucked out made him insane, he couldn't hold back anymore.
His thrusts became deeper, faster, his grip on your waist tightened as he jerked your body back and forth on his cock, pounding into you so so good.
"Gonna fill you up mm real nice baby, real fucking nice."
Your body was being jerked up and down on the mattress as his thrusts got harder, fucking you stupid as you moaned messily into your palm, eyes rolling back as your cute little lashes fluttered. Your perfect make-up was long worn off which made Satorus cock pulse.
He had you completely drowning in the pleasure, your body was jelly in his hands as he watched your face twist in bliss, god he wish he could frame your expression. Never in his life had he been so mesmerised.
"mm' g'na... fuck toru mm gonna cum.."
Your words were barely coherent as you mumbled through choked moans.
"Me too baby, just a little longer sweet girl, can you handle that? I'm so close baby, so damn close- fuck!"
His pace slowed as hot ropes of warm cum spilled into your tight pussy, groaning deeply, Satoru fucked the cum into you as he felt your orgasm flutter around his cock, accompanied with your adorable little moans.
The bed was a complete mess of fluids as the smell of sex hung in the air, Satoru immediately kissed your flushed face and gently stroked your head.
"You okay baby? Was that okay my love? Tell me if anything hurts, alright? God i hope i wasn't too rough."
Your eyes focused after awhile of being lolling around mindlessly in your head as you focused on the pleasure, you blinked a few times and your little hands grasped at his biceps shakily.
"Toru..."
"Yes, angel?"
You looked into his eyes and he choked at the look of pure love and happiness you held.
"Thank you... That was really nice baby... I'm glad y-you were my first."
The words were abit slurred, stuttered and uneven, but god did they make his heart swoon. Not long after, you passed out in his arms from exhaustion, it almost gave Satoru a heart attack until he realised that he had literally just fucked your brains out. An expression holding nothing but love and cherish fell over his features, he kissed your delicate little face and picked you up, carrying you to the couch where you could lie without being surrounded by bodily fluid.
He quickly ran to the ensuite and used a tissue and warm water to clean his member off before throwing on some fresh boxers and a new pair of sweats. He then grabbed a wash cloth and squirted some bait wash onto it, wetting the piece of fabric a with warm water and running back to the couch to your sleeping form.
He gently washed over your entire body with the warm soapy washcloth, getting rid of the sex smell, as well as the lingering sweat. After you were all clean, he made sure you slip you very slowly into some comfortable clean pyjamas.
Using his insane speed he managed to strip the bed of its dirty sheets, remake the bed and air out the whole room in around a minute flat. Once the room was liveable again, he wasted no time gently placing you into it.
Once he himself was clean of all bodily fluids and smelt of his usual sandal wood aroma, he slipped into bed right next to you, taking your small form into his arm as if you were a delicate flower.
He felt you stir slightly and cuddle into him like a little puppy seeking warmth. He couldn't help but litter your precious face with thousands of feather like kisses, fawning over you in your sleep like women do when they see babies on the street.
He spent the rest of his night kissing every mark he left on your perfect body, tracing his fingers over every dip and curve of your bones, whispering sweet nothings into your ears while you slept, so even in your dreams you could feel his love and comfort.
He took the day off of work tomorrow, he was determined to spend the whole day pampering you like the perfect little princess you were, and he'd go to whatever lengths it took to spoil you rotten.
After all, you had just given yourself to him, you had trusted him with your purity, your innocence, and he'd be damned if he didn't give you the world on a silver platter in return for such a blessing.
It was perfect.

I see you
childhood friend yandere x shy reader
Tumblr media
You two are in the same daycare. He is the complete opposite of you — a loud, confident boy who charms both the adults and the other kids with the big grin he always enters the room with.
You, on the other hand, didn’t stick out too much. Always a bit more hesitant and shy around new people.
One of the things on the agenda today was a field trip.
Having arrived at the destination, the caretakers gave you instructions:
“Okay, little stars. Today is a wonderful day to play a game, don’t you agree?“
The others cheered in agreement.
“We hid clues that you’ll be able to find in this area! So get in pairs, if possible with someone new!“
As the childcare worker claps in her hands, the children scatter around, most of them sticking with their usual friend groups.
However, you stayed back. Nobody came up to you, and you were too anxious to approach the others, fidgeting with the sleeves of your shirt while focusing on the ground with your head low.
The caretaker took notice of your little form and exchanged worried glances with the other adults, slowly drawing near and crouching down to your level.
“Hey, have you found a partner yet?“
You shook your head no.
Reaching out her hand, she kindly offered to find a partner for you.
Yet, before you could take her hand, he appears in front of you — scraped knees, a backwards cap and messy hair — flashing you a boyish grin.
“Come on, let’s go together!“ he chirped, eyes glistening with fondness while yours lit up with happiness.
He took your hand and led you to where his friends were. They couldn’t understand why he refused their offer to pair up, until you showed up, shielded by his body.
As you both were hunting for clues, you felt yourself growing more and more relaxed in his presence.
He always protected you from slimy bugs and held your hand so that you wouldn’t get lost without him.
“You’re now my best friend.”
It wasn’t phrased as a question, because he wouldn’t accept you saying no.
And you smiled.
“I like that.”
And the smile you gave him was so genuine, he felt his own heart beating a little more than usual.
Tumblr media
You spent the rest of your childhood years sticking to him like glue. You admired him and his presence.
One day, when you were older, you spent time at his house. It was basically yours as well, with how much time you spent there.
Lying next to each other, you faced away from him while he stared at your back, too scared to move.
At times, he could be quiet. He could be soft. But only you were allowed to see this side of him. Only you deserved it.
As he listened to your slow, rhythmic breathing, you turned around.
You weren’t expecting him to be so close — your noses almost touched.
And your stomach flipped at the sight of his half-opened eyes that now widened as much as your own.
He saw it — your pupils, dilated.
His heart began hammering against his ribcage, and he pressed his face into the mattress.
“What?“ you murmured softly.
“N-nothing! You just threw me off guard.”
His response made you chuckle. It was cute to see him without his usual confident tone.
Tumblr media
As older teenagers, you both started to see each other differently.
Behind his golden-boy personality and sheepishly handsome face, there was something deeper, a protectiveness directed at you.
He saw you as a woman now. And you, well—
You planned a movie night. Just the two of you.
You’d both been so busy lately, you started to miss his annoying voice and the way he always made you feel right.
As the movie played, you became bored and decided to mess with him a little, just enough to get a reaction.
“Heeey,” you utter, laying your leg on his.
He grinned, showing the dimples you adored so much on him.
But as you started to snuggle up even more and chose to playfully ruffle his messy hair, he became serious.
His hand gently gripped your wrist halfway, and your smile dropped.
“Do you not realize what you’re doing to me? That’s not fair,” his voice croaked — low, with a dangerous hint.
You became nervous and replied, laughing the awkwardness off.
“What do you mean? I’m just playing with you.”
He sighed, propping himself up on top of you, which knocked the breath out of your lungs.
“I’m not the little boy anymore who took these things as innocent gestures. Please acknowledge me as a man. And if you were to do that with every man while being so oblivious… I would rather keep you locked up. Do you understand?”
You couldn’t deny the way that made you feel — more than it should.

Jason Todd x shy female!Reader ( fluff )
Something Warm Between Us
The rooftop was cold beneath your legs, but the quiet was worth it.
You curled your fingers around your thermos and stared out at Gotham’s skyline—lights flickering like stars trying to survive the smog. The wind tugged gently at your hair, carrying the distant hum of traffic below and the occasional siren. And above it all, you felt him before you heard him.
Jason didn’t make much noise when he landed. Just a soft thud and a shift in the air, like the city paused to acknowledge him.
You didn’t look at him right away. You weren’t sure you could.
“Didn’t think you’d be up here this late,” he said, voice low and a little rough from the cold.
“I… couldn’t sleep.” You fiddled with the lid of your thermos. “Too quiet.”
Jason let out a quiet chuckle and sat beside you. Not close enough to touch, but closer than most people would dare. You didn’t mind. You liked that about him—how he gave you space, but not distance. He never made you feel small.
“Coffee?” he asked, nodding toward your thermos.
You nodded, holding it a little closer. “I… made enough. If you want some.”
Jason didn’t answer right away. He just held out his hand, and you passed it to him without thinking.
He took a sip, then glanced down at the cup like he wasn’t expecting it to taste good. “Not bad. Just the right amount of sweet.”
You looked at him, surprised. “Really?”
He handed it back with a small smile. “Yeah. Kinda feels like it’s supposed to be raining or something.”
You gave a quiet laugh, eyes dropping to the thermos. “It’s my favorite thing to enjoy on cold nights.”
Jason leaned back on his hands, watching the skyline. “Yeah… I get that.”
The silence that followed wasn’t uncomfortable. If anything, it made the city feel a little less heavy. You glanced at him, only to find him already watching you—his gaze soft, thoughtful in a way that made your chest tighten.
“You okay?” he asked.
“I’m always quiet.”
“You are,” he said with a little smirk. “But that’s not what I asked.”
You hesitated. “I guess I just like it better up here. With you. It’s quiet, but not lonely.”
He didn’t respond at first. Just looked at you like you’d said something important without realizing it.
“I like it too,” he said finally, his voice lower now, steadier. “I like you, Y/N.”
You blinked, breath catching in your throat. Your grip tightened around the thermos.
“Oh.”
Jason’s lip curved a little. “That all I get?”
“I—no—I mean—I like you too, I just—”
He chuckled, the sound soft, fond, almost amused. “You’re cute when you get like this.”
You turned your face away, trying to hide the heat rising in your cheeks.
He nudged your shoulder lightly with his own. “So… dinner next time instead of rooftop coffee?”
You nodded, still avoiding his gaze. “Okay.”
Jason tilted his head, watching you closely. “You’re not gonna run away the second I smile at you, are you?”
You glanced at him through your lashes, lips barely hiding a nervous smile. “Only if you start doing that flirty smirk again.”
Jason grinned, slow and deliberate. “Like this?”
You immediately covered your face with your hands. “Jason—!”
He laughed quietly, eyes crinkling. “Yeah. Definitely asking you out again.”

do you think shy reader is still a bit skittish and shy when her and rafe are fucking?
hundred percent, but in a good way.
Tumblr media
rafe had been thinking you were getting better at the whole skittish thing when you and him were in bed.
there was at least improvement from when you two had first started dating, even though you were the one constantly asking him to be rougher. at first when he tried, it was clear it was way too much for you.
that made sense to him—you were mentally interested in all kinds of shit that your physical body couldn't handle. but he knew it wouldn't always be like that, and the one he had learned best in this relationship with you was patience.
rafe hadn't expected that he would have to constantly be reminding you about that word though. horny and impatient as you are, rafe knows better than to give in and push your limits. things with you are sometimes one step forward, two steps backwards, and so he's decided for both of you how to proceed.
unfortunately, sometimes you make it hard to stay patient. a well-timed short skirt or pretty dress, even the way you flutter your eyelashes and smile shyly at him has him reconsidering.
like today.
your skirt was pushed up, panties somewhere between your knees, while your boyfriend railed into you from behind. this is one of those things you wanted, one of the times you were actually begging for it—which had resulted in cutting lunch short early and driving back home at double the speed limit.
you're folded over, hands gripping rafe's headboard and face pressed into his bed. all around you, the scent and feeling of rafe overwhelms every sense, and mind unable to think, you let out moans muffled by his pillow.
your stomach tightens with every deliberate thrust, walls clenching around rafe and making him groan from behind you. rafe's stretching you out exactly how you need, in such a way that it's almost too much. all of it is, his hand gripping your hip and the other on the back of your neck, holding you in place. the way you know if you looked back, you'd see your boyfriend looming over you, face twisted in pleasure, probably grunting dirty words that will make you blush.
"y'like that, kid? i bet you do-" it comes out in grunts, between thrusts. you moan out an answer, but then you realize what rafe is really talking about, feeling his hand on your sensitive clit, rubbing you roughly while your body spasms.
it's too much now if it wasn't already. you pull away from him, trying to crawl up the bed and escape the overstimulation. you grasp at sheets when you feel it.
rafe grips both your hips tightly and pulls you back to him, your hand loosening immediately as you're yanked back. holding you down, he keeps pounding into you.
"don't run from it, baby. you're fine."
and if rafe says you're fine, then you're fine.

DARLING, I
Tumblr media
Boyfriend!Chris and Sweetheart!reader
Summary: You are in a committed relationship w Chris sturniolo. When you and Chris decided to become public the hate became a big problem. So one day He decided to talk about how he couldn’t help but love you<3
“darling, I (keep falling in love)”
You and Chris have been dating for a couple of months now. He’s already explained to the fans that he wasn’t gonna break up with you even if you get hate.
Weeks pass and fans are throwing hate comments and death threats. One day Chris and you were cuddling on the couch, watching a movie on the tv. His hands were on the back of your thighs as your leg was draped over his lap.
You had received a text and He picked your phone up, reading it out loud, “Go to hell, bitch— what the fuck is this shit!” He slams your phone down and pulls you closer “fuckin’ shi- sorry ma don’t listen to ‘em” look up at Chris with your big innocent eyes “baby, when will the fans like me?” He sighs and plants a soft kiss on your forehead
“I don’t know ma, I’ll talk to Matt and Nick about this. Maybe we’ll work on something, okay?” You nod and lay your head on his chest.
(NEXT DAY)
You had woken up to 10 messages from Chris. “baby, When u gonna wake up, We need to talk” you rub your eyes and get out of bed. You go to the bathroom to go shower and get ready.
Once you did you drove to the triplets house. When you entered they were seated on their couch. Chris called you over to sit down with them as Matt gets up to get the camera, “hey ma, nothing bad come on” he pats his lap as you sit down. He kisses you and brushes a strand of hair off your face.
“We have an idea on how we can get these fans off you ass, mkay?” You fidget around, a bit nervous on what Chris’s plan was. “okay baby..” you mutter under your breath. Couple minutes later Matt comes back into the room with the camera and hands it to Chris. Nick and Matt leave the room, leaving you and Chris alone.
You watch Chris set up the camera and presses play. He sets you in between his legs, “Hey guys, this might be a big topic for all of you guys. But I’m going to make it quick. I just want to say to all the fans who hate on my gorgeous girl right here- I will not be breaking up with her no matter what. Though I’ve had many other girlfriends and have kept falling in love, I’m sure of her and I think she’s perfect for me. So please stop the hate or I will be taking a break. Goodbye.” He shuts the camera off and posts the video …”baby, I- I love you so much, thank you..” you hug Chris tightly as you kiss him on his face.
(HOURS LATER)
The fans start blowing up the triplets phone. Chris’s video seemed to work. Lots of fans begin to talk about and post how ‘Chris would do anything for you and give up anything’ , Supposedly they were right.
It isn’t shocking but you were comforted by the fact Chris did something so sweet just so you didn’t feel uncomfortable or out of place. He made you feel like you were wanted. Matt and Nick enter the room couple minutes after you and Chris had a cuddling session. “damn You guys really are sickening.” Matt says but in a joking way. “Shut up Matt you’re just jealous I have this perfect, beautiful girl on my lap.”
Chris sticks his tongue out at Matt and Nick before kissing you passionately. “I love you ma, no matter how many times I’ve been in love. I’ll always be in love w you darling.” @sammywammys-blog

A Little Timid
Spencer Reid x Shy Female Reader WORD COUNT: 1100+
Summary: You bring Spencer something for dinner during a particularly stressful case. One thing, though—nobody else knows you exist.
Content Warning: Spencer is overworking himself and forgetting to eat, reader has a sister and a niece/nephew (not specified), pet names
────── ꒰ঌ·✦·໒꒱ ──────
You and Spencer have been dating for nearly three years, and throughout that time he's visited your workplace more times than you can count. Usually to spend your lunch breaks with you, sometimes just so he can sit and be in your company as you work.
Which your boss is completely fine with, for some reason unknown to you.
Oftentimes you find yourself wishing you could do the same for him, on the nights where he doesn't come home until stupidly late, but every time you bring up maybe bringing him lunch on your days off, he shoots you down entirely. Like a bird out of the sky, or some other stupid simile you can't be bothered trying to come up with.
It's quite different for him, being a federal agent and such, working with sensitive subjects and often in harsh environments, so you suppose it does make sense that he would want to keep you away from all that. Still, you can't help but feel a little hurt and slightly embarrassed every time he denies your requests.
And yet...
"You sound tired," you comment softly, stirring the pot of chicken soup in front of you.
"Mhm."
"Have you eaten anything yet?"
There's no response, which is answer enough for you.
"Lovey, you need to eat," you say with a sigh, putting down the spoon you were stirring with and lean back against the counter beside the stove.
"I know," he mumbles quietly.
You pull your bottom lip between your teeth, eyes turned down to the ground. "I'm making chicken soup, I could bring you some for dinner, if you'd like?" you suggest weakly. "And some of the bread I finished making earlier. You know, I could sit with you for a while."
Before he's even responded, you're bracing yourself for rejection.
"That would be nice," he sighs.
Immediately, the tension in your body melts away, a tiny smile making its way onto your face.
"You want me to bring one of those cinnamon rolls you like, too?"
"Yes please..." His voice is so quiet, you're sure he's practically falling asleep at his desk.
"Okay, I'll be there in ten minutes."
────── ꒰ঌ·✦·໒꒱ ──────
Spencer doesn't really think about much when he hangs up the phone. Only that he's really hungry right now, and that he really likes your chicken soup.
The fact that his coworkers don't even know you exist doesn't cross his mind once. Only when you're actually walking into the bullpen, does he realize he should've given them a bit of a heads up, because everyone is looking at you now.
No horrible looks, of course, they're only curious of who you are and why you're here, but you've never particularly liked people looking at you. It makes you feel all anxious and jittery.
Your eyes quickly scan the room (definitely taking note of all the people watching you) and when you finally find your target, a small smile makes it onto your face, despite the discomfort.
He pulls another chair over to his desk as you make your way over, walking just a little faster usual, and place one of those reusable supermarket bags in front of him.
"Hey there," you murmur, bringing his hand to your face so you can press a soft kiss to the back of it. This time, he doesn't even mention how many stupid pathogens can be passed through your hands.
"Beautiful girl," is all he says, quiet and uncharacteristically drowsy, as he reaches into the bag and pulls everything out. Two perfectly warm thermoses, a brown paper bag with some of your fresh bread inside, and two saran-wrapped cinnamon rolls that you've already heated.
You chuckle softly, taking your share of the food and offering him a hunk of warm bread.
Spencer bites off a chunk of the bread and really takes a look at you, now that you're distracted with your own soup. You're wearing a baby pink milkmaid dress, the same one you wore to your sisters baby shower last year, and a white cardigan with little flowers embroidered all over it.
He gifted you the plain cardigan, you were the one who added all the flowers and personal touches.
"I really appreciate this," he hums, finally opening the thermos of soup and spooning some of it into his mouth with one of the metal utensils you brought with you.
"I'm always happy to bring you food when you need it, lovey. Even when you don't necessarily need it, I'll come running," you say in a low voice, sipping your own soup straight from the thermos. "I wish you'd let me do it more. Even when you're not starving and sleep deprived."
He chuckles at the playful lilt in your voice, but knows you're actually being completely serious. "Maybe we can make this a more regular. On the nights I can't be at home—"
"And who might this be?" someone asks, appearing suddenly enough for you to jump a little.
You turn your head the smallest fraction to find another man leaning against Spencer's desk, a (seemingly permanent) smirk breaking through the tired, clouded expression everyone here is sporting.
"Uhm—hi—erm..."
You glance over at Spencer, who is, for the most part, paying no attention to the encounter, simply sipping on his soup and gnawing on his bread like he hasn't eaten in weeks.
"I'm Y/N," you manage, in a voice soft enough to bring serial killers to their knees (now there's an idea), wiping your hands on the fabric covering your thighs and sticking one of them out.
The man hums, eyes flicking between yourself and the man seated beside you. "I don't think Spencer's ever mentioned you before."
Your smile falters slightly, but doesn't disappear completely. "I'm his girlfriend," you say, "and I never really expected him to talk about me here. He said he wouldn't, anyway."
"Girlfriend?" he asks, as if it's the craziest thing he's ever heard. "You. Are Spencer's girlfriend? Spencer has a girlfriend?"
That seems to grab the aforementioned mans attention.
"Morgan. Is it really so hard to comprehend," he asks, wrapping an arm around you and pulling you close—as close as he can, with the chairs in the way, "that I could find a beautiful woman to love me?"
Ah. Derek Morgan, that explains it.
"You know that's not what I mean," Morgan argues, the smile not leaving his face. "And now, if you don't mind, I'll be around. Telling everyone. That you've got a gorgeous girlfriend, and kept it from us."
Neither of you have a chance to argue before he's gone. You're honestly surprised he didn't ask exactly how long it's been, but you're sure he wouldn't have liked the answer, so you don't push it.
"...this is great soup, by the way. I love you."
You chuckle, red coloring your face. "Thanks. I love you, too, baby."

AN: This sweetness got away from me!
Pairing: Aaron Hotchner x Shy!Female Reader
Word Count: 16.6k
Tags/Warnings: Feminine Reader, Shy Reader, Soft and Romantic Smut, Mainly Fade to Black Smut, Romantic Hotch, Hotch in his Courting Masculine Energy, Non-BAU Reader, Bottle of Wine is Mentioned, Romance!! Fluff!!! Enamored Flirty Hotch!!
Sypnosis: Aaron Hotchner wasn’t one to indulge in leisurely distractions, but a small coffee shop called Sweet Beginnings—and its gentle, shy owner—quickly became a quiet escape from his chaotic life.
Tumblr media
Aaron Hotchner had never been one to take advice on leisure activities—especially not from Penelope Garcia. But the way she raved about a little coffee and pastry shop downtown was difficult to ignore, even for someone as stoic as he was.
“It’s cozy, Hotch. The kind of place where you could breathe for a change,” she’d said with a bright smile. “And their pastries? To die for.”
He wasn’t someone particularly picky when it came to coffee or the sweet tooth he allowed himself to indulge in every now and then, but with Penelope Garcia’s dazzling review of this place, he figured he’d give it a try.
So, one Friday morning, after dropping Jack off at school, Aaron found himself standing in front of the quaint café. The sign above the door read Sweet Beginnings in elegant, hand-painted script. The soft glow from inside beckoned him in, along with the faint smell of coffee and freshly baked goods.
The bell above the door chimed softly as he stepped inside. The shop was warm, decorated with mismatched chairs and tables that gave it a homey feel. Aaron noted the shelves of books and plants along the walls the hum of soft music in the background. It was quiet but alive, much like the woman behind the counter.
You greeted him with a soft smile, barely meeting his eyes as you handed a cup of coffee to the customer ahead of him. Aaron noticed the delicate way you moved, the way your hands wrapped around the mug to steady it as you passed it over. When it was his turn, you offered him the same gentle smile, your voice barely above a murmur.
“Good morning. What can I get for you?”
Aaron had prepared to order the first thing on the menu, but something about you—your calm demeanor, the way your shyness didn’t feel like a wall but an invitation to be gentle—made him pause.
“What do you recommend?” he asked, his tone softer than usual.
You hesitated for a moment as though surprised he’d asked for your opinion. “Um, the vanilla latte is popular… and the lemon scones are fresh today.”
“Then I’ll have those,” Aaron replied, watching the way your face lit up just slightly, like you were proud of your recommendation but too modest to show it outright.
He didn’t expect to find himself at Sweet Beginnings again so soon, but the following Monday, Aaron walked in and ordered the same thing. Over time, his visits became routine—part of the rhythm of his mornings when he wasn’t rushing to a case.
Aaron learned small things about you through your brief conversations. You’d opened the shop a couple of years ago, pouring your heart into creating a space that felt warm and safe. You loved reading, often leaving books on the counter to mark your place. You had a quick wit, though you always seemed surprised when someone caught onto it. And you were so gentle, in a way that Aaron found himself appreciating more and more.
He’d never thought of himself as someone easily captivated, but there was something about you that lingered with him long after he left the shop. The soft way you said his name when you finally learned it, the way your shyness made you blush when he asked about your favorite book—it all stayed with him.
Aaron Hotchner had always been a man of precision. In the field, his words were measured, deliberate, carefully chosen to achieve the best outcome. Flirting, he realized, was a wholly different matter. It wasn’t long before he found himself trying, though, with you—if it could even be called flirting.
At first, it was subtle—so subtle he wondered if it even registered. The first time, he complimented your coffee.
“You’re making it hard to go anywhere else for coffee,” he said one morning, his tone uncharacteristically light. He stood at the counter, his jacket slung over his arm, his tie slightly loosened from the morning rush.
You blinked at him, clearly startled, and Aaron couldn’t help but notice the faint blush creeping up your cheeks. “Oh… thank you. I’m glad you like it,” you murmured, your voice soft.
Aaron thought he saw something flicker in your expression—a glimmer of flattered surprise, maybe—but it was gone in an instant. You handed him his cup, offering him the same gentle smile you gave every customer, and he realized you either hadn’t caught on or didn’t think much of it.
But he wasn’t one to give up easily.
A few days later, Aaron leaned casually against the counter, watching as you expertly filled a tray of pastries to restock the display. His gaze softened as he noticed the delicate precision in your movements, the way your hands handled each scone with care. When you finally turned to him, you offered your usual quiet smile, your voice tinged with curiosity.
“Same order as always?” you asked.
Aaron nodded but added, “Do you have any secrets to these scones, or are you just naturally this talented?”
You tilted your head at him, confused at first. Then your lips curled into a shy, almost bashful smile. “It’s the recipe,” you said, your tone light but modest. “I just follow it.”
He couldn’t help the faint chuckle that escaped him. “Somehow, I don’t believe that. There’s a level of care here you don’t find in most places.”
Again, your cheeks flushed, and you looked down, as if unsure how to respond. Aaron took his coffee with a quiet thanks and left, wondering if he’d ever get more than your polite deflections.
One morning, as you handed him his cup, Aaron noticed something different. Written on the sleeve was a simple, hand-drawn smiley face alongside the words, Have a great day! It wasn’t much, but it was enough to tug at something deep in his chest.
He looked up, catching your eyes. “A smiley face?” he asked, raising an eyebrow. His lips quirked into a subtle smile.
You froze for a moment, caught off guard. “Oh, um… I’ve been doing little notes for regulars,” you said quickly, your words slightly rushed. “I thought it might brighten someone’s day.”
“It does,” Aaron said warmly. “Thank you.”
You nodded, biting your bottom lip in a way that made his chest tighten. He thought he saw your shoulders relax slightly, but you quickly busied yourself with the next customer, leaving him to wonder if he was imagining things.
Over time, Aaron became bolder—or at least, as bold as he could manage within the confines of a café conversation. He tried humor one day, when you handed him a blueberry muffin instead of his usual lemon scone.
“A deviation from the usual?” he asked, lifting the bag and raising an eyebrow. “Should I be concerned?”
Your lips parted slightly, and for a moment, you looked panicked. “Oh! I’m sorry, I—”
“I’m joking,” Aaron said quickly, his voice warm. “I trust your judgment.”
You let out a quiet laugh, the sound soft but genuine. “I just thought you might like to try something different,” you admitted, your fingers brushing nervously against the counter.
He smiled, noticing how your shyness made you fidget. “Then I’m sure I will,” he replied. “Thank you.”
The more he tried, the more he realized you weren’t picking up on his intentions. Or maybe you were, and you didn’t believe them. Either way, Aaron found himself at an impasse.
It was a rare moment of stillness in the bullpen, the team gathering themselves after wrapping up a grueling case. Aaron Hotchner sat at his desk, papers in front of him, though his focus had shifted to the cup of coffee in his hand. The familiar, comforting aroma wafted up as he took a sip.
“Alright, Aaron,” Rossi’s voice cut through the quiet, drawing Aaron’s gaze upward. The older man leaned casually against the doorframe to his office, arms crossed and a sly smile tugging at his lips. “You’ve been walking in here every morning with that same cup. It’s not just coffee, is it?”
Hotch raised an eyebrow, feigning ignorance. “I’m not sure what you mean.”
“Oh, come on,” Rossi chuckled, stepping into the office and closing the door behind him. “You’re not the type to spend almost ten bucks on a latte every day just for the caffeine. You’re going to that little shop downtown, aren’t you? Sweet Beginnings, or whatever it’s called?”
Aaron leaned back slightly in his chair, crossing his arms. “What makes you say that?”
“Because you’ve never been a hipster coffee shop kind of guy,” Rossi said matter-of-factly, gesturing toward the cup. “So unless they’re serving something laced with gold, I’m guessing it’s not about the coffee. Am I right?”
Hotch let out a quiet sigh, shaking his head. “You have too much time on your hands.”
Rossi grinned, pulling up a chair. “You’re deflecting. So, who is she?”
“Who says it’s about anyone?” Aaron countered, though his slight shift in posture betrayed him.
“Because I know you,” Rossi said, leaning forward. “And I know that look. You’ve got someone on your mind, and I’d bet a week’s salary it’s not the barista’s latte art skills.”
Aaron let the silence linger for a moment before finally relenting. “She’s the owner,” he admitted, his voice low. “She’s... shy, gentle. There’s something about her I can’t quite put into words.”
Rossi nodded knowingly. “Ah, and let me guess—you’ve been trying to make a move, but she’s not picking up on it?”
Aaron hesitated, then nodded. “I’ve tried to show interest. Compliments, humor, the usual... but either she doesn’t notice, or she’s just not interested.”
“Well, have you considered that she might just be too shy to believe you’re serious?” Rossi asked, leaning back in his chair. “If she’s as gentle as you say, she probably doesn’t think a guy like you would be interested in her.”
Aaron frowned slightly. “What’s that supposed to mean?”
“Come on, Hotch. You’re smart, successful, and intimidating as hell when you want to be. A lot of women would think twice before assuming you’re flirting, especially someone shy,” Rossi explained with a knowing look. “You might need to be a little more... direct.”
Aaron arched an eyebrow. “Direct?”
“Yeah,” Rossi said, leaning forward. “Tell her how you feel. No games, no subtle hints. Women like her appreciate honesty. She’s probably too busy overthinking to pick up on your breadcrumbs.”
Aaron considered this, his gaze dropping to the cup in his hand. He’d been dancing around the idea for weeks now, unsure if it was the right move. But Rossi’s words carried weight—as they always did.
“And what if she’s not interested?” Aaron asked after a moment.
“Then you’ll know,” Rossi said simply. “But from the way you’re talking about her, I’d say it’s worth finding out.”
Hotch nodded slowly, a small smile tugging at the corner of his lips. “Thanks, Dave.”
Rossi stood, patting him on the shoulder as he headed for the door. “Just don’t wait too long. Life’s short, my friend. And good coffee? Even shorter.”
Aaron Hotchner stood outside Sweet Beginnings, the cool morning air brushing against his face as he gathered his thoughts. The warm light spilling out of the café windows contrasted with the nervous energy he felt—a rare sensation for someone so used to control. Rossi’s words echoed in his mind: “Tell her how you feel. No games, no subtle hints.”
He stepped inside, the bell above the door chiming softly. It was quieter than usual, with only one other patron seated by the window. You were behind the counter, carefully arranging a fresh tray of pastries on display. The sight of you—focused, gentle in your movements—was enough to ground him, if only slightly.
You looked up at the sound of the bell, offering your usual shy smile when you saw him. “Good morning,” you said softly. “The usual?”
Hotch approached the counter, his expression softer than usual. “Not just yet,” he said, his voice steady. “I was hoping to talk to you for a moment first.”
You blinked, surprised, and set down the tray you’d been holding. “Oh… sure,” you murmured, folding your hands nervously in front of you. “Is something wrong?”
“No, not at all,” Aaron said quickly, shaking his head. “I just wanted to say something that I think I haven’t been clear about.”
You tilted your head slightly, your curiosity evident despite your shyness. Aaron took a breath, his hands resting lightly on the counter.
“I’ve been coming here for a while now,” he began, his voice calm but sincere. “And while I do enjoy the coffee—and the pastries—what really keeps me coming back is you.”
Your eyes widened slightly, and he saw the way your fingers fidgeted with the edge of your apron. “M-Me?” you stammered, clearly caught off guard.
“Yes, you,” Aaron said, a small smile tugging at his lips. “You’re kind, thoughtful, and there’s a warmth about you that I’ve found myself looking forward to more than I expected. I realize I might not have made that clear before, and I didn’t want there to be any misunderstanding.”
Your blush deepened, and for a moment, you looked like you weren’t sure what to say. “I… I thought you were just being nice,” you admitted softly, your voice barely above a whisper. “I never thought…”
Aaron’s smile grew slightly. “I wasn’t just being nice,” he said, his tone gentle but firm. “I’m interested, and if you’d like, I’d love to take you out to dinner. No coffee shop counters between us, just… us.”
You blinked up at him, your shyness warring with a hesitant excitement. “I… I’d like that,” you finally said, your voice trembling slightly but full of sincerity. “I’d really like that.”
For the first time in what felt like ages, Aaron felt a weight lift from his shoulders. He nodded, his smile softening. “Good. How about tomorrow night?”
“That sounds perfect,” you said, your lips curving into a shy but genuine smile.
Of course, Aaron had the perfect place in mind. He shared that with you, and you both found a time that worked. He would do whatever it took to be here to pick you up for the date.
As Aaron left the shop that morning, he felt a rare sense of anticipation blooming in his chest. Rossi was right—honesty had been the answer. And for the first time in years, he found himself looking forward to something beyond the next case.
Aaron Hotchner stood on the sidewalk in front of Sweet Beginnings, smoothing his tie as he glanced up at the windows above the shop. The lights in one of them were on—a warm, inviting glow spilling out onto the darkening street. It was where you lived, just above the place you’d built from scratch.
He took a steadying breath and checked his watch. It was still a few minutes before the time you’d agreed on, but he couldn’t resist being early. There was a quiet kind of excitement in him, a feeling he hadn’t experienced in years.
The door to the shop opened, and there you were. For a moment, Aaron froze.
You were stunning. The soft glow from the shop lights illuminated you as you stepped onto the sidewalk, your dress simple but elegant, perfectly complementing your natural beauty. Your hair fell just right, framing your face in a way that made his heart skip. He’d always thought there was something enchanting about you—your gentle demeanor, your shy smile—but seeing you like this, he was utterly captivated.
“Hi,” you said softly, your voice almost tentative as you met his eyes.
Aaron blinked, recovering quickly, though his usual composure felt shaken. “Hi,” he replied, his tone warmer than usual. “You look… beautiful.”
Your cheeks flushed, and you glanced down, your fingers brushing against the strap of your small purse. “Thank you,” you murmured. “You look really nice too.”
Aaron smiled, his chest tightening slightly at your shy response. He stepped forward, offering his arm. “Shall we?”
You nodded, slipping your hand lightly into the crook of his arm. As he led you toward his car, he couldn’t help but glance at you again. You had an air of grace about you, soft and unassuming, yet it commanded his full attention.
The restaurant he’d chosen was quiet and intimate, a small Italian place tucked away in a corner of the city. Candles flickered on the tables, casting a warm glow over the room. Aaron pulled out your chair for you before sitting across from you, marveling at how effortlessly you seemed to fit into the moment despite your shy nature.
His attention was entirely on you—the way you fidgeted lightly with the edge of your napkin, the faint blush on your cheeks every time his eyes lingered a moment too long.
“So,” he began, leaning slightly forward, his voice soft but steady, “what made you want to open a coffee shop?”
You looked down at your hands, hesitating for a moment before meeting his gaze. “I always loved baking,” you said, your voice quiet but laced with sincerity. “It’s… comforting. My grandmother used to bake with me when I was little. She’d always say there was nothing a warm pastry and a cup of coffee couldn’t fix.”
Aaron’s lips curved into a small smile. “Wise advice.”
You nodded, a shy smile playing on your lips. “When she passed, I just… I wanted to create a place that felt like her kitchen. A place where people could feel safe and welcome.”
“That’s exactly what you’ve done,” Aaron said, his tone warm. “Your shop has that kind of atmosphere. It’s different from anywhere else.”
Your blush deepened, and you ducked your head slightly. “Thank you,” you murmured, barely above a whisper. “I’m glad it comes across that way.”
Aaron couldn’t help the smile tugging at his lips. He was quickly learning how much he enjoyed making you blush—how your shy responses revealed so much about the gentle person you were.
“What about you?” you asked suddenly, your voice a little hesitant. “What… what made you want to join the FBI?”
Aaron paused, his expression softening as he considered the question. “I’ve always wanted to help people,” he said after a moment. He briefly went on to share about following in his father’s footsteps but creating his own path along the way. The way you allowed a platform for him to share so easily, the words and his own story coming out of his mouth without second thought. Something normally so foreign to him.
You nodded, your eyes thoughtful. “It must be hard, though… seeing everything you see.”
“It is,” Aaron admitted, his gaze steady. “But it’s worth it. And moments like this… they remind me there’s still good in the world.”
Your cheeks flushed again, and you looked down, unable to hold his gaze. “I don’t know if I’m really… good,” you said softly, almost to yourself.
Aaron leaned forward slightly, his voice firm but gentle. “You are. You have a way of making people feel seen, even in small ways. That’s a rare gift.”
You looked up at him, your lips parting slightly in surprise. “I… I’ve never thought of it that way,” you admitted, your blush deepening.
“Maybe you should,” Aaron replied with a faint smile.
Later in the evening, as the waiter cleared your plates, Aaron took a sip of his wine, watching the way you tucked a strand of hair behind your ear.
“Do you always blush this much?” he teased lightly, his tone warm and playful.
Your eyes widened, and you immediately looked down, your fingers brushing nervously against the tablecloth. “I—I can’t help it,” you stammered, your voice barely audible.
Aaron chuckled softly, the sound low and soothing. “I think it’s charming,” he said, leaning back slightly. “Though I’ll admit, I might be trying to make it happen more often.”
You looked up at him, your eyes wide with a mix of surprise and bashfulness. “That’s not fair,” you said softly, a small smile tugging at your lips despite your obvious embarrassment.
Aaron’s smile widened. “Life’s not always fair,” he said, his voice teasing. “But I’d say this moment is one of the better ones.”
You laughed quietly; the sound light and genuine, and Aaron felt a warmth spread through his chest. He hadn’t realized how much he’d missed moments like this—a simple, honest connection.
By the time the evening wound down and Aaron walked you back to your apartment, he felt an overwhelming sense of calm. Standing at your door, he couldn’t resist one last attempt to see that beautiful blush of yours.
“I meant what I said earlier,” he told you, his voice low and sincere. “You’re incredible. I feel… lucky to have spent tonight with you.”
Your cheeks flushed a deep pink, and you smiled shyly, looking down at your hands. “I feel lucky too,” you said softly.
Aaron chuckled lightly, his heart swelling at your words. “Goodnight,” he said gently, his eyes lingering on you for a moment longer.
“Goodnight,” you replied, your voice as soft as the warm light spilling from your doorway.
As he walked back to his car, Aaron felt something rare and undeniable. For the first time in years, he felt like he was stepping into something real, something special. And he couldn’t wait to see where it might lead.
The next morning at Sweet Beginnings began like any other for you. The familiar rhythm of grinding coffee beans, the hum of the espresso machine, and the gentle murmur of early-morning customers filled the space. But today, there was something unexpected—a delivery that arrived just before the rush.
The bouquet was stunning. Soft pink peonies, delicate white roses, and sprigs of lavender were arranged with care, their sweet fragrance filling the air as you stared at them in disbelief. Tucked among the blooms was a small card, the handwriting neat and precise.
Thank you for a wonderful evening. Looking forward to seeing you again soon. - Aaron
Your cheeks warmed instantly, and you found yourself pressing the card to your chest as if the gesture could steady your racing heart. Flowers. For you. You couldn’t remember the last time anyone had sent you flowers, much less something so thoughtful and beautiful.
The rest of the morning passed in a blur. You tried to focus on your work, but every time you glanced at the bouquet—now proudly displayed on the counter—you couldn’t help but blush.
When Aaron walked in later that morning, his usual confident stride was accompanied by a small flicker of uncertainty. He spotted the flowers immediately, a faint smile tugging at his lips as he approached the counter.
“Good morning,” he greeted, his voice warm.
You turned toward him, your eyes lighting up as you smiled shyly. “Good morning,” you replied softly. “Thank you… for the flowers. They’re beautiful.”
Aaron’s smile widened, and he leaned slightly against the counter. “I’m glad you like them,” he said. “I thought you deserved something as lovely as you are.”
Your cheeks flushed a deep pink, and you looked down, fiddling nervously with the edge of your apron. “I don’t… I mean, you didn’t have to—”
“I wanted to,” Aaron interrupted gently, his tone leaving no room for doubt. “Last night reminded me of something I haven’t felt in a long time. Romance should be… intentional. Thoughtful. And you inspire me to want to do that.”
You glanced up at him, your wide eyes filled with something between surprise and bashful gratitude. “I don’t even know what to say,” you admitted, your voice barely above a whisper.
“You don’t have to say anything,” Aaron replied, his gaze steady and sincere. “Just let me keep doing this—showing you how much I enjoy being with you.”
For a moment, you simply stared at him, the sincerity in his expression rendering you speechless. Finally, you nodded, a soft smile spreading across your face. “Okay,” you whispered.
Aaron’s lips curved into a small, satisfied smile. He could feel the warmth in his chest spreading as he reached for his usual order. But today, when you handed him his coffee, your hands lingered just a moment longer than usual.
“Thank you,” you said again, your voice gentle but filled with meaning.
As Aaron left the shop, he felt a renewed sense of purpose. You’d awakened something in him—a desire to court you properly, to show you just how much you meant to him. And he couldn’t wait to see where this journey would lead.
The BAU jet cruised quietly through the night sky, the hum of the engines a familiar backdrop to the subdued conversations and occasional shuffling of papers. Aaron Hotchner sat at the small table, ostensibly reviewing case files, but his mind was elsewhere. The faint glow of his phone screen on the table seemed to taunt him as he thought about you.
The first date had gone so well—better than he had expected, even. You had been soft-spoken but so genuine, your sweetness and warmth drawing him in like a balm to the chaos he so often faced. He wanted to see you again, to plan the next date, but the timing of this case had whisked him away before he could make it happen.
“Hotch, you good?” JJ’s voice broke through his thoughts, her tone light but laced with curiosity.
He glanced up, meeting her knowing smile with a faint raise of his brow. “I’m fine,” he replied evenly, though he could tell she wasn’t convinced.
“Uh-huh,” Rossi chimed in from across the aisle, his smirk already in place. “Fine enough to be lost in thought for the last hour? Let me guess, you’re not still running through case details.”
Aaron exhaled through his nose, not irritated but resigned. “Rossi, I don’t—”
“Let me guess,” Rossi interrupted with a teasing grin. “It’s got something to do with Sweet Beginnings and a certain someone who runs it.”
JJ’s eyebrows lifted in surprise, her curiosity piqued. “Wait, the coffee shop? The one with the owner Penelope’s been raving about?”
At the sound of her name, Penelope’s voice crackled through the laptop perched nearby, her face appearing on the video call. “Are we talking about her? Hotch, please tell me we’re talking about her.”
Aaron leaned back in his seat, clearly outnumbered, though a faint smile betrayed his amusement. “Yes, we went on a date,” he admitted, his voice calm but tinged with warmth.
The reaction was immediate. Penelope squealed so loudly that Spencer visibly flinched, while Rossi chuckled, clearly enjoying Aaron’s discomfort. JJ, however, leaned in slightly, her expression soft and encouraging.
“And?” JJ prompted gently.
“And it was… wonderful,” Aaron admitted after a pause. “But we didn’t make plans for a second date before I left for this case. I’ve been thinking about it ever since.”
“That’s an easy fix,” Rossi said, leaning back with a satisfied grin. “Shoot her a message. Let her know you’re thinking about her and that you want to see her again. Simple.”
“Penelope?” JJ interjected, turning to the laptop.
“Oh, he doesn’t need my help,” Penelope said, waving her hand dramatically. “Hotch has his own kind of charm—direct and a little broody, but it works. Just don’t overthink it, sir. She’ll swoon no matter what.”
Aaron shook his head with a faint chuckle, pulling his phone closer. He didn’t need much convincing. The thought of reaching out to you felt natural, not something to agonize over.
As the team’s chatter faded into the background, Aaron composed the message, keeping it simple but meaningful:
Hi. I’ve been thinking about you and how much I enjoyed our evening together. When I’m back, I’d love to take you out again—if you’re free, of course.
After rereading it once, he hit send, the faint hum of anticipation settling in his chest. He placed the phone face down on the table, not wanting to watch it, but his thoughts were already with you.
“Done?” Rossi asked, smirking as Aaron met his gaze.
“Done,” Aaron replied with a faint nod.
JJ smiled, nudging Rossi with her elbow. “Told you he didn’t need our help.”
Penelope’s delighted laugh echoed through the call. “Oh, he’s got this, JJ. We just like to cheer him on!”
Aaron rolled his eyes fondly, shaking his head. Despite the teasing, he appreciated their support. For the first time in years, the prospect of romance felt like more than just an indulgence—it felt like something real, something worth pursuing. And he couldn’t wait to see where it would lead.
Aaron Hotchner spent the day chasing leads, directing the team, and piecing together profiles—but now, with the case temporarily at a lull, his thoughts had inevitably drifted back to you.
The gentle buzz of his phone pulled his attention, and he felt an inexplicable flicker of anticipation. Picking it up, he saw your name at the top of the screen, along with your response:
Hi, Aaron. I’ve been thinking about you too. I’d love to go on another date when you’re back. Just let me know when, and I’ll make sure I’m free.
Aaron exhaled slowly, his chest tightening with something unfamiliar but not unwelcome. Relief? Gratitude? No—something softer. Something that warmed him in a way he hadn’t felt in years.
He read the message again, letting the simplicity of your words settle over him. You’d been thinking about him. It was such a small thing, but it held so much weight. He could picture you shyly typing the message, your soft smile as you hesitated over every word. The thought brought a rare, genuine smile to his face.
He began typing his reply:
That’s perfect. I’ll let you know as soon as I’m back. I’ve been looking forward to seeing you again.
He paused, his fingers hovering over the keyboard. It wasn’t enough—not for what he wanted to convey. He deleted the last sentence and replaced it with:
That’s perfect. I’ll let you know as soon as I’m back. I haven’t been able to stop thinking about you.
It was bold, direct—words he wouldn’t normally allow himself to say. But you weren’t like anyone else. You brought out a softness in him, a desire to be open, to let you see the man behind the stoic facade.
After hitting send, Aaron set the phone down and leaned back in his chair. The faint hum of the air conditioner in the hotel room filled the silence, but his mind was anything but quiet. He thought of your gentle smile, the way your blush deepened when he complimented you, the quiet humility in everything you did. It was a stark contrast to the chaos and intensity of his world, and yet, it felt like exactly what he needed.
A moment later, his phone buzzed again. He reached for it, his heart inexplicably light as he read your reply:
I’ve been thinking about you too. I’ve never met anyone like you, Aaron. Take your time with the case—I’ll be here when you get back.
Aaron let out a quiet breath, his lips curving into another faint smile. He allowed himself a moment to simply sit there, phone in hand, savoring the thought of you waiting for him. It was a rare feeling for him—a sense of connection, of something good waiting for him beyond the cases, the paperwork, the endless responsibilities.
He typed one final response:
Thank you. That means more to me than you know. I’ll let you know as soon as I’m back. Sleep well, and take care.
After hitting send, Aaron placed his phone on the nightstand and leaned back into the chair, closing his eyes for a moment. He hadn’t realized how much he’d been carrying until now, when the thought of you seemed to lighten the weight. For the first time in years, he felt something entirely his own to look forward to. Something real. Something good.
Aaron Hotchner stood outside your coffee shop, his hand brushing the small bouquet of flowers he’d picked up on the way over. They weren’t as grand as the first ones he’d sent you—just a handful of simple daisies and lavender tied with a ribbon—but they felt right. Thoughtful, unassuming, like you.
He exhaled a slow breath, running his fingers through his hair before stepping inside. The soft chime of the bell announced his arrival, and his gaze immediately found you behind the counter.
You looked up at the sound, your eyes lighting up when they met his. A warm, shy smile spread across your face, and Aaron felt that familiar tightening in his chest, the one that had been there since your first date.
“Aaron,” you greeted softly, wiping your hands on your apron before stepping closer. “Hi.”
“Hi,” he replied, his voice softening in a way it rarely did. He extended the flowers toward you, his lips curving into a faint smile. “For you.”
Your eyes widened slightly, and a faint blush crept up your cheeks as you took the bouquet. “They’re beautiful,” you murmured, your fingers brushing over the petals. “Thank you.”
Aaron watched as you carefully set the flowers in a vase behind the counter, your touch so gentle it almost made him smile again. He’d spent years in a world where gentleness felt like a luxury, and yet, with you, it seemed so effortless.
“Ready?” he asked, his voice steady but warm.
You nodded, untying your apron and grabbing your bag. “Where are we going?”
“It’s a surprise,” Aaron said, his tone light but firm, and he was rewarded with the smallest laugh from you as you followed him out the door.
The evening unfolded like something out of a dream. Aaron had chosen a quiet spot just outside the city—a garden restaurant with fairy lights strung across trellises and the soft sound of live acoustic music in the background. He led you to a secluded table near the fountain, the glow of the lights reflecting in your wide, curious eyes.
“This is… beautiful,” you said softly, your gaze sweeping over the setting before landing back on him. “You didn’t have to do all this.”
“I wanted to,” Aaron replied simply, his gaze steady on yours.
Throughout the meal, the conversation flowed easily. You talked about your day, about the customers at the coffee shop, and how you’d been experimenting with new pastry recipes. Aaron listened intently, his expression softening as he watched you.
“And what about you?” you asked at one point, tilting your head slightly. “How was the case?”
“It went well,” Aaron said, his tone measured. “But it’s nice to be back. To be here with you.”
Your cheeks flushed, and you looked down at your plate, a small smile tugging at your lips. “You’re really good at making me blush,” you admitted, your voice barely above a whisper.
Aaron chuckled softly, the sound low and warm. “I’ve noticed,” he said, his eyes crinkling slightly at the corners. “I think I enjoy it.”
You laughed lightly, the sound like music to his ears, and for a moment, he reveled in how at ease you made him feel.
Aaron walked you to your apartment door, the soft glow of the streetlights casting a warm hue over the quiet street. The evening had been perfect—dinner, conversation, and the kind of connection he hadn’t felt in years. Now, standing outside your door, he found himself reluctant to let the night end.
You turned to face him; your bag clutched lightly in one hand as you offered him a shy smile. “I really had a wonderful time tonight,” you said softly, your voice carrying the same gentle warmth that had captivated him since the moment he met you.
“So did I,” Aaron replied, his voice low but steady. He took a small step closer, his hands tucked into his coat pockets as his gaze softened. “Thank you for letting me take you out again.”
Your blush deepened, and you glanced down for a moment before meeting his eyes again. “I… I really like spending time with you,” you admitted, your voice barely above a whisper. “I hope you know that.”
Aaron’s chest tightened at your words, and for a moment, all he could do was take in the sight of you—the way the faint pink in your cheeks mirrored the soft glow of the lights, the way your fingers fidgeted nervously with the strap of your bag.
“I do,” he said softly, his voice holding an honesty that surprised even himself. “And I feel the same way.”
Your lips parted slightly, as if you wanted to say something else, but no words came. Instead, your gaze flickered to his lips for the briefest of moments before darting away, your shyness making you retreat a half-step.
Aaron caught the hesitation and knew he had to be the one to bridge the gap. Slowly, deliberately, he leaned closer, his movements careful and measured, giving you every chance to pull away if you wanted to. But you didn’t.
Your breath hitched as the space between you closed, and then his lips met yours—soft, warm, and full of unspoken promises.
The kiss was gentle at first, tentative, as if he were afraid to shatter the quiet intimacy of the moment. But when he felt you lean into him, your fingers brushing lightly against his coat sleeve, he allowed himself to deepen it just slightly, his hand coming up to rest lightly on your cheek.
When he finally pulled back, his forehead rested against yours for a moment, his thumb brushing softly along your jawline. “Thank you,” he murmured, his voice low and filled with emotion.
“For what?” you asked softly, your voice still trembling slightly from the kiss.
“For trusting me,” Aaron replied, his gaze meeting yours. “And for letting me be here with you.”
Your shy smile returned, and you shook your head lightly. “I should be thanking you,” you whispered.
Aaron’s lips curved into a faint smile, and he pressed a soft kiss to your forehead before stepping back, his hand lingering on yours for just a moment longer. “Goodnight,” he said, his voice warm but steady.
“Goodnight, Aaron,” you replied, your cheeks still flushed as you opened the door and disappeared inside.
Aaron stood there for a moment, the faint hint of your perfume lingering in the air. As he turned to walk back to his car, a rare sense of contentment settled over him. The kiss had been more than just a moment—it was a beginning. And he couldn’t wait to see where it would take them.
Aaron sat in his office late into the evening, the dim light casting long shadows across the walls. His tie was loosened, his jacket draped over the back of his chair. The day’s paperwork sat in a neat stack on his desk, but his thoughts were elsewhere.
He thought about you—the shy way you smiled, the soft cadence of your voice, the way you seemed to bring warmth and light into even the simplest moments. There was something about your gentle, sweet demeanor that drew him in, and made him want to do more, be more.
Aaron had always been a man of action, of logic and order. But with you, he found himself wanting to lean into something softer, something he hadn’t allowed himself to feel in years: the romance of it all. Your femininity—delicate but unshakable—called to a side of him he hadn’t tapped into in a long time, the part that wanted to court you properly, to show you how deeply he cared.
Closing the last file of the night, Aaron leaned back in his chair, a faint smile tugging at his lips as an idea began to take shape. He wanted to do something special for you—something that would make you feel cherished. Not because you needed grand gestures but because you deserved to be celebrated.
He stood in the quiet bookstore, the scent of paper and leather-bound spines enveloping him as he carefully ran his fingers over the titles lining the shelves. He’d spent the day thinking about you—about the way your shy smile had lingered in his mind, about how you seemed to carry a quiet strength wrapped in gentleness. He wanted to give you something that reflected that—something meaningful, but not overwhelming.
As his fingers brushed over the spine of a beautiful, hardcover edition of one of his favorite novels, he paused. The cover was embossed with intricate details, and the pages were gilded with gold edges. He smiled to himself, knowing it was perfect. The book was a classic, timeless and heartfelt, just like you.
Later that evening, as you were tidying up Sweet Beginnings, the familiar chime of the bell startled you. You looked up to see Aaron stepping inside, his tall frame silhouetted by the glow of the streetlights behind him.
“Aaron,” you greeted, your voice soft but surprised. “Hi.”
“Hi,” he replied, a faint smile tugging at his lips as he approached the counter. In his hands was a small, wrapped package.
Your eyes flicked to the gift, curiosity sparkling in your expression. “What’s this?”
Aaron placed it gently on the counter, his gaze steady but warm. “It’s for you,” he said simply. “Something I thought you might like.”
You blinked, your cheeks tinged with a faint blush as you reached for the package. Carefully unwrapping it, you gasped softly when the book came into view.
“It’s beautiful,” you whispered, your fingers tracing the gold edges of the pages. “Aaron, you didn’t have to—”
“I wanted to,” he interrupted gently, his voice firm but kind. “It reminded me of you. Thoughtful, timeless, and more meaningful than you probably realize.”
Your blush deepened, and for a moment, you couldn’t find the words. Finally, you looked up at him, your shy smile softening your features. “Thank you,” you said, your voice filled with sincerity. “This is… perfect.”
Aaron’s lips curved into a faint smile, his chest tightening at the sight of your happiness. “I know how much you love your coffee shop and the comfort it brings people,” he said, his voice low. “This felt like something you could enjoy during those rare quiet moments.”
Your fingers clutched the book a little tighter, and you looked at him with wide eyes. “You’re… incredibly thoughtful,” you murmured, your voice almost trembling.
Aaron stepped closer, his gaze never leaving yours. “And you make it easy to be,” he said softly.
The two of you stood there for a moment, the quiet intimacy of the shop wrapping around you both like a warm blanket.
“I’ll let you get back to closing up,” Aaron said after a moment, his voice gentle. “But… maybe we could plan that third date soon?”
Your shy smile widened, and you nodded, the book still cradled in your hands. “I’d love that.”
Aaron left the shop that night feeling lighter than he had in years. You inspired something in him—something he hadn’t allowed himself to feel in so long. And with every step forward, he found himself wanting to match your sweetness with a depth of care and romance that felt entirely natural, entirely right.
Aaron Hotchner turned to leave, but before he could take a step toward the door, your voice stopped him.
“Wait,” you said softly, almost hesitant.
He turned back, his eyes meeting yours, the shy smile still on your lips but now tinged with something he couldn’t quite place.
“I was just about to have a little treat before I finished up here,” you said, your voice gentle. “I was going to eat it alone, but… would you like to stay and share it with me?”
Aaron’s lips quirked into a faint smile, and he took a step closer, his eyes warm. “Are you sure?”
You nodded, your blush deepening slightly as you glanced down at the book still in your hands. “I think it’d be nice,” you murmured.
He hesitated only for a moment before pulling off his coat and draping it over the back of a nearby chair. “Then I’d love to stay.”
You disappeared into the back of the shop for a moment, leaving Aaron to settle into a chair by the counter. When you returned, you carried a small plate with two slices of pie, the golden crust gleaming under the soft light.
“It’s just apple pie,” you said, setting the plate down between you. “Nothing fancy, but it’s one of my favorites.”
Aaron picked up the fork you handed him, his gaze lingering on you as you slid into the seat across from him. “Apple pie happens to be one of my favorites, too,” he said, his tone light but warm.
You smiled, your blush deepening as you took a small bite. “Then I guess it’s perfect.”
As the two of you ate, the conversation flowed easily, though Aaron couldn’t help but watch the way you moved—so soft, so unassuming. He found himself leaning into the moment, his tone growing warmer, more teasing.
“You’re a hard person to say no to,” he said at one point, his gaze steady on yours.
You paused mid-bite, your eyes widening slightly as you glanced up at him. “What do you mean?”
Aaron’s lips curved into a faint smile. “The way you asked me to stay just now. I don’t think I’ve ever been invited to something so… sweet. How could I say no to that?”
Your cheeks flushed, and you looked down at your plate, fiddling with your fork. “I didn’t mean to put you on the spot,” you murmured.
“You didn’t,” Aaron assured you, his voice low but firm. “In fact, I’m glad you did. Spending time with you—it’s the best part of my day.”
You froze for a moment, your fork clattering lightly against the plate as you looked up at him, your wide eyes shimmering with emotion. “You… really mean that?”
Aaron leaned forward slightly, his gaze never leaving yours. “I do,” he said softly. “You’re… remarkable. And I don’t just mean because of how kind and thoughtful you are. It’s not something I’ve experienced in a long time.”
Your breath hitched, and your cheeks flushed an even deeper shade of pink. “I don’t even know what to say,” you admitted, your voice barely audible.
“You don’t have to say anything,” Aaron replied, his lips curving into a small, genuine smile. “But I hope you know how much I enjoy being here with you.”
The two of you sat there for a moment, the quiet intimacy of the shop wrapping around you both. Aaron could see the way your blush deepened, how your fingers nervously brushed against the edge of the table. It was endearing, and he found himself wanting to put you at ease in the only way he knew how.
“By the way,” he said, his tone turning playful, “if this is how you usually spend your evenings, I might have to make a habit of stopping by after hours.”
You laughed softly; the sound light and genuine, and Aaron felt a rare warmth spread through his chest. “I wouldn’t mind that,” you said shyly, your eyes meeting his again.
Aaron’s smile widened, and as he took another bite of pie, he realized that this moment—simple, unassuming, and shared with you—was everything he’d been looking for without even knowing it. For the first time in years, he felt completely at ease, entirely himself. And he couldn’t wait to see where this quiet, growing connection would take them.
Aaron took his last bite of pie, savoring the sweetness, but his attention was fully on you—the way your smile lingered, your cheeks still faintly flushed from his earlier words. You glanced at him shyly, your fork toying with the crumbs on your plate.
“I think you might be dangerous,” Aaron said suddenly, his voice low and teasing.
You looked up at him, startled. “Dangerous?”
He leaned back in his chair, a small smile tugging at his lips. “Yes. You’ve got me sitting here in a coffee shop at the end of a long day, forgetting entirely about the rest of the world.” His dark eyes softened as they lingered on yours. “I think I could get used to this.”
Your blush deepened, and you bit your bottom lip, unsure how to respond. “I don’t know if that’s a good thing or not,” you said softly, your voice tinged with a nervous laugh.
Aaron leaned forward, resting his elbows on the table as he lowered his voice. “It’s a very good thing. You make everything feel… easier. Brighter.”
You blinked, your gaze dropping to your hands. “I don’t think anyone’s ever said that to me before,” you admitted, your tone almost too soft to hear.
“Well, someone should have,” Aaron said gently. His voice was steady, but there was an intensity in his gaze that made you look up again. “Because it’s true. And you deserve to hear it.”
The quiet weight of his words settled between you, and for a moment, the air seemed charged with something unspoken. You fidgeted slightly, your fingers brushing the edge of the plate before you finally gathered the courage to speak.
“You’re… different than I thought you’d be,” you said, your voice trembling slightly. “You’re so serious at first, but then… you say things like that, and I don’t know what to do.”
Aaron chuckled softly, the sound low and warm. “I’m still serious,” he said, leaning a little closer, his eyes crinkling with a rare smile. “But you make it hard to keep my guard up.”
Your breath hitched, and you felt the heat rising to your cheeks again. “I… don’t know what to say to that,” you whispered.
“Then don’t say anything,” Aaron replied softly. His gaze lingered on you for a moment longer, his expression shifting slightly—something warmer, more vulnerable. “But if you’ll let me, I’ll keep saying these things. Because I want you to know how I feel.”
You blinked at him, your heart racing at his words. “Aaron, I—”
Before you could finish, the sharp chime of your shop’s clock broke the moment, announcing the late hour. You glanced at it, startled. “Oh, it’s so late… I didn’t even realize.”
Aaron smiled, standing and grabbing his coat. “It is late,” he agreed, his tone still warm. “I should let you finish closing up.”
You stood as well, walking him toward the door, your hands twisting nervously in front of you.
Aaron paused at the door of the shop, his coat draped over his arm, his hand lingering on the handle. He didn’t want to leave—not yet. Not when the air between you felt so charged, so full of something unspoken.
“Thank you again,” you said softly, your fingers brushing the edges of your sleeves as if to steady yourself.
Aaron turned back to face you, his dark eyes locking onto yours. “You don’t have to keep thanking me,” he said gently, a faint smile tugging at his lips. “I’m the one who should be thanking you—for tonight, for letting me see this side of you.”
Your cheeks flushed, but instead of looking away as you usually did, you stepped a little closer. There was a flicker of resolve in your gaze, something shy but daring, and it caught Aaron off guard.
“Aaron,” you began, your voice soft but steady. “I’ve been thinking about this all night—about you.”
His breath hitched slightly, his posture straightening as he watched you, waiting.
“You’re kind and thoughtful and… everything I didn’t think someone like you would be,” you continued, your blush deepening. “And it’s making it really hard to not want to kiss you right now.”
Aaron blinked, stunned for a moment by your boldness. His lips parted slightly, and then a warm, genuine smile spread across his face—a rarity for him, but one that felt entirely natural in this moment.
“Then don’t stop yourself,” he said softly, his voice low and inviting.
Your breath caught, but before your nerves could take over, Aaron closed the space between you, his hand brushing gently against your cheek as he leaned in. The kiss was soft at first, tentative—like he was memorizing every small detail. But when he felt you relax into him, your hands lightly gripping the front of his shirt, he let himself deepen it just slightly, his other hand settling lightly on your waist.
When he finally pulled back, his forehead rested lightly against yours, his dark eyes searching yours. “You have no idea how long I’ve wanted to do that tonight,” he murmured, his voice rough with honesty.
You let out a soft laugh, your fingers still clutching his shirt. “I thought I was imagining it,” you admitted, your voice barely above a whisper. “You… being interested in me.”
Aaron shook his head slightly, his thumb brushing along your jawline. “You’re all I’ve been thinking about,” he confessed.
Your cheeks flushed again, but this time, you didn’t look away. Instead, you surprised him again, your boldness returning. “Well, if that’s the case, you should probably kiss me again,” you said, your tone soft but teasing.
Aaron chuckled, the sound low and warm, and his smile widened as he leaned in once more. “You’re full of surprises,” he murmured before his lips found yours again.
This time, the kiss lingered, filled with a quiet intensity that made the world outside the shop disappear. When he finally pulled back, his hand still cradling your face, he smiled at you—genuine, warm, and entirely captivated.
“I’ll see you soon?” he asked, his voice soft but steady.
You nodded, your smile shy but glowing. “You’d better,” you teased lightly.
Aaron chuckled again, pressing a soft kiss to your forehead before stepping back toward the door. “Goodnight,” he said, his voice laced with quiet promise.
“Goodnight, Aaron,” you replied, your voice filled with something hopeful and certain.
As Aaron walked out into the night, his heart felt lighter than it had in years. You had surprised him, challenged him, and made him feel something he hadn’t allowed himself to feel in far too long. And he couldn’t wait to see where this path with you would lead.
Days later, Aaron Hotchner stood at the door of Sweet Beginnings once again, the soft glow from the shop's windows spilling out onto the quiet street. In his hand, he carried a bottle of wine he’d picked up on his way—a thoughtful gesture for what you’d described as a more casual date tonight. You had insisted he didn’t need to bring anything, but Aaron couldn’t help himself. He wanted to show you how much he cared and how much he valued this time with you.
When you opened the door, you were already smiling, your cheeks faintly flushed from the lingering warmth of the shop’s ovens. You were dressed comfortably—a soft sweater and jeans—but to Aaron, you looked as stunning as ever.
“Hi,” you greeted softly, stepping aside to let him in.
“Hi,” Aaron replied, his voice warm. He handed you the bottle, and his lips quirked into a faint smile. “I thought this might pair well with dessert.”
You looked at the bottle and then back at him, “You didn’t have to do that,” you said, your voice grateful.
“I wanted to,” Aaron said simply, his dark eyes steady on yours.
You smiled again, setting the bottle on the counter before turning back to him. “I was thinking,” you began, your voice tinged with nervousness, “instead of staying down here… maybe we could go upstairs? It’s more comfortable.”
Aaron blinked, momentarily surprised by the invitation. He hadn’t expected you to suggest something so intimate, but the idea of seeing more of your world—of being closer to you—was one he couldn’t resist.
“If you’re comfortable with that,” he said gently, his tone leaving the decision entirely up to you.
You nodded, your smile shy but certain. “I am,” you said softly, turning toward the back staircase. “Come on.”
Your apartment was as warm and inviting as the shop below, filled with soft colors, cozy textures, and personal touches. Aaron took it all in as you gestured for him to sit on the couch, your nervous energy evident as you moved about the small space.
“I thought we could have dessert up here,” you said, your voice light but a little rushed. “I made a tart earlier, and—”
“Take your time,” Aaron said gently, cutting through your flustered tone. “It’s perfect.”
You paused, looking at him as he settled onto the couch, his expression soft and encouraging. His presence had a way of grounding you, even as the tension between you began to build.
You busied yourself in the kitchen for a moment, retrieving the tart and plates before joining him on the couch. Your hands trembled slightly as you handed him a plate, and you avoided his gaze, afraid he’d see the way your shyness warred with the growing tension between you.
“This looks amazing,” Aaron said, his voice sincere as he took a bite. “You really do have a gift.”
Your cheeks flushed, and you tucked a strand of hair behind your ear. “Thank you,” you murmured. “It’s just something I’ve always loved doing.”
Aaron watched you as you spoke, his gaze lingering a little longer than usual. You could feel it—his intensity, the way he seemed to be taking in every detail. It made your heart race, the room feeling suddenly smaller.
After a few bites, Aaron set his plate down, leaning back slightly as he looked at you. “I wasn’t expecting to be invited up here,” he said softly, his tone measured but warm. “Not that I’m complaining.”
You laughed nervously, setting your own plate down. “I just thought… I don’t know. I wanted to share this part of me with you,” you admitted, your voice trembling slightly. “I know it’s not much, but it’s… mine.”
“It’s beautiful,” Aaron said, his voice low. “Like everything about you.”
Your breath hitched, and you looked away, the tension in the room becoming palpable. You felt it in the way his gaze lingered, in the space between you that seemed to shrink with every passing second.
“I don’t know how you do that,” you said suddenly, your voice barely above a whisper.
“Do what?” Aaron asked, his tone soft but curious.
“Say things like that,” you admitted, your cheeks flushing deeper. “You make me feel like I’m… someone else. Someone braver than I am.”
Aaron leaned forward slightly, his dark eyes locking onto yours. “You don’t need to be anyone else,” he said firmly. “You’re already more than enough.”
The air between you felt electric, the pull undeniable. Your shyness kept you rooted in place, but the growing tension was impossible to ignore. Your fingers trembled as they brushed against the edge of your sweater, your eyes darting to his lips before you quickly looked away.
Aaron noticed, his sharp instincts picking up on every subtle movement, every unspoken thought. But he didn’t push. Instead, he leaned back slightly, giving you space while his own restraint was tested by the sheer pull he felt toward you.
“It’s okay, I’m not going anywhere.”
His words broke something in you—the careful wall you’d been holding up against the intensity of your feelings. Taking a deep breath, you looked up at him, your voice trembling but bold.
“I don’t want you to go anywhere,” you said softly, your eyes locking onto his. “I just don’t know how to… do this.”
Aaron’s expression softened, and he reached out slowly, his hand brushing against yours. “You don’t have to know,” he said, his voice low and soothing. “We’ll figure it out together.”
The tension between you was unbearable now, your shyness colliding with the desire blooming in your chest. Before you could second-guess yourself, you leaned forward, your lips brushing softly against his.
Aaron froze for a moment, caught off guard by your sudden boldness, but then his hand came up to cup your cheek, his lips moving against yours in a kiss that was tender but filled with unspoken promise.
When you finally pulled back, your cheeks were flushed, your breathing uneven. Aaron’s dark eyes searched yours, his thumb brushing lightly against your skin.
“Was that brave enough for you?” you asked softly, your voice trembling but teasing.
Aaron chuckled, the sound low and warm, and leaned in to kiss you again. His answer was clear without needing words.
The space between you small but charged. His arm rested on the back of the couch, and though he wasn’t touching you, the closeness of his presence made your skin tingle.
You had leaned back after the kiss, trying to calm your racing heart, but Aaron’s eyes hadn’t left you. His steady, dark gaze followed every nervous movement of your hands as they fiddled with the edge of your sweater, every flutter of your lashes as you avoided his intense look.
“Are you okay?” he asked gently, his voice low and soothing.
You nodded quickly, though your cheeks burned, and you couldn’t bring yourself to look at him. “I’m fine,” you murmured, your voice barely audible. “It’s just… you.”
Aaron tilted his head slightly, his brow furrowing. “Me?”
You exhaled a shaky breath, finally daring to glance up at him. His eyes softened as they met yours, and the warmth in them gave you just enough courage to speak.
“You make me so flustered,” you admitted, your cheeks flushing even deeper. “The way you look at me… like right now. It’s… it’s overwhelming sometimes.”
Aaron’s lips curved into a faint smile, his head dipping slightly as if to meet your eyes more fully. “Overwhelming in a bad way?” he asked, his tone teasing but still gentle.
“No,” you said quickly, shaking your head. “Not bad. Just… I don’t know how to handle it. You make me feel like I’m about to melt when you look at me like that.”
Aaron chuckled softly, the sound low and rich. His hand moved from the back of the couch to rest lightly on your knee, the weight of it grounding you even as your heart raced faster.
“You’re incredible, you know that?” he said, his voice steady but filled with warmth. “The way you get flustered, the way you blush when I say something—it’s… charming. Sexy, even.”
Your eyes widened, and you froze for a moment before looking away again, your fingers brushing nervously against your lap. “I don’t think anyone’s ever called me sexy before,” you whispered, your voice tinged with disbelief.
“Well,” Aaron said, leaning in slightly, his lips quirking into a small smile, “they should have. Because you are.”
Your breath caught, and you felt the heat rush to your cheeks again. “Aaron…”
He tilted his head slightly, his gaze steady on yours. “You can tell me,” he said softly. “Whatever it is, you can tell me.”
You hesitated, the words stuck in your throat, but his patience and warmth made it impossible to hold back. “I want you,” you blurted out, your voice trembling but honest. “I don’t know how to say it without sounding… I don’t know. But I do. I really, really want you.”
Aaron’s expression shifted, his eyes darkening slightly, though his smile remained. “You don’t have to be embarrassed about that,” he said, his tone low but full of reassurance. “Hearing you say that? Knowing you feel that way? It’s… everything.”
You bit your lip, your fingers gripping your sweater tightly as you forced yourself to meet his gaze. “You just make me so nervous,” you admitted, your voice still trembling. “But I don’t want to be nervous. I want to be… confident. I want to be the kind of woman who can look at you and not completely fall apart.”
Aaron leaned closer, his hand sliding up to cup your cheek. “Just be you,” he said firmly, his thumb brushing lightly along your skin. “I like that you get nervous. I like that you’re shy. It makes every moment with you feel… real.”
Your lips parted slightly, your breath catching at the sincerity in his voice. “You mean that?”
“I mean it,” he said, his gaze steady. “You’re perfect just as you are. And if I’m making you melt just by looking at you…” His lips curved into a faint smirk, and his tone dropped slightly, “I’d say we’re off to a good start.”
You laughed softly, the sound breaking through your nervousness, and Aaron smiled, leaning in to press a gentle kiss to your lips. This time, you didn’t pull away or shy away from his intensity. Instead, you let yourself lean into it, into him, feeling the tension between you shift into something warm and electric.
When the kiss ended, you rested your forehead against his, a shy smile tugging at your lips. “You’re dangerous, you know that?”
“Dangerous?” Aaron echoed, his voice filled with playful curiosity.
“Yeah,” you said softly, your voice tinged with teasing. “For my heart.”
Aaron chuckled again, the sound low and rich as he pressed another kiss to your forehead. “Then I guess I’ll have to handle it with care,” he murmured, his voice filled with quiet promise.
Aaron’s forehead remained lightly pressed against yours, his breath warm against your skin. The weight of his hand on your cheek felt grounding, yet the tension between you still simmered, charged with an unspoken pull that neither of you could ignore.
“I mean it,” Aaron said softly, breaking the silence. His voice was low but steady, filled with a tenderness that made your heart flutter. “You don’t have to hide how you feel. Not with me.”
Your fingers trembled as they brushed against his shirt, gripping lightly as though to steady yourself. “It’s just… it’s so new,” you murmured, your voice barely above a whisper. “I’ve never felt like this before. Not with anyone.”
Aaron pulled back slightly, just enough to look into your eyes. His dark gaze was steady, reassuring, but there was something else in it now—a quiet intensity that made your breath catch. “Neither have I,” he admitted, his words honest and deliberate. “Not like this.”
Your eyes searched his, the sincerity in his voice making you feel both exposed and comforted all at once. “You… you make it feel easy,” you said softly, your voice trembling. “Even when I’m nervous, even when I feel like I’m going to fall apart… you make it okay.”
Aaron’s lips quirked into a faint smile, his hand brushing softly along your cheek. “That’s how you make me feel, too,” he said, his voice low and warm.
The air between you thickened, the tension growing as his thumb traced slow, gentle circles against your skin. You leaned into his touch, your breath hitching as your body betrayed the restraint you were trying to hold onto.
“Aaron,” you whispered, your voice trembling. “I want you to kiss me again.”
His gaze darkened slightly, and his smile softened, his hand sliding to the back of your neck as he leaned in. “I’d be lying if I said I’ve wanted anything else all night,” he murmured, his lips brushing against yours as he spoke.
The kiss that followed was deeper this time, more purposeful. Aaron’s other hand rested lightly on your waist, his touch firm but not demanding. He wasn’t rushing, wasn’t pressing for more, but his presence alone made your skin tingle and your heart race.
You felt your shyness melting away under his attention, replaced by a slow-burning confidence that you hadn’t realized was there. Your hands moved from gripping his shirt to sliding up toward his shoulders, your fingers brushing against the soft fabric of his sweater.
When the kiss finally broke, you were both breathing heavily, the silence filled with the sound of your shared breaths. Aaron’s forehead rested against yours once more, his eyes closed for a moment as though he were steadying himself.
“I don’t want to rush you,” he said softly, his voice rough with restraint. “But I can’t lie—it’s taking everything in me not to lose myself in you right now.”
Your blush deepened, but instead of retreating, you surprised yourself by speaking boldly. “I don’t want to rush either,” you said, your voice trembling but certain. “But… I don’t want you to hold back, either. I want to feel this. I want to feel you.”
Aaron’s eyes snapped open, his dark gaze locking onto yours as though he were searching for any sign of doubt. But when he saw none, his lips curved into a small, almost reverent smile.
“Are you sure?” he asked, his tone low but steady.
You nodded, your fingers tightening slightly on his shoulders. “I’ve never been more sure,” you whispered.
Aaron leaned in again, his kiss slower this time, more deliberate. His hands moved gently, one brushing along your back while the other cradled your face. Every touch felt like a question, and every response from you—whether it was a sigh, a soft touch, or the way you leaned into him—was an answer.
The tension between you no longer felt like a battle but a dance, one that neither of you wanted to end. For the first time, you felt yourself fully surrendering to the moment, to him, letting go of the nervousness that had always held you back.
The warmth of Aaron’s touch grounded you, even as the tension between you spiraled into something electric. His hands, steady yet gentle, moved with purpose—one cradling your cheek, the other brushing down your back, pulling you closer. Every kiss seemed to deepen the connection, erasing the space between you both physically and emotionally.
You leaned into him fully, your hands sliding over his chest and up to his shoulders, clutching him like he was the only thing tethering you to the ground. Your nervousness was still there, but it was drowned out by the intensity of the moment, by the way he looked at you—like you were the only thing in the world.
Aaron pulled back just slightly, his forehead resting against yours, his breathing uneven as he searched your eyes. “You can tell me to stop,” he murmured, his voice low and rough. “Anytime. I need you to know that.”
You shook your head quickly, your hands tightening on his shoulders. “I don’t want you to stop,” you whispered, your voice trembling but sure. “I’ve never wanted anything more.”
His gaze softened, the corner of his mouth curving into a faint smile. “You’re so beautiful,” he said, his tone laced with admiration. “You have no idea what you do to me.”
Your breath hitched at his words, your shyness battling with the growing desire blooming in your chest. “I… I feel the same way,” you admitted, your voice barely audible. “You make me feel things I didn’t think I could feel.”
Aaron chuckled softly, the sound low and warm, and pressed a kiss to your forehead before capturing your lips again. This time, the kiss was slower, deeper, filled with unspoken promises. His hands began to roam, exploring cautiously but with intent, and every touch sent a new wave of heat through your body.
You let out a soft gasp as his lips left yours, trailing down your jaw and to the sensitive spot just below your ear. Your hands slid into his hair, your fingers curling as you tilted your head, giving him better access. The sound of your sighs, soft and breathy, seemed to spur him on, his movements growing more confident.
“Aaron,” you whispered, his name falling from your lips like a plea.
He pulled back just enough to look at you, his dark eyes searching yours once again. “Say the word,” he murmured, his voice thick with restraint. “Tell me what you want.”
You swallowed hard, your cheeks burning as you met his gaze. “I want you,” you said softly but firmly, your hands sliding down to his chest. “All of you.”
Aaron’s lips curved into a faint smile, one filled with warmth and desire. He leaned in, pressing one last lingering kiss to your lips before standing, effortlessly lifting you into his arms as though you weighed nothing. The sudden motion made you laugh softly, your arms wrapping around his neck as he carried you toward your bedroom.
The tension between you reached its peak as he laid you down gently, his touch careful but sure. His gaze lingered on you, his dark eyes filled with a mix of admiration and desire that made your heart race. You reached for him, pulling him closer, and as his lips found yours again, the world around you seemed to melt away.
And then, as the night deepened, the rest was lost to the soft whispers of your names and the quiet, shared discovery of one another, every barrier between you finally falling away.
Time seemed to slow as Aaron’s lips pressed against yours, each kiss deeper, more tender than the last. His touch was reverent, like he was memorizing every curve, every sigh, every part of you that made you uniquely you. The tension between you wasn’t rushed or frenzied but deliberate, a dance of unspoken words and shared longing.
His hands, warm and steady, mapped your body like a treasured discovery. Every brush of his fingers was gentle but purposeful, igniting a warmth in you that spread like the soft glow of dawn breaking over the horizon. He treated you with a care you’d never known, as though you were something precious he’d been entrusted to protect.
Aaron’s gaze, dark and full of emotion, never left yours. Even as his lips traveled down your skin, leaving a trail of kisses that made your breath hitch, he watched you, his eyes seeking your every reaction. You felt seen in a way that made you both shy and emboldened, your body arching instinctively toward his touch.
The connection between you was unspoken but undeniable, every movement a reflection of the care and trust you’d built together. His whispered words, soft and low against your ear, sent shivers down your spine, and when he murmured your name, it sounded like a prayer.
You gave yourself to him completely, your hands exploring his strong, steady frame, marveling at the way his body responded to your touch. Each sigh, each quiet moan that escaped his lips, felt like an answer to the questions you didn’t know you were asking.
The way he held you, the way his touch lingered as though savoring every moment, made your heart swell. You’d never felt so adored, so cherished. The tenderness in his movements spoke of more than desire—it was devotion, a quiet declaration of everything he couldn’t yet put into words.
As the night deepened, you found yourself lost in him, and he in you. The world outside your small apartment faded into nothingness, leaving only the quiet rhythm of your shared breaths and the gentle hum of something deeper—something neither of you could deny.
And when the crescendo came, it wasn’t with fireworks or grand gestures but with a soft, shared sigh that spoke of contentment and connection. His forehead rested against yours, his hand brushing a stray strand of hair from your face as he whispered your name one more time, his voice filled with a quiet awe that made your heart ache.
“I’m here,” he murmured, his lips brushing against your temple. “I’m here, and I’m not going anywhere.”
In that moment, wrapped in his arms, you felt safe, seen, and completely loved. It wasn’t just a joining of bodies—it was the start of something bigger, something that neither of you could deny. And as the night gave way to the quiet stillness of early morning, you knew that whatever came next, you’d face it together.
The first thing you noticed was the warmth—the kind that wasn’t just from the heavy quilt draped over you but from the solid presence beside you. Aaron’s arm was wrapped around your waist, his hand resting gently against your stomach. The steady rhythm of his breathing brushed softly against the back of your neck, grounding you in a way that felt almost surreal.
The faint golden light of morning filtered through the curtains, casting a soft glow across the room. Everything felt still, suspended in a quiet kind of intimacy that made you hesitant to move. For a moment, you simply lay there, your fingers brushing lightly over Aaron’s hand where it rested against you.
“You’re awake,” his voice came, low and rough from sleep.
You turned slightly, your cheeks warming at the realization that he’d caught you watching the way his fingers curled against your stomach. “I… didn’t want to wake you,” you said softly, your voice barely above a whisper.
Aaron chuckled, the sound low and soothing. “I’ve been awake for a while,” he admitted, his arm tightening slightly around you. “I didn’t want to move and risk waking you.”
The tenderness in his words made your chest ache in the best way. You turned in his arms so you could face him, your eyes meeting his. His dark hair was slightly mussed from sleep, and the faint stubble on his jaw only added to the softness in his expression.
“Hi,” you said shyly, a small smile tugging at your lips.
“Hi,” he replied, his own lips curving into a faint smile. His hand came up to brush a strand of hair from your face, his touch slow and deliberate.
You looked down for a moment, your cheeks flushing under his gaze. “Last night…” you began, your voice trembling slightly. “It was… I don’t even know how to describe it.”
Aaron’s thumb brushed lightly along your jawline, tilting your face up so you had no choice but to look at him. “It was perfect,” he said simply, his tone filled with quiet conviction. “Because it was you.”
Your breath hitched at the honesty in his voice, and you felt the familiar heat rise to your cheeks. “You’re too good at saying things like that,” you murmured, your fingers brushing against his chest.
“I only say what I mean,” he replied, his gaze steady on yours.
For a moment, neither of you spoke. The silence between you was warm, filled with the unspoken connection that had grown steadily between you. You reached up tentatively, your fingers brushing against his cheek.
“I don’t think I’ve ever felt like this before,” you admitted softly. “Not with anyone.”
Aaron leaned into your touch, his eyes softening as he covered your hand with his. “Neither have I,” he said, his voice low but certain. “And I don’t want it to stop.”
You swallowed hard, your heart racing as you met his gaze. “It scares me,” you confessed, your voice trembling slightly. “How much I feel for you. How much I… want this.”
Aaron’s hand slid down to rest against your waist, his grip firm but comforting. “It scares me too,” he admitted, his voice rough with honesty. “But I don’t think I’ve ever wanted something more.”
The weight of his words settled over you, and for the first time, the fear that had been lurking at the edges of your mind seemed to fade. You leaned forward, pressing a soft kiss to his lips, and when he pulled you closer, you knew that whatever came next, you wouldn’t face it alone.
The two of you stayed like that for a while, tangled together in the quiet morning light, the world outside your small apartment seeming far away. And for the first time in what felt like forever, you allowed yourself to feel it fully—the hope, the joy, and the undeniable certainty that you had found something worth holding onto.
“Time for me to get up and open the shop,” you said, your voice tinged with regret. “And for you to get to work.”
Aaron sighed, his grip on you loosening reluctantly. “I suppose we can’t stay here all day.”
As you slipped out of bed and began to get ready, Aaron remained stretched out, watching you with a quiet intensity. You moved around the room with a blend of shyness and ease, glancing back at him occasionally, your cheeks flushing each time you caught his gaze.
“You’re staring,” you teased softly as you tied your apron over your casual dress.
“I am,” Aaron admitted unapologetically, sitting up and running a hand through his tousled hair. “You make it hard not to.”
Your blush deepened, but you didn’t shy away this time.
At the BAU, Aaron Hotchner checked his watch as he sifted through a mountain of case files on his desk. He was already late for a briefing with the team, his morning a whirlwind of calls and paperwork. As he stood to leave, the familiar voice of Penelope Garcia carried across the bullpen.
“Hotch! Your favorite person is here—and no, it’s not me this time!”
He glanced up, eyebrows raised, and froze for a brief moment when he saw you standing beside Garcia, a tray of coffee in one hand and a small brown bag in the other. The sight of you in his office, your shy smile softening your features, made his heart tighten in a way he hadn’t expected.
You. Here. For him.
Aaron crossed the room in quick strides, his expression softening as he approached. “You didn’t have to come all the way here,” he said gently, his voice dropping to a private tone meant just for you.
“I wanted to,” you replied softly, holding out the tray. “I know you’re busy, and I thought… maybe this could make your day a little easier.”
The sincerity in your voice, the quiet thoughtfulness of the gesture, struck something deep within him. Taking the tray, his fingers brushed yours briefly, and he allowed himself a small smile. “Thank you,” he said, his voice warm. “This means more than you know.”
Before he could say more, Penelope stepped in, her enthusiasm uncontainable. “And a pastry? Hotch, you’ve got a keeper!”
Aaron sighed lightly, glancing at Garcia with a faint shake of his head. “Garcia,” he said, his tone somewhere between exasperation and amusement.
“What?” she said innocently, gesturing toward the tray. “I’m just stating facts.”
By now, JJ and Spencer had noticed the commotion and approached, curiosity evident in their expressions. JJ gave him a knowing look before turning her attention to you.
“You must be the owner of Sweet Beginnings,” JJ said warmly, extending a hand.
Aaron watched as you took the handshake, your shy smile making an appearance again. “I am,” you said softly. “It’s nice to meet you.”
“You’ve got good taste, Hotch,” JJ teased, her gaze flickering back to him with a grin.
Aaron felt a faint warmth creep up his neck, but he kept his expression composed. “Let’s not make this a spectacle,” he said, though his tone lacked its usual edge.
Spencer stepped forward next, his natural awkwardness on full display. “I’ve read about coffee shops like yours,” he began, his voice gaining confidence as he spoke. “They act as community hubs, reducing isolation and fostering social interaction. It’s a fascinating model.”
Aaron’s gaze shifted to you, watching as you smiled gently at Reid’s rambling. “That’s one of the reasons I started it,” you said, your voice soft but genuine. “I wanted it to feel like a place where people could feel at home.”
Hearing you speak about your passion made Aaron’s chest tighten. He’d always admired your gentleness, but seeing you hold your own in the midst of his team—your shyness balanced by quiet confidence—made him feel something deeper, something solid.
Penelope, never one to let a moment pass without commentary, clapped her hands together. “You have no idea how much joy this brings me. Hotch hasn’t smiled this much in years, and now you’re here with coffee? You’re a saint--Hotch, can we keep her?”
Aaron gave her a sharp look, though the faintest smirk tugged at his lips. “That’s enough, Garcia.”
You laughed softly, your blush deepening as you glanced at him. “I should probably let you get back to work,” you said, your voice still tinged with nervousness.
Aaron stepped forward slightly, lowering his voice so only you could hear. “I’ll walk you out.”
He led you toward the elevator, the rest of the team’s chatter fading into the background. When you reached the doors, Aaron turned to face you fully, his expression softening as he took in the sight of you—your shy smile, the faint blush still lingering on your cheeks.
“Thank you,” he said quietly, his voice filled with sincerity. “For coming here. For this.” He gestured toward the coffee tray still in his hand.
“It’s nothing,” you said quickly, though your smile told him otherwise.
“It’s not,” Aaron replied firmly, his gaze locking onto yours. “You’ve made my day better in more ways than one.”
The elevator doors opened, and you hesitated for a moment before stepping inside. “I’ll see you soon?” you asked softly, your eyes meeting his.
“You will,” Aaron said, his voice steady but warm.
As the doors closed and you disappeared from view, Aaron stood there for a moment, the coffee tray still in his hands. His morning had started as chaos, but now, with the simple gift of your presence, everything felt lighter.
He returned to his desk, Penelope’s teasing grin already waiting for him. But as he sipped the coffee you’d brought, Aaron couldn’t help but think about how seamlessly you’d begun to fit into his life—and how much he wanted to keep it that way.
The weeks that followed were a blur of quiet mornings, shared laughter, and the slow, steady building of something undeniable between Aaron Hotchner and you. Each date felt like peeling back another layer, revealing more of who you both were beneath the carefully constructed walls life had required you to build.
Aaron found himself drawn to your world—the warm, comforting atmosphere of your coffee shop, the way you spoke about your love for creating a place where people could feel at home. He loved the way your cheeks flushed when he surprised you with flowers or when he praised your baking. You, in turn, found yourself mesmerized by the way Aaron balanced his intensity with softness, his protectiveness with vulnerability. He opened up to you in ways you knew were rare, sharing pieces of his past, his fears, and his hopes for the future.
The intimate moments between you grew, each one deepening the connection. There were stolen kisses in the quiet of your apartment, his hands gentle but firm as he pulled you closer. There were late-night phone calls when his cases kept him away, his voice low and soothing as he talked to you about everything and nothing. There were mornings where he lingered at your shop before work, his dark eyes lighting up at the sight of you bustling behind the counter.
Your shyness began to ease in his presence, replaced by a quiet confidence that bloomed under his care. Aaron, in turn, found himself leaning into the romance of it all—bringing you small gifts that reminded him of you, planning thoughtful dates where he could watch your eyes light up, and holding you close as though afraid to let go.
It wasn’t long before you both realized the depth of what was forming between you. Love, quiet and sure, began to weave its way into your lives. And while neither of you said the words out loud just yet, it was clear in the way he looked at you, in the way you reached for him, and in the way you both felt when you were together: like you had finally found a home in each other.
The day you met Jack was unassuming but transformative for Aaron. He had been nervous, more than he cared to admit, as he brought his son to your coffee shop one sunny Saturday morning. Jack, curious and wide-eyed, had taken to you immediately, charmed by your gentle demeanor and the way you spoke to him with such genuine care.
You had knelt to his level, offering him a cookie you’d saved for him and asking about his favorite games with such ease that it made Aaron’s heart ache. Watching the two of you laugh together over a shared joke—or seeing Jack cling to your hand as you guided him behind the counter to show him the “secret bakery magic”—solidified something deep within Aaron.
In that moment, he saw not only how naturally you fit into his world but how much joy you brought to his son’s life as well. It was as if a missing piece he hadn’t realized he was searching for had finally clicked into place, and for the first time in years, Aaron allowed himself to hope for a future filled with the love and warmth you brought so effortlessly into their lives.
The soft hum of the heater filled the quiet of your apartment as Aaron sat on your couch, his tie loosened and sleeves rolled up after a long day. The scent of tea lingered in the air, the steam curling lazily from the cup you’d placed in front of him. He felt the weight of the day still on his shoulders, but the warmth of your home—and your presence—was already easing it away.
“You wouldn’t believe the guesses I got today about the ‘secret ingredient’ in my apple tarts,” you said with a small laugh, sitting across from him in the armchair. “Cinnamon, nutmeg… someone even suggested lavender.”
Aaron chuckled softly, the sound low and warm. “Lavender? In an apple tart?”
“I know,” you said, laughing as you tucked a strand of hair behind your ear. “I couldn’t tell her the truth. It’d ruin the mystery.”
Aaron watched you as you spoke, your laughter soft and genuine, the way your hands moved expressively when you got caught up in a story. It was the kind of moment he never thought he’d have again—simple, comforting, and entirely yours.
“You’re good at this, you know,” he said suddenly, his voice soft.
You looked up at him, tilting your head slightly. “At what?”
“Making things feel lighter,” he replied, his gaze steady. “Easier.”
You blushed, a shy smile playing on your lips. “I think you just need more nights off.”
Aaron shook his head, his eyes not leaving yours. “It’s not about nights off,” he said quietly. “It’s you.”
The words came so easily, so naturally, that they surprised even him. He hadn’t planned to say them, but now that they were out there, he realized just how deeply he meant them.
Your blush deepened, and you ducked your head, your fingers fidgeting with the edge of your sweater. “Aaron…”
“Come here,” he said softly, patting the seat beside him.
You hesitated for only a moment before moving to sit next to him, leaning into his side. His arm came around you instinctively, holding you close as though he couldn’t bear to let go.
For a while, neither of you spoke. The room was filled only with the soft ticking of the clock and the quiet hum of the heater. Aaron’s fingers traced absent patterns along your arm, his mind racing with thoughts he couldn’t hold back any longer.
“I don’t want to scare you,” he began, his voice low but steady. “But I need to tell you something.”
You turned your head slightly, your wide eyes meeting his. “What is it?”
He hesitated, his hand stilling on your arm as he searched for the right words. But then, as he looked at you—your shy smile, your gentle eyes, the quiet strength in the way you leaned into him—he realized there was no point in holding back.
“I love you,” he said, the words quiet but firm. There was no hesitation in his tone now, no doubt. “I didn’t plan to say it, not tonight, but it’s true. And I need you to know that.”
Your breath hitched, and for a moment, you stared at him, your cheeks flushed with emotion. “You… you do?”
“I do,” Aaron said, his voice softening as his hand moved to cup your cheek. “I know it’s fast, and I don’t want to overwhelm you. But you’ve brought something into my life I didn’t think I’d ever have again. And I mean it—every word.”
Tears pricked at your eyes, and a radiant smile spread across your face as you reached up to cover his hand with yours. “I love you too,” you whispered, your voice trembling but sure.
Aaron exhaled, relief and something deeper flooding through him. He leaned forward, capturing your lips in a kiss that was slow and tender, filled with everything he couldn’t put into words.
When he pulled back, his forehead rested against yours, and he smiled—a rare, genuine smile that you knew was just for you. “You make me feel like myself again,” he murmured. “Like I’m not just… getting through the day.”
“You make me feel the same way,” you said softly, your fingers brushing against his jaw.
In the quiet warmth of your apartment, with your heartbeats steady and aligned, Aaron realized that he hadn’t just fallen in love with you—he had found a future he hadn’t dared to hope for. And with you in his arms, it felt as though everything in his world had finally fallen into place.
The months that followed were filled with a quiet joy that neither of you had anticipated but both of you cherished. Aaron found himself carving out moments of calm amidst the chaos of his work, prioritizing time with you in a way that felt natural, even necessary. You, in turn, opened up in ways you never thought possible, letting him see every piece of you—your dreams, your fears, your past—and finding that he met each one with unwavering patience and care.
One evening, after a long day for both of you, Aaron arrived at your apartment with Jack in tow. The boy had insisted on bringing you a drawing he’d made—two stick figures holding hands, standing in front of a coffee shop with the words “Y/N and Dad” scrawled in his careful handwriting. The look on Aaron’s face as Jack handed it to you, beaming with pride, spoke volumes. He was proud of the life you were all building together, the way you had seamlessly become a part of his and Jack’s world.
Later that evening, as Jack dozed off on your couch, Aaron helped you clean up after dinner. The domesticity of the moment struck him—his sleeves rolled up, you at the sink rinsing dishes, both of you working in quiet harmony. It wasn’t just comfortable; it was home.
“Do you ever think about the future?” Aaron asked suddenly, his voice low but steady.
You glanced over your shoulder, your brow furrowing slightly at the question. “I do,” you said softly, drying your hands on a towel. “Why?”
Aaron turned to face you, his dark eyes holding yours with an intensity that made your breath catch. “Because I see it. With you.”
Your heart skipped a beat, your lips parting as you struggled to find the words to respond. Before you could speak, Aaron stepped closer, his hands settling lightly on your waist.
“I never thought I’d have this again,” he admitted, his voice quiet but filled with emotion. “A home. A partner. Someone who makes me want to be better every single day.”
Tears welled in your eyes as his words sank in, and you reached up to rest your hands on his chest. “Aaron…”
“I love you,” he said firmly, his hands tightening slightly on your waist. “I’ve loved you since I walked into your shop for the first time, even if I didn’t realize it then. And I’ll keep loving you—for as long as you’ll have me.”
Your tears spilled over, and you let out a soft, breathy laugh as you nodded. “I love you too,” you whispered, your voice trembling. “I always will.”
Aaron leaned down, pressing a soft, lingering kiss to your lips, and in that moment, everything else faded away. The challenges of his job, the weight of his past—they didn’t disappear, but they no longer defined him. You were his future, and he was yours.
As Jack stirred on the couch, mumbling something about cookies in his sleep, Aaron pulled back with a soft chuckle. “I should probably put him to bed,” he said, his forehead resting against yours for a moment longer.
You smiled, your fingers brushing against his jaw. “Stay,” you said softly. “Both of you. Stay tonight.”
Aaron’s eyes softened, and he nodded, his heart swelling with a quiet certainty. “We’d like that,” he murmured, pressing another kiss to your forehead.
That night, as the three of you settled into the cozy rhythm of your home, Aaron couldn’t help but feel that this was the start of something new. Not just a chapter, but an entirely different book—one filled with love, laughter, and a life he hadn’t dared to dream of until he met you. And as he held you close, with Jack asleep nearby, he knew he was exactly where he was meant to be.

“I'm nervous...” “Don't be.”
Sebastian smiled at you charmingly, hoping to calm your nerves even by a little. The two of you were standing outside the door that led into Ciel's quarters. This infamous boy, the 'Queen's Watchdog' as they called him.
Believe it or not, you were a marriage candidate for him. It was crazy to even consider, but there was a chance that he would say 'yes' to you, and just like that you'd be married to such an iconic person.
On the flipside, there was also the chance that he might say 'no'. That was always a possibility, unfortunately, and not one that you especially looked forward to.
Nobody wanted to be rejected, did they?
“Any last minute advice?” you looked up at the tall, black haired butler. He simply continued smiling down at you. “Just don't act too rashly, that is what I would advise.”
Don't act too rashly. Okay...that should be simple enough, right?
Gulping, you readied yourself just as he pushed the door open and let you go inside. You truly had no idea what you were expecting, as he closed the door again and left you standing there in the glass walled conservatory.
The place where you had been tasked with meeting the young master Phantomhive was a pleasant one. Delicate rays of sunlight shone in between pastel rose petals, which surrounded a seating area of wooden furniture painted in flawless white. Upon the table there was a rack with an array of pastries, and two cups sat ready and waiting by the teapot.
Upon the bench, there he sat.
Ciel wasn't particularly tall, but you were instantly intimidated. Uneasily, you tried to approach with grace nonetheless, and caught his attention as soon as you were close enough to the side of the bench. Ciel slowly turned his head, and simply looked at you.
“...”  For a brief moment, his eyes almost seemed to widen, and your hopes raised. Yet just as quickly he was wearing that placid mask again, one which didn't tell you even a little of what he was truly feeling. It felt so tense, knowing that you were being silently judged by him, worrying about what you should do or say.
“...Aren't you going to sit down?” Ciel suddenly prompted, and gestured to the bench opposite from him. In an instant you were flustered, hurrying to take the spot.  “Ah yes! Of course, I apologize...I'm already wasting your time...”  He quirked a brow. First impressions...  ...You were very pretty. That much could certainly be said. You also seemed to be very shy though, to the point where it appeared to be hindering you somewhat, making you excessively anxious when you really didn't need to be.
As you sat yourself down, Ciel clasped his hands calmly in his lap and observed you thoughtfully.  “I'll admit that I did not expect you to be so...meekly mannered.”  “That's my fault, I'm afraid.” you admitted, going a little red in the cheeks as you shifted to get more comfortable. “I...I'm a bit of a shy person, you see...”
“Hmm.”  Ciel pondered that. Well, you did come across that way. Was it necessarily a bad thing? That he wasn't sure of. It didn't actually bother him too much.
So many of the potential candidates who had been sent to him had been too loud, too arrogant, or too annoying for his tastes. You were different from the lot of them...and though it made for a slightly awkward scenario, he was actually pretty relieved that you were.
“...[Y/N], that's your name?” he prompted, to which you nodded and looked up into the one azure blue eye that he had to show. The other was shielded by a black patch, partially obscured further by his soft blueish hair. You could certainly see why so many wanted to be his wife. He was like a porcelain doll.
But this only made you worry more about how worthy you actually were. Could you possibly be a good spouse for someone like him? You didn't know that you could...
“Yes...that's my name...” you uttered, and Ciel sighed softly before pouring you some tea.  “Well tell me then, [Y/N]. What is it that drew you to me?”  Actually, that was something you could answer.  “Well it wasn't just recommendations from my family that made me decide I'd try my luck. I...I've heard so much about you, I've become so curious. And in person, you're a little...”
It was just going to all come out now, wasn't it?  “...Stunning.”
Funny how a single word could claim you that chance.
A few days passed after the meeting before a finely written letter arrived at your parents' mansion, notifying you all of your success as a bridal candidate. Actually realizing that Ciel wanted to be with you...it was a dream come true.
Of course, you were still nervous about it. Yet the more times you met him, and the more pieces that were put into place for your eventual wedding, the more you started to relax and fill that role.
It was on your shoulders to put forth a good image, after all. To represent the Phantomhive name as best as you possibly could. This would mean standing tall and graceful before others, proving that you were a worthy wife. You couldn't allow your inherent nervousness to change that. To put it in jeopardy.
So...you asked him, one day:  “Ciel I...I would very much like it if you could teach me...”
“Teach you?”  He turned away from the array of blue and violet roses he had been admiring, and faced you fully. “What are you seeking to learn?”  You clasped your hands before yourself. Over the past few meetings you'd had together, you'd yearned to ask for some sort of guidance. You would have asked Sebastian but he wasn't your butler, and he only seemed to answer to one...
“...I see. You don't need to say it, I think I already know...” Ciel walked up to you, already smelling like the flowers around this place, “You wish for me to teach you how to be more regal? To be like a true lady of the house?”  “Mm.” you nodded, and looked up at him sheepishly. Call it old fashioned, but that was what you wanted.  “Alright. Sit down with me.”
He gestured to the very same bench where you had sat together during that first meeting. As you joined him there, Ciel brought over the teapot and fine china cups, one of which he set down before you. He then handed you the teapot.
“Pour me a cup of tea the right way.”
The 'right way'? What 'right way' is there, exactly?
That was the question, wasn't it? Regardless, you obliged of course, nodding and proceeding to gently tilt the teapot. Immediately the lid almost fell off, but Ciel's pale hand quickly shot out and grabbed it before it could drop completely.
“Careful.”  “S-sorry!”  “Why are you so nervous?”  “I-I don't know I just...”
Your heart was pounding after that. You looked up at him, almost a little tearfully. “-I just worry about...humiliating myself, and then it ends up happening.”  “Perhaps if you stopped overthinking things so much then it wouldn't?” Ciel suggested, and you nodded. You knew he was right.
“Here, let me demonstrate. You need to hold it by the top too. That way it won't spill out.” he explained, and positioned himself close beside you. As he did so, you only became more red faced. You couldn't help yourself. He only amplified the hindrance that you so typically had to deal with.
“...Like this.”  If you hadn't already felt like you were blushing enough, he only worsened things as he laid his hands over yours and guided them gently. It was a simple task, pouring a cup of tea, but in this case you needed to learn to do it properly.
“I think I know how to do it now.” you said, and then Ciel gestured for you to demonstrate. You did so, with poise and grace, and he looked satisfied.
“That's it. You're doing well.” he noted, but you just looked at him with hesitation.  “I don't know...I feel like I could do so much better...like I'm not good enough...”
Perhaps it was about time he made it clear to you. Without any reluctance on his own part, Ciel reached up with both hands and softly clasped your face between them. He held you gently, and leaned in closely before he spoke.
“If you weren't good enough, I would never have chosen you.”

Omg, Yess!!! Thank you for the request, Qyuin! :3
I'm scared of flies... I'm scared of guys...
Katsuki Bakugo x Shy! Reader headcanons ; gn, fluff, comfort.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Ever since the entrance exam, Bakugo didn't pay much attention to you. It wasn't because he was actively ignoring you, you just didn't really talked or participated.
The first time he realized your existence was in the physical testing with Aizawa. It was just a brief moment, but he tried to learn your quirk to somehow beat you in battle.
To him, you were just another extra in the way, another person he had to beat in order to be the N° #1 hero, so he was surprised by your sudden calm and friendly behavior as days passed by.
Of course, he answered with his usual yelling and cursing, telling you to go away and leave him alone. But you never gave up in trying to know him.
Bakugo would secretly keep every detail you give him. At first he would do this with everyone, but as his closet grew full of things he got rid of almost everything... Still, he couldn't get rid of what you gave him.
He would look at you with annoyance when you miss his Monday doodles, silently handing you his notebook for you to draw something small.
At first it feels like a one sided thing... Until you notice how he gives you the bigger portions of the food he cooks for the class, the juiciest parts and the sweetest servings of those cakes Sato bakes.
He knows you're shy, it used to annoy him so much. You would always take so long with talking while handing him something, but now he finds himself looking forward to those clumsy speeches you give.
He's really understanding, but he also understands that you have potential and a lot of it. In class he would tell you to rise your hand when you know the answer, taking your wrist in his hand and raising it for you. It feels like a mini heart attack, but that satisfactory feeling that you answered correctly is so relieving.
He will always follow those with an "I told you so" and a grin before looking back.
Everyone noticed his change in behavior, how he grew sweeter with you. He even knew what you wanted without you even talking... Everyone knew except Bakugo himself and that made everyone so angry at him.
That man is so oblivious to his own feelings.
You can't really tell when your "nervous because of people" turned into "nervous because of Bakugo". Your heart beats faster, you want to be so close to him, you start drawing more hearts and writing sweeter words and oh it makes Bakugo so... Happy?
He thinks that you've somehow infected him with your shyness or something because why else would he blush and feel so warm when you're close? He sees you running away more often, now the letters and drawings just appear in his backpack and he feels his heart missing a beat everytime he sees it.
It takes a few hangouts with the bakusquad before Mina snaps and hits the back of his head, saying "You're more annoying than ever! Can't you see that you like them? Like, you blush and all! Everyone knows! Get a grip!" And he seems to contemplate his whole life while everyone laughs, is that what that was?
He tries talking to you once... Twice... The third time he starts getting angry and there's no fourth time because he decides to do it your way.
His writing is honestly so lovely, a drawing at the end with a heart saying everything he feels. From how he hated you for being like a scared mouse to how he wanted to protect you.
He didn't knew how to look at you the next few days, his eyes darting from you to any other space he could.
When he grows the courage to ask you out you feel like fainting, because why is Thee Bakugo Katsuki asking you out? But you're with him holding hands while walking in the blink of an eye.
He's so sweet and knows when to stop his borderline cruel jokes and comfort you, never judging when you feel so much anxiety for things that are common for others.
He doesn't care that you go speechless when he holds you while watching TV on the common room's couch, it is nice and even you know you'll get used to it... Right?
He cooks for you constantly, he thinks is only fair to give back all you've given him that way.
At first he takes his hand away from yours because of how insecure he is of his sweat, but you just slowly search for his fingers to intertwine yours and the world stops around him.
You slowly grow more comfortable, being more vocal with him about your thoughts and even rambling about nothings. He doesn't ever complain, getting to listen to your voice is such a privilege that he doesn't ever wanna risk losing.
He's so proud to see you growing, working with your shyness instead of against of it, your charm never lost and you're so kind, he could never get tired to see you interacting with the world.
Bakugo makes fun of you from time to time, Joe red you get when he's too close and how your voice lowers when he teases you, you're just too cute, can you blame him?
But he would never be cruel to you, he likes to comfort you. Both of you laying on his bed and hugging, something he would never admit but he loves.
He just loves being around you, you're polar opposites and he can calm down around you while you get more talkative with him.
You're shy, not quiet, at least not around him. And he has learned to be a lot calmer when he's with you, the way his heart beats like crazy balances out that need for constant stress.
A/N: I hope I did good TwT I've read a lot abt Bakugo but I still feel like he's ooc, he's actually really complex! Thanks for requesting, this was so much fun!! (^з^)
Hey! Natan here! ; wanna read more about Bakugo? ; check out my masterlist.

First date!!
Rafe Cameron x overlooked!reader
Tumblr media
When rafe asked you on a fancy date over the phone you were as nervous as you were mind numbingly excited. You had only told your mother, but she told everybody on Sunday brunch and that’s how you ended up having five of your older sisters in your room controlling your entire date.
Lilah and pen were blending liquids and powders into your face as Mandy and Campbell thrown dresses around your walk in closet. Shilah laid across your bed bitching. All as you sat on the dressing table fighting some internal nerves.
“Gosh, y/n why wont your skin just absorb this fucking make up”
“Oh my g- RAFE JUST TEXTED Y/N!” shilah squeeled from the bed as you bit your lip nervously.
“What’s it say..” you looked at Shilah through the mirror as she smirked opening the phone.
“He’s just done with gym and……. He’ll be here in hour and half” she stares absentmindedly as she starts tying.
“What are you doing? Shilah don’t do that, give me my phone” you plead, not able to stand up with the girls above you pushing you down to stay still on the seat.
“Oh my god, what’d you say” Mandy giggles from the closet.
“Nothing! Just how excited little y/n is over here” she crawls off the bed, kissing your cheeks and dropping the phone in front of you on the desk.
Rafe: hey, just finished gym, I’ll be there in hour and half?
: that’s perfect, I’m so exciteddddd, cya soon cxxxx
Rafe: …
You wanted to crawl into the ground waiting for his response. You sounded so eager and you hated it. You felt nauseous at the thought of him laughing at your message with his friends.
Rafe: Yeah me too, see you xx
You bit down a smile, flipping your phone over before your sisters could read the text.
You stood in front of the mirror in a tiny dress, and a caked face of make up. Heels that made you four inches taller, nothing on the boy that was picking you up any minute.
Your sisters snickered by the window as you reapplied lip gloss nervously. You heard an engine dull, a door slam, and multiple girl screams as the pit in your stomach started to come up.
You rushed down the stairs and swung the door open before anyone could beat you to it.
His face lit up at the sight of you, and then did a once over to take you in while you were dolled up. He was dolled up too and your tummy turned.
He was in jeans and a black and grey polo. His hair was slightly wet and messy, in contrast to the rest of him which was neat and tidy. He was holding colourful flowers that you blushed as you accepted and let down on the coffee table inside the door.
“You look pretty” he stated, rolling off his tongue casually as you beamed up at him, not noticing you were staring, smiling a tad creepily, not that he minded.
“Thanks, you look pretty too” you said in between smiling. Not realising anything anything wrong with how you were talking to a nineteen year old boy. You thought pretty was a fitting word. His eyebrows raised smiling as they quickly flickered to multiple girls peeking around the door at the top of the stairs as his brows furrowed and turned his attention back to you, ignoring them.
“Right? You ready?” You nodded shutting the door quickly and turning back around to messily bump into his chest. “Oh! Sorry rafe” you moved back into the door. “S’my fault, let’s head” he let you know as he grabbed your hand and hauled you to the car, opening your door and closing it.
You watched the big houses pass, waving small at your elderly neighbour who you bake cupcakes for every Wednesday, mrs sherry.
Rafe was casually tapping on the wheel to the beat of the music the radio station inside his car was playing. Every minute or two his vision would shift towards you, making sure of something you weren’t aware of.
You didn’t have a thought inside your head, and for the first time in your life that didn’t feel wrong or awkward.
In the past week, since meeting him at the country club, he had called you three time. He told you he wanted to call you more but he was busy, and you believed him. He seemed like he was someone who had a schedule, unlike you who drifted. Each call he was sweet and it somehow eased you slowly into sharing more with him.
You had found out he was working for his father, ward Cameron. He was set to take over things within the next few years when ward retires. He told you he has two sisters, Sarah and wheezie. His favourite colour was blue. He had a trip planned in two weeks to New York City for business with two other men. He listened to music you suggested and would always wait a few seconds after you finished talking, just to ensure he didn’t interrupt you because he was desperate for all the small sentences he could get. Every little thing he told you and, what you observed, you lapped up. You wanted to know all the small things, and all the big things. You had never been so curious. Anything else you could simply study in a book, not an actual boy though. Rafe cameron you had to be in his presence to learn things. which was becoming your preferred method of study. Because no books could make you feel the way he was making you right now.
Your eyes met once again as he pulled into the beach car park and he unclipped his seatbelt as you smiled, mirroring him. He was around the car opening your door before you could pick up your handbag from the floor. Which you usually wouldn’t leave on the car floor, but rafes car was clean.
When you stepped out of the car, the smell of the salty sea hit you. Rafes hand was immediately clasped in yours as he attempted to walk at your stoll pace down the docks. “You got us a reservation at Logies?” You blink up at him giggling, swinging his hand. Logies was the best restaurant on the docks. It had the majority of everything on the menu.
He squeezed your hand smiling, “you like Logies?” You nodded quickly as you turned the corner, entering the restaurant.
“Cameron” he replied to the woman at front desk. “Alrighty, follow me” as she lead you to an outside table, tucked in the corner. Rafe tucked your seat in behind you, and you thought you might drop dead with how sweet he was being.
When it came time to order, you panicked and said “same!” And were now stuck with steak, you liked steak but you wanted pasta.
When the dinners arrived, you didn’t care about your steak because rafe was in front of you talking about midsummers and how his family was hosting this years. You gushed about your dress, and how your fitting was in three days. You didn’t fail to blush when he said you’d look beautiful.
After a minute of wrestling with your dinner, rafe wordlessly snatched your cutlery and cut your steak for you while not cutting the conversation about colours of ties and his friends being bossed by their dates.
You didn’t have a date, and you hoped rafe would still be interested in you by midsummers.
After dinner and a double dozen of flushed cheeks, the evening was setting and rafe paid for dinner. You felt half bad because you only had your phone, a rhode lip gloss and a mini Gucci perfume in your purse. After dinner you didn’t want to go home, not even a tiny bit.
“Ice cream?” You followed rafes eyesight to the ice cream van on the promenade. You nodded eagerly “mhm sure” and without a second of processing, he was dragging you by your hand, and it seemed to be a habit of his.
A half an hour later and you were sat on the docks, licking your ice cream as rafe sat next to you, watching the sea distracted. There was some music in the background coming from a tourist gift shop. Rafe had you tucked under his beefy arm and the sight to anyone else was a long lasting couple, you hoped that was what you would become but instead you were seeing him, and somehow that was enough, for now.
You hummed to the music as you finally got to the cone. You lifted the cone to rafes lips as he bit down and you giggled softly.
“I better take you home, I don’t want them thinking I kidnapped you”
“they won’t care” you muttered sounding way too desperate.
“Still.. getting late”
“fine, let’s go” you mumbled, standing up and brushing your dress down as you began to walk, just to be pulled back by the hand “I don’t want to bring you home, but I have to, okay? If I could, I’d keep you with my all day” you’re face grew red hot by the admission.
“S’okay rafe, I know” your head bent down as he grabbed your hand again and began to walk.
As his car pulled up slowly on the long drive, your head started to spin. You didn’t want to leave this car or this boy.
“Bye rafe, thank you for tonight it was really…” you racked your head, regretting not prescribing on the way home “good” you whispered.
He smiled, watching you as you talked. “Yeah? Do it again then pretty?” You’re face smiled with your mouth parted in numb shock of everything that was happening. You realised you hadn’t replied and nodded rapidly as he just smiled at your cuteness.
You leant in to kiss his cheek lightly and unlocking the door. You stood on the concrete ground
“Bye rafe”
“Bye y/n”

Hello Could I request a one-shot of yandere Shadow (Sonic boom) x Fem introvert reader
A/n: i honestly havent watched sonic boom yet, ive only warched a few episodes, haventvgitten ti shadow yet so these are probably not too accurate! (◞ ‸ ◟ㆀ)
Yandere!(boom)Shadow x shy reader
Life in Village is quiet, which suits you just fine. Usually its loud with everyone sticking their noses in everyone elses business.
You’ve always been more comfortable on your own time. It was just very tiring interacting with people. So you preffered times at night when everyine was asleep and you could wnjoy the peace. But lately, something feels… off.
At first, it was subtle. A shadow passing by your window at odd hours, the sensation of being watched when you were about to go to bed. You chalked it up to paranoia. After all nothing ever happened.
One evening, as you settled in on your phone, the hairs on the back of your neck prickled. You looked up, your eyes darting around the room. Nothing. Yet the feeling persisted. You tried to shake it off, maybe you were being paranoid? Yeah, that was it. Right?
Definitely...
...
It started innocently enough. Shadow appeared one day at the market, standing off to the side, arms crossed as he surveyed the area. He didn’t approach you, didn’t say a word, just stared. You couldn’t help stealing glances at him, wondering why someone like him was here.
The next time you saw him was at the edge of the forest near your home. He didn’t hide, didn’t make excuses for being there. He simply stared, his eyes locking onto yours.
Silence.
You stood looking back in stunned silence
He stepped closer, hyo movements deliberate. "You..." he began, his voice low as he trudged over.
As he stepped forwars you took steps back instinctively.
Shadow tilted his head, studying you like a puzzle he couldn’t quite solve. "You don’t waste time on meaningless chatter. You don’t seek the approval of others. You’re quiet... I respect that."
You blinked, taken aback. "Okay. Good to know?"
He smirked faintly before vanishing into the woods, leaving you with more questions than answers.
From that point on, Shadow made his presence known in subtle but unmistakable ways. A flicker at the corner of your vision. Footsteps trailing behind you, only to stop when you turned around. You had fewer and fewer times you truely felt alone.
It was unsettling, and frankly terrifying, but what were you going to do about it?
One evening, as you returned home, you found your front door unlocked. Panic surged through you as you cautiously stepped inside. Everything looked normal, at first. But then you noticed the changes. Your bookshelf, usually a mess, had been meticulously organized. The blanket on your couch was folded neatly. And on your kitchen table sat a steaming cup of tea.
"Who’s here?" you demanded, your voice wavering.
Shadow emerged from behind you, his expression unreadable. "Relax. You’re safe."
"What are you doing in my house?"
"Dont worry about it," he said simply, as if breaking into your home was the most natural thing in the world. "You should feel honored i wentbthrough the trouble of cleaning up your mess"
You stared at him, your mind racing. "You can’t just-."
"Shut up. I didn't do all of this for you to be complaining."
"But I didn’t ask for this!"
His gaze softened, but there was a dangerous edge to it. "You don’t have to ask. I know what’s best for you."
From then on, Shadow started inserting himself in everything you did. Every aspect of "your life" was slowly but surely going under his control. He'd give you small gifts, things he thought you would like. He'd insist on taking you from place to place. He even scared off a group of villagers who had tried to strike up a conversation with you, his glare alone enough to send them running.
"Why are you doing this?" you asked one night, exhausted and defeated.
He looked at you like the answer was obvious. "Because you’re mine. You’ll see," he said quietly, his tone passive aggressive. "One day, you’ll understand. No one can protect you like I can. No one can love you like I do."
A/n: hopefully these werent too out of character as ive only seen one clip of him in sonic boom

Center of Attention - Percy Jackson
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
✧˖*°࿐*✧. ┊Percy Jackson had always been confident—flirty, loud, and completely shameless. He was the type of guy who loved attention. He learned from a very young age girls couldn't say no to him, and god did that feed his ego. You, on the other hand, were the complete opposite: shy, quiet, and never one to stand out. So, why did it seem like Percy couldn’t leave you alone? Maybe he was just being the usual flirt. Or maybe, for some reason, he found you interesting. ✧. ┊
The training field was buzzing with energy as Percy Jackson—undeniably the loudest person in camp—was in his usual element. Sword clashing, campers shouting, and laughter echoing around. You, however, preferred the quiet. You weren’t bad at sword fighting, but you weren’t one to show off either. So, you kept your distance, practicing on your own and staying out of the spotlight.
But of course, Percy noticed.
“Hey, Y/n!” Percy’s voice rang out like a bell, and you froze mid-swing, trying to ignore the way your heart skipped when you heard it. Percy walked over with his usual grin plastered on his face, completely oblivious to the fact that you were desperately trying to avoid eye contact.
“You’re being all quiet over here,” he teased, leaning his sword on his shoulder and giving you an exaggerated pout. “Don’t you know it’s way more fun when you’re with everyone else?”
“I’m fine,” you mumbled, glancing at the ground and your shoes, cheeks turning pink. “I like it better here.”
Percy raised an eyebrow. “Really? You sure? Or are you just trying to avoid me?” His tone was light, but you could see that playful glint in his eyes that told you he wasn’t letting this go anytime soon.
“I’m not avoiding you,” you muttered, wishing he would just stop looking at you like that.
“Oh, but you’re definitely avoiding something,” he said, walking closer. “You’ve got that whole ‘mysterious, quiet, I don’t need attention’ vibe going on, and I don’t buy it.” He circled around you, teasingly inspecting you like you were some kind of puzzle he needed to solve.
“I’m just… practicing,” you said, trying to sound nonchalant as you gripped your sword a little tighter from your spot on the bench.
He smirked and leaned in putting his hand on the bench behind you, way too close for comfort, tapping the tip of his sword lightly against your head. “Practice, huh? Is that what we're calling it? You sure you’re not just avoiding me ‘cause you can’t handle how good I look when I’m fighting?”
Your heart skipped a beat, and you swore you felt your face burning. “What?” you squeaked, eyes wide.
“Come on, admit it,” Percy teased, his grin growing. “You’re a little intimidated by me, aren’t you?”
“No!” you said quickly, turning your head away from him.
Percy chuckled, clearly enjoying your reaction. He leaned back on his heels, giving you a lazy wink. “Yeah, you are. I get it. I’m just that good.”
He stepped closer again bending down, so close that you could feel the heat of his presence. “Tell you what—let’s see what you’re really made of. You and me, right here. I’ll even let you take the first swing. If you land it, I’ll stop teasing you. If not… well, you’re gonna owe me.”
“Owe you what?” you asked, a little hesitant.
“If I win, you owe me dinner,” he said, leaning in as if this was a grand deal. “And you're gonna really owe me because we both know I’ll win. But hey, I’ll be gentle. I promise.” He winked at you like you already lost.
“I’m not—” you started, but before you could protest, he grabbed your waist in that way that was somehow both too confident and way too casual.
“Let’s get you moving,” Percy said, lifting you off the bench in one swift motion like you weighed nothing. He set you on your feet with a small, playful pat on your head. “There you go. See? Not so bad.”
You blinked at him, flustered. “I didn’t agree to this,” you muttered, trying to stay steady on your feet.
He smirked, the playful glint never leaving his eyes. “Didn’t need to. You’re doing it anyway.”
A few moments later, you were in the sparring ring with Percy Jackson, who was practically bouncing with excitement.
“You ready for this?” he asked, twirling his sword in a way that made you question how anyone could be this cocky and still be this charming.
“Why don’t you just let me win?” you mumbled, not feeling confident in the slightest.
“Ah, see? There it is.” Percy grinned, his eyes lighting up. “I knew you’d get all shy on me, but that just makes this more fun.”
“You’re annoying,” you said, trying to focus on your footing and not the fact that Percy was looking at you like you were his next great adventure.
Before you could even move, Percy was already at your side, his sword grazing yours in a way that sent a shiver down your spine. “It’s okay,” he teased, his voice smooth like honey. “You don’t have to be so modest. I know I’m amazing. Let me show you.”
He stepped aside, giving you room to strike. You swung your sword at him, but of course, he dodged it with ease.
“Come on,” he said, shaking his head in mock disappointment. “You can do better than that.” He then flicked his sword toward your arm, not to hit you, but just enough to make you flinch.
“Stop that!” you protested, trying to regain your composure.
Percy just laughed, clearly enjoying this way too much. “You can’t fight me if you’re not looking at me.” He winked. “Look at me, kid.”
“Don’t call me that,” you muttered, swinging your sword again.
But before you could do anything, he slipped past you with ease, suddenly behind you. You felt a light tap on the top of your head. “See? You’re too easy. I’m gonna make you work for this.”
“Not fair!” you yelped, trying to turn around to face him.
Percy, not missing a beat, caught your wrist in a gentle but firm grip. “Don’t worry. I’m not going anywhere.” He leaned in so close that his breath brushed against your ear, making your heart race. “You’re way too cute when you’re all flustered. I gotta keep messing with you.”
Eventually, Percy “accidentally” knocked your sword out of your hands and won the match with a light tap to your shoulder. He held his sword up, grinning like he’d just claimed victory over an entire army.
“I win,” he said smugly, tossing his sword aside and looking you over with a gleam in his eye. “So, I’m taking you out to dinner. You owe me now.”
“I don’t owe you anything,” you muttered, still trying to catch your breath from the whirlwind of his teasing.
“Oh, you definitely owe me,” Percy said, stepping closer again and tapping your nose lightly. “I’ll let you pick the dessert, though, since I'm such a gentleman,” he smirks patting your head.
You rolled your eyes, trying to stay cool, but you couldn’t help the smile that tugged at your lips. “You’re impossible,” you said, though there was something softer behind the words.
“Impossible to resist, you mean,” he teased, nudging you with his elbow. “See you at dinner, cutie," he winks.
As he walked away, you couldn’t stop your heart from racing. Percy Jackson might have been flirty and infuriating, but there was something about him that kept pulling you in.

hi darling, how are you?
genuinely thank you so much for writing about Nam-gyu, I love him and it's kind of disappointing to see that there are almost no fics or headcanons about him :(
I am honestly in love with your way of writing (◍•ᴗ•◍)✧*。
I would love and be very grateful if you could write something about Nam-gyu dating a girl who is more shy and quiet
thank you so so nuch
have a great day/night 🤍
Nam-gyu x shy!reader
HIII I'm doing good tysm for asking‼️
You gave me the opportunity to listen to one of my softer playlists while writing this so kudos to u
He's tries his best to be gentle with you, almost too much. Sometimes he mistakes your meekness for also being weak. Yes weak willed but not necessarily a complete push over. You just prefer to keep to your thoughts to yourself. He genuinely admires you for it because he could never tolerate someone talking shit to his face.
Speaking of he's super quick to defend you, any word he believes could offend you( it offended him more) is immediately being damned to hell. He's holding you close to his side as he shouts at the supposed perpetrator.
We all know he's a super yapper when given the chance so he loves being in your company and talking to you, or well, talking at you. More often than not he's being spoken over or whatever he's saying isn't being received but it's so much more different with you. You're happy to sit and do whatever you're doing as he talks your ear off. Sometimes when he says something especially interesting you ask a question and he's already giddy and ready to explain in unnecessary amounts of detail.
Feels like he's the chosen one because you chose him out of all the loud bastards out there to be with. He wants to brag and show you off so badly but he has to physically restrain himself because he knows how much you'd hate having so many people you didn't know have so much information about you. Sometimes slips in a comment or two...or more to Thanos, nothing too crazy.
You understand him better than anyone else, when he's about to go from frustration to anger, then anger to violence. You're that voice of reason just behind him urging him to reconsider what he's about to say or do. At some point he realises he hears your soothing voice coaxing him to calm down when you're not there. Genuinely shudders at the thought because you have that much of an affect on him?? Terrifying.
Sometimes he likes to sit in silence with you, the windows open and it chills the already cool room as his head lays in your lap. You're humming quietly to yourself as you make a mess of his hair and he's content on staring up at you blissfully as you do so.
Takes into consideration you don't usually like PDA so keeps most of it at home. But any threat of someone even hinting at hitting on you he's softly grabbing your hand to pull you away, mean mugging the person the whole time. You hate confrontation at all costs, remembering how you jumped in shock at him just shouting at someone haunts him endlessly. Avoids doing so unless very much called for.
One thing you'll always acknowledge is how much he tries to remember all the little things about you, the effort he puts into making sure you're comfortable noticeable in every interaction. Even if it looks unnatural on him, he swears he's trying.
Guiltiest pleasure is purposefully making you flustered. Loves turning your head up to meet his eyes just for you to snap your head away as you shrink under his gaze. Thinks it's the cutest thing ever. Especially if you take hold of his wrists and tell him to stop it but don't actually push him away.
One thing he always makes sure of is keeping Thanos in check when he's around. It'd honestly be easier just to avoid him all together but the man is anywhere and everywhere. Has elbowed his stomach roughly when he was halfway calling you Senorita. Would do it again gladly. Got teased a lot after for being so protective you, Thanos clapped his back like some proud father as if he wasn't the main culprit.
He's your number one defender. If you have no fans he's legally dead. Supports every small hobby you do, and insists you make something big with it. Just wants to see you excited about something.
He's a snappy guy with a smart mouth so he has to tripple check himself every time he's slightly upset at you. It's not that he means to hurt you with his words he's just a little too creative. But due to your lax nature conflicts occur very rarely, a sense of peace only you could provide him with. Even if you did argue he'd be folding immediately after he's cooled down.
"Don't hate me kay? I didn't mean it."
"Speak to me pretty, ya know I said sorry."
Doesn't let up until you give out a short laugh, signalling his success.

shy reader just like this 🥺 and kissing rafe’s forehead when she’s pounding tf out of her
omg stopp!!!
Tumblr media
when rafe's in a mood like this—you don't say anything, you don't have to. you know your boyfriend well enough by now, letting him do what he needs to when he comes home with stress from one place or another.
you have been, since the day he met you, rafe's favorite form of stress relief.
it's not long before you're naked in his bed, your skirt pulled off and shirt in tatters, thrown onto the floor. rafe's still in his clothes—somehow he always is and you're always naked—but you can't bring yourself to mind right now, with the way your boyfriend is slamming into your sore pussy, battering in and out while you lay back and take it.
rafe's rough, some part of him always has been and always will be. considering how long it took you to convince him to even try to be rough with you, you should take this as an accomplishment.
you look down at where the two of you are joint—the way he slides in and out, your wetness shining on his dick and the obscene noise it creates each time he pushes back in. you're wetter than you'd even realized, so caught up in your head that you forgot your body has always reacted primally to rafe's without any action needed from you.
you look until you can't look anymore, looking up at rafe's face, blinking eyes focusing in on his face—eyebrows twisted in concentration, beads of sweat on his forehead. it's all hot, everything is tight and tense and wet, and you're sure to finish in moments, because it never takes rafe long to tip you over the edge.
but you try to hold off, shaky breaths and moans filling the space between you. rafe grunts, picking up the pace and slamming in and out, his hands tight on your hips. you're helpless but to watch, the noises leaving you in rhythm with his motions.
he's concentrated—always is when he's using your pussy like a toy. you'd be a filthy liar if you said you didn't like it.
"r-rafe," you get out, the word a moan and squeal combined.
"shh, s'okay, just take it, kid-"
that's all you need to hear, leaning in and pressing a fast, light kiss to his forehead. you don't know you do it—just that it feels right. if possible, rafe goes faster.
you fall apart first, rafe right after. when you lay back, whole body shivering at the feeling of his hot cum inside of you, rafe returns the kiss, pressing a longer, sweeter kiss to your forehead.
"what was that for, huh?" he asks you, and you seem to have lost all your words.
"i don't know," you mumble, staring up at your boyfriend from your position in his arms, sticky bodies pressed together. "just felt right. i love you."
just when you're about to fall asleep, spent and limbs exhausted, you hear it, the words from rafe preceded by a soft laugh that makes your head spin.
"i love you too, kid."

Watch It, Bub
Logan whips out his claws to scare off some creepy guy for you.
logan howlett x fem!shy reader - established bf/gf, shy reader, introvert reader, bookish reader, logan being protective, logan whipping his claws out, cute ending, some fluff, some angst, no y/n used, no reader description, sweetheart/darlin pet names used
a/n: inspired by @romanarose post about logan whipping out his claws at any tiny threat towards reader.
"Take your time, sweetheart. I’ll be just over there looking handsome," Logan murmured, brushing a quick, warm kiss against your cheek before stepping away.
You chuckled, rolling your eyes at his usual confidence, but you felt the familiar flutter in your chest as he headed to the other side of the store. You hadn’t expected him to come with you today—bookstores weren’t exactly his thing—but here he was, giving you the space to browse in peace, even offering to pay for whatever books you wanted. He knew how much this place meant to you.
With a small smile lingering on your face, you turned down the fiction aisle, your eyes drifting over the rows of books. The shelves were packed, full of spines in every color, each one a doorway into a new world. You felt at home here, surrounded by the comforting smell of paper and dust, your fingers grazing the covers as you searched for the title you came for.
But as you rounded a corner, your easy calm shifted. A man was standing a little way down the aisle, leaning against a shelf with a book open in his hands. His posture was casual, but there was something in the way he glanced up at you—quick, assessing—that made the back of your neck prickle. His gaze lingered a second too long, a faint smile playing at the corner of his mouth.
You considered turning around, ducking into another section, but a voice in your head stopped you. Would he think that was rude? Why should you care what he thought? But still, your heart beat a little faster, and you could feel the edges of your shyness creeping in, making your movements a bit more stiff.
Taking a quiet breath, you forced yourself to keep going. You focused on the titles, searching for that book you’d been wanting. Your fingers tightened around the spine of a novel as you found it, pulling it from the shelf with a small, victorious smile. But before you could fully turn away, you heard him clear his throat.
“Hey," he said, his tone almost too casual. "So…you into that author?”
The question caught you off guard. You glanced up, your brow furrowing slightly. “What?”
He tilted his head, closing the book in his hands. "Just wondering if you’re a fan. I’ve read a lot of their stuff. Thought maybe we could compare notes.”
His smile was meant to be friendly, but there was something too forward about it, too expectant. You felt your cheeks flush, the words caught somewhere in your throat. You hadn’t prepared yourself for small talk—especially not with a stranger who seemed to have taken a bit too much interest in you.
The man’s question hung in the air, and you felt a weight in his gaze, waiting, pressing as if he had a right to your attention. Your brain scrambled for something to say, but all you could manage was, “Yeah—I mean, I guess.”
Your cheeks felt warm, an awkward flush creeping up as you struggled to fill the silence. You wished, just for once, you could handle moments like this smoothly—could just have a regular conversation without your words tangling on the way out. But another part of you bristled, reminding you that you didn’t owe this stranger anything. You glanced down at the book in your hands, hoping he’d take the hint and move on.
Instead, he stepped closer, a too-friendly grin stretching across his face. “You know,” he said, his voice dropping as if to make the conversation more intimate, “I’m always happy to give recommendations if you’re looking for something… different.” He reached out and touched your arm, a casual gesture that lingered a beat too long, his fingers warm against your sleeve.
A chill shot up your spine. You stiffened, pulling your arm back instinctively, but the man didn’t seem to notice—or maybe he didn’t care. He leaned in, that smile of his edging from friendly to something more expectant, his gaze fixed on you as if he were waiting for permission to keep going.
Your heart sped up, the edges of your discomfort sharpening. You swallowed, feeling the prickling heat of anxiety clawing its way up your throat. You opened your mouth, trying to summon a polite excuse to leave, but the words died as a shadow fell over you both.
Logan had appeared beside you, silent as a storm gathering on the horizon. His hand came to rest on your waist, pulling you close to him. He didn’t look at you—his focus was locked entirely on the stranger, his eyes dark and unblinking.
“Watch it, bub?” Logan’s voice was low and even, each word laced with a quiet, unmistakable threat. “She’s not interested.”
The stranger’s grin faltered, his fingers twitching as he quickly withdrew his hand from where he’d touched your arm. He looked between you and Logan, his smile turning nervous as he took in the hard line of Logan’s jaw, the clenched fists. Logan’s stance seemed to expand, filling the aisle. A faint, metallic snikt cut through the silence as Logan’s claws slid out just far enough to make his intentions crystal clear.
“I—uh,” the guy stammered, his eyes wide. “Didn’t mean any harm, man. Just… being friendly.”
“Then back off.” Logan’s gaze didn’t waver, his voice steady as steel. “Find someone else to be friendly with.”
The stranger held up his hands in a quick, defensive gesture, the color draining from his face. “Yeah, yeah. No problem,” he muttered, taking a step back. He turned and practically tripped over his own feet as he made his way down the aisle, disappearing around the corner without looking back.
As soon as he was gone, Logan’s posture softened. His claws retracted with a soft click, and he turned to you, his expression shifting from deadly to concerned. He brushed a gentle thumb over your shoulder where the stranger had touched you, his eyes scanning your face.
“You alright?” he asked quietly, his voice a low rumble of reassurance.
You felt a small, shaky smile tug at your lips as the tension slowly ebbed from your shoulders. “Yeah,” you murmured, your voice barely more than a breath, but laced with quiet relief.
Logan’s eyes softened, his mouth curving into that rare, gentle smile he saved just for you. He kept his hand on your shoulder, his thumb brushing slow, reassuring circles over your skin. “Can’t have anyone bothering my girl,” he said.
A soft laugh escaped you, and a gentle warmth bloomed in your chest, melting away the last of your unease. “I guess it was my fault…” you started, feeling a bit sheepish. “Maybe I should have just walked away.”
Logan’s face darkened, and he shook his head firmly. “No, sweetheart. Don’t go blaming yourself.” His eyes flicked toward the empty aisle where the stranger had disappeared, his jaw tightening as if the man were still standing there. “He put his hands on you…” His voice dipped into a dangerous growl, his hand clenching briefly at his side. “I should’ve cut off his damn arm.”
The words were half-joking, but his eyes flashed with something deadly serious. You could feel his protective fury simmering just below the surface, a fierce heat held in check only by his respect for you. It was a reminder of exactly who he was—the dangerous edge he kept hidden, for your sake.
You let out a small, nervous laugh. “Well, good thing you didn’t… cut off his arm,” you said, glancing up at him with a soft smile. “I don’t know what I’d do without you.”
Logan’s gaze softened, his usual hardness melting into something warmer that seemed to wrap around you like a shield. Slowly, his hand traced down your arm, his fingers leaving a gentle warmth that lingered on your skin long after they passed.
“You’ll never have to find out, sweetheart,” he murmured, his voice a low, steady promise.
His words hung between you, carrying a weight that was both fierce and comforting as if he was making a vow he intended to keep with every fiber of his being. You felt a soft warmth bloom in your chest, and suddenly the world seemed a little smaller and safer, with him beside you.
You met his eyes, feeling your own shyness creeping in, but unable to look away. “Thank you, Logan,” you whispered, feeling the words fall short of what you really meant.
He just gave a small, knowing smile, as if he understood everything you couldn’t quite say. Then, with one last brush of his thumb along your arm, he pulled back, letting you return to your books, but not before giving you a final, reassuring nod that told you he’d be right there if you needed him.

Y/N walked down the stairs towards her shared room with Chris in slow steps, her mouth forming a pout after she checked the fridge and saw that her sweet was gone.
The girl stopped for a few seconds in front of the white door before knocking lightly twice with her closed fist, turning the handle and opening it.
Her eyes traveled around the room, noticing that the lights were off, the turned on computer serving as the only source of lighting. The loud sound of the video game Chris was playing escaped his headphones, echoing off the walls.
The boy was sitting in his gaming chair with his arms resting on the computer table and his hands working on the keyboard and mouse quickly, his brow furrowed and his tongue between his teeth in concentration.
The girl approached slowly, touching her fingers on his covered shoulder lightly, alerting him to her presence.
Chris looked up, pausing the game and lowering his headphones instantly when he realized it was his girl. A smile appeared on his face as his blue eyes traveled over her silhouette momentarily before focusing on her face.
"Hi baby! Wow, who gave you permission to look that good, huh?" The brunette flirted, a smirk stretching across his cheeks as his tongue escaped between his lips, wetting them quickly.
Y/N felt her blood rush to her cheeks instantly, a reddish hue covering her face and neck. She looked down in shyness, playing with the hem of Chris's t-shirt over her body. The reason why she went to him already forgotten.
"Stop it." Her voice was quieter than she expected, but loud enough for Chris to hear. A laugh escaped his throat as he lifted his own hands, encircling his girlfriend's waist and pulling her closer.
He rested his chin on Y/N's stomach so that his eyes focused on hers, exhaling the scent of her perfume that surrounded her.
"I'm just teasing you, baby. Even though you look more beautiful than ever today." Chris spoke, a smile resting on his lips.
"You always say that." Y/N whispered, bringing her hands to her boyfriend's soft hair and stroking it lightly, feeling her insides melt like ice cream in the summer.
"Because you always look so beautiful." The boy said one as if it were obvious, rolling his eyes playfully. "What did you want, pretty girl?"
"Can you walk me to the bakery down the street? I went to eat my apple pie from there, but it's gone." The girl asked slowly, biting her lower lip as she felt her cheeks burn from asking for the favor.
"Don't do that, sweetheart." Chris's thumb touched the lip trapped by his girlfriend's teeth, releasing it slightly. "'Gonna hurt your pretty lips like that."
Y/N felt her heart speed up at her boyfriend's touch and gentle words, combing his hair to try and hide her shaking fingers.
"Sorry." Her voice was almost null as she lowered her head, her eyes meeting the blue ones she loved so much, receiving a smile in response.
"No need to apologize, my love." He caressed his girl's warm cheek with the thumb he had just used. "Let's go to the bakery and buy an apple pie for the prettiest girl in the world."
He knew how much she hated going to establishments where she would need to talk to a stranger, so he always accompanied her with great pleasure.
Chris got up from the chair slowly so as not to hurt or push his girlfriend's body with his movements. He straightened his hoodie with his hands, smoothing out the small wrinkles from his previous position, before picking up his wallet that was on his computer desk, putting it in the pocket of his pants.
The boy lightly placed his hand on his girlfriend's back, guiding her through the room and up the stairs, even though she didn't need the support.
The gesture made Y/N's heart skip a beat, her hands clenching into fists from the way she felt her fingers shaking and her arms getting goosebumps, she pressed her lips into a thin line to keep from biting them, not wanting to disobey her boyfriend.
Chris always made her feel so loved and safe, and despite her shyness with his kindness, she didn't stop him. He was her exception.
