Hey, everyone! I just wanted to post this because I just got back from hanging out with some friends and we went to a corn maze and then had a bonfire and, to make a long story short, I am crazy high on sugar right now!

It’s the weirdest feeling and I honestly wonder if sugar should be considered a drug because I haven’t been able to calm down or stop talking since I got back. What happened was I hadn’t eaten much today, just eggs and sausages at a late breakfast, and then I left to go to the corn maze with my friends. After about an hour walking around the maze (we made it all the way to the end without using the emergency exit, yay!) we went to the snack bar. All they really had was ice cream and funnel cake and I was really hungry so I got funnel cake with ice cream on it and it was so flipping good! I can’t even remember the last time I had funnel cake or soft serve ice cream and it was just great!

Then we went to one of my friend’s farm and we had a bonfire and toasted marshmallows and made smores and I couldn’t stop because I hadn’t had a single smore all summer and I was pumped for this chance! So we sat around and talked and made more smores and talked and I pondered on the insignificance of humanity in the face of the infinite cosmos above us and then I got on the road and headed home. 

I wanted to kind of tease my dad by mentioning how much sugar I ate and that I would play being sugar-high. But, the moment I opened my mouth, I couldn’t stop talking and I realized how much energy I had and how good I’ve been feeling and I haven’t even been able to stop talking or vibrating even when I’m alone. My dad told me to eat some toast and drink a lot of water. He said I’m probably going to have a hangover tomorrow because sugar works a lot like alcohol. So far, though, I just feel great and I just have to ask if any of you have ever had a sugar high like this because this is honestly just the best I’ve felt in days, because I haven’t been sleeping well, lately, and I suddenly have all this energy and I feel like I can run a marathon right now. 

Anyway, just wanted to get this out there before I inevitably get that sugar-crash. If you’re wondering why this post is so coherent for someone who’s high, I would like to point out I have had to retype a lot of this in the course of my fingers flying across the keyboard and I really didn’t know I could type this fast. But I ‘ve talked too much, so, goodnight, everyone!

SOFT AUTUMN PROMPTS

it’s fall and i decided to create a list of prompts surrounding the season. it isn’t much, but it’s the thought that counts… please give credit if you use any of these ideas. <3

you know how your wife feels about outdoor dates. i am taking you soo many places👉👈 we're going apple picking at a very pretty otchard. and to the pumpkin patch if youre into that. and to very legit haunted mazes. and i'm bringing you a warm, spiked cider that's steaming a lil. and i'm taking pictures of you on my phone. and and and you're gonna tell me JUST how you like your s'more so i can cook it that way over our lil bonfire. do you want my coat🥺

Ah yes, my darling wife, Gracie, is here once more to give me such treats. I hope in kind to do the same, and I suppose this one will be a little different; more of a chat than a drabble but I am sure you won't mind 💛

It would have to be a double date, you know better than I that I simply cannot leave to do any of these marvelous things without Bokuto knowing and wanting to tag along - and you know I can't say no to him when he's pouting.

So Osamu will have to come along as well, someone to keep Bokuto company as you steal the majority of my time. I'm sure he won't mind too much, we are after all going to an orchid that has a variety of apples and he simply will enjoy picking at the higher quality trees as he daydreams of the desserts he can make for you while he does it.

Of course, with those two along, it would also mean they would have to be in these photos too. So, perhaps we can do a couples shoot? I can get all sorts of beautiful pictures of you and Osamu, with the leaves falling in the background, and capturing just how fond he looks at you. and you in turn can take some fun ones of Bokuto and I! Us in an apple tree, me in his arms, things like that.

The pumpkin patch I think is where we will have to divide and conquer, Boktuo will want to go and see how far the patch goes and will drag me off before I can have a say otherwise. So you'll have to stay with Osamu and look at all the decorative little pumpkins and the ones used for baking while we're gone. But, we will bring back the largest two pumpkins we can find while we are gone.

And despite his protests, I will be taking your arm for the haunted corn maze. We will huddle close together as we try to make out way out and not be too scared of what it has to offer - don't worry I know a trick so we won't get lost. Doubt our men will be so lucky, we may have to wait for them at the exit.

And to end the night back at your place, with delicious homemade apple cider that Osamu made (that you spiked just a little bit), as well as use your firepit to roast marshmallows sounds so nice. We'll put on large sweaters to help keep us cozy and warm as we snuggle deep into our lawn chairs, sipping away at our cocktails as we continue to feed each other smores and giggle over things.

We'll have to be carried to our respected beds at our respected homes (poor Bokuto has so much further to go) but it'll be worth it!

There was a reason we brought them along after all~ 💛

We all need some fluffy autumn date headcanons sometimes uwu I hope you like them~Mila💟

Icy:

He insists it is never too early for hot chocolate if they want it. 

He enjoys flying above the forests when the fog looks like a river or sea, just to see his s/o's eyes twinkle at the sight.

He also adores seeing his s/o bundled up and snug as they enjoy the approaching seasonal cold with him

He sees an ad for an outdoor streaming of a horror flick and finds it intriguing. He takes on a holoform and takes his s/o on a Halloween date. 

Hothead:

he's the best at kneading dough and has the most fun while at it. Make sure it's put into an actual oven to bake, though, otherwise you'll be  clutching a charred loaf with a raw center, and the futile task of stopping Random from eating it whole.

He likes sitting and cuddling by bonfires he and his s/o made together. He may be pouting and grumbling if they tease him about being a softie, but he won't fight them about it. 

Introduce him to 'smores. Do it. Once he gets the hang of making them, it'll become his favourite trick to show off. 

his horror stories will have everyone pressed close to each other. Fella knows how to get his s/o to cuddle him while maintaining his tough guy look. 

Random:

He calls them his little strudel and enjoys sprinkling cinnamon in their hair

LEAF PILES! He is an expert when it comes to making them and knows the best way to jump in! The more leaves that fly up and the bigger mess it makes, the better!

You know those twirly little seeds? The helicopter? The freefallers? Maple seeds/Maple 'copters? Yea, watching those fall makes him giddy. And HE LOVES SEEING HIS S/O TRYING TO CATCH THEM AS THEY FALL! 

Running through corn mazes and playing hide and seek? With him? Greatest fun ever! Not for whoever owns the maze, if he's in his bot mode, since there won't be a maze left to speak of in the morning.
