The problem isn't so much that I'm mad anymore, it's that literally the triangle ended up not mattering in the long run... I keep using the word "literally" but the hargreeves do not exist anymore. Maybe Claire, Grace, and the unnamed "Twins" exist. But the original hargreeves siblings and lila and ben don't neither does reggie. There was simply no reason for the triangle to exist other than the writers did not plan ahead for Lila and Diego... or Five. Like Five loves his family, saw Lila as family, would never have thought to cross that line as we saw last season ffs... we could have had a bond of friendship, and it would have still made sense like we saw last season... but because what? What was the reason if they were all going to be erased from time... that's why it doesn't work. That's why the last minute cheating subplot fall apart because they all cease to exist. What was the point of destroying the longest lasting ship?

I take it one step further. This whole show falls apart the minute the hargreeves cease to exist.
