Hi anon! I was really excited to see someone asking questions about my baby Rory!
To answer your question, she was primarily trained by Oliver and Dinah, with Roy helping as well. But she had some additional training from Bruce as well as Malcom Merlyn.
I love the Canada's Drag Race Season 4 cast a normal amount <3
Edit: Happy Pride! Last Wednesday I went to Starry Night and met the Top 3 of Canada's Drag Race Aurora Denim and Venus as well as USA Drag Race Season 16 winner from Taiwan: Nymphia Wind! Glad we all color coordinated and I enjoyed meeting them a lot. They liked my last minute put together outfit and I definitely vote yellow for sure.
So both of my current hyperfixations are Disney related. (Twisted Wonderland and Lorcana). And because of this I can’t help but think of the Lorcana cards in relation to Twist.
If you don’t know what Lorcana is, a brief explanation is that it’s a TCG (Like Magic the Gathering, Pokemon Card game, Yugioh etc) but Disney themed. And it has three types of character cards, Storyborn, Dreamborn and Floodborn.
Storyborn is basically the characters as they appear in their canon story. Dreamborn is basically what they dream of becoming. Easy enough (There are cards for instance where Maleficent wins)
Floodborn, is where the characters have been altered by the ink. Their story changes completely. That's how you end up with things like “Gaston: Intellectual Powerhouse” where he’s a mechanical genius. (one of my personal favorites because of how funny it is.)
There is also Lady Tremaine who became queen:
My absolute favorite Floodborn story is Cinderella’s. In her Floodborn story, she becomes a royal knight. Given I am a believer of the Caterella theory, it opens up a lot of possibilities for that dynamic.
And while I know the only thing the two projects have in common are that they are both Disney IP’s, It’s easy to imagine Twist as part of Lorcana, an entire Floodborn world where the character’s stories were altered, giving us the Great Seven. Esteemed heroes of their world, rather than evil villains.
There are a lot of other examples too, and all would be fun playing with the different Twist characters.
This one would be very relevant for Silver:
And this one just absolutely screams Vil :
Anyway, I've always enjoyed AU's so Lorcana is definitely fuel for that fire where Twisted Wonderland is concerned. Also wonder if there is anyone out there who plays both games like I do.
“Tush dear, waste not your tears on things that mean so little.”
“But they’re all so cruel…”
“Words have no credence beyond what you give to them. Nay, do not spend your breath on those who cannot see how splendid you are. One day you will rise above them all, and I hope to still be upon this earth when you do.”

Ack, am I so predictable or what? I just had to design a young Aurora; couldn’t help myself.
In ROR universe, I don’t think Rose lives long past her teens? She was poisoned by Maleficent’s curse and (as we know), its powerful stuff. She struggles to conceive an heir for Auroria, passing away just after giving birth to Audrey. And she just so happened to take the heart of a young and impressionable Bridget with her. Because unrequited sapphic love stories 🥲 you know, angst?
Rose talks in a very odd way mainly because modern ‘english’ is still new to Auroria, especially just after Rose was woken up. She speaks with a HEAVY accent, as her native tongue is Classical Aurorian, which is a mix of Latin and French. Audrey doesn’t share this accent later on as she’s taught modern English first, and Classical Aurorian second.
Hi. I love her. Will probably draw her more cause I’m whipped for my Rose girlies 😩
Maybe I'm reading too deep into this, but I get the feeling it's tradition amongst the women in the Sheran Sharm family to wear their hair up in a high ponytail. After all, that's not just how Amalia's mother wore her hair, but her daughter's own princess outfit in season 2 (a clear, more age-appropriate copy of her mother's) included a ponytail as well, whereas Amalia herself used to wear her hair loose when she was in more casual clothing back then.
In fact, whenever Amalia was seen serving her role of Sadida Princess, she was seen with her hair tied up. From her design in the OVAs to her season 3 design, which she kept with only minimum modifications when she ascended to the throne.
And let's not forget, while more practical than her 13-year-old outfit, the whole top and pants combo is the look she wore around the palace, where Yugo went to look for her and ask for help, which already implies said outift was actually her princess outfit, as she is seen wearing it all the time and to all kinds of events, even dilomatic ones, such as the assembly or in the throne room with Master Joris, her brother, and sister-in-law as they listened to Yugo and Nora's case regarding the Nécromes.
(On a meta level, this could also be another visual key as to how Aurora was never the true Sadida Queen, even when Armand was still alive, as she never once tied her hair up, always wearing it loose. Just like she never wore white, one of the Sheran Sharm's signature colours, only red and even black, further making her stand out as an outsider).
I don't know, I just found this to be a fun, little cultural detail. Like how Eliatropes hide their wings even amongst their own kind or how the Osamodas royal family seems to decorate their horns with gold, most likely as a nod to their god.
My prediction for the next episodes.
People are yelling on Armand in the Wakfu tags while my boi is going through it.
Real talk tho, it's a fucking miracle this guy hasn't turned in a full blown villain yet. I suspect it's a matter of time.
Has the RHRN soundtrack just ruined the studio versions for anyone else?
Bc like CMLS will come on my playlist and I’m like “Nah I want my Swiss vocals”. Or MOAC and I’m like “Where’s Aurora? Where’s my girl’s high harmonies?”
