Something about this moment, when Ed and Stede first reach each other after running across the beach, had reminded me of something I couldn't place, and it took me a while to figure out what it was.

And...it's this, actually. It's the way they're just beaming at each other, so happy to be together again that nothing else matters in the slightest to them. Just the huge lovesick smiles.

And the more I think about it, the more the beach kiss scene really does echo the foot touch scene in so many ways. Their world is falling apart around them, they're in the middle of a very serious situation, but it doesn't even matter because Ed left but he's back, we all know he never really left at all. Ed and Stede are together and it feels right. The foot touch happens because it's the only way Ed can reach for Stede; in the beach scene they know they can hold each other close. It's like the world pauses for them. They're together, of course they'll be alright, never mind the English.

They're in love, fuck everything else.

Amity always being there for Luz (also I love that she’s so patient with Luz in S3, she knows something is wrong but she doesn’t force Luz to say anything)

And Luz always smiling when she sees/ thinks of Amity in S3 (even with her guilt, Amity being there immediately makes her feel okay)

I love how clear it is that they love each other without either of them saying the words. It’s so so clear in everything they say and do, in the way they look at each other and talk about each other.

It’s obvious that Luz and Amity are in love with each other, even without words.
