i love all the flavors of howdydarling art you make sm!! i've really been stuck on the drawings you did of wally with insomnia, i love the idea of howdy carrying his ass to bed when he shows up at the bugdega totally exhausted. i thought it'd be cute if wally stepped in to take care of howdy too when he's feeling overworked, or the two of them just collapsing into a nap pile at the end of a long day

Tim/masky:

・he is a little shocked to see a child a CHILD as a PROXY.

・he refuses to let you go on a mission on your own.

・he pity’s you, and try’s to help you and take some work off you

Shoulders.

・he even lets you call him Tim!

“Hey Y/N, let me help you with that. Go play or do whatever kids do or something okay?”

Brain/Hoodie:

・he feels bad and tries to make small talk with you on missions.

・he hopes to make your life somewhat normal.

・he lets you call him brain! Just like with Masky/Tim.

・he does not really mind if you go alone on missions but gets anxious and worried when you do.

“Y/N be careful on your mission please..”

Toby:

・when he sees you, you remind him of himself.

・he loves to hug you and carry you around.

・he tries to be as positive as he can around you.

・he wants to protect you, you remind him of his sister.

Jeff the killer:

・little mad at slender put a child, an alive child on the job.

・he teases you at first but then something starts to pull on his heart strings.

・he does not know what it is but he has a need to protect you.

・and he hates to see you get hurt.

Jane the killer:

・motherly instinct kick in.

・she wants to make sure your safe.

・she likes to brush your hair.

・she takes photos of you.

“Can I brush your hair? I know its been hard for you.”

Clockwork:

・is not a big fan of children but she hates when people treat them like shit.

・she will be there to back you up, and she is always on your side.

・she gets annoyed at you sometimes but she still cares.

・shes like your big sister.

“Do not listen to them kiddo. They are all idiots, If you need advice come to me.”

Sally Williams:

・shes happy she has someone around her age to play with!

・she might be 8 years old, but she is very aware.

・she feels bad for you, and begs slender to not give you much work.

・she also loves brushing your hair and likes it when you brush hers!

・she loves to have tea party’s with you.

・you are her favorite big sister.

a wholesome thought this morning:

Sal spending the holidays with you. The two of you bundled up in nice warm blankets, snuggled up next to each other, perhaps you resting your head on Sal's chest. You and Sal would watch holiday films together, his favorite to watch with you is Edward Shovelhands. I like to think you two would bake tasty treats: cookies, brownies, cakes, etc. Sal just loves being with you this time of year, scratch that.. this man loves being with you everyday of his life.

Sometimes I feel like a buzzkill for wearing my prosthetic around my friends. I mean, it’s not like I can really take it off. I feel naked without it. One time though, Chug said he could never tell if I was having fun or not. It wasn’t meant to be mean, but I think about it a lot.

okay wait laughingstock concept Incoming: so im imagining some of the neighbors (maybe Julie & Frank) noticing that Barnaby & Howdy are a lil fruity, yk yk. and Julie's like damn, i guess we have to play matchmaker here.

so naturally they wind up getting the whole neighborhood involved. everybody's a wingman here. Poppy's dropping hints when Howdy drops off groceries, Wally is constantly asking Barnaby to go get him things from the bodega, etc etc. Howdy and Barnaby are facing this sudden change in town-wide behavior with slight concern and bemusement

eventually - lets say Julie, Sally, and Wally - get Barnaby into the bodega and then abruptly leave like "don't have too much fun without us you two *wink wink nudge nudge*". once they're gone (read: very obviously hiding outside & watching through the window) Barnaby & Howdy turn to each other like:

Barnaby: you think we should tell them we're already married?

Howdy: let them have their fun - they'll figure it out eventually

I see Sally at first being scared of EJ but slowly she warms up to him and feels safer around him.

EJ just saw her as another random ghost in the manor, and he's probably distant and doesn't really care about her presence, but as Sally gets closer to Jack he accepts her, maybe because he finds her cute or tolerable.

He doesn't have much energy like other creeps but he still makes an effort to play with her and make her happy.

And also because she insists he play, sometimes she makes a cute face for it or keep pulling him.

He ends up giving in anyway, because what does it cost to make a child happy?

It ends up with Sally decorating Jack's hair with bows while they play hairdresser or him with all his size, sitting at a tiny pink table during a tea party with her, or her painting his nails and putting makeup on him playing beauty salon lol

He doesn't take apart anything she made until he leaves her room, then he runs to the bathroom to clean up before anyone sees him.

At least he has his mask and hood to prevent anyone from making fun of him.

Sally must adore Jack so she wants his attention all day.

He doesn't get irritated by it and sometimes he reciprocates the attention when he has time.

Whether talking to her or answering the thousands of questions she asks.

Basically, they look like those pairs of dogs, where one is older and bigger and the other is small puppy that wants to play all day, and end up draining the older's energy.

He doesn't have many restrictions with Sally, other than the operating room where he prevents her from going in there and ending up messing with any dangerous objects or delicate organs, and touching his stuff without his permission on his bedroom.

Sometimes when he's playing videogames in his room he lets her play with him. (I have a hc of him in the manor has an old video game in his room to play the games he played when he was in college, like silent hill.)

And sometimes she gets scared of the games he likes so he has other friendlier games like Sonic and Mario and other coop games for them to play together.

Sometimes he pats her head when Sally hugs him.

Jack is probably one of the very few males that Sally feels safe around.

He's the older brother she never had and she's the younger sister he never had.
