The gym in our condo had no power today - but I didn’t let that get me down!  I’m working hard to move my body everyday and I am trying to not let this affect me mentally. It’s still a little too cold to go for longer walks, so I decided to do some yoga instead today!

Every effort today shapes the success of tomorrow. I’m not sharing this from a book but from my own journey. I faced pain but decided to take charge of my life. It's our responsibility to make our journey amazing. Blaming others won't help. Even if circumstances are tough, find your workaround.
How?
First, decide to change. Think about why you're always around certain people. We become who we spend time with. Surrounding yourself with negativity fills your mind with negative thoughts. At the start of the year, I removed negative influences from my life. I haven’t heard hurtful comments in months. Deleting negativity expanded my horizons, and I'm happier.
Group Activity — Sharing Our Wildest Dreams:
Speaking in a non-native language can be uncomfortable. However, discussing our dreams, however wild, can make speaking in English less intimidating. Here's a fun activity:
You'll need: pre-cut papers, pens, and a timer.
Write down a wild dream.
Decide on sharing either in pairs, threes, or with the entire group.
Solo Activity — Daily Training:
Spend 15 minutes daily learning English. Start small to build a habit. Committing to longer hours might lead to disappointment and could break the habit. Consistency is key. Set aside 15 minutes daily, like before bed, and soon, it’ll become second nature.
