This is Curry Cookie. I just never posted her because I was worried this mom-friend would be a bit insensitive.

But like.. it's just a Curry flavored cookie. Not as insensitive as Devsister's uh.. cough cough Yogurca cough cough.

This is Dristar's dad figure! Who got majorly scrapped because it's.. well it's just Dig-Dug's classic sprite, but as a Pokemon. I think I should leave Pokemon designing to the pros.

We don't talk about Entropy...

It is a creepy design ngl. Just.. a poorly executed bio is what screwed this character over.

I don't recall if I properly posted her, but this is Barren-Cuda. She's a clone of all the members of the Sushi Pack. But then she rebelled, and becomes a constant rival to the Sushi Pack.

This poor girl was scrapped the moment the webcomic she was referencing died.

Weeeeell this one wasn't a surprise at all!

Her name is Luxtea Dexent and she fights with a pendulum. And also has a weird fascination with the stars and moons.

I think he was meant for the main Mega Man AU, but was changed to Fully Charged. And like.. never posted?

That's a crime, and I'm changing that today!

This was once Tainted Anna! She never got posted, although she is quite the creepy design. She would've been right at home with the other Tainted Characters, but alas, it was not meant to be.

He's now an alternate timeline version of String Gummy where he lead a rebellion against Timekeeper Cookie and now runs the entire TBD with new time powers, though they take more of a toll on him. Kind of a bitch but he means well

Death does not take gods into it’s rest.

A god falls forever but the abyss is not empty.

Entropy, infernal growth, eternal mouth, rises up to meet the corpse’s still-beating heart.

A god does not die.

A god is devoured.

But.

The Humans saw their creature die. And they worshipped it for dying and as dying.

Gods do not die. Yet this one dies, as the words of worship make it so. Yet it lives, as the power of worship makes it so. The Undying God screams. The Carrion Lord rots, yet the Immortal Emperor grows in power.

The Undying God screams……and is heard.

It starts in the Throne room but gradually spreads throughout the Palace. Why should they fear or hate it? The words of their Lord are met with joy. Their changing bodies accepted with honour.

(What if the presence of the Emperor's Death had...side effects? Soul-bound to Him as they are, surely his Dearest Companions would change with Him...)

Tips for Writing Character Descriptions

(Starring Shaw, an OC from Constellations as he is a bastard and I love him) Let's start with a very boring description as a baseline.

'He looked more like a vampire than most of his kind. His skin was unnaturally pale and his eyes all black. His bald head had metal plates riveted into it. His throat was in a collar with wires that burrowed into his skin. His grin showed a lot of sharp teeth. His gauntlets were tipped with long claws.'

Oof, that's boring. The list-like sentence structure has already put me half to sleep. Sounds like you've described a Halloween prop instead of a character, Shaw sounds very lifeless.

1. Remove pronouns You have just introduced your character. The next paragraph is the description and that is why it is a separate paragraph, the Reader will still be able to follow when the paragraph after that is back to the narrative. The Reader does not need constant pronouns to remind them who is being described.

'Looked more like a vampire than most of his kind. Skin was unnaturally pale and eyes all black. Bald head had metal plates riveted into it. Throat was in a collar with wires that burrowed into his skin. Grin showed a lot of sharp teeth. Gauntlets were tipped with long claws.'

Even though some of your sentences don't make sense any more, it's still more exciting to read, isn't it? Your eyes are enjoying all those different capital letters.

2. Change your sentence layout Since we're going with minimal pronoun usage, sentences will need to change to make sense. But let's go a little further and switch some of them around.

'Looked more like a vampire than most of his kind. Skin unnaturally pale and eyes all black. Metal plates riveted into his bald head. Throat was in a collar with wires that burrowed into his skin. Sharp teeth showed in a grin. Gauntlets were tipped with long claws.'

Oh yes, much better. However, he still sounds like he's just standing there. Well, maybe he is, but he can't be completely lifeless.

3. Tie in some actions Animate your character. What are they doing while being described? Think about your setting but also what sort of person they are. Or maybe they really aren't doing anything. So, describe the setting, the light, the atmosphere.

'Looked more like a vampire than most of his kind. Skin unnaturally pale and eyes all black. Dim lighting played over metal plates riveted into his bald head. Throat was in a collar with wires that burrowed into his skin. Sharp teeth showed in a grin. Gauntlets tipped with long claws flexed lazily on the armrests of the throne.'

Looking good! In all honesty you could stop there, but maybe it just needs an extra touch of something to finish off and make him truly memorable.

4. Abstract imagery Similes and metaphors! Yes, doing these last, now that we a have a feel for the character. And let's keep away from 'x like a' and 'x was a' wording. Not just similes and metaphors though, let's change up some of our words and actions. Choose words and imagery that make the Reader feel how they should feel about this character. E.g. don't tell me someone is shifty, tell me their words are slippery and that they never meet my gaze for more than a second.

'Looked more like a vampire than most of his grotesque kind. Corpse-white skin around pitted eyes that gleamed like tar in the dim light. That same light played over metal plates riveted into his naked scalp. Throat clasped in a collar with maggot wires that wormed darkly into his skin. Sharp teeth flashed in a crocodilian grin. Gauntlets tipped with long claws flexed lazily on the armrests of the throne.'

Now this is great! In this one short description you've not only described Shaw in an exciting, interesting and fun-to-read way, but put him in the setting and introduced his personality.

Now the Reader knows what Shaw looks like, but also that his collar is hurting him(maggot wires/wormed darkly), he's laid-back and considers his high position secure while being willing to defend it with force(long claws flexed lazily) and that he uses deception and sudden overwhelming violence to get what he wants(crocodilian grin).

Now he sounds like a memorable character!

1. Do you identify as an apostate, exvangelical, ex-(denomination), heretic, or something else?

Can you identify with multiple? Because based on definition alone, I identify as: Apostate, having renounced the religion I was born into Ex-Catholic, because it's just the specific denomination Heratic, because my beliefs and morals are not in line with how I was brainwashed raised Blasphemer, because I actively and gladly show disrespect to the god I was promised to at birth

2. How would you describe your current beliefs?

The short version: Agnostic Luciferian The long version is that I am agnostic simply because I want to badly to believe in a higher power, but fully recognize that it may simply be because I lived all of my formative years believing in a higher power. Luciferian because while I identify with the basic idea that I am an animal with basic needs and wants that are neither good nor evil, I am also a creature of higher intelligence by the sheer infinitesimally small chance caused by the forces of entropy and evolution, and I need not be bound to baser needs and impulse.

3. Have you gotten emotional support from friends in deconverting/deconstructing? Would you like more support? Have you found any online?

That's a hard one.

I wasn't even really aware of this community until literally the beginning of this year when I decided to redesign this account to reflect a life change after an almost solid 2 year hiatus. And so I never really put words like deconverting, religious trauma, apostate, or the like to what I went/am going through. Not because that's not what it was or what I am, but because I just didn't have the words for any of it. In terms of "support," I suppose I never faced a negative reaction. I had a few religious friends in college who asked questions, but they never came across as hostile, just curious. I have shared a bit of camaraderie with irl friends over the nonsense of being raised in a religious household, but none of it was ever specifically in the context of being offered support for deconverting and such. But until recently I didn't even have the words to express that concept. Would I like more? Honestly idk. I don't do well as the center of attention, at least in a positive light. I just don't know how to process it without having a mental breakdown. So I think if someone tried to directly support me, I'd probably have a private meltdown and ghost them. I guess you could say I've found support online. I mean, it's nice seeing other people sharing these experiences and giving me these words to express how I feel. Which is an indirect form of support if you think about it and works just fine for me.

Positively Using Heat Island to modify City Environment

Heat Island effect was caused by the difference in the effects of the sun heating the urban and suburban region where there are abundant of constructions and plants respectively, and it brought some problems about the living environment for the people. The urban region where there is almost only concrete and iron made constructions became too hot and sometimes unacceptable for people to stay, and the haze is also hard to eliminate by afforestation, haze is significant a risk to people’s health. However, this effect could also be positively used. As the heat island causes temperature gradient between the city center and the suburban area where the afforestation is more abundant, the city could be redesigned as a structure of center-industry and surrounding-living; thereby, not only the region where people live would be cooler and healthier, but also the heat island would be utilized as a huge chimney to extract the industrial pollution including haze out of the city, making the suburban regions safer and afforestation is effective again to eliminating haze from where people live. A full understanding about entropy in a view of thermodynamics as well as its application to the photosynthesis are given, the photosynthesis in plants absorbed the heat from the sunlight and stored it in forms of chemical energy inside the carbohydrates produced throughout the synthesis generates minus entropy compared to the sunlight directly dissipated into heat in urban region, the energy from the sunlight as well as the minus entropy thereof, which is a potential for heat to dissipate, was stored in the products of photosynthesis, i.e., the carbohydrates etc. which provide food for the whole biosphere on the earth; therefore, the temperature would be significantly lowered by plants in afforested regions.

Heat island effect is a noticeable problem in today’s Metropolises. It is an effect that the urban region is always much warmer than the surrounding suburban region where there are more afforested. As the Figure 1 shows, there is a major difference in regions from the center of a city to its suburban region
