A Change In The Game ch. 7
Surf6832: I’m having some…very strange feelings right now
Catgirl31: Omg what kind of feelings??
Surf6832: Like I'm sweaty, and my heart is beating really fast. And I'm smiling a lot. I don’t know what it means.
Catgirl31: Well, there’s two possibilities. You’re either dying, or you’re falling in love. Do you normally smile when you’re dying though? I think I'm also dying. Please send help.
Surf6832: Well, I'm not sure, as I can’t say I've ever died before. I’ll see you on the other side.

Surf6832: What are you up to tonight?
Catgirl31: I have a date. What are you up to?
Surf6832: I have a date with my latest book.
He sent her a photo of a novel with yellowed pages and a coffee stain on the cover, some kind of murder mystery that had clearly been read through more than a few times. The book was sitting on top of his duvet, which just so happened to be the same pattern as Stella’s.
Catgirl31: Ooh, a mystery! And I have that duvet.
Surf6832: I think you’d love this book. Well, you and the hotel have the same duvet, but it is quite comfortable.
Surf6832: A date? With ghost guy?
Catgirl31: Nah. This other guy I met.
Surf6832: Well, he’d better be nice to you. And stay safe.
Catgirl31: I will, I promise. He seems nice enough. And he’s kind of hot
Surf6832: Just ‘nice enough?’ And ‘kind of?’ You deserve lightning, Cat.

The manga industry, especially JUMP, needs to hurry up and do away with weekly scheduling for mangaka. There needs to better regulations put into place for their health and safety because this is pitiful. Two weeks - monthly updates should’ve already been the standard for the manga industry at this point. These money grabbers will only continue to put the lives of these artists at stake for the sake of capitalism unless some serious changes are implemented.

okay fun silly question because these are my favorite types of stories but what are your guys' favorite pieces of media that require the audience to go in blind? usually the synopsis is a diversion of some sort or there's just some killer plot twist that changes things (like the genre) significantly.

my brother just called me late at night, barely able to get two words out because he was laughing so hard. Finally, through the wheezing, he told me “go google the new Gollum game. Please”
So I did. And now I just spent half an hour on the phone nearly dying. We just kept sending eachother pictures of Gollum from the game and LOSING IT all over again. I haven’t laughed this hard in YEARS.
