I hate how almost every character in media who has an addiction is portrayed as hedonistic, violent, and selfish.  Yes, addiction presents itself in many ways, which can be harmful to others. But the effects and results of addiction are so much more complex and intricate than presented and by showing the same set of symptoms over and over it creates a false image, often increasing stigma around those suffering from the disease.

See I could take or leave timsteph but that's mostly due to my own personal bias (stephcass my beloved) but also I have the same problem with timber that I have with JonJay which is dc doesn't want to upset anyone so they keep the relationship safe and non problematic which unfortunately just doesn't make for interesting reading and obviously this isn't just them this is more the direction dc overall is going

I decided to start a oneshot of all the head counsellors having a party at cabin 12 set sometime after TLO but before Percy dissapears.

And I have a scene where mid way through the younger counsellors are sent away (Connor, Damien, Chiara and possibly Lou?) and it's just the older counsellors (Percy, Annabeth, Pollux, Travis, Katie, Drew, Nyssa, Jake, Clarisse and Chris because Clarisse invited him)

And now i'm wondering how old are Nico and Will?

Cause the wiki says Nico is 14 and Will is 16? (why does that age gap look so odd to me? I know its only two years but 14 just feels younger) but those numbers just feel off to me? Is Nico canonically 14?

But I need to give my two cents.

Everyone is talking about it and I know when you scroll through the punkflower tags you don’t wanna see people ranting and neither do I, but I’m a hypocrite and I will continue to be one, so let's get to it.

We all know that the Punkflower hate is forced, like there is actually no way you woke up and decided to hate this ship. Nobody is hurting you stop whining.

I know people have already discussed Hobie’s age and all so I won’t touch on that too much but isn’t soo funny that people bring it up once the ship gained popularity? Especially considering grown ass adults really only want to know his age so they can sexualizing Hobie, like who are you trying to fool? And don’t even get me started about Chaipunk.

I haven’t seen one word about how people ship Chaipunk like at all. It arguably has more art of it on twitter and again, not one word, which fine, nothing is wrong with the ship but nothing is wrong with Punkflower either. You cannot be serious. If you wanna talk about Punkflower then let’s talk about Chaipunk too. 

There really is no other explanation other than the fact that people don’t wanna see two black boys happy and enjoy life like honestly.

None of that was legible, but I hope you understood at least half of what I was saying even if none of it added to this already horrible discussion.

Okay so I've seen the theory that Davrin has a daughter/little sister that he cares for due to the girl that shows up in one of his scenes in the trailer and I present to you:

What if his personal quest ends in having to choose between the girl's life, and Assan's, Davrin's duty as a father/big brother vs his duty as a Grey Warden.

And it would even be a book end/parallel to Dragon Age Origins, specifically Ser Jory who had a pregnant wife back home, and that was likely one of the reasons he backed out of becoming a warden.
