Koi fish (also they are supper gluttonous so its super entertaining to feed them, and see their vicious battle for puffed corn)

Reading a good comic , manga. Recently ive read dungeon meshi, it is a good combination of funny, unhinged and fascinating story and characters.

Having a small talk, gossip session with old ladies. It's like a ritual really, building bonds out of my age group and also having a lovely conversation.

Great foods, a good coffee or tea and a restfull night sleep/nap in the sun.

(Bonus: on not good, very bad days the only thing that keeps my mind sane is humor, to laugh about life's grotesque irony which is apparently out lives)

RP INTEREST CHECK

@silvesi and I are gauging interest for a Science Fair Public RP Event!

This is an opportunity for scientists, inventors, researchers, wizards and nerds from all over Tyria to meet up and show off their skills. Highlight a discovery, showcase your gadgetry or demonstrate a new magical technique! Debate theory and methodology, or simply enjoy the company of like-minded intellectuals. Ethically dubious ‘mad’ science is more than welcome, but please, oh please do be subtle about it - we don’t want the cops on our tails!

The event would be hosted on NA servers and somewhere in central Tyria, so you don’t need the DLC to participate! Though we don’t yet have a date, we’re looking at hosting on a weekend sometime in January.

27 Do I do any warm up before drawing?

Yes, yes i do. I have pages and pages of warm ups and drawing muscle exercise, which helps me get the rust of my hands or improve my line stability and drawing tempo.

the quick and confident straight lines

usually it is enough of you can draw confidently straight lines from one angle and rotating the paper accordingly, but I still like to practice all the important angles.

growing eclipses and circles

it doesn't have to be perfect, just make it quick and warm up your hand movements.

Draw an big X then try to draw random straight lines and try to target the cross section of the x. (good exercise if you want to draw perspective) (it is harder than it looks so rotate the paper and practice)

zebra stripes.

Basically you try to tune your hand pressure sensitivity lol. It's better to practice with a flexible watercolour brush on paper but digitally too, is okay.

I inked it on paper, you can imagine how hard is that. Also digitally coloured it and made it look alive. yeah underappreciated

i painted this from hearth, really. everything has a little meaning. That the only thing that overflows the background is the waves themselves . and that the moon is just a hole in the background, the sailor on the flying sailboat. ahh my favourite.

hey besties is anyone still even active on this anymore? just went down a little bit of a rabbit hole, im no longer a freshmen in high school. im 22 now and it’s been a rollercoaster. i miss this little part of my life i had when i was growing up, now im an adult and everything has turned into shit 💀. but alas that’s life and it is what it is. i miss having this blog. i miss interacting with you guys but i no longer have the same time i did when i was 15 which is unfortunate bc i really enjoyed writing. anyways i might just come on here and chat my head off, but all i wanted to say was that i missed u guys 💖

Bruno finds himself a little overwhelmed by all the festivities, feeling a lot of pressure to not make accidentally 'ruining weddings' a tradition of his.

It doesn't help that the strange talisman he won in a dice game is attracting a lot of unwanted attention when it's revealed that the jewel merchant is said to be a 'gold thief' who lures people in with stories and 'fools gold' in exchange for real gold. 

Meanwhile, the mysterious jewel merchant, Chel, returns home, where she mopes in a bath after finding another gray hair. Thankfully, her sister, Inés, is there to boost her spirits, as are the magical charms of her youngest nephew, Vito.  」 ✨| CHAPTER 3:  A flashback to almost 12 years ago right before Mirabel's ceremony and Bruno's disappearance. Chel returns to The Encanto with her family and has a conversation with a mysterious stranger.

so I started playing the new Frontiers of Pandora game last night, and was pleasantly surprised that not only did the opening cutscene feature a few lines of spoken Na'vi dialogue, but said dialogue was actually pretty accurate!! Good job game!!

Here’s the lines transcribed as far as I can tell:

it’s my own personal headcanon that bruno’s room used to be full of lush greenery and waterfalls but the angrier/sadder/more frustrated he got at himself and his powers, the more it started to die and once he left his room, intending never to return, everything dried up completely and turned to sand.

the shower of sand when mirabel first walks in? waterfall.

all of the walls surrounding the stairs leading to his vision cave? covered in ferns and flowers and vines and other native greenery.

i’d like to think that his room was his own personal oasis and that after the house gets rebuilt, his room returns to its former, healthy state.

I’m tossing out a lore and character development question for all of your undead characters! I’m talking your liches, your Risen, your Awakened - anyone unconventionally alive.

And the question is this: Forget about special powers. How has your character’s everyday life changed since becoming undead? Do they eat? Sleep? Do they require any ‘special’ measures to keep going? What concessions have they made to compensate for being undead? 

In short, tell me about day-to-day life! I want to hear about the ordinary struggles and successes of existing as undead.

i know a lot of people are really sad right now, so i’m gonna share some moments from the inn visit that i forgot to share.

i saw mom and stede sitting outside talking about something important. i dunno what they were saying but it looked really pretty so i drew it.
