Do you ever hook up in the places you shoot?

Nope! I enter each photoshoot environment with goals to create nude art without sexual intention and interaction. Nudity is normal. Nudity is not always sexual. It’s important to me that my work portrays that, even if there are still occasionally people who will only view it sexually.

Most of the places I shoot are abandoned buildings and nature trails, which are not adequate places to “hook up” anyway. When I get naked for photoshoots - sex, hooking up, and anything related to that are the last thing talked or thought about. My body is not sexual, it is a body. That is what I want captured. When I am in a private setting and wanting to have sex, that is when I believe my body is sexual. I realize not everyone will see it the same way.

I really do not wish for my nude body to be seen as “sexy” when it is contorted and dynamically posed in an outdoors or urbex setting. Hope this makes sense <3 and thank you for the question.

Favorite thing: As with most of nasu's botched characters, free real estate for fanfic.

Least favorite thing about them: "Hey this character has a traumatic backstory but we're gonna play that off as comedic and they deserve to die for it"

Unpopular opinion: Everything i've said so far probably, because the fandom has this weird obsession with portraying him as a completely unsympathetic monster to the point he's been retroactively flanderized (a common Nasu-ism in itself) into playing into such an identity as shown in things like the anime adaptations of Stay Night. it's very telling a fanbase so obsessed with uwufying sakura is also obsessed with portraying someone directly intertwined with her trauma and suffering plenty in his own right as someone who is nothing more than another one of her abusers to be violently killed off.

How much research goes into where you do your photo shoots?

It depends on the spot, but majority of the time - an IMMENSE amount of research is done for my photoshoot locations, especially abandoned spots. Secluded nature trails/overlooks and safe, abandoned spots are not easy to find.

@ohseephotography does all of our research and from hours of deep dives on the internet, he has a solid amount of abandoned spaces, nature trails with promising views and off the beaten path spots pinned and listed. He has been considering making a Patreon to give valuable advice and tips to those wanting to learn how to research properly to find spots, so if that’s something that interests anyone, comment here or tell him!

Thanks for the thoughtful question! I think the behind the scenes factor of research to find these spots we shoot in is often overlooked.
