the blob (1988) review!!

SHAWNEE SMITH AKA AMANDA FROM SAW? had no idea she was gonna be in this but she’s so good 

the practical effects were so sexy and anytime the blob was on screen i was having a great time. gave me similar (but sillier) vibes as Carpenter’s The Thing (1982).

there’s a particular transition i loved that went from the blob to a kid eating jello:

overall 8/10, sometimes was a little slow but every scene with practical effects made it so worth it shawnee smith love u forever <333 watch this movie if u like to have fun
