watching his son leave is like an axe to his gut. titty mitty is still sitting at the bar behind him, silent and probably still drinking, but he feels nothing but alone.

slippery when wet, his wife, the only woman he'd ever loved, would throw him off the wagon again and again if he ever bounced back on. no matter how many times it happened.

..there wasn't even a wagon to bounce back onto. because of him.

his daughter is gone, maybe dead on the trail a hundred miles ahead of them, and now his wife and son are gone too.

did i do another stock photo redraw? perhaps

anyway, i was browsing through stock photos (there are some truly ridiculous ones) and found this one, which immediately made me think of magician Aziraphale, and then this happened. i like to think that he and crowley sometimes accidentally summon each other, leading to some Situations (and, of course, shenanigans). obviously, me being me, i didn’t do a background because i Could Not Be Bothered.
