Yes! 

First, warnings, which you probs already know: obviously make sure you have a positive ID, and rule out especially the panther cap, which looks similar. Also, a temperature of 90 Celsius for several minutes is necessary to make sure the mushroom is no longer toxic.

After those two steps though, it’s tasty! And good in how plentiful they tend to be. It’s good as... not the main player in a recipe?
