5 Essential Tips for Maintaining Top-Notch Salesforce Org Health
Introduction: Salesforce has become an indispensable tool for businesses to manage customer relationships, streamline operations, and drive growth. However, just like any other complex system, your Salesforce organization requires regular attention and care to ensure it remains efficient, effective, and aligned with your business objectives.
In this blog, we'll explore five essential suggestions to maintain a top-notch Salesforce Org health, helping you get the most out of your investment.
Best Tips for Managing  Salesforce Org Health
Regular Data Cleanup and Maintenance: A cluttered and disorganized Salesforce Org can lead to decreased user productivity, slower system performance, and inaccurate reporting. Regularly conduct data cleanup exercises to eliminate duplicate records, outdated information, and irrelevant data. Implement validation rules, workflows, and data governance processes to ensure that data entered into the system is accurate and consistent. Consider archiving or purging old records that are no longer needed, which can significantly improve system responsiveness.
Optimize User Training and Adoption: Even the most powerful tools are only as effective as the users who operate them. Invest in comprehensive user training programs to ensure that your team fully understands the features and functionalities of Salesforce. Regularly assess user adoption rates and address any issues or challenges they might face. Encourage the use of best practices and provide ongoing training as Salesforce releases updates and new features
Govern Customization and Configuration: Salesforce offers an array of customization options to tailor the platform to your specific business needs. While customization is valuable, an excessive amount can lead to complexity, slow performance, and difficulties during upgrades. Establish a clear governance framework for customization and configuration. This includes guidelines for when to use declarative tools (like Process Builder) versus custom code, as well as regular reviews of custom objects, fields, and processes to ensure they remain relevant and effective
Implement Robust Security Practices: Data security and privacy are paramount in today's business landscape. Regularly review and update your Salesforce security settings to ensure that only authorized personnel have access to sensitive information. Implement strong password policies, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and role-based access controls to minimize the risk of data breaches. Regularly audit user permissions and deactivate accounts for employees who no longer require access to the system
Stay Informed About Salesforce Updates: Salesforce continuously releases updates, enhancements, and new features to improve the platform's functionality and security. It's crucial to stay informed about these updates and assess their potential impact on your organization. Create a process for reviewing and testing new releases in a sandbox environment before rolling them out to your production Org. This practice helps identify any potential compatibility issues with your existing customizations and allows for adjustments before affecting users.
Conclusion:
Maintaining a top-notch Salesforce Org health requires a proactive approach that involves regular cleanup, user engagement, customization governance, security measures, and staying updated on platform developments. By following these five essential tips, your organization can ensure that Salesforce remains a powerful tool that contributes to your business success, helping you drive growth, streamline processes, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

||The cursed treasure hunt||
reserved au rp with @demon-blood-youths
"Anything yet?" Megumi blinks to hear this but he looks from his cell phone. He didn't know what was going on, giving the thought that something might have happened. Gojo was told Kisho still was on his on going mission to find the cursed items that came from that party. However, it leaves another wondering what was going on. He did have some help along the way so it was something.
Right now, Megumi was told by Gojo to check on him but he was not answering the text messages he sent a while ago. "I don't think so. I can try to call him and see if he can answer the phone instead. Or maybe something is effecting the signal."
"I guess that's possible but give it a shot." Yuji said. Megumi nods and goes to do that, seeing Kisho's number and hits speed dial and waits for him to find something.
"I'm sure they are fine you two..just call them and we will see their fine." Nobara said. Miko agrees hoping they were alright. She wanted to go with them but she was still on stand by to recover.
"S..same here..." she mutters seeing Megumi still waiting for Kisho to pick up.

⚔︎ PAIRING yoon jeonghan x dragon tamer! reader | ⚔︎ WC: 1.1K ⚔︎ A/N: oh i see how it is. i ask you about your hyperfixation so now you dangle mine in front of me.... anyways enjoy this absolute train wreck i wrote in my iphone notes app in the office bathroom.
Tumblr media
The early morning sky over Berk was a dark canvas, streaked with the faintest hint of sunrise. The wind was biting, cutting through the training grounds like the sharp edge of a sword. The air smelled of sea salt and firewood, a reminder that this was a land of constant, rugged survival.
Jeonghan stood at the center of it all, his posture relaxed yet undeniably commanding, with Luma—his Night Fury—by his side, their silhouettes sharp against the rising dawn. The others were gathered around him, each of them perched on their dragons. His gaze swept over them like a predator eyeing its prey, his expression unreadable, but every muscle in his body screamed power.
“Alright, listen up,” Jeonghan’s voice rang out, cutting through the murmur of his group. “We’ve been through the basics, and now we’re in the real deal. No half-assed flying today. You’re going to show me that you can handle anything I throw at you. And you, especially”—his eyes fixed on Seungcheol, who was already fiddling with his helmet—“don’t get cocky just because you’ve been flying Gravel since you were twelve.”
Seungcheol scowled. “I know what I’m doing, Jeonghan. You don’t have to—”
“No excuses.” Jeonghan cut him off with a sharp gesture, his tone lethal. “We’ve got no time for excuses today. You’re either prepared, or you’re not. You’ll know the difference by the end of this training.”
The others exchanged uneasy glances, and Jeonghan’s gaze flicked over to Jisoo, who was lounging on Lilac, that annoyingly calm smirk still plastered on his face. “Lilac won’t save you if you’re not focused. She’s quick, but that means nothing if you don’t know how to use it. Don’t let the speed fool you.”
Jisoo only shrugged, unconcerned, but Jeonghan’s eyes didn’t waver. There was no room for weakness in his training. No room for doubt.
Seungkwan was bouncing on Spice, already giving his dragon a pep talk. Jeonghan could practically see the energy leaking off of him, but the glint of excitement in his eyes was soon met with a sharp stare from Jeonghan.
“Spice won’t work on adrenaline alone, Seungkwan,” he said, voice dangerously calm. “Focus. If she pulls a stunt like last time, I will make you clean up the mess.”
Seungkwan gulped, nodding quickly.
“Hansol,” Jeonghan said, his voice now smooth and sharp like a blade. “Echo’s agility is impressive, but you’ll have to focus on precision. Don’t make me remind you again that every move matters. It’s not about showing off; it’s about control.”
Hansol simply nodded, his usually carefree demeanor now serious as he adjusted his grip on Echo’s reins.
“Focus, people,” Jeonghan barked, his voice suddenly harder, pulling everyone’s attention. “This isn’t about flying for fun. Today, you’re going to prove that your dragons can fight as well as they can fly. It’s about precision, control, and—”
He stopped then, his gaze flicking over the group before it landed on you.
His eyes softened, but only slightly, and for a moment, everything else faded. The sharpness in his gaze turned into something more… intimate. But Jeonghan wasn’t the type to let his guard down—certainly not in front of everyone. He just gave you that look, the one that was as loaded with meaning as a cannon.
“And you,” he said, stepping toward you, voice suddenly quieter, like he was speaking just to you and no one else. “You better not slack off just because you think you can handle anything.”
You met his gaze, leaning forward slightly. “I don’t need any special treatment, Jeonghan. Just show me what I’m up against.”
Jeonghan chuckled, the sound rich and teasing, before turning his back to the rest of the group. “Alright, everyone—start flying. Show me what you’ve got. We’ll see if your dragons are ready for the real test.”
The group mounted their dragons, and in an instant, the sky erupted into movement—Seungcheol and Gravel charging ahead, Seungkwan chasing after Spice, who had already darted into the clouds, Jisoo floating lazily on Lilac’s back, and Hansol, practically invisible on Echo, slipping between the trees.
Jeonghan stayed grounded, his eyes never leaving you. “Let’s see what you can do,” he said, his voice softer, almost intimate, as he stepped closer to you. “Prove to me you can handle this.”
With that, you mounted your dragon, taking off in a smooth arc into the sky. Jeonghan followed shortly after, his Night Fury gliding with him, cutting through the clouds with ease. You surged ahead, diving, weaving through the training obstacles that littered the area below. You and your dragon were perfectly in sync, and Jeonghan couldn’t help but admire the way you maneuvered.
The training was intense. You could hear the faint sounds of Seungkwan’s exaggerated cursing as Spice nearly flung him into a tree, the frantic grunts from Seungcheol as he struggled to keep up with Gravel, and the odd quiet hums from Jisoo and Hansol, who were already in their element.
But you? You were focused, calm, and above it all, powerful. The way you guided your dragon through the course was effortless, natural. Jeonghan smirked as he watched you, his usual cocky attitude slipping into something a little more impressed.
As you completed the last obstacle, you shot a glance back at him, eyes glinting with challenge. “Was that good enough for you, Chief?”
Jeonghan didn’t answer immediately, instead letting Luma dive under you with a sudden burst of speed, cutting the air with a roar. The wind whipped violently around you both, and in that moment, you felt the thrill of being so high above Berk, surrounded by the storm of chaos and control that Jeonghan radiated.
Finally, Jeonghan’s voice cut through the wind. “You did well.” He smirked. “But not perfectly.”
You rolled your eyes, but there was something in his gaze that made the teasing feel affectionate. “Oh? Is that how you’re going to play it, Jeonghan?” you shot back, but there was a sly grin tugging at your lips.
He chuckled. “Only because you know you can do better.” He shot you a wink, his tone dripping with flirtation. “But then again, who could resist giving my favorite a little extra attention?”
You could feel your heart race, but you held your ground, hovering above the clouds. “I told you, you can’t only treat me differently. You’ll get a reputation.”
Jeonghan leaned back on Luma, his smirk never fading. “But you are my favorite, love. Can’t help it if everyone else is just… secondary.”
“Jeonghan, that’s—” you started, but he was already shifting, his voice lowering as he leaned in closer.
“I know,” he murmured. “But you’re the only one who matters.”

A story about disability discrimination
In November, me and @cassolotl made a train journey, as we often do. We were both using wheelchairs, so we booked passenger assistance in advance (as is recommended). We were told the wheelchair spaces on our trains had been reserved for us.
One of our changes was at Reading. We went to the platform ready to board the 12:15 that we were booked on. The train and station staff had an exchange, and then came to tell us that we couldn't get on the train, because there were people already in the wheelchair spaces.
We explained that legally, we had a right to use those spaces, and anyone else in them should be removed to let us on. Staff insisted it was impossible because the people in the spaces had been reserved on an earlier service that they couldn't take. They didn't let us on the train.
An hour later, we went to the platform ready to board the next service at 13:15. The staff started to put the ramp down for us, then various staff members talked to each other, and then the ramp was taken away. They came to tell us that we couldn't get on the train, because the spaces were full.
We explained that we had already been refused access to our booked train, and the spaces should be cleared for us. Staff insisted it was impossible because the people in the spaces had been reserved on that particular service, and we hadn't. They didn't let us on the train.
Both times, we went to the platform ready to get on the train and then watched the staff negotiate whether and how to break the law publicly in front of us. We watched other passengers freely being allowed onto the train while staff physically prevented us from boarding.
The staff made two opposing excuses for refusing us access to the two trains. First because other passengers had been reserved on an earlier service and we were booked on this one, and then because we had been reserved on an earlier service and other passengers were booked on this one.
They made clearly arbitrary justifications for refusing us access. Travel is exhausting for both of us, delays and disruption even moreso because we are both autistic. The open discrimination and public humiliation was the icing on the cake.
Eventually we were allowed to board the 14:15 (that's a two hour delay which non-disabled people didn't have to suffer). The standard class wheelchair spaces were full and the train manager made sure we knew that we were being allowed in the first class spaces "as an exception".
To be clear for anyone who's not intimately familiar with the UK's Equality Act 2010: the way we were treated was illegal disability discrimination. We were subjected to a disadvantage (delay and humiliation), as a result of our wheelchair use, due to disability.
And also for anyone who doesn't know: there is no central or government body which enforces the Equality Act. The ONLY legal recourse available is for individual victims of discrimination to take their discriminators to court and demand financial compensation.
We contacted CrossCountry (who ran both trains and Reading station), to say we intended to take them to court. After a few months of negotiation, they agreed to compensate us £2,000 each to drop the case, while insisting they did not admit liability. They didn't ask for an NDA though. :)
I wasn't really sure whether to post about this publicly. But I've thought about it a bit, and I've decided there are two things I'd like people to learn by reading this.
1. For non-disabled people:
This kind of stuff happens ALL the time. It is constant and relentless and neverending. It happens to every single disabled person, in subtle and obvious ways. For the handful of times you've ever noticed discrimination, it has happened to that person countless more.
Most of the time it happens behind a friendly customer service smile, and we have to thank them for the scraps of access they're offering us, because if we pointed out every time someone broke the law we would never have any friends and never be able to do anything else.
2. For disabled people (in the UK):
It really IS illegal. I know it feels like nothing can be done, because it is so frequent and widespread it seems inescapable. But the law does exist, and it does apply to you.
Unfortunately, the only way to enforce that law is to take (or threaten) legal action yourself. That's hard work, but it's less scary and risky than it might seem. I recommend this resource as a place to start if you're thinking about it.

I know I'm five years late on this and frankly this conversation is really fucking annoying at this point, but I gained analytical skills just recently, got hyperfixated on HTTYD again and have few things on my mind;
There's a ridiculous amount of bad writing decisions regarding the third movie's main antagonist and even more in the entirety of the film. However in my opinion, Grimmel's character could improve even if you kept all other aspects the same by getting rid of one plot point. And that is "drugging deathgrippers with their own venom".
One the dumbest parts of THW, only beaten by Toothless & light fury's boring romance and the movie's message. But the difference between those is those at least serve some purpose. This could go unmentioned and much wouldn't change. Sure, it shows us Grimmel uses their venom for his crossbow arrows, other than that, the "slavery" aspect is useless. All it does is make him ridiculously evil. Because the audience forgot he's not nice, apparently.
What I'm getting at is - I believe a better alternative would be the deathgrippers serving Grimmel not because they're forced to, but because they want to. Make them have genuine bond like Hiccup has with Toothless.
In universe justification: Deathgrippers are said to be intelligent dragons, so they'd probably understand that working with some creature who helps them hunt is beneficial for them. And since they're pack animals, hunting also works as a bonding activity. This would be a perfect gateway for Grimmel to make them more loyal to him. They don't necessarily need to have Hiccup & Toothless' bond (although I would personaly prefer it that way). Think of it like the speedstinger in RTTE - Despite not liking Snotlout at all, it defended him against the other speedstingers because it considered him a part of it's pack.
Writing/narrative justification: Having a group of dragons take part in killing simply for their enjoyment portrays them as intelligent creatures, which emphasizes how similiar dragons are to humans. Some are assholes just because! Also it means them dying at the end isn't a horrible way of making your audience question your protagonist's morals, since in this version they kinda deserved it.
Grimmel being friends with a bunch of dragons while hating all the others gives him depth as a character - it makes him a hypocrite.
But most importantly, Hiccup and Grimmel being parallels would be much clearer. It shows how they're the same person on different paths, that he could be like Hiccup but choose not to. Or it could lead to him being a parallel to Valka. Older person who doesn't like other people and prefers living with dragons? Sounds like Valka to me!
Now this could create a plot hole with the whole Alpha thing, since in canon they don't listen due to being drugged. However I choose to ignore that because I don't like the idea of every dragon mindlessly following Toothless no matter what personality and concept of the alpha in itself.

You can literally fold the pram and hold your child.
Those spots are there so we are safe and out of the way. So we are able to get emergency help if needed via the emergency assistance button. So we don’t slide down the middle of the train or slam into people if it comes to a sudden stop.
I can not just fold my chair and get out of it. I don’t have the privilege or ability to do that. It is not a pram parking spot, the symbol on the floor and walls is not of a pram, it’s of the universal symbol for people with disabilities.
Wild how people will still do this when there is literally a sign stating that you will be fined if you don’t give up the spot. If your baby has mobility, if you have mobility; your pram was literally made to be folded and compacted. Please DO IT when the train is full and people with mobility aids are forced into spots that aren’t safe.
Fuck you. I should not have to be unsafe so you don’t have to fold a pram and hold your child.

It is incredibly difficult to hear so many people in the environmental movement continually lionise trains as the answer to all transport needs.
Being a full time mobility aid user with chronic fatigue and sensory overload makes use of public transport nightmarish.
If *real* efforts were made to make every train and every station fully wheelchair-accessible, *without* having to rely on unreliable or downright abusive station staff to put ramps up and, down, it would be a fantastic *start*. On good days, I *might* be able to use it for certain kinds of journeys.
However, it still wouldn’t solve the issues with sensory overload, or the problems getting to train stations from my home due to severe chronic pain and chronic fatigue.
If overdo it when I’m out, I *crash*. I cannot expend all my resources getting places. I then cannot do anything when I am there, and am unable to get home safely.
This is not that uncommon a problem. My issues are due to hEDS, POTS and autism, but they are incredibly common symptoms of Long COVID and ME/CFS resulting from Long COVID. So, unsurprisingly, folk with these needs are becoming increasingly common as Covid continues to rampage through the population. *Some of us need transportation we have control over*, and we need environmentally sustainable options to do this.
While expanding the public rail network, making it completely affordable (or, realistically, free) and making it fully accessible for wheelchair and other mobility aid users, children travelling alone from about age 8, elderly people with limited eyesight and hearing and parents travelling with infants would be an *incredible* start and massively increase usage of public transport, there are those of us who will always need at least part-time access to vehicles which can come to our homes and that *we* have control over, that are just as affordable as public transport, and the environmental movement needs to acknowledge this, plan for it, and stop treating it as selfishness, laziness and all the other “fun” terms disabled folk face constantly just for trying to live, especially outside our homes.
This is going to be even more the case if you want us to be able to work outside our homes and if you continue to be resistant to providing fully remote jobs that pay a living wage.

I wish we could see a Wildcard vs Wildcard battle. Maybe not in gameplay because turn-based combat limits it a little, but during a cutscene or something. I want to see them switching Personas faster than it takes one to blink, dancing around each other as all kinds of attacks fly around
