This is a judgement free poll. I am genuinely curious. I included as many options as possible to cover a wide base, but there's always room for infinite nuance. Also wording is gonna be short because of character limits.

im gonna start posting fanfic recs btw whenever i find good ones. both here and my (awfully barren) 18+ account. because there are so many good fics out there with so few hits and fewer kudos and sometimes no comments period and it SUCKS because i REALLY LIKE THEM A LOT.. and i hope that by linking them here and yelling at everyone to COMMENT DAMMIT they might actually do it

seriously though any comment means a lot. most people who read a fic don’t even give a kudos. even if the fic wasn’t top tier, if you didn’t dislike it, hand over some kudos!! and if you liked it, comment!!!! even if the comment is one singular heart emoji it will be appreciated. if the comment just says “great fic!” the author will be happy. your comment doesn’t have to be this long winded gushing or analysis.

so many authors quit writing or lose motivation because the comments are few and far in between or just sometimes nonexistent. trust me when i say authors don’t care about how long or cool or smart sounding your comment is i promise!!!

i hope that mmmaybe recommending fics and telling people to comment might help fics i really like get more support maybe. and i, points at you reading this, hope that you will listen!!!at least a little….at least sum kudos….

I took my desire and need to archive Pokemon fan-art, mostly of the subway masters or subway bosses, Ingo and Emmet or Nobori and Kudari if you are familiar with the Japanese version of Pokémon Black & White as well as Pokémon Black 2 & White 2.

This blog is run by one person and that person is me or as some would know me as opossumonashelf or Shelf Opossum.

I've been making my own little collection of submas art on my PC but I want share my finds from tumblr, mostly relying on re-blogs from old inactive blogs or ones that belong to original fandom fans.

This blog does have a few rules.

I will first say this is a blog almost ANYONE can check out. (If you find you can't interact with the archive, you may be blocked. You may have angered me is some way or it is accidental. For this some old fandom artists will not be featured here)

As an addition, please keep modern fandom drama and discourse away from here or it might result in a block. (I MEAN IT)

Rude asks or comments can and will result in a warning or even block. (I will not tolerate drama or discourse on my blog, EVER)

Be respectful, as this is a blog for everyone. (The blogs I re-blog from are real people and some have changed their views over time or have a different cultures so please BE NICE!)

This is just something I ask for everyone, don't repost artist's works unless they give you permission and consent to do so as well as credit them, I say this because some of the art I will show here are reposted from sites like pixiv but many posts are from the 2010s and some blogs that posted them are inactive, abandoned or even deactivated.

Some link on repost posts won't work, this is due to the og being deleted, the op deleting their account or a website being shutdown, (example; drawr which was shut down in 2019)

I'm only one person, and like in my main's pinned post, I can get overwhelmed and disappear from time to time, with that I am the only one running this blog so things take time.

In other words to summarize all these so folks don't have to read it all. Anyone can check it out just don't piss me off and be nice to the other artists, okay? Alright Enjoy!

I will try my best to tag characters, artists, and pokemon if they come up. If anyone wants to especially users from the old fandom i appreciate any info i can get, be it a event or more about a deactivated user. And to conclude I hope you all enjoy!!!

not to keep harping on this but truly my fav thing about posting gifs on here is/was getting to read peoples' tags on them. and now there are so many sets floating around that i won’t get to see the notes on bc they’re not “my” posts anymore. really think that’s one of the most upsetting parts for me

how does the process of novel writing compare to your typical story format for you? the plotting, the character arcs—how do you tackle, personally?

the main difference is the disparity of production. uploading chapter per chapter is easy for my engagement and makes me feel good about the project, but with a novel i'm looking at the whole thing in one document, one i don't really show til it's done. as for how i tackle it, basically the same as anything else - i have writing goals every one or two thousand or so for hyrde, but after that i treat them all basically the same; and writing itself comes so naturally to me besides, so there's no process shift.
