Speaking Biblical Truth.
Psalm 42:11
“Why are you cast down, O my soul, and why are you in turmoil with me? Hope in God for I shall again praise him, my salvation and my God.”
Learning to fight despondency by speaking Biblical truth to ourselves about God and His promised future. The Psalmist is preaching to his troubled soul.
