do u think it’s weird for an 18 and 21 yr old to date?
Yeah tbh. These are such big years for us. Me rn at 21 is so different from me at 18. You could argue that there’s a 21 year old out there who’s just as sheltered as an 18 year old—and to that I say probably, because there are exceptions to every case. But most 21 year olds have had more experience w relationships than 18 year olds. I would side eye any 21 year old who’d see it as appealing to date someone who’s 18. Just not appropriate to me
Saturn square natal Moon brings feelings of isolation and negativity. During this time you’re learning to take responsibility for your emotional reactions.
NATAL:
Saturn square Moon gives someone a serious nature with a liking for privacy. They may have suffered in childhood which as a result has brought relationship problems, social awkwardness and loneliness into their lives.
SYNASTRY:
Saturn square Moon in synastry can represent a friction between two individuals who may have difficulty understanding each other's emotional needs.
Is this community safe for non-passing or non-transitioning (socially/medically) trans people, even if they had the means to transition?
Why would it be? If someone can easily/safely transition and choose not to, I would question if they were trans. I’ve lived through people invading my trans student union bc they wanted to be special, I’m not going to do it again
Because being trans is an identity, not an action. You can transition, yes, but that doesn't mean you are "more trans." If somebody can safely transition but they choose not to, that is their decision, and it isn't your right nor responsibility to tell them what you think about it, frankly.
As somebody who is transitioning, I can understand if you don't understand why somebody isn't transitioning. However, you don't have to "get it" to respect them. I'm sorry, but I don't feel much sympathy for people who say, "if you don't transition, you just want to feel special, and you aren't trans"
Again: being trans is an identity. The same way as being cis - cis people do not have to "prove" they are cis, why do trans people? Why must we constantly have to appease everybody around us? I transitioned for me, I take testosterone for me, I changed my name for me, I dress masc for me - none of that involves anybody else, and I reckon it is similar to people who are not transitioning medically or socially.
If you understand a planet and it’s characteristics and what it controls then it’s easier to assume how it would act in a particular house.. also understand a house’s rules apply as well, so then when you put the two together u can figure it out.. sky math
idc there will never be enough babygirl Steve Harrington content. there's something so satisfying about this ex-jock asshole type turning around and finding joy in soft things, in feminine things, in behaviors and aesthetics he would've been taught to (and once did) use to target people who were 'other'.
or, as the game likes to shorten it when you first learn the recipe,
or おかゆ・ムルス・フレジト in Japanese, is the recipe you obtain once Shionne has learned to use the Tales of secret ingredient: Love.
This enhanced rice porridge is also a nod to the very first --criminally bland-- dish she prepared for Alphen, as they were still reluctant companions kept firmly apart by an invisible, but nevertheless high and prickly, wall.
And Murus Flegit sounds *quite* Latin right? As do several pieces of equipment (and probably other things I’m forgetting) in the game.
Murus simply means ‘wall’, but “flegit” doesn’t yield any results as far as I’m aware.
Now fregit, however, is the third-person singular perfect active indicative form of frangō, (thanks, wikipedia) which means ‘to break’.
So if you change the romanization to Murus Fregit, you get something which seems directly translatable from Latin.
The wall has shattered.
What’s a tip you would give to people trying to get to know you?
i'd say that my attitude both matches and is contrary to what normal society would expect of me. The more favorable or safe you are to me, the softer i feel about you.
meanwhile, the people (mostly IRL) who act all tough or negative only get attitude, really.
but also, atm i don't really display (platonic) affection as much as i would be comfortable with.
Have you seen anything about the 11th doctor yet? I mean clips and such if not actual eps
Thoughts?
i know virtually nothing about this guy besides the fact he's played by the guy from morbius and that he is so audhd coded it's unreal and that he met ten one time (?????) . i think he is funny however i have put myself in doctor who timeout until november so i will probably just be nine and ten (and fourteenposting) until then
the Nate Shelley s3 arc reminds me of the s5 Murphy arc in terms of how much I actually loved it despite it not being widely liked by the fandom and was actually disappointed because it wasn't ugly enough lol
and it's basically the same arc. character with deep-seated wounds and a lack of true self-love has realistic, damaging coping methods and crashes and burns spectacularly by hurting other people around them and isolating themselves because it doesn't matter how good things get for you, deep-seated wounds that don't get addressed will eventually come out one way or another. and it will be ugly when they do.
the Murphy arc was disappointing because it got wrapped up way too easily with Memori getting back together which didn't actually address ANY of Murphy's issues and Nate's was disappointing because it just didn't commit fully to being ugly and didn't let him be enough of an asshole
