I truly miss the overlord series by triumph studios

It is one of my favourite games series, everything about it, from its humour to its evil pikminish gameplay

For people unaware, overlord is a game series by Triumph studios where you play as the Overlord, magical tyrant with the goal to conquer the world, by your side are your minions.

your minions include your frontline fighters Brown minions, your long range fire throwers the red Minion, sneaky backstabbers the green minions, your magical healers the blue minions and Gnarl your devoted Minion master and loyal servant of evil.

In total there are (Sadly) five games, the First game "overlord/overlord rising hell"which is very good, it weirdly has a good/evil morality system, the second game "Overlord 2/ll" is just an improvement on the first game in everyway in my opinion, the admittedly weird morality system is replaced with a chose your type of evil system with the opinions being either destruction or domination, the third game is "overlord dark legend" which is only on the Wii no morality system, there is the spinoff ds game "Overlord minions" and finally the game which almost 100% the reason the series has died, it is Overlord fellowship of evil, a shitty Diablo clone that is NOTHING like the other mainline games and I refuse to comment on it further.

If you are interested in any of these games I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND trying them overlord 1 and two are on steam for like 15 dollars per game, and are also on Xbox 360 and PS3( for PS3 it will be called Overlord rising hell and includes the DLC) but if you can't or wanna watch someone first before buying, their is a YouTube channel called smite who have played all three of the traditional overlord games, and they even get some dev from the game in the videos to talk about the game and its development.

So yeah code masters, ea pls. Make overlord three I'm begging you.

"Evil always finds a way!"

Even to your Nintendo DS! Overlord Minions is probably the most obscure game in the already forgotten Overlord game series, and so I had to give it more attention!

I made a video featuring the complete soundtrack for you to enjoy!

I may also make a full playthrough later if I can find a way to setup everything accordingly, as recording a DS game even on... well... "totally a DS" 🥸... is not that easy to do and especially to make it look good...

Putting preferred tribes aside, any favorite Creature lore/backstories?

Oron: I have to give Mommark credit, his understanding of life and death, and maybe undeath is almost unmatched. Even in Perim, Frankenstein shenanigans aren't really a thing... Outside the UnderWorld, sort of. But here he is, cranking out a few creatures that could set a lot of events in motion... That I don't feel like elaborating on other than tribal things. Hate to admit it's really fascinating to me. His techniques are far from perfect, though. Conditioning obedience into his creations is something he can't get down... Hey, Crellan!

Crellan: Yeah?

Oron: How many escaped creatures is Mommark on now?

Crellan: I don't know, six or seven?

Oron: And if that mystery creature is his, that makes eight... Yeah. What I really don't understand is how he's still allowed in the OverWorld. Maxxor is too lenient with his fringe tribesmen.

Console Sports Games of 1993 - Quattro Sports

Released on the NES in 1993, Quattro Sports is a compilation release of 4 sports games, Baseball Pro's, Soccer Simulator, Pro Tennis Simulator and BMX Simulator. 

Each of these games are previous releases by developer Codemasters and is a part of the Quattro compilations series from the developer. Quattro Sports is the last in this series which up until this point had seen 21 releases. This compilation was released exclusively in the United States and was published by Camerica Limited.

Chaotic concept: The master tower

Having an arcade just for players who just want to have fun, but I think there should be a section for competitive players.

When a player defeats a codemaster, they don’t just received a scan, but gain access to a section in Chaotic: The master tower.

Each floor of the tower is dedicated to a codemaster and their battle strategy specialty:

Crellan:

Crellan‘s floor is dedicated to Perim’s history. The floor is divided into sections for each of the tribe’s history. Players can read translated textbooks from Perim to learn about their favorite tribe history or culture.

Hotekk:

Hotekk’s floor covers creature’s abilities and biology. The floor is similar to Crellan’s, with sections for each of the tribes. Players can discover creatures unique abilities, like Mipedian’s invisibility to create strategies for chaotic matches.

Amzen

Amzen’s floor collects info on battlegear. The floor is decorated with replicas of battlegear and battlegear blueprints. Players can learn the history of their creation, their Inventor and functions of battlegear.

Oron

Oron’s floor documents mugic and their creation. The floor can allow players to interact with instruments that aid muges to hid a tune for a mugic.

Tirasis

Tirasis’s floor covers on locations’s geography, ecology and zoology. Maps of locations are displayed in detail on tables or on walls on the floor. Players can learn about the effects of locations and the wildlife that inhabits the locations.

Imthor

Imthor’s floor archives mythology, legends and folklore of Perim. Players can read about many versions of myths of the Cothica to a ghost haunting Maxxor’s castle.

Chirrul

Chirrul’s floor gathers info on attacks and their history. Players can learn how attacks were created and how they can use them in matches.

Rumor has it, if a player defeated all the Codemasters, they access to an eight floor in the tower.

Headcanon: Crellan has encountered that wolfman who attacked Smildon in season two before. He doesn't seem to have a name, so Crellan and Amzen decided to make him one. They landed on Amarok.
