Ooo repressed power? You might be afraid of yourself in a way, its not that you even dislike yourself you just are overly aware of your power and dont want it to get out of control. Hekate is really about owning your power and theres some dark energy with the 8th house (when I say dark I mean the divine darkness). hecate, goddess of magic and witchcraft (asteroid 100)

According to Hesiod, Hecate is the daughter of Perses the titan and Asteria the nymph. Hecate’s presence in mythology is very few and far between; often the myth she appears in are unpopular opinions of what occurred surrounding the myth. For instance, Hecate was thought to have been at the birth of Zeus - she give Cronus the stone to swallow instead of Rhea. For certain though Hecate was the only to have heard Persephone’s cries when she was abducted by her uncle and would later be husband, Hades. While Hecate heard everything, she did not see everything thus she had to send Demeter to Helios. It is believed that Hecate went to the Underworld to help Persephone transition into her life there. Other then that Hecate is often depicted with three heads - indicating that she can see the past, present, and future. IN MY OPINION Hekate in your chart can represent a) gifts of magic, b) where you hear a lot without seeing a thing, c) where you are popular but there is very little to be told about you, d) where you help those to adapt, and/or e) where you are aware of your life as a whole.

i encourage you to look into the aspects of hekate along with the sign, degree, and house placement. for the more advanced astrologers, take a look at the persona chart of hekate AND/OR add the other characters involved to see how they support or impede hekate!

Rigel, one of the brightest fixed stars in the sky, which is found in the constellation of Orion, connects with the new moon. The giant blue star aims to provide abundance and luck. We can expect our desires and intentions to come to fruition quickly, opening doors and bringing success.

According to the astrologer Arielle Guttman, two days before the new moon, the yearly alliance between the sun and Venus is known as Venus “cazimi” and Venus Star Point. This is a magical time to embrace our dreams. The energy is taking us back to 2020 since this is the second part of the vision the Venus Star Point began then. We are at the midpoint of the eight-year cycle of Venus, which means the universe is checking in to see if we are following through on the objectives we set out to attain in 2020. There could be changes to the concepts as we’ve grown. Embrace them! Gemini energy is mutable and fluid, always transcending and evolving.

Since Mercury, the planetary ruler of Gemini, becomes enlightened by Jupiter on the 4th, the celestial energy will inspire us to do amazing things — all of which will contribute to the new moon.

The new moon in Gemini is a marvelous time to set intentions and to manifest. Opportunities will feel limitless because we are more willing to experiment and switch paths to embrace a new game plan. Hi again, I was thinking about the essence I give off and my personal style and I have a feeling I have a witchy or psychic appearance or essence.

The question is, what essence do people like myself have with Pluto conjunct Hekate give off?

I have both Pluto and Hekate in Sagittarius on my twelfth house and I'm a morning person and i was born in the afternoon around 12:16 pm im a sun in libra, scorpio moon, and sagittarius rising. My personal style includes elements of the moon, flowers, and mushrooms which are the qualities that are associated with the elements.

hey:) The asteroid Hekate shows where our deepest self trust lies and can be developed. It shows that we are often afraid to look at our “shadow self” . Hekate conjuct Pluto in 12th house is actually a very strong indicator that your intuition is your power, and you need to learn to trust your inner knowing, your subconscious. It is a very spiritual placement, and there can be strong lessons and experiences that will transform and bring you to this point in life. This placement gives off Moon 8th house people vibes to me, but in general, you might be able to help people with your guidance and inner knowing, gives off psychic, and "i know it" vibes. I actually re read your question and I saw how you have already mentioned this yourself haha. With your sun in libra, and sag rising, I would also suggest you incorporate your Venus sign traits in your wardrobe. Nothing is inherently magical.

The mage makes objects, situations, and all concepts magical that otherwise wouldn't be. Things are as they are, just existing as they evolved. Salt is a food, dirt is dead nature, and water is a liquid. The Sun is a star, the Moon is a giant asteroid in orbit, and Earth is a planet. Welcome to the Ordinary World.

Perception manifests magic.

Salt becomes a sympathetic link for water as well as a protective element. It is corrosive to negative energy and spirits. Dirt becomes a sympathetic link to wherever the witch picks it up from. From a church it becomes a hallowed object, from a graveyard it becomes a tool for necromancy, from a garden a tool for growth. So get some dirt and do some dirty magic.

From Land to Sea, Sky to Cosmos, all things are magical now upon the Will of the Mage!

So we take our favorite pop-culture characters and use them in our rituals. It is more accepted now then it was when Taylor Ellwood first presented the idea (he's the first as far as I know to make it public, although it is also mentioned in The Paradigmal Pirate by Joshua Wetzel). He says only characters that are from worlds with magic should be used for pop-culture magical purposes.

Fortunately, this is less common, and I am one that uses characters and worlds that are not inherently magical. It is a challenge, but a lot of characters and worlds that have magic built in are often based off of concepts and beings from mythology and religion anyway. Why work with a fictional version of something that already exists in our magical universe? So I made it a point to find the magic where there is little to none.

The Pop-Culture Triple Aspect

Supergirl, particularly from the CW starring Melissa Benoist, started my pop-culture work. Her outfit became a form of color magic, her powers inspirations for extended perception based on psi, the limits of my own strength, and her Kryptonian lineage a view into Atlantean conspiracies and myth, and finally, a delve into UAP phenomena.

Harley Quinn was next where I broke her costume down into color magic forms and functions, her journey from the Joker to finding herself as a shadow work journey to self realization. Her weapons became magical tools, and her hyenas reprsentation of animal familiars. Her makeup became a concept for glamour and her mental instability a line between the magical and mundane, the imaginative and creative.

Although she is great for shadow work, not so much for self love, but good for smashing your heart to bits to cry it out and laugh it off... and do it all over again until the pain subsides.

Lastly, Android 18, or Lazuli, was added to complete the Triple Aspect. The Triple Aspect is important in my practice as I used to be a devotee of Hekate. For a long time she has always been who I return to for devotion and acts of sorcery. I don't worship anymore, but Hekate is always in the back of my mind.

I also broke Android 18's powers down into forms of extended perception and clothing as related to color magic, but more importantly, she is a focal point of unlimited energy, cybernetics, and the possibilities of science. She represents the future after the Singularity as she is an android that was originally human that married a human and fights aliens.

Each of the pop-culture archetypes above and their worlds are shared concepts of superpowers, extraterrestrials, magic, time travel, and pushing the limits. They were born from the imagination and so they make home in mine.
