My 3 most recent map arts I made for minecraft, one of them almost a whole year old now; all 128x128, using only the original palate with no stair method.

here's the original sizes, the above ones where sized up for viewing sake. If anyone would want to recreate these in their minecraft world let me know, I can supply what blocks are each color and their count!

ok so there’s this map called circus and it’s very cool and its a Halloween of nucleus and it has a big hoop you can go through with a jump pad to get a speed boost and bones and there’s a system where you can choose your spawn and there’s bongos and you deposit points into a cage match called the clown core and you get infinite jumps and you can shoot fast and it’s gorgeous so PLEASE VOTE FOR IT

MH-Templar

Heya o/

This time showcasing a map called MH-Templar, player suggestion is 2-8 but it is soloable given a bit more time and patience with the ammo regen of the UTJMH mutator.

Music and Monster Layout/Weapon spawns are placed well, the Skybox and Textures/Lighting match the theme of the map. Which is a blessing when some of the maps I find are just the UrealED Untextured Placeholders all over..

Overall it was great to find a new map I hadn't yet played and not run into unfortunate issues like broken triggers or geometry that just kills you because you temporarily phase into the void. Give it a shot should you have it lying about and want to play a small level.

Since I had finished my project of making Tumblr blog lists, another fun little project for my blog I wanted to do was taking screen shots and the occasional video from Unreal Tournament 2004 maps (and maybe some ut3 as well).

My two favorite Unreal themed blogs on tumblr are these ones:

I'm trying not to "steal their thunder" so my goal in particular is to mostly share screenshots, and also showcase some custom maps I like too. :)

Screenshots will mostly be focused on pretty or cool scenery, interesting little details, and any kind of cool liminal spaces or spooky things I can find, too.

late valentines, i suppose? this has been a wip since last year but i finally got around to finishing it this week. i ran into a few issues that i almost gave up on it but it's been so long since my last upload and i wanted to share something before February ends so here it is! i drew the scalp textures from scratch in Photoshop (using one of the braids from GT as a reference) so it took ages. it's not perfect but i quite like it, hope you do too <3

Drawing and painting all the tiny locations taught me a lot, and I'm grateful I got commissioned to work on such a beautiful map. Only thing I regret is that it's so big so many details are lost, when looking at it so I made this post so the close up views might do them justice

MH-IndianaJones

This map is a nostalgic brain blast for me.

Full of lovely nods to moments from The Last Crusade, your movie knowledge may be required to get through the objectives that lie ahead.

There's a nice little Easter Egg to find aswell that repeats a few lines from the song 'Funky Town' by Lipps Inc.

In the end I had to include this map, the HD Textures i'm using don't do this level justice as the old and new bits tend to clash. Having said that, It still looks fantastic. ((Nostalgia Bias in full effect))

Play it if you can, one of the best maps you can easily beat Solo :)
