Most of my sinus infection has cleared up besides the occasional cough and irritated throat but now this ear infection.... everything hurts can I please have a break before I have to go back to work just a day without pain so I can clean up my sicknest without feeling like ass

#i live with my parents but my mom is having a horrible flair up of RA so she's bedbound and can't help me at all and dad is the only one #the only one working atm so he's not doing anything besides that #its just a little frustrating because whenever mom is sick from her flare ups or if dad gets the sniffles im like #I'm like what can i do for you are you comfortable do you need anything can i make you food let me clean up etc #but when i go down for 3 days of being visibly miserable everything i ask is the world #ask dad to pick up my perscription but god forbid i ask him to do any other task on the way home that involves making 2 SEPARATE LOCATIONS #ita fine hes just. idk #plus mom has her RA flare up and idk #it just feels like nobody in this house is particularly sympathetic when im feeling miserable but im ALWAYS sympathetic when they are #the first 2 days i was doing nothing but sleeping or rolling in pain in my room and no one came to check in on me to see how i was doing #then yesterday my mom says shes taking us both into urgent care but leaves without me in the morning when i was too sick to wake up when she #called for me.#she was like I just really was in so much pain and you didnt get up and i wanted to go asap and i called you #anyway so because i was so sick i couldnt wake up i had to drive myself to urgent care which is also fine im a big boy #anyway. circumstances or whatever. im also real salty bc ive felt like shit for like 4 days

#it's my last shift in 2 days and then i'm leaving this job i'm actually so happy i no longer has to work there! 🎉#i need to find a new one asap of course but i never had energy to do so on my off days so i'll focus on that now #i've endured the hardest shifts with freezing -25-30 °C where the heater conditioner did absolutely nothing #shifts with the roof leaking trying to not let the orders of customers get wet constantly wiping shelves throughout 2 days on top #of everything i has to do #these past 2 days sewage system froze and i had no water to wash my hands or use the restroom properly..🤦‍♀️#i know the wet hand wipes are bad for ecology but man they continously saved me and also i had to wash my hands using water from kettle and #i had to do it outside freezing of course because the sink and restroom are in another building and i didnt have time to constantly walk #there.. and this on top of 2 last weeks of december being especially batshit crazy stressful and having heated karen encounters each shift.#and it was so hard on me because i am a nonconfrontational person and i don't like arguing with people #but i learned so much in these months of working there and for that experience i am still grateful :")#it's bittersweet that i won't see the friendly regulars that were always kind to me anymore tho 😔 and my coworker came yesterday #and we spoke for like an hour or so and he said he is is sad that i'm leaving because i'm such a nice person and a great coworker 🥺#ngl this made me sad too but life goes on.. he said he'll be leaving in a month too #said he didn't think that i'll leave first 😂#i woke up almost an hour ago from 3 bg3 related dreams in a row btw 😂🤦‍♀️ i need to play 🙈 ok i need to get up first..😭#tbd

My dog is currently doing an hunger strike to fight against the great injustice of having to eat rice instead of pasta, keep him in your prayers

#the dumbass is fine now he actually asked me for food a lot and got caught stealing from the trash a cheese container #he just doesn't want rice fjskdksk #he's having a lot of stomach issues and eating too much hurts him so I'm actually kind of relieved he's not eating much today #also basically everything he can eat is poison to him because rice after a while triggers the gastritis and pasta is pasta #dogs shouldn't eat thst #the only reasons he eats pasta is that without that or rice he literally becomes a skeleton in 2 days and god i still remember the days #spent throwing up everything i tried giving him rice again after a while #so yeah he was very happy with rice yesterday evening but last night he decided he had enough and refuses to eat it and also he's mad at me #and he doesn't even look me in the face fjdjdjdksk #dumb baby

#rant about the week incomin’ in the tags bc ‘complaining’ is my unofficial middle name #this week has *not* been my week so far and it’s only wednesday morning #my horrible week commenced on sunday night when i was unable to sleep bc my pillow was oriented wrong #thus i had a grand total of 1 hour of sleep which was not very poggers tbh. so i tried to sleep on the train but…#the guy next to me??? kept swaying to lean on my shoulder??? so i hunched over to avoid physical contact but he just landed on my back??#so that sucked balls. i kept having to wake up to push him away with my bag and then trying to go back to sleep.#but then!!! just as i fell asleep after one such instance!!! the guy’s phone alarm went off????? like?? why???? why would you set an alarm??#we’re on a friggin train mannnnn!!!!! why did you have to set an alarm?????????????#and ofc when the dude finally alighted (and i was asleep) he just *had* to jab me in the side with his elbow when he got up. ಠ_ಠ #so that’s how i knew the rest of the week was gonna be just ✨peachy✨#anyways manning 2 workstations (+ 1 bonus ‘mini’ workstation) on 1h of sleep isn’t very fun. esp if you’re incompetent af like me #and ofc there just had to be problems too. like the printers couldn’t print (and the systems crashed everytime i tried to print something)#and this sample running software kept closing itself in the middle of running samples so that was a pain to deal with #and tuesday (yesterday) wasn’t much better. in fact it was ✨worse✨. none of the 2 workstations could get started till like 10am and aaaaaa—#to make matters worse i had stubbed my toe so badly in the morning that my skin tore. so walking was ✨much pain✨ as well :(#and ofc yesterday had to be the one day where i had to walk back and forth an unnecessarily high number of times >:( sadded #and ofc they *had* to have an hour-long meeting about something or other towards the end of the workday when i had yet to eat my lunch >:(#(fell asleep during the meeting though bc it was boring as balls whoops)#and i could only take a half-hour break after that >:((( i wanted my full hour dammitttttttt #and ofc it was raining when i left and ofc it took like 25 mins for me to hail a taxi on this booking app bc i didn’t want to take the train #and ofccccc i misheard the taxi driver when he arrived and he roasted my chinese speaking skills. and ofcccc we were caught in a traffic jam #(i had a really nice hour long nap in the cab though so thanks traffic jam)#and thus ended my terrible 2 past weekdays. i’m drained af and it’s *only* wednesday morning????!!!!!!!!!!!!!#i’m mentally looping anzu no uta (imascg) to cope. ‘nu-uh i don’t wanna work’ so true anzu #i just wanna sleeeeeeep and wake up this weekend or sth idk it’s too early in the year for this #it is suiyoubi my dudes #may spam self-rb my monster-length character image/gif posts later to cope. you have been warned

i’m so tired and angry i can’t believe it’s just the beginning....

#i cried 3 times since yesterday #my first exam is in 2 days #and the last one.. in a month.#it's not even about the exams tbh #but spending HALF of my monthly pay on train tickets and one (1) night at a hotel was a bit too much for me lol #and i had to make many calls to friends/family to find a place i could stay at #bc train tickets are so expensive i literally can't afford staying at the hotel too #and my friends were so helpful and lovely #but first i wanted to ask my uncle.. bc yk. close family. that guy is even my godfather. and he treated me like shit lmaoo i got so angry #i cried at work bc i couldn't believe this #like we know each other well i know he's not the kindest person. but his reaction?? honestly that might be the last time i talked to him #sorry for being so vague i don't have the energy to tell you what happened sdfghjs #but anyway. can you believe i'm literally less stressed abt the actual exams than i am about the commute/accomodation?#but ngl i am also stressed abt the exams. a bit. mostly because some of our professors still haven't sent us the materials for exams #and one of them in on sunday lmaooo this is fine i can memorize everything in one evening. right?#also bc my previous uni experiences literally traumatized me. but it's gonna be FINE i'm gonna be FINE i just need to. focus #i'm taking a day off tomorrow and i hope it will help me calm down #k.txt #sorry for losing my mind on main <3 if you've read this far i'm sending you a kiss <3
