Izuku is training with Katsuki, trying to use blackwhip to capture Katsuki, while Katsuki is trying to get to Izuku.

Izuku is about to capture Katsuki, but that's when the memory of Katsuki getting impaled by Shigaraki/AFO suddenly comes into his mind.

The reason this memory hits Izuku is bc in a way, blackwhip looks like the quirk Shigaraki/AFO used to HURT Katsuki.

This causes Izuku to freeze up

Katsuki INSTANTLY notices something going on with Izuku.

Katsuki asks Izuku what is distracting him, while quickly closing in on him.

Because Izuku is no longer focusing, Katsuki is able to land an explosion on Izuku.

Katsuki tells Izuku that he needs to "cut that sentimental shit out" 💀 but here's why

Even though Katsuki said this, he doesn't have an aggressive tone while saying it. He then proceeds to tell Izuku that he won't be able to beat Shigaraki & AFO in the upcoming inevitable war if he is like this.

He's not meaning it in a mean way, though.

He's telling Izuku this bc he cares abt him. He doesn't want to see him hurt, just like how Izuku doesn't want to see HIM hurt. It's Katsuki's way of protecting him. His way of making sure he takes care of himself.

the adam parrish - richard gansey situation is so REAL between two best friends who admire each other and have almost like opposites personalities. yes when you're the awkward one while your friend is such an extrovert and get the whole room looking at him when he enters is something that can cause this envy feeling. why cant you just be like him? why do you have to be so weird and cant talk properly to people? and then money. why did life came so easily for him and i have to f myself up for the bare minimum? his family is rich and amazing and have no problems and there's so much love why didn't it happen to me instead.

and then there's gansey, who doesn't understand why him instead of noah, who tries to measure his words but they are like swords. who never felt like he belonged anywhere until henrietta. who never felt like he was truly participating in his own life. who knew he was going to die and who was destined to greatness, which was wanting to live, but dying for a greater good.

adam and gansey, the friends that "when gansey was polite, it made him powerful. when adam was polite, he was giving power away."

Do you ever think about how different things would have been if Geto and Gojo stayed together and raised Mimiko, Nanako, Megumi and Tsumiki together? How maybe Geto didn't leave the Jujutsu world, but stayed like Yuki, being a special grade sorcerer that doesn't accept missions?

How eventually this little girl from the Zenin clan comes around, and she's practically a non sorcerer, she can't even see curses, but yet she's strong enough to give Geto a run for his money sparring? How he has to learn to live with Tsumiki too, and she knows he doesn't like her, but he cares because Satoru does, and eventually, she's just his child too?

How maybe Maki and Tsumiki together are the reason Geto realizes there's non sorcerers worth saving from curses?

I will make no excuses. This is the biggest example of self indulgent art ive done since my birthday last year. I have no fucking clue what au this is. I jsut wanted to draw Sabo as a sheep, Ace as slutty and greasy as i could with him still being hot in my eyes, and luffy with adorable little bear ears. Also that shading on luffy’s pic was really fun to make.

I had a physical reaction to drawing the little animals. Theyre. Everything. To me.

Why luffy is bear- bears are so food motivated i love them.

Why sabo is sheep- rebelling against fate’s design, breaking from herd mentality, etc etc

Why ace is coyote- it’s really funny how people keep thinking theyre cats or dogs and take them in but theyre just feral creatures. Very similar to Ace me thinks.

I wanted to make luffy and ace typical predators of sheep. Something something them born to destroy the system of all that has ever been (harking back to that herd mentality) something something also breaking that promise too to be brothers with someone from that system
