My DUDE these are pretty much overarching takes but since u just commented on an OrangeJuiceVerse post I’m ESPECIALLY thinkin ojv on these! So I’m doin the Star Seven

Stan falls asleep anywhere anytime. Always. One of those people that climb in bed and are lights out within two seconds. Lucky bastard. He’ll sleep in a car, on a floor, couch, wherever; if he’s tired he’s sleeping and it doesn’t matter where. He may stay up late sometimes with his online dnd group but when everyone logs off he’s Out the moment his head hits the pillow. And he is such a deep sleeper too. Just laid out like a log and needs to be aggressively shaken awake. He’s a realllly good pillow bc he doesn’t move tho.

Kyle is the exact opposite. I’m not gonna say he’s high maintenance, but he’s kinda particular with sleeping conditions. The fan has to be going, it has to be dark, he can’t sleep in socks, there’s gotta be a water bottle in reach, ya know. Also if we are talking OJV, he won’t complain if, like, he’s staying the night on someone’s foldout couch, but he has chronic pain bc he never got proper treatment for an injury in high school, so he has trouble getting comfortable when his knee is bothering him. And!!! In general his mind is so active and he has so much trouble getting it to quiet down enough to sleep, he’s tossing and turning forever, gets too warm, sleeps half out of the blanket, a mess. Wakes up at the drop of a hat, the wind blows too loud outside and he’s awake again. He feels guilty napping during the day, so that only happens when he’s not feeling well.

Kenny, 80% of the time, is like Stan, dead to the world when he’s asleep, but he’s too damn instinctual for his own good and if anyone or anything feels off to him during the day, he can’t fall asleep that night. He’s very much a guy who sleeps curled up on his side, and comfort doesn’t matter a whole lot to him. He has awful dreams frequently though, and sleep paralysis gets him a lot, which sucks when he’s sleeping heavily bc it’s really hard to wake up. Marj can usually sense times like that in the same way she senses his Curse, so she can wake him up to get him out of it.

Marjorine is a pretty normal sleeper, like 10-15 minutes of imagining her mental story (she ain’t alone in the pre sleep scenario I do that always) and she’s drifting off, she’s a cuddly sleeper for sure, which is awesome bc Kenny’s a GREAT little spoon, and if Kenny isn’t there she’s hugging a pillow.

Tweek dear god he is the worst sleeper on the planet. He goes to bed super early most of the time, only to wake up an hour later with no hope of falling asleep again. Like he’ll sleep from around 7-9, be awake until 5, sleep for another hour or so, and then it’s daytime so he can’t sleep bc he’s worried something bad will happen while he’s out. (Btw I am fully pulling Tweek sleep headcanons from myself I am an awful sleeper) He OCCASIONALLY naps, but only by accident. If he tries to take a nap during the day on purpose, he can’t, but when he doesn’t want to, that’s when he gets the best sleep. He has AWFUL dream like his nightmares are so vivid and terrifying and sometimes even prophetic. Even the dreams that aren’t scary are so clear that he’s left confused about if they were real. The scary visions and sleep paralysis are a lot of the reason he’s so paranoid and when it’s been a few days since he’s gotten sleep? The hallucinations dude holy shit.

Craig is kind of a night owl, and he really isn’t a morning person, but once he goes to bed, he’s asleep pretty fast. And he really isn’t picky about where he sleeps or what time it is, he just sleeps. He rarely has dreams that are jarring enough to remember, and while he usually hits the snooze button a few times, he can wake up relatively quickly. Not a napper at ALL this man thrives on routine and consistency. He hardly ever wakes up in the night once he’s out, even with Tweek thrashing around trying to get comfortable beside him lmfao

Cartman. I don’t have a whole lot to say on his sleep habits really, other than he’s out here in one of those eyemasks and a sleep noise playlist going lmaoooo he got the oil diffuser drifting lavender mist into the air and all that. He wakes up to an alarm programmed to play soft music with birds gently chirping bc he likes to feel like a Disney princess in the mornings. Lmfao he’s so unserious I love ojverse cartman

Japanese Toilet Season 26 Episode 3 Thoughts

**ALSO RANT AT THE END**

-First off, I still don't think this episode was as good as Cupid Ye and I don't think it was as good as the Worldwide Privacy tour either. I guess it doesn't really matter what episodes is better than the other one, just so long as every episode has something funny, special or unique about it but I just like the other two episodes better.

-I don't really know what I was expecting from a Randy episode. Just like a lot of people, I don't really like Randy episodes. I did laugh when they kept playing him getting shot though. Also not him poor shaming everyone.

-I liked the Stan though. I had been wishing for a Stan episode and I guess I sort of got one. I know it could've been better but it was still Stan and I love him so I was happy.

-I was also happy to see Sharon again. She's my favorite SP mom.

-I honestly thought this was going to be a Stolkien episode and I was kind of disappointed when I found out it wasn't. When people kept calling Stan Richie Rich I thought Token would talk about how he felt when people made fun of him being rich in "Here Comes The Neighborhood" and then they would bond. Is it just me?

-I don't really like Jimmy so I wasn't really that hyped about him being in the episode. I don't hate him, I just don't really get him I guess. As a cat lover, I was sad when he said the toilet company took his cat. We cannot stand for that.

-I did enjoy seeing Douglas with Cartman though when Stan first got to school. He's one of my favorite backgrounds characters, I just really like his design and think he's really cool.

-One last thing-

TELL ME WHY WE GOT TO SEE MR. AND MRS. TWEAK AND THEY GOT TO TALK BUT TWEEK DIDN'T. WHAT'S UP WITH THAT?

The South Park fandom 😭

Honestly I am apart of it and you may consider me as "those South Park fans" since I write fanfiction about them . BUT. PLEASE LISTEN TO WHAT I HAVE TO SAY.

I probably won't be able to change all of your point of view but let me explain mine.

I don't not see anything wrong with minors having crushes on the sp boys . Since , who never had crushes in their lives honestly. And I also must say , aging them up and being a minor having a crush on the boys, DOESN'T MAKE IT WORSE. It litteraly could be way worse. Like a adult having a crush on one of the kids or not making them aged up for the fanfictions and stuff. Also i saw a lot of people saying that making them aged up is not a reason to simp for them... But then wouldn't you shouldn't be able to like the PC versions of them too? Since it's only the aged up version of them , yeah it might be in the show but it's still aged up.

Also the ships , i respect all ships , except the proships of course.(and Kyman) everyone has opinions about ships , but going under a Style post to say "Stendy is better" is just stupid asf.(Coming from a Stendy Shipper)

But some of the ships sometimes just don't make sense to me , and I just won't support it . No need to try and push me into liking it as well.

I also understand that some people may still find it weird that there ships of 10 years olds but there's nothing wrong , ships have always existed for every age and it has never been a real problem , and plus it's only innocent and childhood love exist. Though not everything is love , sometimes they just be friends and some people will see that a romantical love.

I also must talk about the Headcanons people make... I apologize if I offend anyone with this but some don't make sense at all.

Like Butters transitioning to Marjorine,I just cannot see Butters as a female when he is literally one of the biggest misogynistic guy in south park he might even be more than Cartman , also scene Kyle , is just kind of confusing since Kyle would NEVER be the kind of guy to be scene canonically..

Stan being a alcoholic is also a little confusing, though I understand it , but i think we all know how Stan would try to be different from his father and drink less. But I agree that it makes sense with Post Covid Stan . Kenny being gay is also very confusing , when Kenny is litterally one of the straightess character , he is shown to like woman during the whole show , so I don't understand why make him totally gay and not even bisexual or pansexual, which would be more logic. I don't have much to say about the way people Headcanon Cartman .

But for Wendy though I have a few things to say , first, some people always make her bitchy which is very very untrue she is a sweetheart and thought she gets very jealous she isn't the type to be mean to other girls her age , like shown with Lisa , she tried to help her.

Also the way some people make Tweek a small femboy bean and Craig a big bad boy 💀 when we all know that Tweek would totally beat Craig's ass whenever he wants...

Hello! I’m Alister and below the cut you can find my about me/intro post for the SP Olympics event :)

For starters, my favorite ship is of course Gregstophe aka Gregory/Christophe from the movie. I’ve got various metas and fics about them if you’re looking for characterization inspiration (or scenes for drawing inspiration 👀 my gregstophe tsot fic is my current passion project). You can find all the important stuff in my pinned post. I love them both individually as well, though I do slightly favor Christophe 😅. I’ve also got more ships with him that I enjoy, namely Damstophe (Damien/Christophe), Kenstophe (Kenny/Christophe), and Tophlovski (Christophe/Kyle)

My second favorite ship is by far Style! I love most anything with them, but particularly fond of their Stick of Truth sonas. I’m just very drawn to the concept of regal elf king Kyle in love with his noble and faithful human knight Stan (who is definitely in love with him too)… it’s a very good concept to me. I also really like very regular AUs with them, just like high school or college or domestic stuff. The one thing I will say is that I’m not really a fan of the bleached hair Stan design but otherwise go nuts!

I have a fun AU I adore that I tag as “Kendy vs the World” but usually just call it my “kendy scott pilgrim au”. As you can probably guess, it’s a Scott Pilgrim AU with Kenny as the titular Scott Pilgrim and Wendy as Ramona Flowers. Other roles include Marjorine as Knives, Henrietta, Thomas, and Clyde as Kim, Stephan, and Young Neil respectively, Kyle as Envy Adams, and Christophe as Wallace Wells. Wendy’s (Ramona’s) exes are Tolkien (Matthew Patel), Gregory (Lucas Lee), Stan (Todd Ingram), Bebe (Roxy Richter), Kevin McCormick and Kevin Stoley (Ken and Kyle Katayanagi), and lastly Cartman (Gideon Graves). It’s mostly based off the movie because I’ve seen that and I’ve only read a few of the graphic novels.

I have a few children of ships I ship that you can find if you search the tag “sp next gen” on my blog! You’re welcome to ask me more about them if you like (I have a google doc of lore) but honestly just seeing those scamps doing whatever (either with each other or their parents) would make my day 🥰

Favorite characters (besides any in previous mentioned ships I like) are Damien, Kenny, Red, Bebe, and Craig. For Craig in particular I really like Youth Pastor Craig… I’m a sucker for religious imagery! Him with Imp Tweek or Angel Kenny makes me feral every time.

I’ve got a lot of rather rarepairs that I love and always love to see! You can ask for others if you’d like but off the top of my head I think my favorites are Dyde (Damien/Clyde), Rola (Red/Lola), and Lanskov (Corey Lanskin/Davey Solokov). They may not make much sense to you but I like them lots :3

the boys x fem!Reader - Video game weekends!

Cartman:

Cartman is the type of person that stays awake the whole weekend to play. Only if it’s a good game of course.

So, staying up with you is really no problem.

Between you too, you’d probably fall asleep first since he is so used to staying up.

He will still be surprised about the whole thing. A girl. Staying up late. To play videogames?

He sure learned something new that time.

Cartman is one of the best people to lean on to sleep, since he is pretty cuddly.

Stan:

This boy will bath in energy drinks.

He needs them to stay awake, or he will just fall sleep eventually with a controller in his hand.

The idea of staying up late and play video games? He loves it to pieces.

He’s down to play whatever.

Just dance on the Wii? Yes.

Smash Bros on the Switch? Yes.

Story driven game on the console, where you change who plays after a chapter? Hell yes.

He’s also a snack master. He will get everything for a perfect gaming night.

Kyle:

Kyles’s mum will 100% make every snack possible when she hears you come over to play video games.

Kyle will be embarrassed when she comes in to give you more food, but calm down, once you tell him you like that she does that.

He doesn’t really care what you guys play, as long as its not super boring or not his interest.

He is willing tp try anything but will honestly tell you if he hates what you picked.

You two would eventually fall asleep, leaning on each other, controllers still in hand.

Sheila would secretly take a photo of it.

Kenny:

If you hang out at his place, Karen will be with you until she falls asleep, and Kenny has to carefully carry her to her room.

Kenny is a master at staying up.

After such a weekend you wonder if Kenny ever really sleeps.

You don’t see him sleep; he’s just always awake.

He is still awake when you slowly drift to sleep, and he is already up and making breakfast the next morning before you even get the chance to roll out of bed.

Kenny can’t offer to bring any games or even provide a console, so it’s a standard that you either stay at your place or you bring your stuff to his.

He’s super thankful for that, won’t complain about whatever game you want to play and takes care of snacks in return.

You just don’t know where he gets those from.

Butters:

Butters has an Xbox but he barley plays on it.

He prefers his Switch (special Animal Crossing edition) much more and so you guys manly play on the old Wii he has or the multiplayer switch games.

Be careful though, as Butters will probably beat you in Mario Party or Mario kart every time.

He knows all the minigames by heart and is an absolute God in Mario kart.

But he’s a really enjoyable companion anyway.

You can try to persuade him to play other games with you.

Butters will eventually around two in the morning tell you its late and then you guys will stop playing to sleep.

Clyde:

He will bring sweets and get high on sugar.

Clyde stays awake because of all the sugar intake, be it gummi bears that he stuffs inside his mouth (he will do a fist full and show you how many he can fit inside his mouth) or the liters of cola he downs all night.

Around five in the morning he will have a tummy ache and fall asleep while crying about how much it hurts.

Clyde is one of the few people who take just dance super serious and he’s a master. Good luck beating him.

Clyde is open to any kinds of games, but prefers fun multiplayer games like Mario party or Smash Bros.

Falling asleep eventually with him means that you two will be all sprawled out on the floor, the game you played still running.

Token:

Token isn’t that used to staying up late.

He sure can stay up late sometimes, but almost every weekend, like some people he knows? Nope.

Anything you need for a perfect gaming night he will get.

New game? He has it. A Snack you like? Already there in neat bowls. Some drink you fancy? Prepared before you arrived.

He always wants you to choose the game and makes sure you are 100% comfortable and happy.

Token will always have a pair of sweatpants at his place that he gives you, so you can be comfortable. If you ask nicely, he might even give you (happily) a sweatshirt.

At 3 in the morning, he would maybe ask if you’re tired. If you are, great, he will suggest sleeping. If not, he will down an energy drink and stay awake with you.

Craig:

Craig is a big stargazing fan, so its normal for him to be awake when no one else is.

So when you asked if you guys can do all-nighter videogame marathon, he was on board.

If you do it at his place, you will have Stripe in your lap at some point.

Don’t come at Craig with Mario party or something… He is more of a horror game fan. Resident Evil Village, Outlast, The Evil Within.

He will at some point give in and let you choose something.

Around one in the morning he will ask you if you want to go and stargaze.

If you agree, he will make sure to show you everything that there is to see.

Should you get sleepy, Craig will gladly offer himself up as a pillow to sleep on.

If Craig gets sleepy, he will just chill on the bed, and slowly drift to sleep, smiling while he is thinking about you.

Tweek:

Tweek runs on caffein and like Cartman, he has absolutely no trouble staying awake for long periods of time.

Don’t worry, you will be able to match him if you stay over, since his parents will make sure that you also get enough of their homemade coffee™.

He’s open to play whatever and to your surprise he has some hidden gems on his PlayStation that are super fun with him.

He will 100% bake for you guys whenever you make gaming nights and make them fit what you play.

You agreed to play a horror game together?

Get ready for horror themed cupcakes!

If you fall asleep somewhere late in the night, he will probably stay up and just chill next to you.

Jimmy:

Mario party? Mario party.

Jimmy and you will know every minigame by heart once you’re done.

You don’t know how, but no matter how much you play, it just doesn’t get boring with him.

If you do get sick of playing with Mario and his friends, Jimmy will show you his collection of interactive story games. Detroit become Human, Telltale games, Life is Strange, Until Dawn and the likes.

Debating with him what’s the best path or choosing the obvious bad or awkward choices are fun.

Misses Valmer will gladly bring you some chips or bring you something to drink ever so often.

Sleep? For the weak.

When you’re with Jimmy, he is pure entertainment, and you just can’t get tired.

Jimmy himself is just super eager to do all kinds of stuff with you, so that keeps him awake.

in weapon form craig counteracts tweek's shaking. well in his hands at least. other weapons just end up getting their brains blended in tweek's hands

butters' soul room is tfbw themed. he's in his professor chaos getup n kenny's dressed as mysterion. never worked out the symbolism on that one but y'know. hot girl shit.

either kenny or butters get the black blood. well i guess technically both since they resonate but y'know not decided who gets it first.

either kyle or stan's soul room is sot themed. probably kyle's. he seems like the kinda bitch to have a fully fleshed out fantasy universe in his head.

also i changed my mind again abt who's weapon n who's meister in that relationship bc i played sot and now stan's the weapon like i originally planned. this is entirely because the right-hand-man/bodyguard role stan plays to kyle in that game is like everything to me

oh fun fact; kyle n cartman r a compatible pair but kyle refuses to partner with him on principle. this is entirely bc i think it's very funny.

Creek:

Creek is pretty much my only OTP ever??? I was shipping them in middle school way before they made Creek canon and I only found out about TxC LAST YEAR???? My South Park friends irl are mostly libertarians, so nobody told me and I've basically lost my goddamn mind about this during covid. I stopped reading SP fanfic around 2010/11, and now have binge read every single Creek fic I could find in the past year. As a result, I have a million recs for Creek fics; if you're looking for a particular fic, I can probably help; and I am now legally insane.

It's really funny to me when people discuss problematic stuff common in Creek fics today. Some of this stuff is deeply entrenched in a long fandom history, but it's a shadow of what it once was. Every other Creek fic in the late 00s was like Craig bullies Tweek into suicide, Tweek is an anorexic cutter for some reason (ok, reason being, simply: 00s), Craig is a rapist/murderer (this seems like way too much effort for Craig/a misunderstanding of his psychology)?? I want to say to these people, you don't know how good you have it. I'm glad for the changes, though, because vers Creek is beautiful and I love it. Like, of course Craig would take it up the butt. Don't be immature.

I was completely blown away by Tweek x Craig. I still can't believe it, and I'm just grateful they addressed Creek and can also see how well they complement one another. There's something so sweet and vulnerable in their relationship, and I'm glad they've taken care to show that Tweek can hold his own and be a total brat.

STAIG:

Staig seems to have gotten popular more recently as I don't recall seeing much Staig back in the day. I've def read Creek fics with Staig in them this time around reading fic. I'm not a huge fan of ships w/ Craig and a main four member, but out of them all, Crenny and Staig strike me as most plausible. Craig and Kenny are actually friendly, but Craig is Stan's foil and there's always sexual tension w/ your foil. If you can't f*ck your foil, how in the hell are you gonna f*ck anyone else??? This is often how Staig is used in fics where Creek is endgame - Stan is some dalliance that helps Craig come to terms with his gay ass. Good for him tbh.

I prefer Staig to Cryle/Crenny because when Kyle and Kenny are made out to be skinny little twinks, physically comparable to Tweek in some way, there's often this impulse to denigrate Craig's bond with Tweek to legitimate his relationship with Kyle or Kenny. I'm not a fan of this approach generally - I also don't like it in Creek fics when Craig's minor crush on Thomas is something that needs to be obliterated in order for his relationship with Tweek to have meaning.

Because Stan and Tweek aren't physically similar, there's less of this impulse to put Tweek down in Staig fics, so I'm more apt to read them in the first place (I'm sorry, I just love him). I've read Staig oneshots where they're together because Tweek cheated/was on drugs. Rachhell (https://archiveofourown.org/works/14299416) and metrophobic (https://archiveofourown.org/works/16138796/chapters/38540477) both had great ones like this. The latter is Twoken-centric but takes place at Staig's wedding, and metrophobic also has a fascinating Staig (and Twenny!) in "Tweeker Nation" which is so goddamn good: https://archiveofourown.org/works/14300271. I think I headcanon Tweek's future relationship to drugs differently from others and I also see him as more likely to be a homewrecker than the one in the relationship cheating, but I love these oneshots and would love to see how Staig got together under those circumstances.

By and large, though, I'm here for like angry fighty Staig messing around? I also love platonic Staig when done well - it's done very well in gremlinteeth's "Ladies and Gentlemen We Are Floating in Space" (https://archiveofourown.org/works/15904065), cocoacremeandgays' "Three Sides" Series (https://archiveofourown.org/series/1231883), and applecrumbledore's "Seven days of alien summer" (https://archiveofourown.org/works/7687666 - they're not friends, exactly, but Craig is kinder to Stan once he grapples with his gay crush on Kyle). That said, I’m always into Craig casually hating Stan's guts, just because, like in qindarka's "Aisle 10" (https://www.fanfiction.net/s/6062509/1/Aisle-10) and IDRC's "The Ring" (https://www.fanfiction.net/s/12195070/18/The-Ring).

K2:

Okay, so back in the late 00s, I was obsessed w/ Creek, but because of the wild power imbalance between Craig and Tweek in a lot of Creek fics at the time, I'd get tired of reading the 1000th story where Tweek is completely pathetic and Craig is either the big hero or chooses to wreck Tweek for funsies, and I'd read Style and K2. I am trying to get back into these ships, or any ships in other fandoms that are like Creek, because the hold Creek has over me - oh boy, am I unwell.

My impression of K2 at the time was that Style has that soulmate-y vibe to it, but Kenny was often a means by which Kyle has some gay revelation about Stan. Often Kenny would do this deliberately and wouldn't have any illusions about his significance to Kyle relative to Stan. I remember the sexual tension between K2 would often get me like Idk, Kyle! Maybe go with Kenny? You gotta at least once in your life go with a Kenny.

The state of K2 now, a decade later, seems more diverse, especially since we got Mysterion up in this bitch. I put "missing that special something" because, seeing it in passing in fics that also contain Creek, sometimes it lacks the spark I remember it having when I used to read K2 fics (this likely has more to do with my mentality than the fics themselves tho). Send me your K2 recs, plz!!! I used to love it so much and wish I could find the fics I loved back then.

I’d have to go with Gerald. I haven’t gotten into the worst of his actions quite yet (currently on s 19), but I’ve heard plenty about them and have witnessed what an arrogant prick he can be already. he’s toxic, and like it isn’t in an over the top comedic way like Butters’ dad for example, or Garrison. nah, Gerald is almost entirely unpleasant and usually leaves a bad taste in my mouth (and I say that to the writers’ credit, not a criticism)

on a less serious level, I kind of can’t stand barbrady lol but just because he’s a little annoying. not a huge fan of sgt yates either, but he’s grown on me

Well I haven’t watched sp all the way through for about a decade now, so I thought it was time

Sometimes I wonder how accurate the fandom is when it comes to how we interpret the characters. Like, why is Stan a football star so often in fanfic and why’s Kyle always the smart one? So I thought I’d rewatch the show and make notes along the way to see where the source of all these interpretations is. I also wanted to see if I could get some fun info to analyze, but season 1 is pretty sparse in that regard so there’s not too much of that in this post, but I’ll make a post for all the other seasons too as I watch them

In summary, it’s established in season 1 already that Stan’s a star quarterback and an animal lover, Kyle’s an A+ student, and Kenny is poor and knows a lot about sex and doesn’t have many qualms about doing crazy shit. Cartman is a bit weird since he’s mostly just a naive brat in this season, but he and Kyle have a mildly antagonistic friendship already

Tbh, kyman is kinda a weird one for me. Back in the day I used to love it and I was a pretty big fan of it. It was one of the first sp ships I ever discovered and I was really drawn in by the content I’d find!

Now it’s not really something I feel that way about anymore, but in a weird way, the appeal is still there. It’s not something I personally ship, but I can absolutely understand why other people do and I can still get behind some of the meta/analyses/reasonings etc that people come up with. I think for me, their canon history messes with my perception of them and it makes it hard for me to really ship them.

But even in canon, I do think Cartman’s obsession with Kyle is less than platonic. There’s a lot to dig into when it comes to his feelings towards Kyle. Kyle is more complicated because I don’t think he feels anything more than sometimes-friendship. But his feelings are still fun to dive into because Kyle does have some sort of love for Eric despite everything. The amount of times Kyle has worked to protect him or help him out is proof of that imo. So they have an overall really interesting dynamic, even when looked at through the canon lense. But as far as shipping it for real goes, I’m just… pretty neutral I think.

But that goes along with me really liking it platonically too. Kyle and Cartman probably won’t ever be friends in the traditional way, but the formula for a fun, “rivalry” based friendship is still there. I love when people write them as friends who do love and care about each other, but they also bicker and have stupid little fights, and that’s probably my favorite type of content with them.

crenny:

this one is also kinda interesting because it’s actually one of my least favorite Craig ships 😅 (but, like, we all know by now that I’m cryde-selfish so it’s no fault of the ship itself lol)

So I starred the “fandom ruined it” box because the modern fandom is really cool and I don’t really feel this way about it now. But back in the day, crenny used to be everywhere and it very quickly got overwhelming imo (as a non-fan). So just to be honest and fair I checked that off even though it doesn’t really apply anymore.

But anyway! It’s not a ship I like in a romantic sense, but I have always loved the idea of Craig and Kenny as friends. I just think they could work together well as pals! The little moments they have in canon are fun and I like to believe there’s a real basis for friendship there at least.

I do think the overall aesthetic of them as a ship is really cool too though and I’ve always thought so, even though I don’t ship it. It’s cliche, but the classic “two rebellious kids but in different ways” vibe they have (had? Is that still their thing?) is really really fun imo. So while I don’t actually ship them in a romantic way, I do dig the aesthetics and I really do love seeing them as a pretty cool pair of friends.

Other than Style, do you have any other SP ships?

Style's my only REAL otp, but there's a few other pairings I don't mind. I'm kind of particular in how I like the other pairings, and when it comes to Stan-and-Kyle pairings, Style's endgame for me. BUT:

Stan/Wendy: I can see them being together and breaking up through high school. The last few times they get together it's mostly just because they're single and don't want to be. When they finally break up for good it's on good terms.

Stan/Kenny: I can see them drinking together (and Kenny smoking pot; I don't think Stan would ever be too into that after Tegridy, though he might do it a couple of times), commiserating about crappy moments in their lives, mutually trying to protect each other, and having a FWB type situation around high school where one or both would be willing to give it an actual go at dating but they never do.

Stan/Cartman: Cartman gets with Stan to piss off Kyle, Stan gets with Cartman as a way to emotionally self harm and convince himself he's a bad person. They engage in low-level asshole bullshit that Stan would never let himself do otherwise. Cartman gradually tries dragging Stan into worse behavior but turns out Stan has a hard limit even at his lowest. Spirals out fast and badly. Ends in a combination of Cartman trying to get Stan be a bigger asshole than he's willing to ever be and Cartman starting to get emotionally abusive, leading Stan to look at the relationship, go 'Fuck no, I can't do this shit' and end it. Only sort of dating. Cartman calls it that to try and get more emotional leverage on Stan's behavior, but it's firmly in the 'fucking around' category for Stan even in the times he DOESN'T correct Cartman by going 'no we're not'.

Wendy/Cartman: No dating, but they do occasionally hook up as a way for Wendy to let off steam. She will NOT admit to it in public. Cartman will get pissed and demand if he's a dirty secret and she'll just be like 'uh yes'.

Craig/Tweek: I don't have any headcanons for them but I do think their interactions on the show are cute.

Wendy/Token: There's nothing too deep to this since they're not as well-developed as the main 4 boys. I think personality wise it makes sense and I think they'd have a low-drama relationship, but I also think this would be why they break up; it'd take a while for Wendy to want a relationship that low drama and probably until college age would find it boring. Around that time they could make it work, though.

I can also see Kyman but I don't like it. I'll just leave it with saying I'm not a fan of the enemies-to-lovers trope as a whole, though.

Past that no real shipping but usually more neutral than being against the other ones.
