Crash Bandicoot: Wrath of Cortex - Arctic Antics:

A totally legit and real crash bandicoot timeline Under the cut is just where I explain certain things about the timeline.

Most games happen in order as expected, only thing that changes really is that the gba games & nitro kart have to happen after Wrath of Cortex & Twinsanity just because of the fact n trance references XL & N trance shows up in nitro kart. Also the fact WOC & Twinsanity happen one after another.

The weird squiggly lines just mean either questionably canon or a soft reboot happened in Titans & Mutants case.

Ctr is most likely canon in the crash 4 timeline, oxide showing up not knowing n Tropy or the fact the others not mentioning they know oxide & crash 4 taking place directly after crash 3, means it just happens in the future eventually. Maybe it’s the last game in the timeline now who knows!

Crash Team Rumble most likely isn’t canon due to the fact they’re all playing a game for fun and not trying to kill each other, also cortex is currently at the end of the universe. But if Catbat shows up in any future mainline games it’ll just mean their backstory is canon and that’s it. Plus anymore new characters will also probably follow that path.

Boom Bang is most likely canon it’s just never referenced ever so it’s questionably canon, but it most likely happened.

Titans & Mutants in my head is in a different timeline/dimension but most of the previous games happened. Instead of making a new timeline just for titans & mutants I just put it at the end because it makes the most sense.

Crash 4 takes place after the first 3 games obviously, but in crash 4’s case the n sane trilogy happened since the first cutscene shows up during the ending. With WOC, the first 3 ps1 games plus the two spin off games happened.

Hot take but I kinda feel like Crunch has so much wasted potential.

In crash wrath of cortex he was a generic edgelord who turns out to be brainwashed.

He didn't talk in Twinsanity

In N.Tranced and Nitro Kart he was brainwashed again.

And in the radical era games he became an unfunny Mr.T parody.

I've always wanted a mutant in the crash bandicoot universe to be more angsty about their creation and being created by the terrible evil Tumblr Sexyman, Dr. Neo Cortex and Crunch would have been perfect for that.

So yeah I'm glad we finally have Catbat in crash team rumble I love them and I hope their story gets fleshed out
