Testing comic (Test-Tale) is completed!!!

Great news everyone!!! My first sprite comic, correctly named Test-Tale, is finally done!!

I created it so I could show my skills, so that people would be interested and have trust in me!

While it's rather short, it has some very important information about UNDERTALE: Reality Mirage, along with UNDERSWAP, such as the new name of UNDERSWAP, which is...

UNDERSWAP: A NEW DAWN!

Yup, that's right! I finally came up with a title for UNDERSWAP! Took me long enough, haha!

Anyways, the reasoning behind the name is that UNDERSWAP is a 'new dawn' in Reality Mirage Chara, Frisk, and Gaster's lives, along with the characters living within the UNDERSWAP universe. Plus, it sounds peaceful!

TEST-TALE

With Test-Tale being completed, that means the production of UNDERSWAP: A NEW DAWN's sprite comic can finally happen! All I need to do is get sprite work done for the Ruins cast, start actually getting the rooms all made, then production can be on it's way!

As for Test-Tale itself, the only real roles I had set up are;

The Unused Human as Frisk.

Ruins Dummy Ghost as Chara.

Mad Dummy as Flowey + Asriel.

Undyne as Toriel.

Alphys as Asgore.

There's no lore set up either, sadly. It was just a test WORLD, after all!

Also there are a few formatting errors and spelling errors... Text it REALLY hard to use in Paint.Net, but I hope the quality is still good despite this!

Closing Remarks

Well... That's it! I have nothing more to say, other than thank you all so much!!! I can't wait for you all to see what I'm going to make, and I hope you guys are excited as well!!

Scar's World Synops ;3

Cw: Death, Violence, Cannibalism, Starvation, General Horror Badtimes McGee

Scar's world is Horrortale-Inspired world. I also take some inspiration from Axetale [I enjoy the visceral horror designs/concepts, but as a heads up it is a Frans AU].

I don't have a name for Scar's particular version, or designs n shit for anyone, b/c really just fleshed this out a bit for Scar. :3

Anyway:

The Underground

Neutral Route -

Frisk fought a lot of the monsters in the ruins out of a sense of fear and self-defense despite Toriel's guidance. They have a hard time with Toriel, not just because she's a boss monster, but because it feels bad.

They turn a lot more pacifist as they journey through Snowdin and befriend Papyrus. They don't befriend Undyne though, and struggle between wanting to fight her and running away. So when Undyne faints they leave her.

This all ends with Asgore dying and then the Flowey fight. Frisk does defeat Flowey but dies in the process, and as a result all the determination in Frisk, Flowey, and the 6 human souls gets released into the underground and corrupts it.

All the save stars pop and the Core starts to malfunction.

Post-Neutral -

Undyne takes over and militarizes like Sans says in his message. The Cores malfunctioning makes energy and food difficult leading to more and more rationing and things are looking more and more bleak as it continues to fail. It regularly stalls.

Monsters start falling down but they don't dust as quickly as they should, their bodies lingering for longer. Wounds are much milkier and gooier. After some testing Alphys finds that the monsters have all contracted DT Syndrome - an effect of the ambient DT in their underground.

The amalgamates, already very hungry creatures, escape during a Core outage. Due to their ravenous frenzied hunger they devour Alphys who accepts her fate. Undyne finds her remains and loses her mind, attempting to kill the Amalgamates but they just...reassemble in crude ways. Many consider the lab cursed and New Home is cut off from the rest of the underground.

Without access to the lab, and with Alphys gone, the Core fails.

Undyne does not recover from Alphys' loss and her horrors of fighting with the amalgamates. She returns to waterfall to stalk the swampy waters. She eventually becomes a horrific beast.

Before that, however, Papyrus is distraught over the loss of his friends. Sans, knowing something is wrong, goes to check on Undyne for Papyrus [because he doesnt want Papyrus to do it]. This leads to him getting attacked by Undyne and he barely makes it back to Snowdin where Papyrus manages to keep him alive and looks after him while he recovers.

Waterfall becomes impassable, with Papyrus warning Snowdin away and in general trying to just keep Snowdin and its residents generally ok.

Things fall apart over time as the hunger takes over. Monsters physically change in response to their circumstances, and it gets worse when they fall to desperate violence fueled by the ambient DT. The combination of LV and DT Syndrome combined makes monsters beastly and easily prone to feral frenzies. Their actions get more and more horrific as time passes and their underground decays.

The monsters of Snowdin slowly separate more and more until they're essentially in family units and violent to everyone else [and even to each other].

Scar

Scar is a very close variant of Kelek so you can just...imagine regular Kelek to start with. Scar is a surface monster, a decedent of monsters that didn't get trapped underground and live in hiding on the surface.

For whatever reason he ends up falling down like the humans before [perhaps for unhappy reasons]. The ruins are completely empty when he falls and he lingers for a while primarily because he's very confused on where he is.

He eventually finds his way out but unfortunately the door locks behind him, leaving what little food was left in Toriel's home unreachable.

Since he is in his human-disguise he ends up having a confrontation with the local monsters and he gets hurt. He manages to run away terrified and ends up removing his seal to blend in. While they don't recognize his species Snowdin accepts him well enough.

Waterfall is off limits by the time he's there, and has been since a little before he actually fell. Scar stays at the Inn, helping out however he can - one way is using his comfy magic to help ease the monsters and make some objects. But it gets more and more difficult to use.

He ends up offering his unwanted meat after considering and testing the waters. He recovers from the procedure at the Inn with regular checkups with a resident Snowdin healer/doctor/whatever. This all occurs over a series of months, meaning the hunger is getting worse and worse.

To the point that Scar is betrayed at his last checkup and he loses his eye. He flees to the forest, no longer trusting others, especially after hearing whispered plans of betrayal. Paranoia festers in the underground and Scar is not spared.

He honestly figures he'll die, but he may as well try [perhaps slightly linked to the ambient DT]. Obviously he survives, starting with small shelters. He becomes stronger due to frenzies that force his hand; and as he loses his mind and becomes more beastly himself, his need to defend his territory for safety increases. He loses his left ear when he's almost blinded in a fight, and ends up scaring off his opponent.

He ate his own ear.

He rarely goes to Snowdin for desperate supply runs since it is extremely dangerous. He's gotten decent at making his own tools, and will strip twigs and things to make his own thread but he prefers spools.

He's barely surviving but has ended up fairly strong in his own right, to the point he is feared in frenzy.

His world does not have a happy ending. I imagine when Snaps showed up that Scar's world is actively dying, and Scar would certainly end up dying in the future [either to starvation, the elements, or devoured].

if crimson went to zombietale or any infected zombie au... they'd probably like eventually get bored of people reviving and not dying. it was only fun when THEY could do it! also mindless zombies are so boring. at least five them some intelligence so they can entertain them.

like flowey! they'd totally vibe with floweys infected form... be it the one that absorbed the six souls and tore a literal hole through space time or zombietale flowey.

they'd also get infected because they get too cocky... but they're not afraid of chopping off their limbs before it spreads so... as long as they're not stabbed near the soul, the can just regrow their limbs with the save point.

as for determination level... I'd say their determination rivals FIVE human souls. they would be able to reset in axetale... but not in a regular neutral run where flowey has 6 souls instead of 4...

I don't know much about the black souls determination but it seems to have A LOT of it.

crimson's soul is DARK red. it's not black but it does have similar clingy... stickiness to it as the zombie soul.

they're too determined. they're obsessed. they're CLINGY AND WILL NEVER LET GO.

that sorta determination would rival the hunger.

they have a hunger of their own. it's just a morbid addictive curiousity. and a thirst for excitement...

I'm not sure if the infection can overwrite THAT kinda fucked up mentality of... basically a ghost of the past that's repeating it's memory out of obsession.

still I don't know WHAT the black soul is exactly capable of. we know frisk can save there... so the black soul SHOULDN'T be able to reset... I'm intrigued.

Do you wanna hear about my off x undertale au of course you do come here (spoilers for both games)

It's called DETERMINATION and the plot is that you're (frisk) kidnapped by space monkeys and you teleport yourself the hell out of there and into a space that looks like undertale and off mashed together (havent thought that part through yet) anddd you gotta get out but the only way out is by going to the queen's palace and then leaving thorugh there ALso you can only leave if you have a determined enough soul which is why no one else has left yet btw they're trapped for a reason i will get to later

so the batter takes the place of flowey which means he is a little ooc in this au but so is literally everyone else and he is chill about you since you're not a specter and he gives a full tutorial besides sparing and then he leaves and the judge finds you (he takes the role of toriel mostly) and offers another tutorial then it's basically just the ruins you can fight ghosts and i think there could be options to spare them but haven't thought that far yet and at the end the judge tests you but even if you lose (get to one hp) he lets you go by cuz you tried unless you did really awful or something you can kill him here but if you do he just ends the game the same way he does in off

the next place is where japhet and valerie are cuz in this au valerie never tried to eat japhet and they're friends and since you're new in town the elsen who live there are scared of you so japhet and valerie are trying to stop you from living (they take the role of papyrus) and there's that battle at the end of the area and they fight together and it's nice

then the next place is where dedan is (he takes the role of undyne) i haven't thought it through very much yet

after that is enoch, who takes the role of mettaton and alphys, he's like this huge celebrity and until the room at the end of the area he just communicates to you through television screens that pop up around the area and if you meet certain conditions you can find out that he made sugar, an addictive substance, to supplement the diet of the elsen that live there cuz there's a meat shortage and he's still using dead bodies to do that

then there's the judgement room where zacharie is. he takes the role of sans and all other shopkeepers and he judges you but really chill-like like he is just "wow you did that cool"

then there's the queen who takes the role of asgore i haven't thought through this yet either but i do know she attacks you since she thinks you're making everyone scared and when she's dying she mistakes you for hugo out of nowhere

then finally you reach the barrier room or whatever and there's also a switch but before you can do anything gadzooks there's the batter and he judges you based on how many specters you killed. i forgot to mention but there are also elsen encounters and unless you calm them down they turn into burnt and you gotta kill them so the batter also judges you on that since they were impure. then no matter what you have to fight him and he probably looks like the bad batter during this

then he dies and you can either leave or flip the switch which turns the world off or something idk

if you calm down all the elsen (and possibly spare the specters or maybe not who cares) and also spare all the bosses you get the cool ending where they all tell the queen how neat and awesome you are and how you're helping make everyone determined enough to escape and then the batter comes in to beat them all up and says you suck since you are so impure and then he beats you up but you're so determined you jsut don't die and he keeps fighting you over and over again but you don't die and you have to help all the bosses be determined enough to keep living and convince the batter he is the one that sucks actually and then everyone leaves idk

you can also kill all the elsen which makes different things happen

japhet and valerie have a different battle where valerie seemingly confronts you alone and if you kill him surprise there was a bird in there and it's more like the off battle

i havent thought through anyone else before judgement hall

the judge is there and he fights you for killing his brother and also those innocent people i guess

then the queen and you kill her and the batter comes in and is like "wow you're even more pure than me that's great kill me and end this world" so you do and then you can pull the switch in the barrier room which definitely ends the world this time and then when you reopen the game you can go back to the beginning and the batter has a worse opinion of you

What to expect on 12th September? (NEET 2021)

Hey everybody, if you're appearing for the NEET 2021 exam this Sunday (12th September 2021), I've compiled a list of some important things you might want to keep in mind.

The National Entrance-cum-Eligibility Test (NEET) is the national medical entrance exam in India. It is the only gateway into all medical schools in the country. It is conducted annually around May, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it has been postponed to September in 2020 and 2021. This year, 1.6 million students will be appearing for the exam.

[This list is by no means exhaustive, I only speak from my experience and the advice of friends and teachers. Feel free to add anything I might have missed out!]

How to make the most of this last week before the exam?

Do not experiment with anything new. Doing so might disturb the delicate subconscious programming that your brain has undergone through all these months of studying and practicing. By experimentation, I mean anything other than the routine that you've built while solving question papers. If you're used to starting with Biology, then moving on to Chemistry and ending with Physics, do not attempt to spice up your 3 hours by indulging in adventure sports like staring with Physics first. This will end in disaster.

Look through all the important things at least once. I know, I know. That's 10 fat books in one week. But remember that this is not the first time you're reading it. Skim. When you catch on something you're not too familiar with, only then should you actually read.

NCERT = holy book. Idk if you've heard but actually reading the books prescribed by the examining body will most definitely give you an edge over someone who hasn't. I cannot stress this enough. They will LITERALLY take out things from the NCERT and slap that onto the paper and call it a day. Remember that the examiners have to cater to those who do not have access to / cannot afford any sort of study material other than the NCERT. While study guides can help you interpret the NCERT, they cannot substitute it.

Have a plan. It doesn't have to be grand or very detailed. Just clearly defining what you intend to do with your time will suffice.

Set your internal clock. Practice at least one exam a day from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm IST because that's when the actual exam is held. You want to maximize concentration and attention at that time of the day.

Practice answering on OMR sheets. This year, because of COVID, all your mock tests were probably online. In that case, take a few hours to practice exams on the OMR. The time management on that is very different from online exams.

Eat well. Remember to drink plenty of water. Try to eat things that have come directly from the earth and onto your plate. I know it's hard and the anxiety is enough to make you under eat / overeat but messing up because of something as trivial as meal choices would kinda suck tbh. Please do not eat an entire large pizza all by yourself the day before the exam. Stay the hell away from carbonated drinks for at least this one week. I am begging you. You might not notice but they seriously mess with your head. Whole foods are the way 2 go babes

What to expect on the day of the examination?

The NTA will be releasing the admit cards 3 days before the exam. Your exam centre and time slot to show up will be mentioned on it. This is most probably done to (a) prevent unfair practices and (b) give students enough time to visit the centre.

Know your exam centre beforehand. If you're living with your parents who will be driving you to the centre, you could even ask them to visit the centre the day before just so you don't waste time searching for the centre on the day of the exam. Believe me, a lot of people have lost an entire year because of this.

The peeing. Listen. They'll allow you to go to the washroom in the middle of the exam, of course. But if you ask me, try to avoid getting up to pee. Try to time your water such that you wouldn't have to pee during the exam. Please make sure you pee right before the exam. Idk about you but the exam pee has always been a real problem for me and together with my anxiety, it has ruined a lot of exams. It also breaks your momentum and you'll have to re-orient yourself when you get back. NEET isn't like JEE - it's not about how smart you are, it's about how efficient and accurate you are, because that's what a doctor needs to be.

Eat a light, nutritious meal. Something that'll give you energy but isn't too hard to digest. You don't want to nod off during the exam. That would be highly inconvenient.

Be on time. If you don't turn up on time, no matter what, you will not be allowed inside. Again, a lot of people I know have messed up here.

Security check. You will be checked before entering the centre. Do not wear anything dark (black, dark blue, dark brown etc). Do not wear jeans or any tight clothes. All your clothes must fit loosely and they must be light. This is done to prevent people from sneaking in transmission devices. If you wear long sleeves, you will be asked to cut them then and there. Do not wear heavily embroidered clothes. Do not have any metal on you. Take off all jewelry at home. If you wear a bra, remember to wear a sports bra or one that doesn't have any metal hooks. You can't wear shoes - your feet must be visible. Wear flip-flops or thin sandals. People have been made to take off their shoes before and write the exam barefoot. They will provide a fresh mask at the centre and gloves. This time, due to COVID-19 restrictions, they will not be doing body pat frisking, they will not be checking your ears and mouth. There will be bluetooth jammers in the exam hall to prevent any transmissions and the entire exam will be videographed.

Stay calm. I know it looks like a high security airport check and you'll probably be scanned several times and subjected to several layers of screening but remember - this is done so that nobody has an unfair advantage over you. India has incredibly clever people, but sometimes for the wrong reasons.

While writing the exam:

Don't panic. If you see a question that looks hard do! not! panic! because we always know more than we think we do!! Wait a second, linger for a moment and the answer should come to you.

Know what to leave. If you aren't aiming to get a perfect 720/720 then you should leave time consuming questions and try to do as many questions you know as possible. If you are aiming for a perfect score, do the same but remember that you need to leave sufficient time at the end to come back to them.

Repeat. Remember - this is just another one of the hundreds of exams you've done. Follow the same strategy you're used to. Most definitely DO NOT experiment in the final exam.

Lastly, always remember that ur super cool and smart and amazing and one mistake won't define you. Your worth is inherent and not determined by an exam. Your timeline is very different from someone else's. This is not a race, it's about doing things right. Your physical and mental health are more important than anything else in life. Do your best today and try again tomorrow. And then the day after that.

Here, have a hypothetical battle scenario for Razzmatazz!Gaster bcs my brain went Off yesterday and I just couldn't help myself. oops

This is technically an expanded version of something I wrote down yesterday on my main but this. it's better bcs it's not midnight. Anyways:

The general premise is that in this hypothetical scenario, Gaster isn't voided by the time Frisk falls. The house in Snowdin is his, but his bros crash at it so often they might as well live there as well (technically they live in New Home, but.). He's retired as a Royal Scientist a few years back but still hangs around the labs a lot, to his brothers' dismay. Cause they as well work there and he is a Menace. Papyrus nor Sans are sentries, but Papyrus uses the forest as a testing grounds for his things so it. Doesn't really change much.

Actual battle scenarios:

Pacifist and low-kill neutral runs:

he can be found hanging around in Alphys' main lab, and makes a few jokes, but is not that talkative

UP UNTIL

you call Papyrus when he's in the room. Papyrus will comment on how he should be home instead, to which Gaster chimes in 'What, it's not like I missed anything interesting'. Papyrus lets the playdate thing slip and Gaster gets the Dumbest grin on his face

he then challenges you to a battle for 'breaking his little siblings heart, how could you'. The battle itself is a Joke as he only uses one (1) bone bullet per round, but he's grinning the entire time. To spare him, you have to play along with his theatrics up until Papyrus Breaks and hangs up in embarrassment.

Every time you talk to him after that, he doesn't say anything, but is grinning like an idiot.

when you exit out of this dialogue box his portrait changes to a sadder one just for a second

If you manage to whittle down his hp enough during the pacifist battle, he starts looking tired and comments that "It's just a joke kid, you don't have to take it so seriously", which eventually transforms into his smile dropping and CHECK text changing to * Is not having fun anymore. Let's just end this. You can either spare him at this moment or attack, which will catch him off guard and kill him. Papyrus' doesn't answer his phone anymore if you do.

Neutral runs with higher kill counts and/or Papyrus killed, he's nowhere to be seen. Ending Sans mentions he's "Like right after..." and trails off, not finishing that sentence.

No Mercy runs:

(this is a straight copy-paste from my midnight post)

He’d attack you just outside Snowdin Town, and wouldn’t be possible to spare (the only way to spare him is to never fight him at all). He’s Determined (and very much looks like it) to not let you through once the battle starts, and if you try to spare him, he just straight up kills you. He doesn’t talk at all, but looks to be pushing himself the entire time, huffing and wincing with every attack.

The battle lasts 4 rounds.

He sends out a mixture of bones and blasters, most white, some red. Red attacks knock you out into the menu, making dodging difficult, as you can only move between fixed positions on the buttons. They deal absolutely 0 damage, though.

First three rounds are fairly standard and fast-paced, but consistent. If you try to attack him, he blocks you by hitting your attack cursor with a red bone right before it connects, sending you into the menu and wasting your turn. He ignores anything else.

On the fourth round, he summons a large red blaster that has a 100% coverage, so he knocks you out into the menu, and then attempts to summon a similarly large standard blaster to finish you off, but the construct sputters and falls apart before it does anything.

You then get to watch a monster collapse, fall down and dust on his own from overexcertion, from the front row, joy!

You get no EXP as you never landed a hit.

Downpour Information Post:

There isn't MUCH to learn about Downpour other than that it's rainy all the time. But lemme go into detail.

The Rain:

The rain actually works different in each place. In the ruins, it's naught much but a small drizzle, much like a water sprinkler. Toriel doesn't need an Umbrella in the ruins so she has a hat because...Fashion. In Snowdin, it's your average rain. It pours and pours and that's just how life is.

The people in Snowdin will need an umbrella...But at the same time, that's only if they choose to. Sans usually has a poncho on whenever he's outside, he doesn't want his clothes getting wet. Same with Papyrus.

In Waterfall, it's practically a waterfall, as it is in the name. It's also sometimes storming there....Well, a lot of the time. It's hard to find some place that isn't practically a swimming pool. Undyne lives above her house because...Well, it's flooded and all the stuff she has is just...Poof.

In Hotland, it's practically dry. The water evaporates. The people in Hotland have no clue about the rain. Except for Alphys, of course. They're still trying to figure out how and why it rains in the underground.

For the place Asgore lives in. It's again, only a small drizzle. He likes the drizzle, cause it waters his flowers. He tends to stay in the throne room to water the water peacefully hit the petals of the flowers.

The Characters, Personalities, and Story:

Now, again, not much has changed in these three core parts of the entire lore. But for those that did change, I will explaining briefly.

Frisk:

Frisk doesn't look like your usual Frisk. No double striped shirt that's blue and purple and no closed or squinting eyes. This Frisk is different. For starters, I can't exactly explain what their eyes have going on.

But, you know, I'll think of an explaination sometime soon.

Frisk always carries an umbrella with them. It's helped them do a lot, despite being a mere umbrella. It's their weapon, transportation, and shield. They never leave this umbrella behind.

Their personality is quite understandablely, none. Their personalities all determines which route/timeline they're in.

Genocide: Blunt, rude, hostile, apathetic.

Neutral: --All depends on the amount they spared or the amount they killed--

Pacifist: Stubborn, Generous, Helpful.

The two main things that hasn't changed is the fact they continously have a straight face/poker face on and that they don't talk. People still find Frisk unsettling in the pacifist timeline.

Sans and Papyrus's relationship:

Now, I wouldn't say their relationship is the best but it also isn't the worse. Sans still makes dumb puns (Rain Edition) and Papyrus still wants to capture the human. Both have completely seperate goals, so they tend to bicker a lot. Sans tries to convince him to not capture the human, Papyrus's determination overshadows his thoughts, someone says something they don't mean, bickering ensues. They're still brothers overall and would do anything for each other.

Chara:

Now, Chara is a topic all on their own. They're story hasn't changed but the personality has along with appearence, kind of.

Chara is your helpful ghost friend...With their own intentions, of course. Frisk and Chara are actually siblings, with Chara being older. Chara didn't like how they have been treated, so they just left. Ended up falling into the Underground, and soon after perishing due to an illness. Chara is like a guide for Frisk, appearing only to instruct them on what to do, and of course, using them to test things they weren't able to do.

They show up a lot more during the genocide route, only to reflect on Frisk's actions, acting as their own actions. They mean no actual harm, they're just very curious and like testing things out a lot. Ever since they found out about Frisk's power, that's when the true curiousity kicked in. They'd like to not only test the limits, but as well as the power.

Flowey:

OKAY SO THAT WAS REALLY IT OF THE POST BUT WHAT IF FLOWEY WAS AN ECHO FLOWER?! WOULDN'T THAT BE SICK!?!? IDK

Scientist: Oh right, where my manner, I'm Dr. Alphys, I'm one of the Royal Scientist.

Asriel: Scientist... But... Why am I here, What going on? why am I a flower?

Scientist: Oh right that... Well... where do I put this. I was testing the DT on that flower. It must fuse with the dust.

Asriel: DT...?

Scientist: It stand for determination. I got it from dt extractor.

Asriel: Extractor...?

Scientist: Em... Maybe I shouldn't really say anything. You must be you must be confused.

Asriel: You think?! I'm a flower!

Scientist: Yes. Yes. I sorry about that.

That Vergil fellow I drew earlier? Yeah, they're the Chara equivalent for this. Flat-out slasher villain, and they're into demonic ritual stuff. They do not care for subtlety.

Vergil falls into the underground and dies on impact, because how the hell do you survive that kind of fall anyways? Their death completes a ritual they were conducting, and now the underground has demonic forces in it. Lovely.

The royal scientists use Vergil's soul for determination experiments.

Meanwhile, due to sheer cosmic coincidence, exact matches for the flash-forward scenes in Better Call Saul take place. (there is no significance to this yet, and it might not stick. I just thought it'd be funny)

Several years pass. During this time, the royal scientists use themselves as test subjects for determination experiments. Most other monsters are too worried about this stuff to participate.

☝︎✌︎💧︎❄︎☜︎☼︎ falls into his creation like in Undertale. This timeline's Sans, who was a royal scientist at the time, formally quits their job due to the resulting stress.

The demons make a bunch of monsters excessively horny because they thought it would be funny. (all the cringe is now their fault. uh oh! bad decision, demons!)

If the events of Prologue are ever brought up, stuff will most likely be toned down. Because dear lord, what in the f**k. What the actual f**k.

More time passes. This timeline's Frisk doesn't fall into the underground, so it’s effectively in pseudo-limbo.

The demons are sick of waiting for something to happen, so they say "screw it", dial back the horny, and break the barrier themselves.

Monsters begin to reintegrate into society without much issue.

Whatever’s left of Vergil by this point plans their next course of action. Probably an evil scheme or something.

Yet more time passes.

Visitors from different timelines and universes slowly begin to appear. Most people don't even find out about this. (this part also has a decent chance of being scrapped)

This timeline's Sans (who goes by "Fizz" by this point) isn't willing to pay for professional therapy, so they try doing their best Wario Land impression instead.

I tricked you all. This was a platformer the entire time. You got jebaited! Bamboozled, even! ALL HAIL LORD WARIO! MAY HE RULE OVER US FOR A THOUSAND YEARS! ALL HAIL LORD WARIO!

Crashtale- Prologue: The Surface

I walk through the streets, the afternoon sun shining on my head. Monsters and humans walking next to each other, talking, being around each other. It's a beautiful sight, seeing all the monsters out of the underground. Even after two months it still gives me happiness. I have one hand in my pocket, holding on to the container. It has some food and a few bars of chocolate I managed to sneak in.

"Hey, kid. It's been a while. You've been busy lately, haven't you?" A voice behind me says, making me jump. I turn around. A short skeleton with a white shirt and black pants with a blue jacket tied around his waist had appeared behind me.

"SANS!" I yelled, hugging him. "It has been a while. It's great to see you again!"

"Geez kid, you have a strong hug. Great to see you too." He looked up at the sun. "Boy, it's really hot out today, isn't it?"

"Yeah, it i- Wait a minute! You're a skeleton! You can't feel temperatures!"

Sans chuckled. "Tibia honest, I thought you wouldn't notice."

"Oh my gosh," I groan, exasperated, but I still smile anyways. We walked down the street.

"So, how's it going? Being the Ambassador and all."

"Good. Peace has been made, the monsters are free, everything's perfect."

"That's nice."

"It is. How's Papyrus?"

"Oh, he's being as great as ever. Remember those cooking lessons you recommended? He's doing those now, and his food is really improving."

"Wow! I'll have to come over at some point to test it."

"How about tonight? I don't have plans."

"Sure! I'll ask mom." I grab my phone and find Toriel's number. I call her. "Hey mom, Sans was wondering if I could come over for dinner tonight. I'd go over there after hanging out with MK. Can I?"

"Sure, my child." She responded. "Just be home at 8:30. And no drinking a full bottle of ketchup again."

"Sounds good! Love you!" I hang up and give Sans a thumbs up.

"Great. I'll go tell Papyrus. See you tonight." Sans teleports away and I put my phone back in my pocket. I feel the container in there and remember why I was walking in the first place.

"Oh no..." I pull out my phone to check the time. "Shoot. I'm late." I run down the street towards Mount Ebott. I get there out of breath in a few minutes.

"Geez, what took you so long?" I hear a voice ask. I look up as a ghost with brown hair, calm brown eyes, a green and yellow striped shirt, and black pants, appears in front of me.

"Sorry..." I pant. "Got distracted..."

"What was it this time." They say, rolling their eyes, but smiling.

"Sans invited me over for dinner to try Papyrus' cooking. He said it's improving."

"That's good to hear. Maybe now it won't taste like trash."

"Chara! Be nice."

"You know I'm joking."

I do. Despite the fact Chara mocks Papyrus for his... not the best cooking, they really like him. But I glare at them anyways. "Yes, but it's still not nice."

"Okay. That was mean and I shouldn't have said it, I apologize. So did you bring food."

"Of course." I pull out the container and hand Chara a chocolate bar. Their face lights up and they eat it.

"Yum! My favorite! Thanks Frisk!"

I smile and pull out a sandwich. I eat it slowly, while Chara consumes their chocolate bar at the speed of light, then asks for another. I give them another but warn them it's their last one. They eat it slowly.

We sit in silence, enjoying the food, sun, and each other's company. It's kind of a thing we do now. After we completed the run that set the monsters free, Chara had enough Determination to not live off mine. They asked if they could stay in the mountain. I didn't know why until later, but I agreed, since they wanted it so badly. They told me to visit, and so it's a thing now. I come with lunch and chocolate twice a week, Chara and I eat, talk, laugh, do what normal humans would, despite the fact Chara is a ghost.

"Hey, Frisk, I was wondering..."

"Yeah?"

"Could I go into the city again with you at some point? It was really fun the first time."

"Sure! I would love that!"

"Great! Thanks! I was thinking tomorrow or in a few days?"

"I have some work to do tomorrow, but the day after should be good."

"Alright!" They grinned. "That's gonna be fun! We can go play at the park, explore some more..."

"Go talk to Mom and Dad..." I add. Chara freezes up and gives me a look full of so many emotions I can't read it.

"Frisk, we talked about this!"

"I know. I just wanted to see your reaction." I giggle. Chara frowns, but I can tell they're trying to not laugh. We're silent for a moment more.

"Chara!" A voice yells. "Chara, where are-"

I turn around. A yellow flower is sitting right behind us.

"Hello Flowey," I grin. Flowey looks at me, his expression one of both annoyance and panic.

"No," He said, leaning away from me.

"Yes," I say, standing up. I then leap at him, trying to catch him in a hug. He ducks into the ground and I faceplant in the dirt. I hear both him and Chara laughing.

"Frisk, you okay?"

"Yeah, yeah..." I get up. Flowey had popped up next to Chara, where I was sitting. He's giving me a smirk.

"You idiot. You really thought that would work?"

"Honestly? No. I was just distracting you."

"Wha-"

Chara grabbed him around the stem, holding him in place. How this works, with Chara being a ghost, don't ask me. I don't know. I approached Flowey again, then leaned down and hugged him. He groaned, but after a moment, I felt two vines wrap around me. Flowey hugging me back.

"Adorable," Chara whispered.

"SHUT UP!" Flowey hollered, pulling away and disappearing into the dirt only to reappear on the other side of Chara. "That never happened."

"It certainly did," I whispered to Chara. They nodded.

"Soooo, Azzy, what would you think about coming with Frisk and I to the city in a few days? We could explore, play around, maybe visit Mom and Dad."

"Absolutely not, that's an awful idea," Flowey said, grabbing some food from my container with a vine, just for show, since I know he wouldn't actually eat it. He hates all food except chocolate, cinnamon, and sunlight.

"Oh come on. It's not that bad, is it?"

"Has it slipped your mind that the last time I was in a populated area I murdered everyone there?"

Chara gave him a really confused look.

"Chara. You were there. I stole the Human Souls along with pretty much the entire Underground's and became a god."

"Ohhhh, right."

I snorted. "Well, that was a while ago. You've changed, Flowey. You can actually resist the urge to kill someone now."

"Don't give me the 'You've changed' sh-"

"WOAH LANGUAGE!"

"-t, Frisk. I'm literally an emotionless flower."

"An emotionless flower who's made friends!"

"You two don't count as friends."

"Because you see us as siblings," Chara said, stopping me from making a sassy comment.

"Yeah, because technically we are."

"He didn't deny it."

"He did not." I smile and get up to get my stolen food back from Flowey. He pulls it away right as I go for it, making me trip and fall again.

"Oh? You want this?"

I don't respond, and simply allow myself to lie on the floor.

"...Frisk? Are you okay?"

I let out a groan muffled by the dirt.

"Gonna take that as a yes." Chara somehow helped me to my feet and gave me the food Flowey had stolen. "Here."

I look over at Flowey. He was glaring at Chara and I.

"Hey, it's their food. We wouldn't have it if it wasn't for them."

"Correct," I say, observing the food and deciding I didn't want it. I put it back in the container. I then notice Flowey has moved over to be by me, and he looked bothered by something. "Hey, Flowey. Are you okay?"

"Yeah, I'm..." He trailed off, then sighed. "No. Something's been on my mind lately. I feel like... I dunno, something just..."

He trails off and we're both silent for a moment.

"...Just promise me you'll keep your word."

"Have I ever given you reason to doubt me?"

Flowey doesn't respond, but looks more troubled.

"Okay, okay. I promise. I feel the same, I don't know what I'd do if I broke it..."

"What are you two whispering about over there?" Chara said, floating over.

"How we're going to take over the city," Flowey deadpanned. "And how you're not going to help."

Chara gave us a genuinely offended look. "World domination? Without my help? Azzy, how could you?"

I laugh and Flowey cracks a small grin.

"Okay but are you ever going to tell me that promise you keep whispering about. Come on guys, you can trust me."

"Gosh, 'you can trust me'? Where have I heard that before? Oh yeah, the night you got us both killed."

"Dude."

Flowey starts to speak, but is stopped by my phone dinging. I check it and see I've gotten a message from MK. "Oh geez, I forgot, MK invited me to play soccer with his friends! I gotta get going."

Chara gave me a pouty face. "But Friiiiiiiiisk-"

"Good riddance," Flowey cut them off. "Don't come back, Frisk."

"What my brother means to say is come back as soon as possible, and bring more chocolate."

I nod. "Great, I should be open tomorrow or the the day after, depending on my ambassador work. So I'll see you guys then, and I'll bring more-" I put my hand in my pocket and realize it's empty- the two other chocolate bars in there are gone. "CHARA!"

"What?" They snickered.

"Where's my chocolate bars?"

"No idea," Flowey said, taking a bite out of one.

"HEY!"

He gave me a condescending look. "What, you weren't going to eat it."

"Azzy, that's not nice."

"Yeah! If you wanted some, you should have asked!"

"No I mean it wasn't nice for him to not give me it." Chara pounced on Flowey, grabbing the chocolate. "Haha!"

"Hey! It's mine, I stole it fair and square!"

Laughing, Chara ran back into the mountain. Flowey rolled his eyes, then popped into the ground, presumably to chase them. I smile, then start heading down the mountain. I've got a few more things to do before the day ends.

Taking the first step

Narrator: Joyce stared at the dimensional door for a few minutes, hypnotized by the pretty white glow that emenated from it.

Narrator: There were more questions to be answered from people who had submitted them to her, and she felt a little bad for not replying to them. But then again, there would always be more questions... she would save them for later.

JOYCE: Okay, I don't want to put this off any longer. Time for me to see what's on the other side of this doorway.

Narrator: Hesitantly, Joyce took a step towards the open door. The sparkly, foggy aura of the magic door felt like a mist.

Narrator: She fidgeted with the tablet one of her askers had gifted her, a device that had only one app on it; allowing her to choose which Undertale universe she wanted to go. She didn't know how it worked, but the magic of askers was powerful, and she decided she wouldn't question it. At least she knew she wouldn't have to worry about landing in a random universe that she knew nothing about. Plus she could use it to return home whenever she wanted.

Narrator: She hugged the tablet to her chest and put it away in her inventory.

JOYCE: Hmmm... I wonder if need to be careful about this...

Narrator: As a test, Joyce stuck her hand through the white field, and her hand seemed to disappear through it! An exciting thrill ran through her body like electricity, and she pulled her arm back in shock.

JOYCE: Whoa, that feels tickly and weird! I don't know if in a good or bad way, but it's definitely weird.

Narrator: The sensation in her hand faded away, and she curled it into a determined fist.

JOYCE: Alright, Joyce, you can do this. * Don't back down now!

Narrator: She took a deep breath like she was about to dive into a pool, and stepped through the door, so she had one foot in her pink RE-Joyce Askspace and the other in the white void. Her whole body trembled with the energy and excitement, magic pulsing and crashing all around her.

Narrator: It was like being in outerspace, but instead of darkness, there was infinite white. It was practically blinding, and she squinted her eyes so they looked like Frisk eyes.

Narrator: She seemed to be walking on an invisible floor and among all the whiteness, she could just make out little colored dots and squares and other shapes, all moving and bumping into each other, some zooming like shooting stars and some hovering in place.

Narrator: One such object passed by, and it seemed to be a glimpse into an Underswap comic, where Papyrus and Sans were hanging out at Muffet's.

JOYCE: Wow! The Undertale AU-niverse! It's so... so... so big!

Narrator: The instant Joyce said this, she knew it was a ridiculously obvious statement. Of course it was huge, the multiverse was literally infinite! She could spend the rest of her life hopping between AUs and timelines, and she'd never explore even one percent of what this place had to offer. It was positively overwhelming.

Narrator: How on earth was she going to decide where to start?

Narrator: Joyce turned and stuck her head back through the door, so she could look around her Askspace. It was very minimalistic, but much smaller than people realized, since her askblog usually focused in that one place. She would miss it's simplicity, the calm shade of pink of the walls, and all the askers she'd made friends with up to that point.

Narrator: Joyce knew that she would eventually return here, but for now, she had to make a change, and prove that she wasn't made of Fear. She would prove it to everyone... but more importantly, to herself.

Narrator: She put a hand on the grey doorknob, and for one last time, she cried out to the empty void of the Askspace, just in case people were listening to her.

JOYCE: Well, here I go... Wish me luck everyone! I love you all! Joyce Magenta Katie Heart out!

Narrator: With that said, the pink-haired human closed the dimensional door, and the pink-walled room fell silent
