The random character pachimari are only found on the Hanamura map. Hanzo and Cassidy are sitting on a bench by the large dragon bell. Pharah and Mercy are on the first roof on the left entering through the Shimada gate. Zenyatta, Junker Queen, Hanzo, and Genji are all hanging out in a tea room underneath the platform on the left entering through the gate. 🐉🐥

I would say normally they're pretty soft, if a bit sleek and oily on the contour feathers, but right now they're just full porcupine mode because they're molting.
