Rewatching ressurection rn and watching Nandor and Guillermo try to kill Topher is literally making me laugh so fucking hard- Nandor chucks the guy through the air twice doing him 0 damage- HARD CUT to Guillermo helping him electrocute Topher while Nandor stands on top of him in the most ‘pretty princess’ pose i’ve ever seen. god i fucking hate the unenlightened east attitude people have when talking about being a queer person in an eastern country. like people in my country know what a gay person is we are not dumb. especially in kpop fandoms some people act like they know e v e r y t h i n g about being a queer person living in korea and their idol can't come out because how homophobic the country is and how koreans probably don't know much about being gay and write essays like ????? you only have some general knowledge about korea thanks to kpop why are you acting like you are the queer spokesperson of korea,,,

unenlightened east attitude is a hell of a word combo to open tumblr to when i'm p faded so i thought u were yelling at me at first i was like whoaaa there lol but nah ur completely right i feel the same literally all the time. i call it brain worms but the kind of stuff i read every day is literal colonial erasure it's rly fascinating that violence comes in such small pieces.

white people should just not speak it's no surprise but lol when i went abroad to korea i realized just how little i knew at all about the gay people there. i assumed they were there because i existed but before just like 5 years ago there was literally no easily accessible info about it on the internet in english. there were a few studies on jstor that didn't say much a few youtube interview clips. so it's so easy to just believe the dominant narrative (always the colonial one) esp when an entire hivemind of kpop stans r parroting it at you vehemently like ur bias' life depends on it. pinkwashing of their colonial tendencies and possessiveness over these korean artists and simple white saviorism makes them feel like rings true.

it wasn't until i was an adult in korea that had learned some korean and was seeking out queer things that i realized it's actually everywhere. there are gay people everywhere. i didn't know that was true when a mentor figure told that to me but now i know it is true. there are gay people everywhere, and in korea in the last few years it's very very visible to anyone who's looking. especially because the feminist movement has been so huge for the last 5ish years and women are en masse protesting the patriarchy by dressing the way they want to more and more and various subcultures are developing like music scenes and art scenes and online spaces. these movements have made it a lot easier for lgbt ppl to find each other and koreans r used to living with their parents until marriage and having their personal lives completely separate and outside of the home which is more conducive to gay stuff. the lgbt scene in south korea is a thriving several subcultures and has been growing in its current "post" Korean War form since the 60s and i literally saw more butch femme couples walking around hongdae at 3am than i have in LA total. tho tbf i haven't been to a lesbian bar/club in the US. it's literally so easy even in english to find gay events just on facebook i went to a halloween drag show at a small dive bar in hongdae it was a GREAT TIME. also 90% of korean tattoo artists are in or adjacent to the queer subculture it's just a thing cuz being gay and being a tattoo artist r both technically illegal but not enforced. there's a ton of lgbt youtubers now they have their own hashtags and are active in fandoms it's rly amazing to see. but i wouldn't have known if i didn't study korean and go looking for it.

the other thing is that fans with a western mindset can't fathom the idea of being happy and gay and professionally closeted. there are definitely idols who are living full happy dramatic fun gay love lives and are out to everyone but their parents maybe and their employers. fans but esp intl fans r STRANGERS who r not entitled to knowing about kpop idols' personal business so have they considered that just because someone didn't tell YOU they're gay doesn't mean they haven't told anybody. i call idols gay when i see that they are, as a korean lesbian who has been learning to recognize my people. racial capitalism comes with the need for u to detail every part of urself legibly and labeled in order to be seen as legitimate and existent so the south korean queer presence is illegible.

i'm trying not to get angry at it anymore because i'm not surprised i can't help that millions of people are saying the same wrong thing about my people sucks for them if they think we don't exist.

Being around someone like Poppy means that Chloe is extremely attentive to the small details. She’s always picking up on the little signals and constantly makes sure you’re okay. She’ll literally show up to your dorm at 3am if your texts seem “off” to her and she’s worried you’re sad.

She definitely has expensive tastes and likes the most bizarre food which makes you wonder why she’s such a picky eater. For example she loves caviar but refuses to eat scallops. 

Q- Quickies

ok I just sat here for I swear to FUCK over an HOUR thinking and I have come to the realisation all of my after 3am stories are 1) either really scary (and I don't mean ghost scary I mean life scary) or 2) I'm a huge fucking hoe

oh OK I GOT AN OK ONE

so, when I was 18 I went on exchange to Germany. one night my friends and I were out on the town and we decided to head back to our accommodation at around 3.30am

we waited for the S-Bahn to show up, hopped on the right one, and then waited until our stop arrived

ok so this was our first week there so we didn't really know stuff. everytime we caught the S-Bahn it would stop on every stop, so we thought it did that NORMALLY

important detail: our accommodation was on the old industrial zone of the city, which is also on the EDGE of the city. when I say old industrial zone I say I was living on a normal, functioning building in the middle of an industrial zone with ABANDONED FACTORIES! it was DESERTED and all of the factories were ABANDONED OK

ANYWAYS! the S-bahn was quite full with other people going home from their night outs and the tram was stopping normally on every stop

then it stopped on the stop before ours

the last people on the S-Bahn left, and only me and my friends remained

the tram sped again

our stop arrived

and we passed right through it

by the time we understood that we were supposed to press a button for the S-Bahn to stop (which honestly should have been COMMON SENSE since every single fucking public transport I've ever walked in had this system), it was too late

and we were dropped in the middle of fucking nowhere

it was me and two others friends, and none of us had batteries on our phones. I swear to fuck we were in the middle of the fucking road, with NOTHING around us except for the very spaced-out lampposts

and we did not know how to get home

I suggested we make the way back down the road until we found our stop and we started doing that, but then I saw a group of men walking in our direction from where we were walking to

so: it was 3.30am, I was on the edge of the abandoned industrial zone of the city I had literally arrived in 5 days before, and I was with two other girls with me

look, it was the only place ok? our accommodation was somewhere in there, and we had to get the fuck out of that road

Exploring the aftermath of Yavin IV, this fic takes a look at what happens between the final battle and the goodbye our characters face and does so with just the right amount of jaunty moments and heartfelt interactions that pull at your heartstrings. 10/10 would recommend. 

Courtship and Lies by @riajade01 : SWTOR, 117,287, F!SW/Quinn: Regency AU! R e g e n c y AU! That should be enough to make you read it but if it isn’t then it is wonderfully written, more Mara and Quinn interactions and plenty of spice to keep things ah, spicy if you will. A really interesting twist of the Sith Warrior story and characters into a blend of SW and history that makes nerds like me very happy lmao. 

Where the Light Doesn't Reach by rosegardenlake on AO3: Voltron: Legendary Defender, 229,972, Shiro/Keith: Read the tags on this! But wow, okay, it’s the high school murder mystery AU I never knew I needed. I consumed this fic, was glued to it with how well it was written, how twisted the story was and how nothing you thought you knew seemed to be right! Would recommend if you like a good murder mystery and some really good angst.

Rising Son by @lumielles : SWTOR, 19,329,/ This fic follows the life of Idan Lumielle--eventually a Jedi Consular--with a stunning attention to detail and plotpoints that make you promptly make and/or join the Idan Defense Squad to protect him at all costs. 

Reduced To Ash by @riajade01 : SWTOR, 260,314, SW/Quinn/ Follows the Sith Warrior storyline; constantly melding both personal character points and takes and the canon storyline seamlessly. Just the right blend of spice, angst, and action to keep you reading until oh-god-it’s-3am o’clock

Absence Makes the Heart Grow Weak by dramasweety on AO3: DA,106,460, Dorian/M!Lavellan: Read the tags carefully on this one. A beautiful AU fic exploring the angst of an Inquisitor losing their memory and what it takes to rebuild a relationship that one side doesn’t even remember. Hurts like hell in an amazing way and has some truly tender moments in all the hurt.

Chaos and Opportunity by @inquisitorhotpants :  SWTOR, 259,446, F!SI/Marr: Kryn is a snarky gift upon the universe. Unhappy with canon? Good, canon is merely a suggestion here and it is AMAZING. Glorious amounts of worldbuilding make you scream for what SWTOR’s Empire could’ve had and when we get into the politics--and you guys know I love my political intrigue stories--everything is intricately tied together in a way that keeps you riveted. 

Scenes From the Boundless by @spectrum270 ​: SWTOR, 39,593, M!Smuggler/Risha: Want some jaunty, wholesome character interactions within the smuggler story? Longing for the crew of the smuggler to seem more like the family you’re dying for them to be? Then this is the fic for you! Wonderfully written with references from this world tied wonderfully into the SW-verse it’s a fun read and worth the time! 

Equivalent Exchange by @inyri ​: SWTOR, 189,622, F!IA/Theron: Follows the end of SOR and onward, beautifully written and you can’t help but get attached to--and a little afraid of--Nine. Weaves in some personal flair within the story itself and really builds on character relationships where the game sometimes lacks. And there’s some top tier spice, if that’s a benefit for anyone ;)

Kintsukuroi by @storyknitter: SWTOR, 38,099, F!JK/Theron: A collection of scenes from Fractured Alliances that have one point either made me squee or sob or both depending on which one! Knitter really does angst beautifully and the moments between Sanna and Theron are always so, so emotionally filled that they either hit you like a freight train with feels or melt you onto the floor...with feels. 

a star in another sky by neonheartbeat on AO3: Marvel, 148,348, Steve Rogers/Peggy Carter: Look, I’m not usually that into Marvel or fics but I was on a Peggy and Steve kick after rewatching Captain America: The First Avenger and found this gem. It takes what happens at the end of Endgame and makes it make sense. Want some angst? Bam! Want some wholesome family interactions! Whoo! Are you a history nerd like me and want some research in your fic dammit? Here you go! Worth the read even if you know nothing about Marvel. 

And I’m Your Lion Heart by Lee_Whimsy on AO3: The Hobbit (Movies), 71,701, Bilbo/Thorin: Did the end of the Hobbit make you cry and wish you’d never read/seen it? Good, you can forget it happened here. A beautiful fix it fic where things end up happier, beautifully building on the relationship between Thorin and Bilbo and what the reclamation of Erebor means for them. 

Eternal War by @anchanted-one ​: SWTOR, 40,097, M!JK/Lana: I have not officially finished this fic yet, however, it’s the KOTFE retelling you definitely need. Arro is an intensely interesting character and from what I have read and seen of this fic it is shaping up to keep you riveted and draw you into walking the path alongside him throughout KOTFE. 

The Hands of Fate Are Your Own by @elveny and @kunstpause: DA, 31,196, F!Hawke/Cullen F!Hawke/Isabela F!Hawke/Fenris: I haven’t had the pleasure of reading this fic yet but from what I have read from the teasers posted and the snippets given it is shaping up to be absolutely divine. Writers who can collaborate on a big fic have the dedication beyond measure and I’d truly suggest giving it a read! 

Heat by @elveny: DA, 13,386, F!Lavellan/Solas: Another fic I haven’t been able to sit down and read yet but would highly recommend from the teasers and snippets posted! It’s on my to-read list!

A = Attractive what do they find attractive about the other?

You are absolutely attracted to his intelligence and there was just something so attractive about Spencer talking about statistics and facts. Spencer, on the other hand, finds your smile your most attractive feature. There is just something calming and soothing about your smile and if anyone asks this, Spencer will definitely tell them that your smile stops his world.

B = Baby do they want a family? why/why not?

Spencer might be a little apprehensive about starting a family soon, especially since he is still afraid that his child might grow up to be Schizophrenic. You are content with being the cool aunt / god mother but there are times when you would find yourself thinking about mini-Spencer and mini-You running around the house, laughing and it definitely makes you rethink. It’s only after two years of being married that Spencer brings up the question of wanting kids – he’s no longer contented with just being a godfather.

C = Cuddle how do they cuddle?

Spencer loves to lay on top of you. Even with his lanky limbs, he likes to fit himself into your embrace. You could be laying on the bed and reading a book and somehow, Spencer will find himself with his head tucker under your chin (his hair often tickles your nose but he always smell nice so you didn’t mind at all) and Spencer finds the sound of your heartbeat very soothing and would often seek that out especially when he wakes up from a nightmare. You will often rub his back gently or even play with his hair and that’s how you’ll fall asleep. Though somehow, the next morning, you are always pressed into Spencer’s chest so you aren’t quite sure who moved first.

D = Dates what are dates with them like?

Due to the nature of his work, scheduling date nights in advance can be pretty hard but the first time Spencer asked you out on a date, the two of you had just attended a Dr. Who Convention and Spencer all but stutter through his question, talking about statistics and facts before you shut him up by kissing him.

A typical date night would be: Spencer borrowing either Derek or Emily’s tablets and using those tablets to video-call with you. More often than not, that is how the two of you would do date nights. Some other times, the two of you would talk on the phone and you will often fall asleep to Spencer talking about what he found interesting in the state and how they mostly reminded him of you.

An ideal date would be going on a picnic and then watching sunset. Spencer knows you enjoy simple things, so he definitely tries to make sure he doesn’t go too over the top whenever the two of you actually have time to go on a date.

E = Everything you are my ____ (e.g my life, my world…)

Spencer: “You are my sun, my moon and all of the stars. You are my happy place, Y/N. Never forget that.”

You: “You are my everything and most importantly, you are mine.”

F = Feelings when did they know they were falling in love?

It hadn’t exactly been love-at-first-sight for Spencer or you. The feelings gradually grew between the two of you and it just felt right. The two of you gravitated towards each other and everyone who knew Spencer and you and who has seen the two of you knew first before the two of you figured it out.

For Spencer, he knew he fell in love with you the moment you showed up on his doorstep after he called you at 3AM in the morning and without asking any questions, you pulled him into a hug and right there and then, that was when Spencer knew that he is undeniably in love with you.

You on the other hand fell in love with him when instead of judging you for your outburst – some of your co-workers are just plain rude sometimes – he made you some tea and listened to you venting your feelings out without even commenting and once you were done and exhausted, Spencer took you to your favorite diner and treated you to the dinner.

G = Gentle are they gentle? If so, how?

Spencer cherishes you a lot. Like he really does think of you almost all the time and he treats you very gently all the time – not that you minded at all because you also treat him like how he treated you: gently and with full of love and care.

H = Hand/Hold how do they like to hold? how do they like to hold hands?

Obviously, you would love to hold his hand all the time because you are someone that loves holding a loved one’s hand but since you knew of Spencer’s reluctance in holding hands due to the number of germs passing, you are content with just holding onto his arm or his elbow. You didn’t want to push him too much and make him uncomfortable.

Spencer made hand-holding an exception for you. He really likes holding your hand – he thinks your hands are soft and fits his hand perfectly like a puzzle. Even when he is asleep, sometimes, Spencer will unconsciously reach out for your hand.

I = Impression first impression/s

You had been this ball of sunshine and your smile was so bright to the point where Spencer felt blinded by it. He still feels like you have a very warm, inviting and bright smile.

Spencer had been that man you had passed by and thought ‘wow, he’s so good looking’ and when you actually made a move to talk to him, it changed from he’s so good looking to he’s so smart and good looking.

J = Joker are they into pulling pranks?

Oh boy; please do not get you started into this. You would especially love to pull pranks around Halloween because the two of you enjoy Halloween so much and sometimes, you would even rope in members of the BAU to pull pranks as well.

K = Kisses how do they kiss?

L = Little things what little things do they love/notice?

Whenever you get a little sleepy, you will always try your hardest to squint your eyes in a way that makes you look like you are concentrating very much. He finds this habit of yours to be very adorable. Spencer also notices that you like to play with your watch whenever you are nervous so if he is ever around and you happen to be nervous – like that time Spencer introduced you to his mum – Spencer will reach for your hand and instead let you play with his fingers.

M = Memory their favorite moment together

The first time the two of you spent Halloween together. You had dressed up as your favourite character and Spencer had dressed up as his favourite Doctor but somehow, the two of you managed to make it work and he had brought you over to meet his team for the very first time and by the end of the night, you had another family to call your own and you were cuddled up on the couch with Spencer, exchanging stories and soft kisses.

N = Nickel do they spoil? do they buy the person they love everything?

Spencer likes buying you charms for your charm bracelets. He also likes buying you things that reminds him very much of you but most of the time, Spencer buys things that he knows you like to use – like a polaroid camera, for example. Your apartment’s bedroom wall is littered with photos of the two of you that you hang nicely around your room.

You like buying books for Spencer because you also like listening to him talking about the book and then the two of you have discussions about said book. You spoil Spencer by making him breakfast, lunch and dinner.

O = Orange what color reminds them of their other half

You remind him of the sun because Spencer reckons himself as a sunflower – that only looks at his sun and you are the color of the sun.

P = Petnames what petnames do they use?

You like calling Spencer, “Spence” but if it’s just the two of you, you would probably say something cheesy like calling him ‘boyfriend of mine’ and in return, Spencer likes calling you ‘girlfriend of mine’. But if you are around people, it’s normally ‘Spence’ or ‘Babe’ and Spencer calls you ‘Sunny’ or ‘Y/N’.

Q = Questions what are the questions they’re always asking?

“Just five more minutes please?” – This always happen especially if Spencer ends up staying over at your apartment. He likes to try and spend some extra time with you in the morning – sometimes, he doesn’t even let you leave the bed and Spencer would just hold you, basking in your warmth.

R = Remember their favorite memory of each other

Spencer’s favorite memory of you is when he first woke up to see your face very early in the morning. He swore he has never seen anything so perfect until that moment – the way the light caressed your skin and how you are snuggled up against his chest, it made his entire body feel very warm.

Your favorite memory of Spencer is when he went down on one knee – not to propose – but to give you a promise ring, promising that sometime in the future, that ring will change into an actual engagement ring but until that day comes, Spencer will always try to come home back to you and the way he said it so earnestly made you tear up and when Spencer smiled so brightly after you said yes, you find yourself falling in love once again.

S = Sad how do they cheer themselves/each other up

Whenever you’re sad, you’re the type that likes to cry by yourself and at first, Spencer respected that even if he didn’t necessarily agree but after a while, he will come to you and give you a box of tissues and once you’re done blowing out your nose and wiping away your tears, Spencer will pull you into his lap and hug you. Sometimes, all you need is just a hug from Spencer to feel absolutely better.

When Spencer feels sad, you tend to bring him to go to your favorite parks for walks and you will keep quiet until he’s ready to talk to you and if he isn’t ready, you simply shower him with love and kisses, reminding him that you will always be here for him.

T = Talking what do they love to talk about?

Spencer likes talking your ears off because 1) you always seem genuinely interested in everything that he has to say and 2) you rarely ever cut him off and instead urge him to talk more because and he quotes, “your voice is so soothing to listen to, Spence.”

You like talking to Spencer about everything that happened in your day – at least the good ones. He faces so much bad whenever he does work that you try not to add on to the bad whenever you can but somehow, Spencer always finds out whenever something bad happened to you at work. He is just so easy to talk to and Spencer listens to you too.

There really isn’t any reason than the fact that you make all his bad days seem better whenever you are around, and Spencer has that ability to make your hurt disappear and melt your heart just by existing around you.

A/N: Hey guys! I know it has been a hot minute since I posted anything but life has been rather crazy for me and things are just starting to calm themselves down again. This piece is for @sweetboybucky 1k writing challenge!! This blog is absolutely s t e l l a r and from what experience they seem lie the sweetest person to roam this earth tbh. (Big thanks to @puppy-bucky for beta’ing this piece and hepingg me through the process as per usual, love you g.) Any feedback is appreciated and always, I hope you enjoy!

 No matter how fast Steve moved, he wasn’t able to classify it as quick enough. He tried, his frustration growing with every step, every time a foot pounded the pavement en route to his bike, which also wasn’t close enough for his satisfaction. Evidently, he had been gone for far too long. A mission planned for a couple days turned to a couple weeks before he even had the chance to protest the change. Now, he had finally touched down and there were only a few things on his mind.

 He needed home, and, he needed familiarity. He needed her.

 Thankfully, everything he needed was only a short ride away, ‘Ten minutes at the most’ was what he had been telling himself the entire journey. Stop lights seemed to understand and sympathise with his situation, becoming very forgiving indeed, letting him go uninterrupted through an almost traffic-less New York. Now, New York wasn’t often quiet. There was always something going on, whether that something was a parade down Broadway or just the seemingly endless buzz of cars and people by their apartment building. But, the night he came home, there was nothing - probably due to the fact it was past 3am at the point of his return.

 He knew that she wouldn’t be asleep, he knew that she would be just as eager to meet him as he was her. Not a doubt in his mind. Until there was. That doubt he previously couldn’t find began to creep up on him with every step he took up the excessive amount of stairs. Maybe she had better things to do at 3am than waiting up for him, such as sleeping, which is the exact activity that most would opt for. Why should she be any different?

 But that’s that best thing about her, in his eyes. She was different, and he knew that better than anybody.

 “Y/N?” He called, hope powering his every word and step as he continued down the hall. He was headed to the bathroom with the intent of cleaning up first, knowing that if he ducked into the bedroom firstly he wouldn’t willingly leave for a while. He tried calling again, this time with a voice a little louder. And then, as if some sort of wish had been granted, there was a pair of arms around his waist and pulling him to a stop.

 “Easy Cap, you’ll wake the neighbours.” She mumbled, voice soft and heavenly in his ear before she moved from her tiptoes. Now she had the perfect opportunity to press feather-light kisses between his shoulders. He was silently praising himself for the decision to leave the shield at the door, giving them a chance to bask in all that was each other for a moment that was gone all too soon. “You’re late.” A faux reprimanding almost silenced by the heavy material that clung to sore muscles.

 “Well…” He tugged on smaller hands gently, prompting them to let go as he turned to face her, tenderness pulling his lips into a smile before they would lay kisses to her knuckles. “You’re still awake, aren’t you?” A nod. “So, I believe, I am actually right on time.” A smirk could be heard in the words that fell from lips that never followed suit.The star adorning his chest was then graced by angelic touches, delicate fingertips tracing its outline before migrating and settling upon his cheeks. She fiddled for a moment before squishing his cheeks to form a pucker on lips that succumbed to a chuckle seconds later. He pulled her closer as light laughter filled the air until it came to a blissful end when lips finally met. This was a feeling that was mutually missed, it seems.

 A break for air, “You’re so pretty, Rogers.” A break ended but didn’t stop a hum which translated to ‘and..?’ She shook her head, amusement clear on her face whilst posed innocence was the look that he wore, as they each pulled away. “And…” prompted from him, she started, though he gaze settled on his and the flirtatiousness in them both faded into longing. With a sweet tone she proclaimed, “And, I missed you. I’m glad you’re back.”

 He swore that at that moment, time halted for a second. There was something about her voice  that made it known to him that she really had been worried about him this time. His gaze paused on eyes that welcomed him home- that had become his home after such a long time without a physical one that felt permanent enough, and, with such a rush of adoration he couldn’t stand the fact they remained so -not very- far apart. His hand moved from waist to the back of her neck, pulling her towards him as he placed a chaste kiss to her brow before settling his chin on her shoulder. They simply stood for a moment or two before she spoke up once again,

 “C’mon, don’t go falling asleep on me now, I made the bed up with fresh sheets for us and everything.”  Something that can only be described heaven to him at that moment. But, when he still made no move she was forced to go into action.

 She shrugged him off her shoulder and pulled on the hand that situated itself on the back of her head, ignoring the bliss she felt as his fingers brushed through her hair before she pulled them away. He gave her this look of ‘what’s going on?’ his eyes weary and tired, just as hers were from waiting up late. She didn’t say a word and simply began to lead him back to their bedroom. Once they reached there he noticed a few things. Firstly, those fresh sheets she mentioned looked far more inviting than he could ever have possibly imagined. Secondly, atop the fresh sheets, neatly folded, sat some comfy clothes for him to change into. And finally, a few candles were placed around the room, bathing them both in a golden light that caught the others breath every time they would steal a glance, but also keeping the overall mood romantic, calm.

 Nimble fingers moved to begin undoing the stealth suit, the whole process being far more complicated than it had any business being, her knuckles brushing against skin every so often as she worked on tough kevlar. “If I didn’t know any better, I would say you may have some ulterior motives here,” The quirk of his brow made it very clear to her what those ulterior motives might have been, and the eye roll she gave made it very clear of her response. He pulled the first piece of his uniform over his head, and laughed at her worldless reply to his teasing.

 “Candles are relaxing, that’s all,” She assured him, her feet carrying her around to stand behind him as she pulled down the zip at the top of his back before pushing the suit over his shoulders and leaving him to pull it off the rest of the way. “And, I just thought you might want to relax a bit after being away for so long.” Y/N further explained whilst she picked up the sweatpants she had set out for him. The material was still warm from the dryer as she approached him, but he only looked stunned once she looked back up at him. Before she could mumble a ‘what?’ his words came.

 “Thank you,” A pause, “For everything.”

 “You know I’d do anything for you.”

 “But you don’t have to,” He insisted, both exemplifying her kindness, but also how truly lucky he felt to know her, love her, nevermind her loving him back.

 “So,” His smile replaced the look of awe as his hand found her cheek, and with the smile she gave back they assisted the candles in lighting up the room. Their conversation came to a stand still as he once again closed the gap between them, this kiss was a little different. More gentle, less need shining through as the simply enjoyed the moment of quiet instead hastily reclaiming what was theirs after periods separated like they had before. After a moment, they pulled apart and his voice came in the soft register that she adored and Steve finished his sentence, his sentiment, 

 “Thank you.”

SFW Alphabet: Guanlin

A/N: so if any of you don’t know what this is, you can refer to this post that i made a while ago. pretty much i go through the alphabet bc each letter represents a word and i have to write 2-3 sentences for each word!

A/A/N: I’m also tagging @laji-101 bc I know she loves Guanlin~

AU: Werewolf!Guanlin would be such a puppy. He’d trail after you whenever you have food and even if you scold him (“No, Guanlin, you can’t have any of my ice cream bc it’s mINE”) he’d just unlease his puppy dog eyes on you until you caved in. He’s also the type to just lay on your couch for hours, but the moment he hears you say you’re headed to the park, he’s running after you. 

Best Friend: tbh i feel like Guanlin would be such a chill friend. He’s the type of friend that just kinda goes along with the flow for everything, so when you mention going to McDonald’s at 3am, he’s doWN. He’d also be a lil shit too, bc he knows he’s freakishly tall, so he’s the type to hold stuff high above your head, just to laugh at you struggling. 

Cuddles: Guanlin is a lil bub, okay? And lil bubs need their cuddles. Since he’s so obnoxiously tol, I feel like he’d want to be the big spoon, like, all of the time. He’s the type to like it when you press your back against his chest so his arm can just protectively swing over your waist. Plus, he’s not against pulling you by the waist against him whenever you try to get up and get water or some shit lmao

Domestic: okay Guanlin has confirmed himself he’s a lazy bub, so domesticnicity is on the lower end of the spectrum. Expect him to either be splayed out on the couch while you’re trying to vacuum or just with his arms wrapped around yoru waist as you’re trying to cook. The only time he’d actively help clean or cook is when you start whining about how high something is.

Ending: Guanlin is pretty young, and I feel like he’s probably not that experienced with relationships. Keeping that in mind, breaking up with someone might end up being difficult for him, but knowing how he can be quite blunt, I feel like he’d just end up saying “hey, let’s break up.” He’d def spend time talking to them about the why, but I feel like he’d be pretty set on his decision. 

Films: Guanlin gives me mad action movie fan vibes for some strange reason. Like, this boy would watch a James Bond movie and then proceed to creep around the house on his tiptoes like a “spy.” I also feel like he’d be into home movie nights bc he can fall asleep on the couch right after the movie ends lmao

Groupmates: Wanna One can be quite overwhelming to meet. 10 older brothers of your boyfriend? Wild, dude, hella wild. They’d all be clamoring around each other trying to introduce themselves to you before Minhyun and Jisung pull you aside to put down some ground rules. I also imagine a really pouty Jihoon sulking in the corner bc Guanlin found a new favorite person. 

Hugs: yes,,,that’s all I’m going to say lmao. But in all honestly, Guanlin is such a tol noodle I feel like hugs would be gr8, like, he’s the type to go all in on a hug, just wrap you tightly in his arms. Plus, once he gets super comfortable with you, expect random hugs every now and then (even the occasional hug where he gets a running head start and proceeds to knock the breath out of you bc he overestimated his speed and impact force lmao)

Intimate: Guanlin is still pretty young, so I expect blushy cheeks and adorable stuttering whenever you give him a kiss on the cheek or a backhug. However, that’s at the beginning of your blossoming relationship. Expect him to get cocky once the two of you are more comfortable, and he’d be the one to swoop down and give you a kiss. 

Jealousy: So I’m split 50/50 rn on Guanlin and jealousy. Like he’d either be chill on the outside about it, letting you do your thing and only voicing his jealousy when you’re alone. oR he’d end up being a pouty oversized baby during the entire time. Like, you know how long his limbs are? Expect them to be draped or wrapped around some part of your body lmao

Kisses: giGGLY MESS OKAY. He’d be all about that cupping your cheeks while kissing you slowly and smiling into the kiss a lot, letting a giggle slip when he opens his eyes and looks into yours. He’s the type to like to kiss you on the tip of your nose, especially when you scrunch it up bc he finds you soso cute. And he loves it when you kiss him on the cheek bc there’s something intimate yet sweet about the whole thing. 

Little Ones: Guanlin is practically a lil one okay? A very tol lil one, but a lil bab at the most. At first he’d be scared out of his mind bc “omg what if I break one of them????” But at the end of the day he’s got a kid clinging onto each leg and one on his shoulders as he stomps around the room imitating a freaking megazord or some ish.

Morning: Guanlin is on the lazier side lmao so mornings would be spent trying to convince him to wake up,,,which you fail at so the two of you just spend your mornings in bed. Cuddling is a must and him lazily brushing your hair behind your ear is a daily occurance. 

Night: Expect Netflix on the tv as the two of you cuddle under the blankets bickering over which character is better. I also can imagine him as the type to eat cereal or, like, instant noodles at 1am with you bc lmao time is just a construct. He’s also the type to like getting ready for bed, like yall brush your teeth together, wash your face together, all that jazz, but the moment his head hits the pillow it’s lights out.

Open: I see Guanlin as this really bright, happy boy, but I feel like it takes a lot for him to open up. Like at first he’d tell you the basics, favorite color, food, animal, just the superficial stuff first. However, as the months past and the conversations between you two grow into hours and hours of talking, he’d definitely be the type to talk about what he wants in life and his dreams and his fears as the two of you lay face to face on the bed.

Photographs: I feel like he wouldn’t be super into documenting your relationship. def bc he knows his hyungs would give him hella shit for it Like, he’d like taking pictures of you to keep on his phone, so he can look at them fondly while he’s away, but sharing them? Printing them out? Nah fam. He’d much rather keep your candids (usually cute, but he’s got that one pic of you shoving two cupcakes in your face and it’s game over there) to himself.

Quizzes: Guanlin sometimes seem kinda sleepy and unaware, but I feel like he’s really sharp? Like I feel like he’d know your favorite food at each restaurant and your favorite flowers and stuff like that, he’d just never use that information lmao. Yall would be going out to eat, and this boy knows your order by heart and all that, but he would never order for you even if you left to use the restroom. 

Rain: This boy likes his naps, so when the raindrops start pattering against the window, expect him to be sprawled out on the couch. He likes using you as his own personal teddy bear, and when you try to escape, he swings his leg over your body to trap you. So rainy days are spent with him nuzzling his face into your hair as he hums a soft melody.

Sleep: I feel like he’s a starfish kind of sleeper. His limbs are just so,,,,,long, like I can’t imagine him sleeping in a compact form lol. I also feel like he’s the type to random wake up in the middle of the night randomly and start mumbling before going back to sleep. Like yall would be sleeping, 3am hits, and this boy wakes up and starts talking about Seonho and then just goes right back to sleep lol.

Try: I feel like he’d try to his best abilities. He’d probably go to his hyungs and ask for advice, regret his actions, and then consult the internet lmao. He’s a chill bf most of the time, but he knows on anniversaries and stuff those have to be special. But he plans those to be chill too, like dinner at your fave place or maybe a really cute park date with candles and stuff.

Ugly: This isn’t a really ugly habit, but he has a habit of putting things on the highest shelf. Like, yeah, it’s convenient for him, but when you crave chips, you don’t want to put in extra effort to get them lol. I also feel like he’s the type to drink milk straight out of the carton, and that’s just unsanitary. 

Victorious: yES, I feel like he enjoys at home kind of dates, so video game night is a must. He prefers playing Mario Kart, but after you beat him for the 100th time, he decided to stop playing that game with you on date nights. I also feel like he’s the type to just start 1v1 basketball in the park on day with you. he probs won but if you win he’d be highkey proud

Winter: Cold weather? He probably likes going to small cafes and bakeries to drink hot cocoa and eat pastries while watching the snowflakes fall outside. Also, expect a giant snowman to be built before all the snow melts. Plus, he’ll randomly start snowball fights, so always be prepared, aLWAYS.

Xtra: He probably really enjoys dog videos. Like, this boy is practically a giant pup himself, so watching actual pups do adorable pup things? Def his aesthetic. Expect him to run up to you with his phone one day and shove it right under your nose so you can bask in the adorableness too.

Yuck: I feel like Guanlin doesn’t like it when people aren’t straight up honest with him. Like yeah, he understands sometimes there are occasions where lying is okay, but he would def hate it if you did something bad and either put off from telling him or tried to skirt around the truth. He’s honest with you, so he expects you to be honest with him.

Zodiac: So, according to the internet, Guanlin is a Libra. However, I don’t feel like he fits it exactly. Yes, he is shown to be cooperative and sociable, but Guanlin doesn’t do self-pity. He doesn’t dwell on “oh, woe is me” he works on improving himself as a person. I feel like Guanlin legit would not care what zodiac you were, as long as you were nice and caring he’s down.
