How Mahoro was initially presented in early promo materials and the first episode OP & ED

When Mahoro was first revealed, she was presented as this cute and peppy love interest character that you typically see in shoujo manga. And when I first look at her, I immediately thought she is kind of an odd duck due to the delinquent-like setting BUCCHIGIRI?! is.

The promo teaser even showed a split second shot of her just being the cute character who would give the main characters some motivation (well just Arajin lol). This of course made me fear that she would be a plot device that would cause a shitty ass love triangle.

OP and ED gets a bit weird in this. When she is presented in the OP, all of the guys (sans Kenichiro and Marito) are immediately taken aback by her. In the ED, all of the main guys are dancing with her, have few shots of them getting ship teased with her and when she did the heart hands thing, all of them are immediately charmed by her.

(Wish I could include all guys being heart handed by Mahoro but I want to put in more photos)

But in the main series? Nope. None of the guys except for Arajin (obviously) really like her or are close to her. And that’s because underneath her cute appearance, lies a selfish and toxic girl who only wants her brother’s attention only. And by doing so, she ‘dates’ guys in hopes that they become the new leader of Siguma and have Marito step down so that she can have him all for herself.

The Siguma members relationship with Mahoro:

- Outa is seen being exasperated by her fangirling antics in the first episode.

- One of the mooks commented that Mahoro dated guys 24 times all so that they can be beaten up by Marito, satisfying her brocon fantasies (which in truth they’re ’tests’ to see if they can beat her brother or not)

- Hagure is shown to be intimidated by her and kept running in circles while being behind Jabashiri’s back in the second episode.

- Jabashiri hardly noticed, much less pay attention to Mahoro.

This even applies to Minato Kai as well:

- Kenichiro, Kamao and Zabu doesn’t know her yet but in the case of the latter two, they probably know her in passing but otherwise they hardly paid attention to Mahoro.

- Matakara does but he dislikes the way she is manipulating Arajin for personally selfish reasons. When he tried to confront her, she straight up ignored him. When he did it again but with force, she screeched like a siren and ran off.

But with all that said, let’s take a glimpse of Mahoro’s character:

- Presents herself as a shojo manga-esque character.

- But in actuality, she’s a massively unhinged brocon.

- toxic and manipulative. All it takes is using a hand heart sign and guys would immediately be ‘motivated’ by her.

- Is known to go out with guys but has never really shown any care about their personal lives (if her actions in 1st and 3rd episode are of any indication)

- morally selfish but not downright evil. Just selfish.

- can fight back if she wants to.

- doesn’t care about anyone other than her brother.

- hates being touched by other random guys who tried to question her.

- ignores people who tried to confront her about her motives.

I know that I’ve made quite a few posts about Mahoro but she strikes me as an interesting character despite her actions in today’s episode but at the same time, I do hope that she at least have character development along the way, have a backstory that explains why she is the secretly toxic and selfish brocon that she is today and last but not least not thrown or sidelined into a unconventional damsel in distress.

Chaos. Absolute chaos. These two do not get along very well (it’s more of Scaramouche disliking Childe, to be honest, because he dislikes most people) and there will be bickering every day. You are basically the middleman who has to physically keep them on the sides of you to prevent any more fighting. Unless you’re feeling evil that day, and want to help Childe with pranking and annoying Scara. (He will call both of you brats. May or may not shoot lightning bolts at you.)

Childe is the one who does lovey-dovey romantic stuff for you like breakfast in bed, bubble baths, and cute dates. Scaramouche is the one who scoffs from afar at his foolishness and how you laugh with happiness. An emotion he dreads always swirls within him - irritation? Jealousy? He doesn’t want to admit it, but he hates how Childe seems to be a natural with this and pleasing you. Ajax has a heart. Scaramouche does not. He’s not accustomed to human emotions and doesn't know how to make someone actually happy, since most of his interactions are yelling at Fatui recruits. Even when he tries, he can’t help but be a bit snarky. Scara never voices these thoughts but Childe is the one who has to nudge him in the right direction (for your sake of course.) Teaches Scara a lot of your likes and dislikes, romantic tips and such, although Scara always ends up putting his own sarcastic twist on it.

Going off that, they are still very competitive with each other for your love and attention. Literally, everyone can see how they are silently one-upping each other and making sly remarks when the other loses. If Scaramouche buys you something and Childe finds out, he’ll amp it up by getting it twice as expensive, different brands, models, etc for you. If Childe buys clothes for you, Scara would just buy Inazuman clothing for you to wear instead. It never ends. On that note, he likes taking you to Inazuma. He has a lot of memories here, and even if they’re not so nice, he likes how mesmerizing and eternal you look with the scenery.

You will be very close with Childe’s family. Scaramouche does not mind much because of the many younger siblings and he is secretly fond of kids. And even though he’ll rather die than admit it, it makes him feel happy to be included in some kind of familial relationship, something he never really had. Even though Teucer and the others may tug at his clothes and hat, it’s not bad to have a sense of belonging, Scaramouche thinks. (Childe loves this a lot.)

Calling him Scara will result in him grumbling but would accept it and secretly like it because it’s you. Childe calling him Scara would result in a battle. Both of them really like when you call them by their real name (only in private of course.) Ajax and Kunikuzushi both have difficult pasts and lives. But at least they can relax, if only for a bit, in the leisure of your company. Both are the types to proclaim themselves the big spoon but really love to be held by you. Scaramouche doesn’t have the energy to yell at either you or Childe for teasing him because being held by another person he loves feels too good. Childe is the one who refuses to let you go in the morning while Scaramouche has to forcefully drag you off the bed away from him. first off, he doesn't laugh very often.

memes? nothing. jokes? nothing. sarcasm? nothing. This doesn't mean he doesn't find any of these funny, he just doesn't have the urge to actually laugh.

but Light falling down the Task Force stairs? YES.

L finds other things funny too but there's just... something special about watching Light mess up...

if he's around people he trusts he's likely to laugh more, at super not funny things especially. for example, bad puns, horribly edited memes or videos, and dark jokes are high on the list. (I may or may not also find these things very funny)

anyway that got into when he laughs. as for HOW he laughs: it varies depending on how funny something is.

Mildly amusing? Dry chuckle. almost sounds like a cough or the engine of a car if that makes sense. sometimes he will say (with no change in tone whatsoever), "haha. that was quite amusing."

Hilarious? the man is cackling and wheezing.

that said I think Kira version of Light wouldn't laugh as much. He's under a lot of stress, he doesn't see the joy in life any more. unlike L, this statement is ONLY true for when he's in the company of others. when alone I think Near does a fair bit of laughing, though it's quiet

it's just the kind of vulnerability and genuine enjoyment that he only feels safe to express when he's alone...

anyway Near's laugh is a little rough like he's not used to doing it. he might chuckle for a while, or just let out a quick and sharp "HA!" if he's more startled into laughter. the first one is more private, the second he might let out a couple of times in company

I think Near would also lie in bed at night and just laugh at the ceiling. maybe especially if he's had a bad day. it makes him feel a little better and reminds him that there are good things in the world! Because when Near laughs he remembers the other things that have made him laugh

it's a sign he likes and trusts someone if he laughs with them

Near can also mimic lots of different kinds of laughs. I feel like he's a storyteller, even if he only tells the stories to himself, so this skill can come in very useful!

James had just about given up: Lily probably wasn't going to come. Not an hour and a half late. With an aching heart, he began to climb the twisting staircase to his dormroom. They'd been right, of course, Lily wouldn't ever go out with him. He'd been naive to still believe she would.

There was a loud bang. And another. And another. "James?" A yell. He knew that voice. James would always know that voice. It was the one that soothed him when he cried, it was the one that made his name sound like poetry, it was the one that made his heart leap just a little, even though he knew it shouldn't. "James, I don't know if you can hear me, but it's Regulus. Please let me in." There was a worried lilt to his voice, some kind of desperacy that James couldn't understand. Why was Regulus here? Didn't he have a date to the ball?

It took another knock to snap James out of his shock and enable him to hurry to the painting - which of course Regulus couldn't get past, because he didn't know the password. It swung open to reveal a very pretty Regulus Black. If his heart had been leaping before, now James's heart was somersaulting up and down his throat, conveniently blocking his airways.

Regulus was dressed in a perfectly fitting, black velvet tux and had his hair styled in a way which left a few strands grazing his face and the rest combed back. His lips were an alluring cherry pink and - was he wearing eyeliner? James thought he might faint on the spot.

"What are you doing here?" James swallowed hard, feeling his cheeks go red. Here he was, wearing his best suit with a tear-streaked face, when he should've been dancing with Lily Evans in the Great Hall. However, Regulus didn't seem to be judging. In fact, he seemed glad to see James. And James was not-so-secretly glad to see him too.

"Remus told me to come, so I did." Regulus replied with a shrug. "I figured you got stood up?" He stated, but it sounded more like a question, his voice a bit softer than before. His eyebrows furrowed ever so slightly, like he was scrutinising James.

"Yeah, I suppose. So, I guess, why did you come?" James was quick to move on from being stood up by Lily god damn Evans. He should've known.

"It's you." Regulus replied so quickly that he himself seemed to be surprised by the honesty of his answer. His cheeks were tinted the slightest pink, but he didn't seem to regret what he'd said.

"Oh." Was all James could say. "Give me a minute." He added, rushing to the bathroom to press a cold flannel to his very hot face. It was a pity he'd cried, really, he'd looked really good before and now it looked, well, it looked like he'd been crying his eyes out.

Breathe, James, breathe. It's just Regulus. Regulus Black, the cold-blooded Slytherin who put his night on hold to see him. The evil Black brother who had physically relaxed upon seeing him. The boy who had kissed him in the Astronomy Tower.

And now he was stood outside, waiting for him, because he cared. It made James want to cry even more. He sighed before heading back to the doorway where Regulus still stood. His eyes lit up when he saw James reappear, in a manner that made James's heart soar. You couldn't fake that kind of thing. He smiled awkwardly.

"So what's the plan?" He asked, willing his easy, charming grin to return. Not that Regulus had ever been fooled by that. No, Regulus knew him better than that. Regulus knew him better than he knew himself.

"Follow me." The younger boy held out a hand, which James was more than happy to take. He pretended not to notice how his whole body jolted as their hands touched. Or how Regulus squeezed his hand ever so gently. Or the blush that coated Regulus's cheeks as he interlocked their fingers.

He let the boy lead him through corridors, finally stopping in an empty classroom not far from the hall. The music was so loud that it seemed to fill the room, like the band was playing right by the professor's desk.

"Would you care to dance?" This time, Regulus was the one with the charming grin. It was futile to even try to resist. James nodded more enthusiastically than he cared to admit. Regulus smiled wider as he pulled James closer. They were so close that James could hear Regulus's slightly erratic breathing. So close. So very close.

Regulus let his arms wrap loosely around James's waist, whilst James's hands rested on Regulus's shoulders. They were slow dancing, swaying at a pace that definitely wasn't in beat with the music, but that didn't matter to them.

What did matter, however, was the way Regulus let his head rest against James's chest, somehow pulling their bodies even closer together. He could probably hear James's wild heartbeat, but somehow James didn't mind. It was Regulus.

jock - 2nd gen chinese american, one of the things i liked in the original actually was when they sexualized the jock (probably cause hes the only one who doesnt look 14 in that comic) and his big tits. hes a very genuinely kind guy, not the brightest, has a voracious appetite, he also still bakes cause thats cute i think.

prep - he looks different here because i was originally going to make him white but i decided to make him a light/medium skintone black guy (he just wears a blonde wig and contacts). when companies make their pride month merchandise and advertisements this is the exact person they imagine in their head who is going to buy these products. hes a million percent one of those swifties who thinks taylor swift is secretly a lesbian. trust fund kid btw obviously. his only redeeming quality is that hes good at makeup. jokes in the comic are usually made at his expense.

goth - 1st gen latino american, specifically peruvian because i am a self serving motherfucker. hes a really big numetal fan and listens to like 2000s evil wolf amv music in addition to legitimate gothic. his face changed a little too between this and the final design. his outfit completely changed but its only because i realized everyone else was dressed for relatively warm weather so it wouldnt make sense for him to be wearing multiple layers of black. if i do cold weather outfits for them id def reuse this look for him. hes still trans but i think all of them are in my version. also they dont use labels for their sexual/rom orientation. except prep hes homosexual gay.

seeing the villainess-like otome game au on @/hourlyhanamura twitter (thank you retrospring anon) has made my brain rumble and started making me (unfortunately) think.

Who would be the villain(ess)!!! It could go both ways!!! It really could!!!

Yosuke is the favourite but not really favourite antagonist—some people like him, some don't

Maybe some things like a romance path with him was cut (HM JUST LIKE. HM.)

And perhaps Yu gets recommended the otome game by a classmate. It's popular, the characters are cute, what more could you ask for

Yu is just like ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ "ok guess i'll try it" cuz it's not like he has anything else to do in his free time besides studying, housework and making meals for himself

The game is pretty fun, and it doesn't shove romance into your face every chance it gets. He definitely gets into the rabbit hole after he realises that he's been playing it for a very very long time

As he gets heavily invested into it and the characters, Yu starts crushing on the villainess (yosuke), and wishes that he could be in the game with him/out here in real life with him

idk the crush starts as something small cuz the story could progress and show the villainess as having a sympathetic side/being more than his cold, jerkish and standoffish side except GASP it's choice locked in another character's route, so players might miss it

And then story progresses more, more softer moments with yosuke and that all adds up into a mega fat crush on him

Want to add that almost all the endings of the game are just Yosuke leaving Inaba (Junes does not disappear tho) or being absolutely humiliated and never showing his face ever again. [Sorry yosuke]

Maybe he becomes more like shadow yosuke as the game progresses....

Though that also kind of asks what kind of villain yosuke would be... would he be a calculating cunning type or like cartoonishly evil kind of bullying. i'm kind of leaning towards a mixture of both because a) this image

And b) the protagonist of the game is like. Idk a transfer student. Yosuke is as well, but unlike him, the protag is well-liked and well-received. And he wants that, wants to be liked as well but because of Junes and what it represents to Inaba, he gets none of that.

All he has are harsh glares and murmuring of housewives as they whisper to each other about yet another shop out of business. They really have nothing better to do, but neither does he, out in the god damned countryside.

So he becomes insanely jealous and he decides to be a prick to the protag out of his envy and the mindnumbing dullness of Inaba. He's mean to everyone tbh, but it's more or less a shield to protect himself.

And then in comes Yu, as the newly isekaid or something idk protag.

Despite all of Yosuke's general prickliness and jerkishness towardd him, Yu still showers him with care and affection, something Yosuke hadn't really gotten since... he came to Inaba. It's kind of nice, it's making him happy that someone likes him, but he's also waiting for it to be a huge prank/the other shoe to drop

Because really. Someone actually liking him? Someone making him feel like he's much more than the scourge of Inaba?

There's just no way. Sooner or later, the townsfolk or his classmates will convince him of the Prince of Junes who ruins everything, tell him that Yosuke's such a disappointing person, don't get too close to him if I were you and whatnot.

It's better for Yosuke to push Yu away before he inevitably leaves Yosuke alone.

But Yu continues to stay, continues to lavish him with affection despite there being other, better people to give it to.

Whatever. He'll just secretly bask in it as long as it lasts, until Yu moves on. This definitely doesn't make him stay awake at night, wondering why the popular transfer student would do this.

ON THE OTHER HAND VILLAIN YU

again its similar to if yosuke was the villainess, where he gets recommended a popular otome game and he plays it, and then having a big fat crush on yosuke

Except yknow. Yosuke has his own route instead of his moments being choice-locked in a different route.

Once more the cold and cruel villainess has bad endings, resulting in getting banished or whatever.

Now, Yu gets transported and becomes the villain. He definitely sees this as a chance to lavish all his affection onto Yosuke

This gives Yosuke a crisis because mmmm this guy is pretty much rumoured to be very bad, so why is he so caring??? with me??? why are there butterflies in my stomach.... why is he also such a dork as well i saw him petting twenty cats at once...

In Yosuke's route, he has some pretty low self esteem coupled with comparing himself to the protag and junes

Because the protag is a transfer as well, but they seem to be making themselves at home while he's stuck at the doorbell

I genuinely dont know how to explain this its all in my head and makes perfect sense right now. Maybe its something like JUNES related, ingame reasons and all.

But out of the way protag, Yu is now taking charge of Yosuke's route, regardless of whether he's the villainess or not.

I dont quite see Yu being able to play along with the rumours of the villainess being a ruthless and cruel person. Sure, he might come off as cold to people, but it's his "dont get too involved" mindset that carried over.

It would be funny if some misunderstandings start adding more fuel to the fire.

Torturing cats? No, he was actually feeding them fish. The angle looked really bad to the person.

Mugging an old lady? No, he was actually escorting mrs tatsumi across the road, something which kanji is very appreciative of

Bullying year 1s? Nope. They dropped something and he was trying to give it back to them

But yeah yosuke being unable to get to sleep because he's too busy getting flustered over Yu's actions, and wondering if everyone's got yu wrong or if this is just an act to trick him into letting his guard down.

But then again, what kind of evil person would go out of his way to make him... happy?

Scout -flying type trainer in violet city -very much a city slicker. never travels along the routes -would rather die than battle on the streets -very scared of his pidgeotto. it knows this -wants to at least see one of the legendary bird pokemon -frequent pokeathelon contestant! has an aprijuice promo

Soldier -fire/flying/fighting mainly, but branches out because he just likes the murder animals -started as a street trainer -new bark town local. recieved a cyndaquil from prof. elm -owns all the johto badges and is trying to get to kanto to get the rest -biggest dream is to defeat the elite four. just to prove a point

Pyro -fire type trainer what'd you expect -firebreather in a travelling circus. they go all over! -their magmar is their best friend and confidant <3 -has a gengar that is an absolute menace. p sure it wants to kill them. they love it to pieces. its so cute it dont bite -mf might be Red. nobody actually knows and they keep their identity on tight lock and key

Engineer -Soldier's childhood friend! -new bark town local as well -takes gold's place, as he's a trusted ally of Prof. Elm and is the one that carries out the story -he and Soldier travel together -chikorita his beloved. his daughter. his life and light -despite having a grass starter, prefers steel/rock/elec -farmboy. SUPER displaced in most cities. -endgoal is pokemon research, so he sticks with Soldier and supports his dreams, as the travel is good for his research

Demoman -normal type lover -really just likes the cute pokemon -not really a trainer anymore. owns a daycare! -he has like 4 badges. stopped battling when it became too much of a danger due to crime and cheaters -even if he's in retirement, he's been on many-a vigilante smuggle bust. -works with local pokemon centers. he's got a huge soft spot

Heavy -fighting type gym leader in cianwood!!! -his sisters are his training partners -believes in the bond between person and pokemon above all else -takes care of his mama and her ursaring real well <3 -highly objected the safari zone construction at first but now participates in it as a warden

Sniper -OWNS THE SAFARI ZONE !!!! inherited it from his parents -was found in a feral rattata/raticate colony as an infant and adopted. now rattatas follow him everywhere -loves all kinds of pokemon -highly critical of battle culture, gym or otherwise

Medic -pokemon proffessor! ...kind of. -worked with the group that made mewtwo. has kind of staved the whole experimentation thing off since -has a porygon! loves it like a cat -archimedes is a pidove and is kind of deranged. Medic SWEARS its a psychic type -still kind of fucked up and evil like in tf2 canon, but i don't have the heart to make him fucked up in the pokemon universe. peace and love.

Spy -he's an idol no im not fucking with you -likes fancy pokemon, but has this ratty ass furrett that he fostered as a stray and he loves her. she bites -lives in a lavish flat in goldenrod -donates a lot of his money anonymously to pokemon centers and the national park -secretly likes bug types.. -enters his pokemon in shows and beauty pagents a lot!!! hes strict on their regimen, but empathetic to their needs. has tapped out last minute on more than one occasion!!! -Soldier and Engie's personal rival. used to live in new bark town as well but became too good for the small town life

and now to answer ur question, yure actually sort of grows up with leon (not in a childhood friend kind of thing, they met when leon was in the police academy while yure was a training veterinarian) so technically the first leon she's met is, obviously, resident evil 2 leon! they're both the same age, for example: in resident evil 2, leon is 21 as is yure! in resident evil 4, leon is 27 so is yure! ^_^

the recent artworks that ive drawn mustve insinuated that theyre all together in the same timeline but i just wanted to have fun and draw how theyd act with the current yure (re4 yure hence why re4 is the one closest with her)! plus isnt it nice to have a bunch of the leons together loving on you? its cute and personally i really like thinking about how theyd interact with each other haha

yure loves all leons!! but yes.... she secretly likes one more than the other.... it'll always be the leon that she is originally with. teehee

Solis would be petrified cause MC just burst into flames before him and was swept away by the wind, Thanos snap style. Jk, jk. 

Solis - He’d be too surprised to act on it immediately, but once he’s gathered his thoughts and realises what actually happened, he’d plan something nice for MC, like a romantic picnic, and make his intentions to “court” MC abundantly clear. In a relationship stage, he’d still try to surprise MC with something as well, flowers or some other small gift, before thanking MC for all the love they show him and pepper MC in kisses.

Nox - Oh, sweet MC, you think you’d just be running away after that? So cute, so innocent. In both crush and relationship, MC would not make it very far before being scooped up by shadowy tentacles and pinned to the nearest wall. Early days, and depending on MC’s reaction, he’d just tease them about liking him and give a chaste kiss back (as chaste as it can get with him…). In a relationship, MC might not even get to run away at all, Nox’s hands already wrapping around MC the second they were within reach. Arashi - He’d be beyond confused in a crushing stage. Was it MC’s way of confessing? But why kiss and run?? Did it even happen or was he daydreaming again??? He’d watch MC’s reaction around him carefully and plan on surprising them with a little kiss of his own. In a relationship, he’d find it endearing, if a bit unnecessary to still be so shy around him. But it would make his day brighter and he’d try to do the same for MC.

Which RO took the longest to make… I honestly have no idea 😅What I’m writing now is so far off from the original plan I had for this story. There were 4 RO’s initially (2 M and 2 F), and then I kept adding more till it was like 5 gender selectable ROs and then kind of 2 secret/mystery bonus ROs with slightly different good/evil routes :)))))))) There were also 4 courts, then 2, then 5 and back to 4 :)) 

Nox was probably the easiest since I always knew I wanted a Rhysand/ Azriel type of character - a little dark, a little flirty, a little funny. 

Arashi was pretty straightforward as well, not a lot of tweaks from the initial idea I had for him - stoic and no BS, secretly a murderous teddy bear.

So it’s probably Solis, since he technically didn’t even start out as a RO🙂His sister was supposed to be the Ro - the cruel, heartless lady of the court. He was a healer, a kind fae that was going to act as MCs guide in the beginning of the story, but, um, I liked him too much and here we are now, with him as one of the main surviving ROs.

Just gonna mass dump Frontier thoughts rather than post episode by episode. I just wanna watch and enjoy then scribble thoughts down afterwards. This isn't like serious reviews or anything.

EP 2. Wolfmon of Light - Battle in the Underground Maze! -details re: the missing chunks of world which I was wondering about just 15 minutes ago are revealed -Tomoki wanting to be a hero is sweet but given how Digimon loves psychologically torturing children, I am deeply concerned for him lol -Blue Boy is Koji, like the delicious fungus! -what is it with Digimon and chocolate? also a train having a huge tongue like that is terrifying in a way I can't quite describe -more screentime for Izumi and Junpei! (So much so that I actually remembered their names roffle) The vibe I got from Izumi in the first ep was that she thinks of herself as being more mature than others and Junpei being concerned about what others think (in a kind of "socially cowardly" way) and that follows through here. I'm not sure I'm articulating what I mean properly lol. But it's pretty good characterisation so far to give the characters such little screentime in the first ep but still communicate a lot about their personalities. -After Takuya and Izumi fall down the hole, Neemon turns to Bokomon and asks "should we fall down too?" gave me a good chuckle, I'm looking forward to seeing what these two bring to the group -Raremon is gross and creepy, nice. I was starting to think Koji's evolution debut would be him beating up some babies who wanted chocolate lol -Koji just being accidentally pushed into a hole that happened to contain the Spirit felt weak but pretty funny, like damn dude, thank goodness it wasn't one of those holes that just. fell. forever. into the air outside lol -Also I dunno if there was just little/no music in episode 1 (don't recall to be honest) but the bgm in this episode was really nice -overall a decent episode, the Pagumon chases were a nice more lighthearted threat after LITERAL HELL DOG TRIES BURNING TINY CHILDREN ALIVE

EP 3. I Won't Allow Bullying! Evolve into Chakmon of Ice -So they have the chance to return home, Junpei wants to, the others send Tomoki away. I always love in stories when kids are like "we're OLDER so LISTEN to us!" and the elders are like 10 years old -it's nice the kids don't all just get along, even if they're sticking together, there's obviously friction with their personalities and what they want to do -Bokomon and Neemon are nice support/comic relief, they're funny but not overbearing which is always my worry with characters like this -more backstory!! so Lucemon was an evil tyrant, but now it's Cherubimon who's screwing up the world… we got ourselves a fallen angel theme going so far -THAT CANDMON HAS A MOUSTACHE -Bruh the scene where Tomoki uses his hat to try dousing the Candmon to protect Takuya is so sweet, this kid's legit, best character for sure lol -Chakmon's evolution animaton is so cute omg, Chakmon always looked so serious in its artwork but it's super cute -not gonna lie Wizardmon just appearing suddenly confused the hell outta me haha -overall though i really liked this ep, the episodes so far are all really nicely paced

EP 4. My Kicks Hurt! The Female Warrior Fairymon -The Forest Terminal being in the forest literally makes so much sense my guy. I mean you are in Crazy Whacko Nonsense world but still. "I live in Ocean View." "Oh, where's that?" "In the middle of the desert." -Floramon's head is apparently completely empty. Oh my. Which makes me wonder how the Mushmon… made their mushroom soup… -Izumi straight up SLAPPING Mushmon is so good. I always love when Digimon kids are totally out of their league fighting these monsters but they don't care and still try to mess 'em up. -Woodmon secretly three Mushmon in a trench coat confirmed. -lol that booty attack Fairymon does. "no no it isn't the ten-year-old Izumi, it's FAIRYMON, it's totally different we swear ehehehehe" I'm kinda curious about what the dub looks now though -Sucks that Izumi's evolution debut has her getting knocked out cold like that. Just seemed like an excuse to have Koji show up and barely interact again. -I'm 99% sure Bokomon is secretly The Ultimate Evil this series. -Junpei being so convinced he's getting a Spirit is nice. Shows he's been paying attention. A shame the same cannot be said of Koji who still refuses to tag along with the main gang. My fella, you are right there in the intro with them. You cannot escape.

Hello again, im the same Anon as the Jhin post. Firstly I'm screaming that sketch is so cute!!! You got crazy talent. It brightened up my night!! Also don't be stressed about sending things asap, you got a personal life and I already know the zine will be something worth waiting for.

Secondly, I agree with a lot of what you said! It would be fascinating to see how Jhin would be written. He was an Ionian prisoner so I imagine he has some disdain for authority figures of that sort; law officials, officers, prison guards. A friend and I have rambled about it a lot, we sort of came to the idea that it would make sense for Jhin's targets in Piltover/Zaun to be Enforcers because of that association. He catches a glimpse of how the Enforcers treat Zaunites and is like "ah, a new art project". And Viktor, going through his divorce era and being corrupted by the Hexcore might be willing to tolerate Jhin's focus on Enforcers. Might, being the key word.

League Viktor frequently uses unethical methods to save lives. And if Jhin were to soley target Enforcers then Viktor may see that as saving people in Zaun. Through that, they may get along. Additionally, in League lore, Viktor is frequently perceived as a madman. I feel like Jhin would look beneath Viktor's surface, beneath the mask, and understand him and his chaos. He'd think Viktor and his complexities are a work of art.

I adore Viktor, I love his morals and his compassion. I am both so nervous and so excited for season 2, I don't want Viktor to become the Herald entirely 😅. Sorry for such a long reply also oh my days. Take care!! ❤️

You are so kind dear Anon T-T I'm very interested by your theory and I think it could work well with Viktor! I'm hoping he won't be too corrupted by the hexcore tho... The few things I like about Machine Herald is that he created himself completely and he strongly believe he is going to make humanity better (or something like that). His original lore was more evil and chaotic than is current league of legend lore so I've hope for Arcane universe haha! I like that each skin/universe can change a champion. I believe people who love Viktor before Arcane really want him to be a cool villain while people, like me, who discovered him thanks to Arcane want him to stay who he is in s1 haha! If Viktor get completely corrupted by the hexcore, it changes who machine herald is in my opinion. We will always wonder what would have happened if the hexcore wouldn't have infected his brain. But if he has to be a mad man, I think he will be well written. They did great with Jinx's personalty and I like that she doesn't want to change by the end of s1. She chosed and accepted who she is. I usuqlly dislike chqrqcter like Jinx but I liked her is Arcane. I'd love if Viktor find someone who loves him and accepts who he really is. Maybe Jhin could be that person and they'd have an interesting dynamic. Maybe they could both do their own things to make Zaun "better". I wonder Viktor's relationship with enforcers. We didn't see him around Caitlyn (only around Marcus) so maybe he dislike them or if he secretly despites them. I wonder if he was already a student in Piltover when Zaun tried their failed "coup d'etat/rebellion" on the bridge and what kind of repercussion he got. My sleep deprived mind went wild and I started imagining a nice trouple with Jayce, Jhin and Viktor. It would make no sense but I love Jayce with Viktor no matter what haha!
