Employees at a chain drugstore find they can control time via what seasonal products they shelve. Example - hearts and chocolate make it mid-January to early February, sunscreen and cheap flip flops make it summer, etc. If not changed for longer than the appropriate period, the calendar gently slides back without making a time loop (you know when it seems like an inordinate number of historical events happen in a small amount of time? Blame them) and only the employees (and anyone they tell (and maybe some outsiders start to notice but sound crazy)) are aware. They can travel time by stocking previous years' products (by expiration date)

Dayplayers - normal people trapped in (or willingly visiting?) a reality that operates on musical logic. Your options are hiding, learning how to dance and blending in with the background, or risking big and inserting yourself as a main character. Beware! They are not human! "We've known each other through all of high school about, yeah?" Tyler replied and looked to Lena for confirmation. He was so bad at anniversaries and dates, if he didn't note it in his phone he'd be lost.

"This was the first staffed thing we did together but we worked together before once or twice," Brandy nodded. "We were both dayplayers on a nbc show, which was so much more fun and way easier." She smiled at Lena. "He's like a brother," she let slip and bit her lip.

Tyler smirked and lifted an eyebrow. He glanced around for a second trying to think of a smooth way he could leave the two girls alone, but also wasn't sure how comfortable Lena would be with that.

"That show was way shittier in content but so much fun," Tyler agreed. "We'd do an episode in a week while this streaming service once was just total crap. We barely finished two episodes over four months," he laughed.

"You were falling asleep making coffee," she joked. Although it wasn't a complete lie. "But It's good to bond. She nearly rolled her eyes that he didn't pick up what she was putting down. But before she could push it further, they were rejoined by the said pretty lady, and she pursed her lips as well in a crooked smile. A later time then. For now, it had to be a watch and see then.

"Ty and I?" She grimaced, trying to think back to just when it had happened. She vaguely remembers causing trouble at a couple of places he had been with friends, and eventually, her lightly napping in a park one day with a book she had stolen but never read shading her face. Conversation struck, and eventually, she discovered that the man who had saved her life when young was his father. Fate was tricky like that. "It feels like forever," was what she said, though. "We just always circle back around every so often." She smiled and shifted slightly. "Is this the first project you and Ty have worked on?"
