That‘s why I don’t trust crime statistics anymore. Although women‘s rates are already very low compared to men‘s, the fact that many TiMs are counted as women now, too, means that actual women‘s statistics are even lower.

🌈Happy Pride Month🌈
🌸To the lesbians told they are transphobic for refusing biological males
🌸To the lesbians hiding their true orientation for fear of discrimination from the same movement claiming to support them
🌸To the lesbians who wonder if maybe it would be easier to identify out of it and pretend they are a man in a woman’s body
🌸To all the lesbians feeling left behind by mainstream pride
🌈Happy pride month🌈
🌻To the gay men called transphobic for refusing biological females
🌻To the gay men who hide their true selves to appease their peers idea of how they ought to be
🌻To the gay men who wonder if maybe they should give in and try to change yet again
🌻To all the gay men feeling left behind by the mainstream pride
🌈Happy pride month🌈
🌺To the bisexuals who are told they are transphobic for refusing someone that believes in outdated gender roles as an identity
🌺To the bisexuals told they aren’t gay enough to be LGB and aren’t straight enough to be “normal”
🌺To the bisexuals who feel like they don’t fit and are always having to change and hide bits and pieces of themselves to be accepted
🌺To all the bisexuals feeling left behind by the mainstream pride
🌈Happy pride month🌈
🌼To the dysphoric people told their bodies are wrong and should be medically harmed
🌼To the dysphoric women and girls seeking to escape the trauma of sexism and misogyny
🌼To the dysphoric men seeking to escape the trauma and toxicity that seems to infest most masculinity
🌼To all the dysphoric people feeling left behind by the mainstream pride
🌈Happy pride month🌈
💐To all the people whose identities aren’t just an identity, but a part of them, a biological reality
💐To all the people who reject ‘queer’ because same sex attraction and dysphoria are not strange or weird
💐To all the people told to follow a political movement that claims to support them despite actions showing otherwise
💐To all the people left harmed by the medical industry as it preys upon individuals with dysphoria or those struggling to come to terms with their sexuality
💐To all the people told that their desire for simple acceptance and normalcy is politically incorrect
🌈Here’s to a pride month for everyone, and a hope for a better future for all- regardless of ones orientation, presentation, or politics🌈

what do you think about males with heavy gender dysphoria? (we are assuming that theres no way for them to accept their body the way that it is and theyve hated being in a male body ever since they were born)
it is okay for them to use misogynistic gender stereotypes to pass as female
it is okay for them to use hormones to mimic female qualities
it is okay for them to get gender reassignment surgery
it is okay for them to transition socially (name, pronouns etc)
all of the above
more than 2 things above
a male is a male, gender dysphoria is not an excuse for the oppressor class to try to pass as the oppressed
not a radfem/im bald/results
Thanks for the submission!

It’s depressingly hilarious how a minority of the population genuinely believe a genocide is happening to them all because most people outside of their echo chamber don’t buy into their delusions about themselves and because the government is slowly realising that maybe we shouldn’t sterilise and make other irreversible changes to children’s bodies before they even have the adequate mental capacity to appreciate the consequences.

i feel really bad for “gender critical” people who say they’re “dysphoric cis” i genuinely do. their transphobia is in the way of them being happy and my heart goes out to all of them, and i truly hope they get better

Time for my monthly random feminist post. Note that I don’t subscribe to any specific ideology of feminism, I just come to my own conclusions based on my own research and experience.
After looking up what radical feminists are, it’s obvious that nobody on this site knows what they actually believe, and the label of “terf” doesn’t mean anything. You’ve got 100k note posts claiming they’re conservative (it’s actually a far far left ideology), they’re the same thing as tradfems (they literally hate religion and het marriage, even if they’re straight they’d usually rather be alone than with a man), they hate dysphoric/trans people (they hate all males regardless of gender identity, and are often dysphoric or were trans themselves), their definition of womanhood is based on straight beauty standards, (they hate makeup/beauty culture and are the most stereotypical ‘ugly hairy lesbians’ for lack of a better description). It just goes on.
And I don’t like or agree with most of them after researching/interacting with them. My biggest concern here is the detailed, graphically violent, sexualized, and lesbophobic threats they get from males on all sides. Why does the entire internet despise this niche group of women who have no real influence, more than the males who actually kill and rape dysphoric/trans people?

young dysphoric girl here— it’s so inspiring and helpful to be able to listen to people like you— tbh, I think I’ve managed my dysphoria and body image exponentially better since being exposed to radfem ideas
I'm genuinely so so glad I could help and actually come across as both coherent and informative in some way. Radfem ideas truly help to view yourself and your body in relation to sex in a far healthier way than any gender theory idea. I'm very glad you're more at peace with yourself now!

Ive seen opinions in radblr where people are like “I’m a lesbian I’ve never felt attraction to men, so if you ever thought you were attracted to any man ever (even in a distant fictional way) you’re bi”
like don’t get me wrong, I completely understand the thought, but I seriously want to know what people think about “bi” people who are only attracted to the opposite sex from a distance (like rarely a fictional character/celebrity is hot but wouldn’t be attracted irl). Cause it can make sexuality hella confusing and I’m pretty sure most gay people on here would call the reverse situation straight without question.

Alright, I'm sick of seeing TERFisms on my dash, so here's a handy list of TERF dogwhistles and talking points to think about before you reblog a post.
I've seen a few of these before, but it doesn't hurt to make more. Especially when we're seeing a lot of radfem rhetoric popping up in LGBT spaces from people who might not know better.
SCREENNAMES: these are terms that commonly appear in radfem usernames across the web
rad or radical
fem or femme
vulva, clit, uterus, womb, ovary, vagina, etc.
febfem
anything along the lines of "angry woman"
xx or chromosomes
wombyn, wimmin, womyn, etc.
LGB
feminist
BIOS: things that show up in radfem bios
♀ or ⚢
febfem
female separatist
female, human female, adult human female
xx
something along the lines of "the scary feminist you were warned about"; being an angry woman, being sick of being silenced, being an evil woman, being an angry lesbian
detrans (NOTE: detrans people are absolutely not always transphobic)
dysphoric female
males/men do not interact
LGB✂️
misandrist
feminist (NOTE: again, very few feminists are actually terfs, but this is commonly in terf bios alongside some of these other terms)
TERMS: terms that radfems use in their circles
TIM - trans-identified male, a way of saying transfems, trans women, and other trans people
TIF - trans-identified female, same as above but the other way around, less commonly seen
DSD - disorder of sexual development, a way to avoid saying intersex and to categorize intersex people as "still male or female" (you might see "males with DSD" or "females with DSD" for example)
females or males instead of women and men
alternatively, women and males to dehumanize men
"peaking" or "peaked" - referring to becoming radicalized as a radfem or TERF
womyn, wombyn, wimmin, wo**n, and any other spelling that takes "man" out of the term woman
mentally ill men/women
sex-based oppression
gender critical
"TIRF" - trans-inclusive radical feminist (don't be fooled by the name, they're very much not)
TRA - trans rights activist, derogatory
sex-based rights
female separatism/"women's land"
WBW - womyn-born womyn
autistic girls/children
troon - (ridiculous) slur for trans people
RHETORIC: general ideological themes in radfem rhetoric
men are inherently more violent than women
women don't or rarely rape men
(woman on woman rape is ignored by almost all radfems)
being nonbinary is a way to "stop being" your assigned sex while still acting as your birth sex
lesbians are not attracted to men/penises and can never have sex with men/penises (otherwise, you're bisexual)
men can and will never be lesbians
there is no such thing as a bi lesbian, only lesbians and bisexuals. labels are rigid and sex-based
all of the world's suffering is driven by men
women would be better off separate
an all-female society is utopia
sex is binary, and intersex people are "glitches" or "still male or female but DisorderedTM"
men should expect to be feared by women
female/female relationships are safer and more pure than straight or gay male relationships
men and women are more different than similar
intersex people should not be allowed in sports
intersex people and trans men are never in men's sports
terrible world events wouldn't have happened if women were in charge
men are stupid and aggressive
being a man is not a positive thing
men's problems are lesser than women's
penises are disgusting and vaginas and vulvas are beautiful
trans women are performing at being girls
trans men see themselves as above lesbians
attraction is sex-based
porn is rape
porn is inherently violent
watching porn makes you predisposed to inflicting abuse
BDSM is inherently violent and misogynistic
transitioning children (whether socially or medically) are being abused
"bitch" and "cunt" are slurs against women
only gay men can say faggot and only lesbian women can say dyke
When you see a few or more of these together, RUN! It's a terf.

i genuinely wholeheartedly believe that the radical feminist community is proving itself every time to be the only community truly accepting & loving of trans men, transmascs and female dysphoric people in general.
the community that is supposed to be “our own” literally does nothing to prove that they care about us. for the time i’ve spent in tra spaces, i advocated for the safety of trans women, transfems and male dysphoric people– and yet i never received the same from them. i would get told that trans men didn’t experience a unique form of oppression, that trans men were transmisogynistic, and that our oppression was minimal. the cis non-binaries & “genderqueer” cross-dressing males would each time, without any fail, get to speak over us. non-dysphoric, “gender euphoric” individuals would harass us if we used the word misogyny to name the axis of oppression directed at us, but would also laugh at us if we coined terms such as transandrophobia (don’t get me wrong, i do think the term’s a stretch– but you get what i’m saying).
they somehow succeeded to be misogynistic to us while simultaneously claiming we didn’t experience misogyny. they continuously claimed we had the power to oppress trans women, transfems and male dysphoric people (and also somehow non-dysphoric “trans-identifying” males). they wanted us to be perfect advocates, but they never advocated for us. we didn’t matter to them, just like we don’t matter to the patriarchy. our pain was minimal, non-existent in their eyes. we just had to shut up and take it, shut up and be kind. does this fucking remind you of something? misogyny?
so, i thank all my radfem sisters for accepting me. i thank all my radfem sisters for listening to me, unlike those who i was told were “my people”. if my apparent “community” won’t listen to me, i know who will– my true fucking community. i feel safer with the “evil male-hating terfs” than i ever did with the “kind trans accepting activists”. i feel more comfortable with the radical feminist community, and i feel more free to speak my mind– they won’t go fucking ballistic and batshit insane if i dare critique them. they don’t make me feel constantly on the edge, fearing i messed up, fearing i said something wrong; they don’t make me feel like every second i could be harassed for voicing my opinions, thoughts & feelings. they don’t reprimand me for not being perfect. they understand perfection is unhealthy, vague and volatile.
they don’t make me feel like i’m a part of a cult, to say the least.
