CANDLE SPELL - Self-Love, Anti Depression & Anti Suicide

(This spell may be performed for yourself or potentially for someone else who might be hurting, just be sure to tweak the wording and intentions when necessary. Be sure to write their name and birthday on the paper as well if you are performing it on behalf of another)

You will need:

1x pink candle (or white)

twine (optional, you can place the paper under the candle too)

salt

cinnamon

rain water or incense for cleansing

lily of the inca or rose petals, preferably red or pink but yellow is fine too

any pink crystals you have around, for mine i’m going to use pink opal, pink aragonite, and rose quartz

Spell Mantra:

“all anger and dismay,

may they be washed away,

all sorrow and despair,

may my mind and heart spare,

replace them with grace,

that i will find my own pace,

negativity will cease,

and i will rediscover my peace”

Directions:

Pour salt around your altar plate, write your name and a loving message onto a piece of paper and tie it around the candle with twine (or place underneath if you don’t have any). Place candle on plate. Sprinkle with cinnamon and lily/rose petals. Place crystals on altar nearby, cleanse with rainwater or incense for intention. Light the candle with supervision, focusing energy onto it and repeating the mantra until it burns out. Discard elements back to earth when finished.
