Iida had been feeling weird lately. He'd been relaxing more. Charging, and rebooting himself constantly. He wanted himself to be in perfect condition for you. He started setting his food compartment up daily, judt so hed be able to eat with you. Sometimes when youd come home crying, or have bouts of sudden emotion he'd drop everything. He'd put his arm around you, and hum a lullaby.

His glasses glared, even without lights shinig on them. He stayed firmly planted on the fridge. On the top of the fridge rather.

Art request thing, if you're open and interested on the idea and all that. Found myself thinking about an android Iida Tenya idea from time to time, no idea the setting be it Megaman.EXE thing or more cyberpunk or some sort of robot takeover/assimilation or something...

not quite what you asked for, but you mentioned cyberpunk and I just finished my jirou cyberpunk design,,, plus the megaman bit stuck in my head like brainrot.

not as dramatic as a robotic takeover, iida tenya is killed after trying to approach a cyborg vigilante called stain. stain believes that only pure humans can be ‘heroic’ vigilantes, and that neurons, cardiac muscle, etc., not wires and artificial intelligence, can be the one true source of heroism and empathy.

ingenium is thought to be entirely a robot hero, created by the iida family to help the heads of the family keep the peace. but the truth he keeps hidden is that, while he is almost entirely machine, he is technically human, though a rare disease called Decay destroyed most of his body before he was ten. Much of his other siblings of the Ingenium family fell to the same disease, though ingenium was the only to survive. Because the public doesn’t know the truth due to the stigma surrounding Decay, he is targeted by Stain, and nearly killed. Stain manages to damage much of what remains of his nervous system.

This nearly destroys tenya, who tries to track down Stain. He gets killed in the process. Ingenium breaks. His little brother Tenya, the only one not to get Decay, to live a healthy and long life, has had his life cut short. To process, he creates an AI version of Tenya to help him day by day, which he installs into his new Neurosystem. He hopes that Tenya will guide him along the same good moral path that he maintained when most of his nervous system was still intact.

Unfortunately, ai!Iida ends up getting dragged into further investigation of Stain by a solo vigilante named Jirou, who’s prone to sticking her advanced hearing where it doesn’t belong (and pining after picture-perfect-pretty-model hero Creati). Jirou forcefully hooks Iida up into her systems, and she keeps him in her watch. Cue Iida desperately trying to keep Jirou from doing something statistically impossible, while Jirou teaches him more about ‘his’ past and to remember the love he shared with his brother.
