I am a laptop streamer and had to get a port extender that plugs into an outlet because my other one couldn’t support how many cords I had plugged into it (mouse, keyboard fan, mic, Ethernet)

My mic came with a stand, which I placed atop the box it came in because the stand wasn’t tall enough for me

I am fairly certain my mouse is older than me (I stole it from my dad, I am 20)

flame is a part of him (essentially like certain demonic creatures, was debating going for a dullahan vibe because they are undead fae)

def a nerd in my head but tries not to show it (probably taught both Evil X and Worm Man tcg or something at one point)

his relationship with Evil X is funny to me, I think they’d share music tastes

his design mostly takes inspiration from knights from video games I know (ex: Julius from ender lilies, please check out that game)

Worm Man

5′10 ft (couple inches taller than both Helsknight and Zedaph)

has no superpowers; runs on perseverance and cartoon logic

sensitivity towards clothing textures, usually wears t-shirts and comfy clothes outside of hero suit (also wears glasses, check my other posts to see what I mean)

the stuff in his belt bags are mostly essential stuff like first aid equipment and leftover treats Evil Xisuma baked

I kept Worm Man’s design the same; honestly my inspiration for his is actually from me using pink fabric as a kid for costume day funnily enough (though I will say I like to think his design is like a closet cosplay in a way with how he made it)

forgot this originally but the eye thing is more so a style choice and not part of the mask, I wanted it to have like a spiderman sort of vibe there with his expressions

originally would stop by to visit his cousin, Ren but slowly started staying more to help around the server until he later joined The Goatman with his work

“ where would you like to go ? ” you put your pen down, looking off to the left, eyes lighting up when you thought of the answer.

“ ice cream ? ” you asked, a quaint smile on your face. he blinked hard before looking away from you. he looks at you , almost shocked .

“ you have a whole afternoon with me and my money and you choose ice cream ? ” you looked down to the side, before looking back up at him and nodded, “ sure, ” you beamed up at him, a gesture that made his heart skip a beat or two. you were bad for him, his heart really..you went through your remaining classes almost excited, he texted you midway though your science class.

[ 16 ] 2:20pm : i’ll pick you up tonight after school don’t be late

you debated giving him a smart remark, but you were kind of drained from all the brain power it took to complete todays lesson plan so you opted for something simple.

[ pretty girl ] 2:23pm : okay.

when the final bell rang, you don’t think you’ve ever wanted to get home faster than in that moment, but you were home, changed, and waiting in record time—you surprised yourself. feeling accomplished, you laid on your bed, playing animal crossing while you waited for him to text. you felt your phone buzz and you dropped your switch, picking up your phone to see who messaged you, but deep down you knew and wanted it to be him.

[ 16 ] 6:52pm : im outside

you gasp, not expecting him to appear at your doorstep so suddenly. you pulled yourself from your mattress and pulled your sheer curtain to the side. looking down, you saw him looking up at you. your phone buzzed again, but you didn’t hear it, you saw him hold his phone up then lift it to his ear.

“ don’t forget a jacket, i’m not giving you mine. ” he tells you, you give another short answer before hanging up.

out front, kyotani runs his hands over his head, wiping his palms on his dark denim jeans. he took a deep breath to slow his heart rate just as you opened the door. he turned to you, you wore something simple—jeans, white shirt, and a baby pink zip up hoodie. he watched wordlessly as you walked up to him,

“ ready? ” he blinks once before looking away and replying with a gruff “ sure. ” he started walking to the best ice cream store he knew of, silently thinking of ways to start a conversation.

“ why’d you start playing volleyball? ” you asked, he almost missed it he was so in his head.

“ i needed the credit. ” he didn’t see, but you pouted to his lack of energy towards the conversation you were trying to have.

“ why do you watch? ” he spoke, softer than normal, which he hoped you didn’t catch—you did.

“ mostly because of my friends, they give me a reason to get out of the house. if it was up to me, i’d play animal crossing for homework. ” he shook his head with a short snort. “ plus, i like watching you. ” he turned to you and you weren’t looking at him,

‘ she’s gorgeous.. ’ he thought to himself,

“ oooh ! there it is ! ” you grabbed his arm, and pulled him, he looked down, where your hand met his. that area heating up from the contact.

“ oi oi, slow down, we’ll get there. ” he said, pulling on your hand to slow you down to walk next to him again.

“ oh, right.. ” you let out a nervous giggle and pulled your hand to smooth your jacket, zipping it up just a smidge.

“ what flavor do you want? ” he watched as you pressed a finger to your lips, looking off focused as you thought.

“ cotton candy! ” you said confidently with a smile, he looked away from you immediately, covering his warmed cheeks with his hand.

“ do you want a cone? ” she nodded, with that, kyotani ordered both your orders and gave you yours, paying before leading you outside to sit and eat.

“ i have another question.. ” he glanced at you before nodding,

“ how come you don’t look at me when we’re talking? ” he debated in his head for a moment,

“ you’re cute. i’ll lose my focus and say what i’m thinking. ” he said and then looked at you, watching your face for your reaction, you stared at him, shocked. before giving him a soft smile,

“ you’re not so bad yourself. ” she says shyly, he chuckles, looking at you as he replied,

“ thanks, pretty girl. ”

they two of you finish your ice cream date and he walks you back home.

“ you were right. you’re different than your team.. ” you tell him, hand on your door handle, he gives you a smirk,

“ i know. ” he gives you a wink and you let yourself into your house, waiting to hear you lock the door before walking off.

[ pretty girl ] 8:13pm : get home safe.

the next day, kyotani was walking down the hall, planning to meet you at the library for lunch. he invited you to the game tomorrow and wanted to ask to walk you home. sure he could have texted you, but he wanted to see your face. not that he’d admit you right now.

“ kyotani! ” he pulled his brows together, confused at who is shouting his name so loud. he turned around, pulling his hands out of his pockets.

“ hah? ” he turned to be face to face with a blue haired individual with a tattoo adorning his forearm with lettering he couldn’t understand.

“ you took y’n on a date? ” kyotani shrugs, connecting the dots that he was yoshida kaito—the guy he intentionally took the place of.

“ maybe. what’s it to you? ” kaito scoffed, scrunching his face to say something else before he changed his mind and threw a punch, which landed on the left hand of his jaw. kyotani stood fully and balled his fist.

y’n made her way to the large crowded scene, about to pass when her friend kai pulled her back,

“ it’s kyotani and kaito! ” you spun your head,

“ what?? ” you saw an open corner and made your way through to the two boys. y’n threw herself at kyotani, pushing him back with everything she had, far enough to make him register that it was someone else.

“ s- stop ! wait a second, ” you push on his midsection, looking up at him and he makes eye contact with you.

blinking, he snaps out of his tunnel vision and locks eyes with you, “ are you okay? ” he asks you, holding your shoulders, you nod, “ let’s get you cleaned up, okay? ” you said, looking at his bruised lip,

“ running away with the little slut huh? ” kyotani stood up, you were confused, not hearing anything else but kyotani’s unsteady breathing,

“ wait here for me, cover your ears. ” you looked at him before nodding,

kyotani walked up to kaito, quickly hitting him square in the nose, causing him to stumble with his loss of balance.

“ i don’t ever want to hear you talking about her or any female like that again. ” kaito gives a hurt nod, and kyotani walks back over to you, where you’re still covering your hand. he bends down to your height, giving you a lopsided smile,

“ okay, let’s get out of here. ” he wraps an arm around you, making sure you don’t look back to see the damage he did. you led him to the nurses office, but the nurse wasn’t there, probably on break. he sat himself on the chair and you looked through the cabinets, getting a few bandages and wound cleaning stuff. cleaning his bruised lip and the cut that came from it.

“ i like you, y’n ” he says, looking at your eyes, you stop bandaging his cheek, eyes darting around trying to piece together what he just said. “ i’m falling for you, hard too. ” you finally look up at him, looking at him in the cutest doe eyes he’d ever seen.

“ oh, i didn’t know there were someone in here. are you guys okay? ” you both turn to the nurse that walked in. you stood up, bowing to the teacher,

“ sorry for using your stuff, but his lip was cut.. ” the nurse waved it off, saying you made her job easier. the two of you left the office,

“ uh, i’ll see you at the game tomorrow. ” you said, and kyotani slotted his hands back in his pockets, nodding then going your separate ways. you felt you cheeks heat up, thinking about the moment you both had.. kyotani walked off, cursing the nurse for ruining his shot.

at the game, you sat between your two friends, kai and jalea. jalea pulled on your arm, pointing you to look at the tall guy on the other team in orange.

“ he’s so hot, y’n looooooookkkkk! ” you took your eyes off kyotani to look at the person she was talking about, but after that you almost spaced out, until you saw kyotani spike, you cheered with the rest of your friends. the game ended and karasuno had beat us.. you know the team was not happy about it. your phone buzzed,

you look up and you didn’t see him, you assumed he was in the locker room, changing.

oikawa looks over kyotani’s shoulder, but he turned his phone off before he could see it.
 “ mad dog chann i wanted to see that. ” he glared at him,

“ i didn’t want you to. ” he threw his bag over his shoulder, feeling his phone go off,

[ pretty girl ] 7:44pm : sure.

he walked out of the locker rooms a little more excited than when he went in. kyotani met you outside, seeing you off by the side, bag in hand and looking up at the sky.

walking up to y’n, he gave her a short greeting before taking her bag in his hands,

“ c’mon, let’s get you home. ” the walk to her house was quiet, so many thought going through his head, and yet they all led to one focal point—you. you both arrived at your front door before he knew it. he turned to you , offering you your bag,

“ do..do you wanna come in? ” kyotani nodded slowly,

“ as long as you’re okay with it. ” you nodded, unlocking the door, and opening it wider for him to walk in. you both took a seat on the sofa, turning on the tv for some white noise.

“ you guys weren’t supposed to lose this game.. ” you spoke, and he stood still, looking anywhere but you, you dipped your head so you were in his sight. when he looked at you, you pulled him in for a hug. the weight that was on his shoulder rolled off and he embraced you with everything he had. the two of you sat in that loose embrace for a while, until his shoulders got lighter.

“ y’n, ” you pulled away from him as he began to talk,

“ i want you to be my girlfriend. ” you lean away from him ever so slightly. he lets you go, looking at you for an answer to where your mind was.

“ one condition, ” he tilted his head up to indicate he’s listening. “ you have to look at me when you’re talking to me. ” he nodded,

“ so, you’ll be my girlfriend? ” you nodded once, he smiled, wrapping you in the warmest hug, the same embrace you felt when you woke up next to him after that eventful night. you hugged him back, almost relieved that you’re in his arms.

“ god you don’t understand how happy i am. ” you give him a smile, and he grins back. he places his hand on your cheek, the other still resting loosely around your waist, your eyes flicker between his lips to his eyes.

heart beating in his throat, kyotani closes the gap between your lips, engulfing you in a world shattering kiss that made your heart unhealthily skip beats. he pulled away to check your expression. you smiled at him again before leaning back in to continue.

your bodies moved in sync, and by the end of the night, the two of you were really one. breathless moans and curses flooded the room, the aroma of sinful activities spreading quickly. he drank your body in as if it was the last thing he’d ever do in this lifetime. your body was on fire, shaking from the pleasure he was bestowing upon you.

- Historical or Futuristic?

Futuristic, if only for the sake of not having to research every single goddamn thing about the 1800s or whatever. Reading wise, though, it’s definitely Historical.

- The opening or closing chapter?

Closing chapter omfg. Like. ITS SO SATISFYING TO WRITE. It’s a cherry on top. It’s what hits the hardest. Opening chapters are amazing to write, but ending chapters? Hit me write in the feels to both read and write. It’s the end of an adventure for both the author and reader.

- Light&Fluffy or Dark&Gritty?

If I’m reading, I adore light and fluffy. Writing wise, and assuming that’s what this context is because it’s from a writeblr account, DARK FOR THE WIN. Angst is so fun to write like. Oh my god. It’s so fun idk how to say it I just love writing it.

- Animal companion or found family?

Kicks my dadvid and momgwen aus under the fridge. Yeah I’d say I like found family. It’s genuinely the best. Finding familial comfort in other people and getting a family when before you didn’t have one. It’s just. I love.

- Horror or romance?

Writing wise it has to be horror. It’s easier lmao. But it also depends on the fandom. For Camp Camp its definitely romance, but overall I like writing horror. I barely write it tho

- Hard or soft magic system?

Idk what this means but I’m assuming it means complex and not complex and I have to say complex. Making those complicated rules is like a little adventure for me. I love worldbuilding sm it’s insane

- Standalone or series?

I don’t rlly write series when it comes to fics. I’ll write sequels and spin-offs but never with the intention for a linear storyline to be spread between fics. For actual books I love writing series, tho I haven’t published anything yet, so I’m going with this for fics

Haha I’m actually working on a book right now, and if I end up getting it publish I’d adore it being a bestseller. One, because I adore the idea of that many people reading something I made. Two, because when picking out books to read, bestseller catches my eye more than awards, oddly enough. I mostly write fics tho. Translating this into hits vs kudos, probably hits? But comments are better than everything ever actually. Ily people who do that

- Fantasy or Sci-Fi?

Inhales and exhales. I FUCKING LOVE FANTASY. Oh my god it’s amazing. I wrote a fae fic once for another fandom that was never published. I really liked that one. Fantasy can be so awesome in so many AUs. I like sci-fi but fantasy wins for this one.

- Character or setting description?

I like both lol. I scarcely do really detailed descriptions, but I like both of them equally. Setting is a bit easier and more common in my writing, I think, so I’ll go with that.

- First or final draft?

FINAL DRAFTS ARE SO SATISFYING OMG. To read your fic and fix all the last mistakes, then at least get to publish it? Its so satisfying. Like. It all finally being done. It’s incredible, especially when the fic is one you’ve worked on for a while.

- Love triangle or no romantic plots?

Does a poly relationship count as a love triangle? If so, yes. But I also enjoy writing some good ol’ gen fics. Love triangles where it ends in like choosing one or the other always irks me, idk why

- Constant sandstorm or rainstorm?

Our cafeteria is open for the staff of the hospital and the staff only. Stop trying to tailgate them and get in without a mask.

:( This makes me so sad because a lot of families of patients are waiting for them to die and can't just go out and get food. In a lot of towns the wait times have gone up. In the period of time you're waiting for your food, the drive there, and drive back, your mom might be dying while your brother and sister watches without you. It's really heart breaking. I know it is frustrating.. But I have worked in the healthcare industry too. And after seeing this much death? I'm so broken. I'm not angry, I'm broken. I want to cry all the time. I do get mad sometimes because of people that disregard the protocols in place for everyone's safety but I just mostly think about the families of those patients. Maybe not all of them are fighting the virus but they're scared of it too. And the policies have made it harder for patients to get visitors. Whatever visitors that do come sometimes can't leave without being heavily getting scrutinized by staff again and even tested for covid so most times people stay overnight with their loved ones if allowed(depends entirely on where the patient is and how long their stay is). When I was in the hospital the past two times my husband only visited me once each time because at least once they tested him for covid. It was negative but still no one wants something shoved up their nose each time they come to visit someone. This was at the height of the pandemic though. I was so scared that I begged to go home before I really should have. I suffered in pain for two days without proper treatment. I will not disclose my condition. I felt safer at home but was not able to get access to pain management. And that right there is what people are arguing with themselves about. Is it worth staying in the hospital after surgery? Should I stay even though family can't visit unless it's under strict rules? Heck, should I even bother calling 911 about my pain right now because I do not want to be in the hospital? I think my husband might have stuck around more if room service was offered to families to patients as well tbh and that wouldn't have been dangerous to anyone. Just deliver it with the food of the patient and as long as it is sent to the patient's room they can send you the bill. No contact needed. I wouldn't have felt so scared to be in the hospital and wouldn't have begged to leave.

TLDR-ish Families having access to food within the hospital is so important to the patient's well being mentally, emotionally, and physically. I understand the pandemic has created restrictions but in a hospital where people are dying the most human of us aren't willing to leave the side of our loved ones. Honestly, only a Karen would leave the building to get Galaxybucks when her mom was dying or a massive douchey dickweed would sit in line in his stupid ass truck in the drive thru for Chack Fa Yuck as his wife died.

The kitchens at hospitals are fucking important as hell. People shit on them because they don't always like the food but, guess what, that's because your doctor specifically said "no salt" or you didn't order it.

Buuuuut.... I can get trying to get in while not being staff. But NOT WEARING A MASK? Fuck you. Get your ass out of the hospital. Fucking disrespectful germ factory. Oh you thought I'd be all pro customer didn't you? LOL Got ya. If you don't wear a mask then you shouldn't even be around your loved ones especially! So get your asses out and order that fast food and sulk at home until you can respect your loved ones enough to wear a mask for their safety you dumb fucks.

Bottom line here it's not a grey and white situation. Yeah, there will be customers that need to access the cafeteria and if it's completely closed off to them then that's messed up. But the way that this is worded I'm not sure. I thought everyone had to wear masks in health establishments even if vaccinated which is why I'm thinking the cafeteria is just strictly for staff? I raised all of my points though.

So I was so happy about this official one.

The Kiffness - Ievan Polkka ft. Bilal Göregen (Club Remix) – This one I got into because I think, again, the original with the blind man was trending, and then I found this remix artist on YouTube from his remix of The Wellerman, and his is SOOOO good!! I loved this song back in the early noughts when it was popular as “Leek Spin”. But then these young folks had to go and make it amazing again!!

ZHU, partywithray - Came For The Low – (LOTS OF FLASHING LIGHTS IN VIDEO CW!) Thank Falcon And the Winter Soldier for this one! It took me a WEEK to find out what song they’re playing in the club in Episode 3 when Zemo’s dancing, and YAY I found this finally (not the one hour one, sadly, still trying to find the song D+ Marvel used for that one). I LOVE IT. LISTEN TO IT. SO good if you like heavy club beats

Sim Gretina - A Friend Like Me (Electro Swing Remix) – This is SATISFYING. I LOVE IT. Found it years ago after that homemade Aladdin carpet video was going viral, and every time it comes up on my playlist, I replay it like 6 times.

Linkin Park - Numb (80′s Remix) – That tumblr meme song that went around years ago? HERE YOU ARE!!! :D This is TOO SHORT and it’s also on repeat when I listen to it. Y’all, this is what depression feels like when you’re trying to pretend to be happy all the time LOL. It’s a whole MOOD. This one is great to blast in the car and have people confused at you singing at the top of your lungs. Like, “I AM NUMB AND AN EDGELORD BUT READY TO PARTY!!!”.

One Ton - Supersexworld – Okay, this is an OLLLLLLDDD one by a one-hit wonder Canadian band that I stumbled upon recently when I was going through my hard drives to find new stuff to put onto my iPhone. I was OBSESSED with this song when it first came out, forgot about it, and NOW... SHIT I can’t STOP. This one is BLARING when I hear it, and am so happy I found it again. It’s simple, amazing, and AWESOME. LISTEN TO IT. You will love it. Please. It’s got one verse and one chorus over and over, and it’s catchy as hell. It’s on my personal Johnlock playlist :D

Deorro - Rise and Shine – GUYS. This song. Also on my personal Johnlock Playlist, this one is SOMETHING. First heard it in my BodyPump class, I NEEDED it. It’s SO GOOD. Jazzy Club Music??? YES PLEASE! Video is all kinds of amazing? YES PLEASE. PLEASE listen to this. I LOVE IT SO MUCH.

Bloodhound Gang - The Bad Touch (Eiffel 65 Remix) – Is this song a decade old? YES. Has it been on my iPod since it first came out? FUCK YES. Y’all, Eiffel 65 is SO underrated for their remixes. This is one of their best remixes, and it’s the PERFECT walking song. YES I look like an idiot walking to it, but I love it SO MUCH. It’s better than the original, imho.

Gotye feat. Kimbra - Somebody That I Used To Know (Bastian Van Shield Remix) – LOL I KNOW: sacrilege to remix Gotye, but Y’ALL. This is the DEFINITIVE remix of one of his best songs. Six minutes of pure club beats, and just... ANOTHER perfect walking song that you need to SCREAM at the top of your lungs. Also on my personal Playlist, John POV, that I will share eventually.... it makes sense in the song order on the list, I promise LOL)

Tee Lopes - Marble Zone '12 – Tee Lopes is the official composer for Sonic Mania, hired because of all his AMAZING Classic Sonic remixes he did as a hobby on his YouTube channel. This one has a Tango flavour, and it’s SO good and not long enough. There’s an extended version here. Also love his Flying Battery and Ice Cap remixes. If you love video game music remixes like I do, check out his YT channel. There’s a TONNE there and it’s GREAT music to write to.

Aaron Smith - Dancin’ (KRONO Remix) – I dunno where I first heard this one, but I LOVE it. It’s like trancey club music. It’s beautiful, and WORTH a listen.

Pet Shop Boys - I Wouldn't Normally Do This Kind Of Thing [Extended Nude Mix] – Ooooof this one has been on my faves for a LONG time. Originally heard this on the PSB’s album Disco 2, back when their remixes were this good and long and clubby. I miss these so much. If you want a good club beat to thump your car, this is it my friends.

Informätik - A Matter of Time – FUCK ME I love this song. This is the song that made me want to start a Johnlock playlist. I talk more in length about it on this post here, but yeah, I still just.. MM. It’s just so beautiful and is what got me into EBM music in the first place. I listened to this and a lot of their music quite often in college when I was pining over people. Always the pining and never the requited, LOL. I just really love it. 

Pride and Fall - Paragon – GUYS. This one is SO good. Trancey EBM and just, UGHGGHHGHGHHHG It gives me so many feels. I’ve loved this song for SO many years, and just, still has to be on every iPod I own. It’s beautiful, and the lyrics are beautiful and I wish I was as beautiful as this song, LOL. Please listen and enjoy. Best bit is a 3:11 :D <3

Rammstein - Mein Teil (Pet Shop Boys Remix) – GUYS. This is one of the greatest collabs of all time. I love both Rammstein AND Pet Shop Boys, and was SO EXCITED when they remixed this song for the single. This is the better of the two remixes PSB did for them, and YOU NEED TO LISTEN TO IT. PURE CLUB BLISS. This is the PSB in their remixing best!!!! <3 Plus, it’s SUPER WEIRD to hear these angry Germans backing a club beat, I LOVE IT. Also, it’s literally a song about a true story of literally eating a dick, so.... *shrugs*

Pet Shop Boys - Love Etc. (PSB Mix) – Y’ALL. This is 6 minutes of LITERAL dance music BLISS. A fantastic remix of one of my fave songs from the PSB, which is essentially shitting on the materialism of relationships. And I love this one, it’s a great work out and car song. Honestly PLEASE listen to it.

Apoptygma Berzerk - Kathy’s Song (Beborn Beton Remix) – GUYYYYYYYYYsSSSS I love this song so much. The original is much slower, and I discovered Beborn Beton FROM this song (another great artist, check them out). This song is just, a great dance song, and just makes me scream out when I hear it. Full volume, beautiful song, beautiful lyrics. It’s my Android!lock headcanon song, but it is also on my JL Personal Playlist, LOL.

Darude vs. Robert Miles - Children of the Sandstorm – One of the BEST MASHUPS in the world, and I am CERTAIN it is an official one; I was obsessed with mashups when I was in college so I have a TONNE of them, but this one has always been a fave, and I still jam to it over a decade later. Seriously, these songs SEAMLESSLY blend together, it’s fantastic. Classic club and trance? HELLS YES. 

Eminem - Nobody Listen to Techno (Deep Dish Mix) – Another nostalgia hit for me. Is it pointless? Not if I enjoy it!! I LOVE this song. Deep Dish mixes were THE JAM in my college years, and like, this is just 9 minutes of PURE techno with some of his song “Without Me” sampled throughout. I LOVE IT. SO MUCH. This is a banger, and just, if you need music to listen to while driving or writing, this is one for you!!

Rammstein feat. Sharleen Spiteri - Stirb Nicht Vor Mir (Don't Die Before I Do) – And to bring the mood WAYYY down, did you know Rammstein did a love song? A beautiful, moves-me-to-tears love song? Because I did and it’s one of my FAVE songs by them. It’s SO beautiful, and the Till’s harsh voice WORKS for it. It’s gentle and soothing. It’s a German/English duet, and it makes me nearly cry EVERY TIME. Because I imagine John and Sherlock and then I die inside LOL. It’s so beautiful and I listen to this one years after it was released. Look up the translation, it is so beautiful.

Okay I’m out of stuff without going back into old roleplay and nobody needs to see that (remember circus!AU, clari?). I don’t really have a lot of WIPs because of How My Brain Is (and those that actually are abandoned are mostly brainstorming only).

Any patterns? I used to struggle a LOT with coming up with good first lines, and I notice as I’ve gotten older I’ve leaned hard into short, snappy, very in-media-res-y openings, instead of longer sentences. That, or dialogue, which works the same. Do I like it? Dunno, honestly, but that’s where I’m at.

Picking yarrow as my favourite opener even though it’s tied-shortest because it’s the newest shiniest baby, and the scene it leads into is killer and i’m very proud of it

“Style” by Taylor Swift? Yesss.

I also listened to “Out of the Woods” since that’s one of my favs off of 1989. Actually, I love that whole album - it was one of the albums that got me through, let’s just say a time period that ended with “Blank Space” and “Clean”. ;) Also one of my dearest friends burned a CD of that album for me and I had that album on loop for months on end.

I could totally see Mimi listen to these “powerhouse divas” and it makes sense to me being the one so quick to grab a microphone in the Digital World and charming her admirers with her sweet voice. I also love the Takeru “Lover” duet headcanon. :D

I like the ones listed here, but I am more partial to the 90′s divas. Mariah Carey was actually an idol of mine growing up. The Daydream album was my most favorite in my early teens and I thought “One Sweet Day” was the best song ever because Boyz II Men was another one of my favorites. But I’m going to show you the “Always Be My Baby” video just because:

My favorite from Celine Dion is probably “That’s The Way It Is” but she also has some amazing huge songs. I mentioned No Doubt in Miyako’s playlist, but I am more familiar with Gwen Stefani’s music with them than with her solo stuff. But I still think she is cool, and so are we (hehe).

I’d really like to give Carly Rae Jepson more of a listen since I only know two songs from her (I’m pretty sure I said the same thing about Owl City, who was mentioned along with her in Taichi’s post lol). One of them being “Call Me Maybe” (which is in Sam’s playlist, too!)

And Ariana Grande. I don’t have a particular favorite song but I have respect for her amazing vocal talent.

Ah, and Katy Perry! I wonder if I already mentioned her in an earlier post? “Thinking of You” is a classic and I enjoyed all of the ‘Teenage Dream’ album.

When I first listened to this playlist, after the first song played (Taylor Swift’s “Welcome To New York”), I paused while I listened to the whole 1989 album. I love that album so damn much.

Mimi is just FUN. She is sassy and flirtatious but she knows who she is and she’s there for her friends. Don’t start any trouble with her or her girls, because she will not take that. (”Even if I’m loud, doesn’t mean I’m talking to you” xP) I also think from this playlist she can be someone to give into lust, infatuation, and maybe even love. But if her heart breaks, she’ll totally feel it, and once she’s over it the whole situation will be like a speck of dirt on her shoulder and she just has to flick it off.

I had a lot of fun listening to this playlist. I like the Ariana Grande song in this one. Mostly songs I could picture in a club or get you ready for a night out (Camila Cabello, Iggy Azalea, Selena Gomez to name a few) but there are some throwbacks like Gwen Stefani ft. Eve and Hilary and Hailey Duff. I also liked the song from Paloma Faith and yet another good tune from Betty Who. And I can’t not mention “Girls Just Wanna Have Fun” because I mentioned it in Miyako’s playlist, but here, Miley Cyrus’s version fits Mimi. :)

Little Mix - Hair // I’m kind of obsessed with this song. I dunno if it’s because of my own long and growing hair, and during the rare occasions I went out with friends (a while ago, and I mean rare. Just need a Mimi- or Miyako- type friend to convince me to go) there were definitely some “get him out of my hair” situations lol. Here is where Mimi can do a dramatic flip and walk away to her friends because she’s not here for the hassle.

Janelle Monae ft Grimes - Pynk // Janelle is a QUEEN. All her songs are amazing and I love what she stands for. I was so lucky to see her live one year. This song is no exception
