Edd

🟢 Edd would be the type of boyfriend that just wants to chill out and hang out with his partner. He's a very casual guy in every sense of the word, and so would be the relationship with him, with some physical contact and romantic gestures sprinkled in occasionally.

🟢 One of the most defining traits of your relationship is humor! You'd share inside jokes together and create made-up words only you two would understand, making the people Tom around you go insane over the nonsense you tell each other while laughing.

"How did the Coca-Cola can feel after being steamrolled?"

"It was soda pressed!"

"I fucking hate both of you"

Basically, Edd would do anything just to make you smile/laugh, no matter how stupid it might be, if he knows you find it amusing he'll say/do anything just to see your expression!

🟢 Edd likes to draw you a lot, you could be sitting, washing the dishes, playing with Ringo, reading, playing a game, etc, whatever you're doing, he will draw it! He just can't help himself, you look adorable to him no matter what you're doing so he just can't resist himself! Most of the time he'll try to be sneaky about it so you wouldn't notice so he can capture you on paper perfectly, smiling the whole time because you're his favorite thing to draw! Sometimes if he feels happy enough with the finished product, he'd present it to you shyly, hoping you'd like it.

🟢 Be grateful, because you're the only one that Edd allows to go anywhere his cola and even drink it! Being with him gives you the privilege of doing so without asking, normally if anyone else would even lay a hand on his favorite drink they'd have a rabid Edd to fight off, but with you, it's like he doesn't even notice! Which by itself says a lot about how much he loves you!

🟢 Edd might not seem like a great listener, which is true, but when it comes to you, it's a different story. Whether you just want to talk about your day or info dump him about your new hyper fixation, he'll listen to it all with a smile on his face, commenting on the things you said or asking questions. When you vent, he makes sure that you know his full attention is on you and you only. He'll listen to everything you have to say while rubbing your shoulder and once you're done, he'll hug you and try to give you some kind of advice or reassurance, even though he isn't the best at this type of stuff, he'll still try his best though. Because he can't stand to see you hurt.

🟢 Edds love language includes quality time and gift giving! He just loves spending time with you no matter what you're doing! If you're working and can't give him any attention, he'll just sit next to you or position himself where he's touching you in some type of way and just occupy himself with drawing while you do your thing. Whenever you're in a situation where you can't spend time with him, just simply letting him sit nearby and do his thing is enough for him to call it "spending time with you", cause honestly just being in the same room as you is enough for him.

🟢 As we established before, Edd likes to draw you. So logically gift giving for him is giving you drawings he made of you, you two together, or things that you like, like a favorite character or animal. He also takes requests from you whenever he doesn't have any idea of what to draw, and whatever you ask him to draw he will. When Edd has enough money, he'll spend it on some kind of gift for you that he knows you'll like. And he'll give it to you without expecting anything in return, all he needs is that excited expression of yours and a kiss on the cheek/lips and he knows spending the money was worth it.

🟢 PDA isn't one of Edd's main love languages, but he still does it to a casual degree. He's not overly clingy, but he's not distant either, he's more casual with the way he expresses his physical love to you. Like when you sit together on the couch he puts his arm around you or when you're walking on the street he holds your hand. Edd prefers to shower you with more bold PDA behind closed doors though, that's when he's the most romantic as well. He'll give you lots of cuddles and kisses, praising you and telling you how much he loves you as well. It's not that Edd is embarrassed to show this side of himself in front of others, he just feels like sharing those moments between the two of you makes it have more meaning behind it.

🟢 Edd is really opportunistic when it comes to kissing, and by that I mean he'll only do it if he feels like the moment is right or is in the mood to do so. Maybe you do something adorable, and he just can't help but kiss you wherever he can reach you first. Edd's kisses are sweet and gentle, he likes to hold you whenever he does so too. Outside of your lips, Edd likes to kiss you on the cheek the most, he finds it comforting and likes to think of it as teasing that instead of kissing you on the lips, he kisses the place closest to it, he likes feeling like a little shit sometimes, what can I say?

🟢 Will cuddle with you a lot, especially if it's a lazy day for him or he's feeling down. Edd likes to be the big and the little spoon when cuddling, it just depends on how he's feeling. As the big spoon, he'll press you to his chest while laying his head on top of yours. But as a little spoon, it's the opposite, he'll bury his head in your chest, giving you easy access to his hair. When I tell you this guy will immediately melt as soon as you start tangling your hands into his hair, you swear you can hear him purr sometimes as you play with it. Edd is honestly the best cuddling option you can get, he's extremely soft and during winter he will warm you up with no problem, and during summer he somehow is still great to cuddle with because his temperature changes with the climate you can say. Cuddling Edd is like hugging a giant soft teddy bear. Best feeling ever, I tell you!

🟢 Edd isn't clingy, but boy does he get jealous of you when he feels threatened by others sometimes! He doesn't really think much of other people interacting with you, if they're just being friendly and don't try to pull any moves on you he might even join in on the conversation or just let you have your fun while vaguely paying attention. But that all changes once he hears the other person starting to flirt with you and being a little bit too touchy for his liking. He'll pay closer attention to both of you as his expression changes from a neutral one to an irritated one, waiting for the right moment to step in as he forces himself to tolerate what's happening until he gets a clear sign from you that he should step in. As soon as he sees a sign of you getting uncomfortable he's already next to you as he puts his hands on your shoulders, squeezing them with reassurance as he gives the person a threatening smile as he says: "My partner and I need to go, goodbye!" And with that, Edd immediately pulls you away from the person and begins to drag you home. The whole way back, Edd would be uncharacteristically very touchy with you, he'd press you against him hard and hold your waist tightly as he grumbles under his breath over what happened. Jealous Edd is a rare sight for you, but when he is jealous he deals with the situation quickly and swiftly to avoid confrontation, his goal only being to get you out of the situation as fast as possible.

🟢 Dates with Edd range from casual to exciting ones! They both really depend on your/his mood, to be honest. He'd take you to a cat cafe and go crazy over the cats with you while drinking and eating delicious desserts. He loves taking you to arcades! It's an excuse for both of you to have fun while calling it a date simultaneously. Edd would just take you to places he knows you'll like or are located in the town you two live in. Though when an occasional theme park comes along, you bet Edd is dragging you there right away no questions asked! If it's a special day of yours or just an anniversary, Edd will try to be a little bit fancier and take you out somewhere nice, like a restaurant or to a movie that is extremely romantic/dramatic that he thinks you'll like or fit the "fancy" category he made up in his head.

🟢 Edd is the most basic type of boyfriend out there I tell ya! All he wants is to be with or near you all day and every day and that's all he needs! He doesn't need to have an especially romantic life with you, but he isn't neglectful either, he's just somewhere in the middle. He'll change on a whim though if you tell him to show one of his sides more often because he just wants to make you happy! He's the type of guy to shower his love on you in private while in public some people aren't even sure if you two are dating or not because of how casual he is. I think Edd in a way is near-perfect boyfriend material for does that find his specific traits attractive, and as one of those people I say he would make a great boyfriend!

Matt

🟣 Matt would be the type of boyfriend that wants to spend every single moment with you and to love you to no end type of guy. He's probably the most romantic out of the four of them, so he'd make sure all the moments you spend together show that.

🟣 It comes to everyone's surprise that someone like Matt would fall in love with someone who isn't him and even love them on the same level as he does, but here we are! To him, you are the most incredible thing in the world, someone he feels can even compete with his handsome face! He makes sure to remind you of that fact every day, because why wouldn't he? Your looks and personality are everything to him, so much so that he forgets about his narcissistic views sometimes.

🟣 In fact, Matt will do anything when it comes to helping you feel better about your appearance! Say you wanna try out a new haircut or wanna change your style, Matt is right there with you through all of it, even participating in the changes himself. He'd do your makeup, nails, hair, even skincare routine, whatever it is, Matt wants to be there and be a part of it, he calls it bonding time!

🟣 Matt doesn't usually care if other people appreciate his beauty like he does, to him only his opinion matters. But once you come into the picture, your opinion means the world to him! Anytime you compliment him, call him your: "Handsome man", or anything of that sort, this man is dying on the floor because of the amount of love and affection he's feeling because of you. No one else's opinion matters about his face or anything related to him, but yours and he makes sure you and everybody around you know that just by his reactions alone.

🟣 Since you two are dating, you are bound to get dragged by Matt to buy or find something to add to his novelty collection. You'd go on your own set of adventures for the sole purpose of expanding his collection. Matt really appreciates you going with him, it just shows to him how much you are willing to put up with for him. For some, his hobby just seems like something that doesn't matter or an inconvenience, but you don't, and he truly loves that about you. Matt 100% has a will written down somewhere that says: "If anything happens to me, give all of my novelty collection to (Y/N)''.

🟣 Matt's love language includes words of affirmation and quality time! Matt's main go-to to showing how much he loves you is showering you with praise any chance he gets! You could be looking like a hobo or a supermodel, but that man will still call you the most attractive person in the universe! Any accomplishment, whether large or small is immediately met with him congratulating you like you just won an Oscar! Not to mention whenever you feel insecure or just down, Matt will make does feelings go away in a matter of seconds because of how innocent his love for you is, he knows every right word to use to show you how much you mean to him. And he'll remind you of that fact every day no matter who you are or what you do.

🟣 You'd think Matt's second love language would be physical touch, but nope! It's quality time, baby! But I think you know that based on the examples above. The point is, anything you wanna do, Matt has to be there doing that thing with you too! No matter if it's work or something boring, he needs to be there with you! If you're busy he'll sit with you in a way where he's basically touching you and as soon as you show any discomfort or mutter that you need something, Matt is on the way to get it! Even if you didn't technically ask him to do so. He's basically like a lost puppy just following you around everywhere without a care in the world.

🟣 Matt loves PDA, he adores it! Both giving and receiving affection are one of his favorite things about being in a relationship with you! The only reason why it's not his main love language is because he finds the other two more intimate, but this easily takes third place! Unlike Edd, Matt isn't afraid to go all the way out with his affection towards you, private or in public he is all over you to some degree. Kisses, hugs, holding hands, cuddles, he will grab any chance he gets to touch you in some way. If he could Matt would glue himself to you so that he can always be with you, that's how clingy he is with his love for you.

🟣 Kisses with Matt are literally the most purest and innocent thing in the world! He holds you against him as you kiss as if you were glass, that's how gentle he is with you! Expect a lot of muffled giggles and pleased sighs whenever you two kiss, he's just so happy to have you in his life like this that he just can't help himself! Outside of your lips, Matt adores giving you kisses on the nose! He just finds it charming and adorable in a way, especially when you give him a reaction in the process, he finds them precious. It may be childish, but he's a childish man so that adds up, plus nose kisses are the best!

🟣 Cuddles with Matt are a must in a relationship with him! No occasion is needed for him to just wrap you in his arms and lay with you comfortably for hours at an end. Matt is both big and little spoon, mostly leaning towards little spoon though. When he's the one holding you, and not squeezing the living daylights out of you. Matt would be laying on his back while you lay on top of him, with your head on his chest as he kisses the top of your head every now and then as his arms are tightly but comfortably wrapped around your upper back. But as a little spoon, Matt crawls himself into a ball as he buries himself into your chest, wanting to make it easier for you to hold him. He basically feels like a giant teddy bear! Though I won't recommend cuddling with Matt during winter without a blanket, man is always cold! But during summer, it's a different story, he's basically a cooler during the warm seasons, so literally perfect!

🟣 As established, Matt is clingy af so there's no surprise that the man will act super threatened as soon as he sees others laying their dirty hands on you in a flirty way. Until Matt senses a disturbance in the force, he'll tolerate the person interacting with you if it's just in a friendly way and if you clearly don't mind them talking with you as well. But as soon as the person enters the danger zone where they start to get flirty with you, Matt will glare daggers at them as a silent threat to get them to back off. Alongside that, he'll tug at your clothes gently and whine to you that you need to go with him as he stares at you with puppy eyes. If all of that fails and the rando will try to put his hands on you, Matt immediately jumps into action! Clinging to your back like a possessive koala as he smacks the person's hand away and screams: "NO! This gem is mine! Go find yours somewhere else!'' And with that, he picks you up by the waist with his arms wrapped around it and shuffles away like an awkward penguin while holding you with a big pout on his face. He'll only put you down once he calms down a bit or you protest hard enough, and once he does you better give him lots of kisses and reassurances as you let him cling to you in any way he can as you two head back home with a still slightly upset Matt.

🟣 Matt takes his dates seriously, that's why he always puts in the effort to make them super romantic! He'd take you to places any partner would on a typical date, movies, dinner, picnic in the park, star gazing, etc. With Matt, there is no such thing as a normal date, only the best of the best for his beloved! He'll dress up super fancy and always have some kind of gift with him to give you every time. Though Matt would be happy to comply with any date idea you have, elegant/traditional dates are always his go-to because of the romantic meaning behind them by society's and his standards.

🟣 Matt is the most loving and clingiest boyfriend out there, your existence alone makes him swoon so he doesn't need much outside of his novelty collection to be happy! He's utterly devoted to you and makes sure to show you that each and every day of your relationship, so much so that everybody around you two already knows you two are together without being told so. Matt would be the perfect boyfriend for those that want to feel loved to the extreme and feel appreciated by someone, and you'd feel all of that every day with him! Top-tier boyfriend material, I tell you! No complaints here!

Tom

🔵 Tom would be the type of boyfriend that isn't really great when it comes to relationships, but for you, he tries his very best to at least be decent. He'd purposefully try to go out of his comfort zone just to prove his love for you, wanting to show you that he actually cares even when he isn't the best at showing so sometimes, but he tries!

🔵 First of all, this mad lad broke up with his bass: Susan for you so that better show just how much he cares and loves you if he picked you over his most beloved bass! Speaking of Susan, Tom often makes up songs that he plays on his bass about/for you. To which you'd always have to beg him to play you some cause he's super embarrassed about them, but with enough reassurance, he'd play you some! And if you reward him with compliments or a kiss, he may just be inclined to show you more, gaining confidence each time.

🔵 And while on the subject of music! You two would always share/recommend each other's music taste! Tom really likes listening to the same music as you whether it's yours or his, he really enjoys the moment because it's just so intimate to him. You'd share headphones, you having one bud in your ear while Tom has the other, forcing each other to stay close, which Tom secretly enjoys very much as he can't help himself but relax each time you two do that.

🔵 We all know Tom's alcohol problem, especially with his favorite: Smirnoff, which he drinks any time he can. But when you two get into a relationship, Tom tries to step back from his alcoholism for your sake. Sure, he'd gladly drink with you if you'd like, but he'd actually pay attention to the amount he's drinking and stop once enough is enough. To be honest, your existence and the relationship make him want to be better for you, and that means acknowledging his problem and overcoming it step by step.

🔵 Whether you are someone that loves Christmas or hates it, depending on which, Tom will try his best to not ruin it for you and match your energy! If you're a Christmas lover, Tom wouldn't exactly act happy about the holiday with you, but you can tell he's really trying to hold back any negative comments about the holiday for your sake. Tom may hate Christmas, but he loves you enough to try his best to not ruin the holiday for you better reward him with affection afterwards cause boy does he need it! But if you're a Christmas hater, then you already know Tom is ruining the holiday with you while calling it a date!

🔵 Tom's love language includes acts of service and physical touch! Out of everything, Tom finds it easiest to express his love for you by doing things for you whether you asked him or not. It's because he can do it without overthinking whether what you're doing is okay or not because doing something for someone else naturally makes that person happy! You could have cooked something for you two and only stepped away for a second, only to come back and see Tom already doing the dishes and insisting that he's got it covered and that you go rest. Maybe you have a pet that needs to be let out or fed and you can't get out of bed to do so, you don't even need to ask and Tom is already on it and doing it for you with no complaints, not even expecting anything in return while doing so.

🔵 One wouldn't expect that one of the main two love languages Tom has is physical touch, but here we are! Tom is actually extremely touch-starved, but won't allow himself to be touched or touch someone else until he feels 100% safe with them. At the beginning of the relationship it took a while for Tom to open himself up to such affections, but the way you took things slow and steady for him really helped and he allowed himself to feel vulnerable with you. Tom loves to give you hugs from behind, you'll be doing something while standing and all of a sudden two arms wrap around you and you can feel his head burry itself in the crock of your neck. At that point he can't live without touching you, you're his rock and he needs you to feel stable and safe. He's always touching you in some way, no matter what you're doing or what position you are in.

🔵 PDA and physical touch are basically the same things, right? Anyways, while out in public Tom is way more reserved with you because he doesn't appreciate strangers staring at the two of you, he'd still be okay with hand-holding or a kiss on his favored spot every now and then, but in private? Tom goes crazy in private, (not as crazy as Matt or Tord but still!) Basically, any opportunity he gets to show you his love for you in a physical manner he takes it. It doesn't matter what you're doing, he is touching you in one way or another. Like I said, you are his rock, his safe haven, and without you near him he'd go crazy, so holding you, kissing, hugs, hand-holding, and everything else in between is what he'll shower you daily with! Please hold him too every once in a while, Lord knows he needs it and may even have a mental breakdown from the affection alone, but he loves it I promise.

🔵 In the beginning Tom was very awkward when it came to kissing, but he eventually got the hang of it and became more comfortable! They were also very unsure and timid at the beginning, forcing you to take the lead, but with each kiss, Tom became more confident, and now he likes to kiss you with slow passion, savoring the intimate closeness with you. Besides your lips, Tom's other favorite spot to kiss you is your forehead. It's just so sweet, gentle, and innocent to him that he sometimes finds it even more intimate than a kiss on the lips. He usually kisses your forehead when you do something that he just really appreciates whether you meant it or not. Maybe you fixed the broken string in his bass for him and he'll just give you the most loving gaze and that gentle smile as he grabs your face and gives you a gentle kiss on the forehead as a thanks. He just finds forehead kisses soothing, what can I say?

🔵 Cuddles=physical touch, so Tom enjoys if not loves them a lot! Tom has a preference for being the big spoon over the little spoon. As the big spoon, it literally feels as if Tom is trying to fuse with you by how hard, he's pressing you against him. You both would be lying at your sides as Tom has his arms wrapped tightly around your lower back and his head buried in your hair as he lets the scent of your shampoo ease him. Though Tom has a stronger preference for being the big spoon, he won't complain if you're the one who wants to hold him, especially if he's feeling vulnerable that day. You'd be lying at your sides again, but he'd have his back turned to you as you hug him from behind and run your hands up and down his arms/hands to soothe him, as he feels too embarrassed to face you when he's in his low state. Again, I'm sorry but just like Matt, Tom is always cold and you'd need a blanket with you whenever you two cuddle, except for summer though, cuddling with Tom during summer feels like heaven!

🔵 As said before, Tom loves physical affection and he views you as his safe heaven basically, so he isn't much of a fan when other people touch you, but if it's a friend or you allow the action yourself, there isn't much he can do but to tolerate it. But if it's someone that's trying to get with you, that's a different story! Tom makes it plainly obvious that he hates the person just by looking at them with that huge grimace and annoyed expression on his face as soon he can tell that they are flirting with you. Unlike Edd, Tom won't wait for a sign from you or anything like that, as soon as his feelings of feeling threatened are made correct by the actions of the person flirting with you he is right by your side, hugging you from behind possessively as he puts his head on your shoulder and says: "Hey babe, is this guy bothering you?" And just from his words and actions alone, the rando gets the hint you're already taken and leaves immediately with an apology. Apology or not, that does not stop Tom from glaring daggers at the person as you drag him away back home, having to soothe him with words of affection as he grumbles under his breath about wanting to choke the person.

🔵 Tom is very awkward with dates and finds them super complicated to arrange, man doesn't have much experience with dating and wants the best for you, so he tries his best to make the dates the best they can be! Tom would never admit it, but he'd be looking up advice online on where to take his partner on a date and go based on that, which means Tom doesn't really have a specific type of date he goes on with you, it's mainly whatever the best thing he can find online, he goes with. You ain't complaining though, cause those dates range from romantic dinners to the aquarium to a musical, to a picnic! No matter what it is or where you go, your boyfriend always makes sure you're having fun.

🔵 Tom is the most awkward boyfriend that doesn't know what he's doing but tries his best anyway just to make the relationship work. He may not always understand what he's supposed to do as a boyfriend or how to do it because he is always internally freaking out if what's he doing actually works, but he'd never once make you feel like he doesn't love you. He'd remind you of that fact every day in any way he can, whether large or small. Your existence keeps him sane and happy, so he'll do anything he can just to keep you at his side, even if he doesn't always know what he's doing.

Tord

🔴 Tord would be the type of boyfriend that thinks he knows what he's doing while being a huge show off while doing so, but in reality, he has no idea how being in love and dating works. Still, he sure acts like he does cause he feels insanely confident in a relationship because he thinks it's easy and he knows what he's doing (it isn't and he doesn't) But he rarely makes you suspect that over how nice a relationship with him is!

🔴 Tord is very open with his love for guns, especially when he pulls one out of nowhere before shooting something. Even though Tord doesn't mind showing you off his shooting skills, in fact, he loves it, but he will not allow you to touch his weapon at all! No amount of reassurance will make him trust you or himself enough to give you such a weapon. He just fears something might go wrong, if there's anyone else's safety he's more worried about it than his, it's yours and he will never put your life in danger willingly no matter what.

🔴 He'd show you his little inventions like the couch one or something like that and gets giddy when you show interest in them and praise him for them. He'd never show you his dangerous inventions though, like his giant robot out of fear of losing you, but if you have an invention request for him, Tord is more than happy to make it come true! Any nondangerous gadget is at your disposal any time you want and is free to use without asking, which means something because very few people have this sort of privilege from him.

🔴 So we all know Tord likes to smoke his cigars, well, similar to Tom with his alcohol problem, he will try to smoke less if not stop entirely at one point just for your sake. Whether you made a comment about his smoking habit or not, he's sure his smoke breath just after he finished his cigar doesn't feel really good when you two kiss. So he'd try his best to lessen doing it, or at least not smoke before he gets to spend time with you just so that he doesn't smell too bad.

🔴 Tord would be the type of boyfriend to lend you his clothes but on purpose! You won't need to ask for his hoodie or anything before he one day walks up to you with his hoodie and gives it to you without a word before walking away. If you comply and wear his clothes, expect to have his eyes always on you with a flirty smirk to match. He just can't help himself but feel oddly satisfied and honored for you to wear his clothes that are always too big for you, he finds it adorable and a way of marking you by having something of him with you, but he'd never tell you that of course.

🔴 Tord's love language is unsurprisingly physical touch and words of affirmation! Out of the main four, it was given that Tord would love physical touch a ton! Tord normally isn't a touchy person at all, he avoids having physical contact with most people like the plague, but with you? It's the opposite! The second you get together he's all over you in any way and every day he can! He saves the special affection for people that mean the most to him, and you just happened to be his entire world so he makes sure you receive the attention you deserve! Sitting on the couch with his arms wrapped around you? Check. Eating together with your knees touching? Check. Driving and sitting next to each other with his hand on your thigh? Check. Just any scenario with him having his hands on you in some way is always possible with Tord. He just feels safe and comfortable being this close to you, he doesn't show it, but Tord deals with a lot of anxiety and paranoia over the things he hides from you and his friends. It can get a lot sometimes, and the only way for him to let it all out is through physical contact with you.

🔴 Tord lives for giving you physical affection, but words of affirmation are exactly on the same level for him! Tord is a natural flirt that can come up with a pick-up line on the fly without trying, that's how good he is! But flirting isn't the only way he'll verbalize his love for you, a simple thought-out compliment or praise is what you'll hear from him a lot as well. Maybe you're working on something and are getting tired of it but you have to push through when you suddenly get interrupted by Tord appearing out of nowhere as he rubs your back reassuringly and tells you how great you're doing and to remember to take breaks etc. Just like with Matt, whatever you do, and no matter what the outcome of it was, or no matter how insecure you are, you will always be met with praise from him as he kisses you all over your face. Overall, just imagine yourself in any scenario just like the one before and Tord will find an excuse to flirt/compliment/praise you.

🔴 PDA and Tord are like best friends, why would he stop showering you with love in public when you clearly deserve all of the attention you can get? He's the same as Matt honestly, there is just no stopping him from kissing, hugging, hand-holding, etc, no matter where you two are. His love for you both in public and in private is the exact same, he just wants the whole world to know who you belong to and just wants to show your relationship off! Plus Tord doesn't feel any need to tone down the affection out in public, why should he? He barely pays attention to the random people on the street anyway because all of his attention is on you, everything else just doesn't matter when he's with you so he acts like it with his affections.

🔴 Kisses with Tord happen literally almost every minute and yet he always manages to find a way to make the next one more amazing than the last. He wants you to love and remember every moment of it as he slowly but sensually moves his lips against yours with that stupid smirk on his face and half-lid eyes that scan you with satisfaction. Tord is always confident when kissing you, so there's no hesitation coming from him before his lips are on yours while holding you so close you can barely move. And all of that is what I just described how kissing with Tord looks and feels like all the time. Outside of the lips though, Tord's other favorite spot to kiss you is to no one's surprise, your neck! It doesn't even need to be sexual, he just loves to kiss you there! The reactions you give him as you stiff at his sudden touch to the neck before you slowly relax and maybe let your voice out once in a while if Tord feels like teasing you a bit with his cheeky kisses. He is a pervert after all, so you can imagine he enjoys the show you give him sometimes immensely.

🔴 Same as with Tom and Matt, Tord lives for cuddles with you! Sorry, to say but Tord is always the big spoon, under no circumstance would he willingly put himself in a vulnerable position that we call the "little spoon". The only way for that to happen is you'd walk in on him in an uncharacteristically vulnerable moment, you both know he won't reveal what made him so upset so the only thing you can think of is to lay down and hug him from behind, pressing yourself against him tightly as you whisper reassuring words into his ear. Tord would never admit it, but he really appreciated the gesture, but you won't catch him asking to be a little spoon after that, it's just not his thing. What his thing is being the big spoon though! He is literally wrapped around you like a koala the whole cuddle session, you'd be pressed against his chest with his arms wrapped around your waist and his legs entangled with yours as he lays his head on top of yours. Unlike the two before him, Tord is always warm, so cuddling during the summer is always a pain, especially because Tord can't go a single day without multiple cuddles. But during winter you cannot be more glad than to have a literal fireplace as a boyfriend!

🔴 Tord feels like everyone is a threat to your relationship with a few exceptions constantly, even if the person in question is just a friend or someone that truly means no harm Tord will always feel like he's competing over you with them. As soon as he realizes the person's intentions with you he'd glare daggers at them with an almost silent animalistic growl coming from him as crossed arms almost rip the fabric of his hoodie from how tightly he's holding the fabric. As soon as the person's hands start to move towards you in an attempt to touch you, in a blink of an eye Tord is right behind you as he grabs your shoulders and possesivly presses your back against his chest. ''Get lost before I make you" If looks could kill the rando would have been already on the floor dead from the terrifying threat and expression Tord had on his face. Before you realize what's happening the person is already bolting in the opposite direction, you only snap out of it once you feel Tord's grip on you loosen as he looks at you with a satisfied smile before grabbing your hand and walking back home. It's almost as if the situation is already forgotten by him altogether, but it isn't, in fact, he'll have that memory of you getting hit on for a while before he gets over it. He just chooses not to show you how much the situation has impacted him for your sake, though he would really appreciate a kiss or two with some reassurance as you two head home, it'll make him feel better faster.

🔴 Tord legit has no idea what he's doing when it comes to dates. Just like Tom, he'd look up advice online on how to make "the perfect date" for you. The dates he'd typically settle on are the ones he knows you'd love to go to, he'd pay special attention in conversations where you mention a specific place you'd love to go to and immediately write it down as one of the places he should take you to. Literally, anything you want he will make it happen, restaurant, theme park, cinema, arcade, etc, just name it and you're going there! Tord already knows you're enjoying yourself because he purposefully took you somewhere you wanted to go, but he'd always try to make the date even more fun with various shenanigans he does to make you laugh, making dates more memorable than they would've originally been.

🔴 Tord is the embodiment of a boyfriend that wants nothing more but to make you the center of his world if not the universe. If someone like him could get with someone like you then it's only right he makes you feel like the most special person in the world! And just like Matt, he's perfect for those that need/want to be reminded of that fact every day, whether you want it or not Tord is basically worshiping you and he'll make sure you don't forget that fact either! Honestly, you're the only reason why he hasn't taken over the world yet, you'll never know that fact personally, but it's true!

Does M&M (Matt&Mello) feel jealousy of each other? I mean, Matt did say in canon that he finds Misa hot and Mello did have a toxic obsession on getting the upper hand with Near every time he layed eyes on him (don’t know if this aspect of their relationship is in your headcanon’s but I saw they had fights when they’re kids in one of your posts sooo idk). Sorry if I misspelled something here, just minor curiosity, english isn’t my first language but I love the way u draw the Wammy’s kids and ur headcanons!

The short version is: Oh yeah, Mello is jealous on main. As friend AND lover. Matt is a lot more chill about it.

Here’s some scenarios I can see play out in both 2.0 and 2.1, if you feel like reading:

2.0

Neither at Wammy’s nor in L.A., they both don’t have many friends for different reasons. Matt is a loudmouth, Mello has attitudes. Let’s just say they’re both pretty unpleasant to have around most of the time if you’re not in on their humour. At Wammy’s, Matt one time bonds with some kids over video games or something and Mello instantly tries to intervene, being afraid they’re stealing his only friend. Mello keeps interrupting, trying to steal the show, talks down on everything Matt seems to have a shared passion with the other kid and he’s being such a nasty wanker until Matt’s had enough and fists start flying. “I CAN BE FRIENDS WITH OTHER PEOPLE TOO, YOU KNOW?! GIMME A BREAK!” “BUT I ONLY HAVE YOU!!” ”THAT’S NOT MY PROBLEM, MELLO! YOU’D HAVE OTHER FRIENDS TOO IF YOU STOPPED BEING A PISSPOT EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE!” They avoid each other as much as possible the next days. Matt hangs around at his new friend group while Mello is just bitterly watching them from afar. Maybe he actually makes the efford to talk to other people out of desparation? Matt enjoys the new company for 2 days before he gets bored. The conversations are dull, nobody laughs at his brilliant jokes and they openly gossip about Mello. He hears rumors about him that he would rather not have heard and he starts to feel sorry for him. But he doesn't want to apologise either - Mello was clearly being a prick earlier. I don’t think Mello ever apologises, things just fall back in place someday. I can see them sitting in class - Matt with his new buddies at the front, Mello at the back, but within earshot. And Matt makes some insanely stupid comment, some joke NOBODY laughs about. He hears a chuckle behind him. Matt turns around, Mello grins at him, Matt grins back. And that's it.

Another time at Wammy’s, Mello gets an enormous bottle of the most balkan aftershave you can think of (what the fuck, Nikola, the boy is like 13 or something) for his birthday. Matt unknowingly mistakes the stuff for some really expensive shampoo or something and empties the whole thing on himself thinking “It burns like a buttcheek on a stick, that means: it works.”. It’s all croatian on the bottle, so he can’t read anything anyways. The shower can’t be used for over a week because of the stench. Ivanka (Mellos mom) is over for a visit a day after and comments on how Matt reminds her of Nikola and she gets overly sentimental and touchy with Matt. Nothing perverted happening but it’s just the whole vibe of this visit is OFF, everyone is so uncomfortable. Once Ivanka is gone, Mellos slams the door shut “You wanker, you did that on purpose, didn’t you?!” ”’scuse me??” Another fight breaks out, Mello punches first. ”-JUST BECAUSE YOU NEVER HAD A MOM DOESN’T MEAN YOU CAN THROW YOURSELF AT MINE!!” ””THROW MYSELF AT—” WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU IMPLYING MELLO?!” Again, they don’t talk for a few days after that. But this time, Mello apologises. ”Hey man, I overreacted earlier-” “-greatly, yeah.” “Yeah. Sorry. I mean, nobody wants to smell like that voluntarily, am I right? Are we cool again?” ”Sure.”

2.1

I headcanon that Matt works in all kinds of different jobs, like, as a cashier at a GameStop, at Walmart, Starbucks, maybe even something like an IT guy or a software developer at small tech companies … just some stuff on the side while Mello is doing “the more important stuff” - they’re still working towards the whole “catch Kira”-mission after all. Mello sometimes stops by at wherever Matt works at the moment and sees him interacting with female coworkers or trying to unsuccessfully flirt with customers. Especially when Mello starts crushing on Matt, seeing this play out makes him feel like throwing up. It’s one of the tell tale signs for him to realise he feels more for Matt than friendship. I can see him downright interrogating Matt about who his regular contacts are, all under the pretense that they “mustn’t lose cover, can’t reveal their identity” and he pressures Matt into not getting too close to anyone.

I can see this play the other way around too though, when Matt is crushing on Mello. Mello showing up at Matts workplace, with a biker look, you know, cool ass leather jacket, helmet under one arm, whipping his hair back, looking SLEEK AS FUCK, only thing missing are the guitar riffs playing in the background as he enters the store. He asks the girl behind the counter if Matt is here and without taking her eyes off Mello shouts a “MAAAAATT-” “huh?!” “THERE’S SOMEONE HERE FOR YOU” Matt comes stumbling out from some backrooms and has the widest smile when he sees who’s here. And the girl watches them outside through a window talking, eyeing Mello respectfully. Matt comes back in and she goes “Matt, who was that??” “My roommate - why?” “OOHH Is he taken?” “Uhm, I don’t think so…?” “Nice. Can you, like, invite me over sometime??” “What, why??” “That guy is HOT.” And Matt feels the jealously well up and his mind starts racing, picturing Mello with this girl in various situations and him being the miserable third wheel. The girl notices Matts reserved reaction and goes “OH WAIT, NO- YOUR “ROOMMATE”?? Are you two…?” “NO NO It’s not like that! We’re just- just friends…”

And yeah the thing with Misa haha Notice how they start with Matt following Misa and after hearing his comments about how Matt thinks she’s cute, Mello is promptly taking the job on listening in to her? And Mello refusing to switch despite Matt asking for it? He is 100% mocking Mello with the whole “your job would be better since you can listen to a cute girl”. He knows Mello is jealous and tries to mess with him a little. At least that’s my interpretation wearing heavily mellodramattically tainted glasses.

[incoming long and personal and dark post]

it dawned on me that it’s april and that means it’s been 6 years since i stopped doing drugs. big achievement. i did weed the whole time, thinking i needed it to keep away from the worse stuff, but i stopped that too, almost 2 months ago now. everything i’m about to talk about i did without anyone in my life (offline) noticing and all by myself.

my entire life has been unstable and so difficult. and i mean difficult and sad. i used to drink pretty heavily, but i stopped when i found pills. i was taking pretty much any opioid i could find, i even stole them. i was text book addict with pills. i had every excuse to keep going with it, it made sense to me at the time. i was in so much pain mentally, emotionally, and eventually, physically. taking them was reprieve.

eventually, i was taking so many a day, quite honestly i should have died. my brain was blank, i lost my creativity and i stopped drawing, which is the one thing i love the most to do. create. even though i did not stop, the fact i felt nothing in that realm anymore was heartbreaking. i’d spent several nights staring at the ceiling practically waiting to die. i had one dream that i can remember while on drugs and it was of me staring at myself opened-eyed and dead on my bed. it shook me.

the drugs affected my ability to think, cry and feel, then one day on my way to work, after taking so many, i got so sick on the side of the road on the freeway several times. eventually i pulled off into a town i didn’t know and passed out in the parking lot of a gas station for who knows how long. i woke up dazed with the taste of puke in my mouth, and totally dehydrated. i missed work, i was embarrassed with myself. i have no idea how long i sat there for before getting out of the car to walk around. eventually i made it home but i felt like i wasn’t the same after that.

decided to detox (after trying before, and failing), which was the worst events i’ve been through in my life. took days, nearly a week to get over the worst of the symptoms. i don’t think i slept at all. i was so sick, shakes and chills, vomiting, etc. i let spongebob play for the entire time, that sponge grounded me lol. i’d made it through that time. and i stuck too it, using my desire to feel my creativity again and wanting to be better to my body to stay away from relapse.

2017 i cleared my system of alcohol, pills, energy drinks, pop, and the only thing i’d let myself use was weed because i felt it would stop me from everything else. and technically, it did. it aided me for a long time. but the passed ~3 years i’ve been so ill with stomach issues and nausea and throwing up that i decided to stop that too.

so now i’ve been completely sober for 1 month and 21 days. for the first time since high school i have nothing in my system that is altering me the way substance abuse has. it’s been a major adjustment. my focus is shit, my sleeping is difficult and my dreams are insanity. it literally feels like i’m sleeping just to wake up somewhere else because my dreams are so vivid and clear. i wake up every four hours having to adjust and remember i actually live here, not in dreamland. i didn’t dream at all while on drugs or weed, so in a way, i welcome the vibrancy of them.

looking back, none of those things helped me. they only broke and shrouded my spirit with a darkness i don’t want to feel ever again. i want to be healthy and i want to give my body the chances that it deserves. i want to heal properly. i want to live so much. i want to find someone to be with that will understand me and accept me even with my flaws and history. i feel better already, but i know there’s still a long journey ahead and i can only hope it gets better. i deserve better. i know i’m a good person. i know i have so much creative potential in me and it’s what i want to give my energy and soul to.

thanks for listening, if you read this. i am proud of myself for getting as far as i have but the support from my friends and strangers online has been a colossal sense of communal help i’ve never had offline. sharing my art has been a big help and just people enjoying it means so much to me. thank you.

If every vampire were to have a special gift, which would be unique for them, which would Rosalie, Emmett, Esme and Carlisle have?

I've answered a version of this before but it's fun to revisit!

I think I usually say that Rosalie would have something similar to Heidi of the Volturi's gift, that her enhanced beauty would get some psychic element and spill over to superpower. And I still think that is the most logical thing, but it's not super exciting. It's predictable. Rosalie is also big into family, and into justice (sometimes revenge), and she's very determined. Any of that stuff could have been enhanced, too. Maybe she has an always correct gut instinct about people in dangerous domestic situations. She doesn't 'hear' things like Edward or 'see' them like Alice, she just knows. And can intervene.

Likewise the obvious answer for Emmett is that his super strength somehow spills over into a superpower. Maybe even MORE strength or he himself is so strong he's basically invulnerable to attack (can't bite through his skin, can't rip him apart). The other option is that the strength is not the focus, like how Edward for some reason is also super fast even though he already has mind-reading. Emmett can be super strong and have something else entirely. Maybe a cheerful aura like Didyme had, or maybe being near Emmett puts you in a party mood, or a work-out mood, or just makes you feel chill and supported. Literally gives off Bro Vibes, but in a good way.

Honestly have always kind of felt like the shield thing would have worked for Esme almost better than Bella. Bella loves fiercely, sure, and she has her protected mind, but Esme loves EVERYONE with the intensity that Bella loves Edward (not romantic in all cases obviously, just talking about the strength of Esme's love) and with that love would come with a desire to protect. A shield could do that. But maybe it's more like Renata's shield, it doesn't protect against psychic attacks, but physical ones. Or maybe Esme's love just radiates out of her so strongly that she could stand in front of those she loves and enemies just . . . can't bring themselves to hurt her to get to the others. Makes everyone instantly remember their mother or a beloved parental/familial figure and the line of Volturi guards just turn into blubbering messes as Esme comforts them.

Again the obvious one with Carlisle, I think, is some kind of healing ability. I know I've said this myself before. But he wasn't a doctor in his human life, that's a choice he made after becoming a vampire. The literally meaning of compassion is "to suffer with," so maybe his gift would be more of a thing where he can take the suffering from someone else by feeling it himself. Whether he actually takes the illness and cures them, or just takes the pain so they aren't suffering anymore, idk. I mean he's a vampire so he can't die, and I don't think any illness could survive the stone-and-venom environment of SM's vampire physiology anyway. And there's a theory floating around fandom that he does have a power in the sense that he unconsciously draws people to him; thus building a family and building allies and being able to blend in with the human world when humans usually subconsciously find vampires off-putting.

But at the end of the day I like that they don't have any supernatural powers. I feel like sometimes the superpower just overwhelms the character and they get reduced to that rather than a more nuanced personality. I think Carlisle's more interesting and impressive because he has accomplished what he has accomplished without one. I think Esme keeping a family united by love rather than a 'real' power is lovely. That Emmett bringing the fun because that's just WHO he is and not what he can do is cool. That Rosalie is just determined and focused and smart and THAT's why she is what she is and does what she does rather than some power is awesome.

Okay so maybe I'm not the best to answer this, but

How to Draw the Turtles REFERENCE RESOURCES:

Turtlepedia is a generally amazing resource for finding reference images, screencaps, and concept art for any TMNT content in general! Rise concept art page is one I tend to go to. I know they have some character model sheets there too.

TMNTCompendium is an account on Tumblr dedicated to collecting references of TMNT both official and fanmade. They've blogged and reblogged some really useful stuff, so I highly recommend giving a scroll-through.

Storyboard/Doodles from official artists really help when finding a more simplified/sketchy approach: Rise tag of Christine Liu's Tumblr is the one I can think of off the top of my head

Others' Specifc ROTMMNT art studies: RaindropSyndrome's Expression Study, Mikiib's Rise turtle Anatomy Study, etc.

I used to use the 3D Rise Models from the Ninja Run / Power Up! game before they were removed from Sketchfab. If you can find another way to view those models, I'd say use that too!

Things I recommend practicing the most?

The shell. Especially Rise, as the shape of the carapace conforms to the curve of a human spine. Angles, how the carapace connects to the plastron. And the head. In thumbnails, I tend to divide them into two shapes, Base + Beak/Snout/Whichever You Call It, then lines generally marking the center, where the eyes would be, where the literal mask ends and then below. This can be harder depending on which character's head you're drawing.

Motivation.... (there is so much text down here)

As for staying motivated, that is an issue I still struggle with. What may help me may not help you. But I can give one thing maybe?

For both you and your friend, don't constrict yourselves too hard. Is this a passion project? Then, be more chill with your stuff about it. If you have a story you want to tell, take that time you need. Holding yourself accountable to get those things done? I get it. But beating yourself up about something you were supposed to do for fun? For me, if anything, it made me more dreaded to do those things and I got angry at my ability not to enjoy them.

Also... Don't be hard on yourself out about making it look good by the start.

Tentative Devotee was the first full-on fan-comic I made since I was 14 and I'm becoming 20 this year. Part one is more clearly rough around the edges than part two, and I know when part 3 comes out, there will be another shift. That's a natural consequence of learning to draw unfamiliar things more frequently to show something you want to show.

Hi! A bit short notice, but with the new year I’m planning on holding myself accountable for all the little event-related plans I’ve been making, the first of which is to work on setting up/hosting a GW2 art party!

What is an art party, you might ask? They’re common occurrences in the Final Fantasy XIV community, where artists of all kinds get together to chat, hang out, and create together! Spot a person you know or a character you like the design of? Draw them, take some screenshots, make some gifs, whatever you feel like! The ‘goal’ of attending an art party is not to be drawn, but to draw others, and share with the community! To that effect, we’ll be using the tag #VSArtParty over here and teeechnically on Twitter for those who still use it, so that others can easily find our creations!

This is my first time hosting a non-meta, non-raid related public event, so I’m intentionally keeping it small-scale by only posting about it here and in my guild discord, and when the time comes it’ll be in a private squad not listed in LFG to discourage any potential party-crashers. Should it go over well, expect to see me hosting ones every month in varying locales and maybe even with different themes!

So I had previously asked people where they think a good setting for an art party might be, and uninstanced home instances with decent lighting were brought up, so I set my sights on the asura home instance in Rata Sum since I rarely see that used for anything. If you have a flying mount, it’s easily accessible by going straight northwest from the main city cube! Otherwise, you’ll need a Teleport to Friend to get over to the spot:

As mentioned before the cut, I fully intend to rotate between various other suitable locales for future events, but wanted to start here since it feels private enough to not be in anyone’s way unintentionally. It’s also open and well-lit to allow everyone to see each other clearly, which is definitely a plus considering we don’t have a way to inspect characters for a better look.

Regarding the date/time, I polled my guildmates on which night of the week would be best if we were to be hosting a recurring event, and Saturday came through as the best option for us. We have a tendency to base our stuff around in-game reset +/- 1 hour, so the same thing is at work here. Since we’re an NA-based guild, the event will only be hosted on NA servers, but if there’s interest I’d be willing to organize earlier events for people on EU servers in the future! There’s no set end time for the event since it’ll likely peter out on its own after a bit, but from my experience at FFXIV art parties I’d say to expect it to last maybe 4-5 hours at most.

Aaand finally, about the squad itself. Like I said before the cut, I’m going to keep the squad set to private and out of LFG to keep things a bit more chill, so to join you can either whisper my main, Teekzi, for an invite, or type ‘/sqjoin teekzi’ in chat to automatically pop in and get into the right instance!

You and Dipper have been dating a few months and you couldn't be happier. He was so kind to you and he was patient with you all the time.

You weren't really extrovert and you were shy so much people used to talk when you talked or they just looked annoyed when you speak. So you slowly stopped talking at all. But when you met the twins everything change.

Mabel was sweet, very energetic and open-minded so she always liked your ideas and opinions on everything. On the contrary Dipper was nerd and little quiet as you. He always had his head buried into his journal.

And you, you always had something for music but no one actually ever asked so why bring that up. You had two close childhood friends who were playing on musical instruments as well.

One of them find a new drummer so you decided to play in little bar in Gravity Falls. This wasn't your first time to play there and people always loved it.

Your music was magical and your voice was perfect.

What you didn't expect was that Mabel heard about your concert and she was so excited to go.

Mabel heard from Candy that singer of this band had an amazing voice. But Dipper really didn't like the idea of going. He would rather stay in Mystery Shack in his room reading. But there he is, sitting in a back seat with happy Mabel next to him.

'If it's another stupid boy band you are dragging me at, I swear Mabel...' Dipper said annoyed. Mabel looked him with a grin on her face, giggling a little. She knew that Dipper wasn't really into music but when he listen something cool and chill, something with he could read easily.

'Don't worry Dipper you will like it.' she said while she was drawing little Waddles face on a car door. Dipper just rolled his eyes and look on the passing forest outside the window.

Dipper was patiently waiting on the band Mabel was so excited about, tapping his foot on the bar ground while Mabel was sitting right next to him drinking some juice she bought.

Suddenly lights slowly dimmed and one big light was aiming on a stage where now was standing you. Wait you?! Dipper rubbed his eyes once again if he wasn't just imagine you. He quickly turned to looked at Mabel and she seemed just as surprised as he was.

But before he could speak, you started playing. When he heard the soft sound coming from you, he was charmed. His eyes were twitching all over your body. How calm you looked.

He thought it wasn't you, you just looked so peacefully. Mabel put a big bright smile on her face, she loved your band already.

You took a deep breath and start singing. You always let out all emotions you had in every song. It was like a therapy for you. Dipper had now his mouth fully open, eyes widen and Mabel swear she saw a little hearts floating around him.

Dipper watched you in amaze when your eyes met his. Your eyes widen a little because you didn't expect him to be here. Dipper gave you the softest smile so you couldn't help but smile back at him.

Mabel watch this interaction between you two with bright smile while she was screeching. She never saw her brother that happy, she was glad he have you.

Mabel wave at you with a braces smile. You already knew she had million questions for you about this whole guitar and singing thing.

But Dipper on the other side was very happy that he learned something new about you. He sure wanted hear more songs from you but he will wait after this concert. And he already knew that this wasn't his last concert.

He fell in love with you even more and he doesn't planning to stop.

— They play fight a lot, however Wedge probably weights the double Hotshot does (according to their alt modes irl) so he tends to win each time, Hotshot will tap out quickly, but he WILL pounce back again when Wedge has his back turned lol

— Hotshot passes a lot of notes to Wedge during class since their desks are right next to eachother, Wedge tries not to indulge him into getting him distracted, but sometimes he opens them and it's a very silly drawing of them or their professors.

— Hotshot shows love through physical affection, it varies a lot: it goes from rolling Wedge's shoulder wheels before a mission to full on dragging him for a nap together after a busy day.

— Wedge shows love through words of affirmation: Hotshot is feeling down? He is there to offer some words of appreciation, I mean if there's anything that makes Hotshot happy it is praising!

— Wedge has night terrors occasionally, Hotshot takes it upon himself to do anticipatory awakening, he wakes Wedge about 15 minutes before his night terrors usually begin and they spend time together in the conversation pit before Wedge feels like he can enter his pod again.

— Wedge likes to make tunnels, Hotshot finds the entrance to one and gets lost immediately, Wedge flips out when he goes in and something grabs his foot. He ends up kicking Hotshot in the face, but hey! At least he got out.

— When they get older Wedge asks Heatwave himself for permission to court Hotshot since he is the closest Hotshot ever had to a parental figure (this doesn't mean he wasn't nervous at the time, he very much was) he's a very traditional bot when it comes to this stuff.

— Will they take the place as mentors one day? Who knows, but do not let any recruits in need of a parental figure near them THEY WILL LATCH ONTO THEM AND CLAIM THEM AS PARENTAL FIGURES.

— Hotshot would be chill about it probably (*coughs*he did the same with Heatwave*coughs*) but Wedge will shed a tear perhaps, he would get flashbacks when he was taken in by Optimus.

— They end up leading the team together in the future; Hotshot provides responsibility & dependability: he gets his team over the finishing line before himself, and Wedge provides strategic & critical thinking: He is good at making decisions even under heavy stress.

I can think of those for now! I was very unprepared for someone asking me these but I tried to think of every little thing I thought about them !!

As for the fic! I am writing one right now! It's a tiny one-shot, hurt/comfort fluff, something nice to add to the tag! I'm working hard on it and I hope I can get it out before I start my senior year!

hello!! your art tips were amazing and really helped me a lot, thank you for those <3 i just wanted to ask: do you have any advice for staying in the zone of suckiness… like when i draw something it’s never really what i wanted to come out but i know i gotta just keep going but i hate when it looks bad and it makes me not want to draw anymore 😭 just wondering if you’ve got any tips for how to power through that stuff 🙏

so, this one is really hard and i think it's an issue that u just have to kind of grapple with every time case-by-case (or at least it is for me...) bc on one hand, u will have more fun and progress more if u learn to push through/care less about those feelings, but also sometimes if u really are banging your head against a wall and it is straight up Not Fun the best thing u can do is let yourself fuck off and do something else for a while. my challenge is always finding the balance between those two options, or just learning to tell the difference, bc u don't want to be giving up every time u hit resistance and calling it "self care" but also beating urself up and dragging urself thru the gauntlet on principle isn't good either lol.

i think the thing that has helped me the most consistently is just trying to mentally lower the stakes. if you try to soften the emotional aspect of it, and put less weight on everything, it gets a lot easier to be chill about it. this involves a lot of asking myself "so what?", lmao.

"ugh this looks like SHIT, if i post this everyone is gonna think i'm some idiot who can't actually draw-" okay, so what.

"i've tried to draw this panel four times and i'm still not happy with it. i have to move on or i won't finish, but i know this panel is going to bother me every time i look at it!" yeah. so what.

"i thought i was doing well but then i zoomed out and the whole thing looks really weird and off-balance--" so what!!!! so what!!!! is someone going to die. am i killing someone. is my weird-looking art going to ruin someone's day. do i have some kind of sacred duty to sit here and hate it and redraw it over and over until i looks better. or is it, like, literally just not that serious.

and the thing is it IS serious in a lot of ways -- i've said this before, but the reason art (or any creative endeavor) gets so emotionally heightened is bc like, you give a shit about what you do!!! you care!!! you want it to look good, you want to be proud of what u put time and effort into, and you want people to like it and connect with it! that's the most normal thing in the world and we can't get rid of those feelings. but it's also not helping anyone, least of all yourself, to be so heavily impacted by those feelings that falling short of your own expectations is like, actually distressing. so for me soothing myself in the face of self-criticism by going "yeah, sure, you're right, this doesn't look the way i want it to -- but that's Okay. it's Fine for it to look kind of shitty. nothing bad is going to happen." has been pretty effective. i hope it can help you too!

Farmworld Finn Dominant and Jealous NSFW !!!

It was almost dusk, a slight chill in the air as the stars begin to twinkle their way into the night sky. You were helping Choose Bruce, (the farmworld version of Choose Goose). You were stocking the shelf while he was fixing the stand table again. His shop keeps getting destroyed to the point he got himself a weapon and keeps stuff to repair it nearby. Finn Mertens was just around the corner, keeping an eye on you two. There was nothing between you and Bruce, he just offered you some stuff in return for helping him keep his shop up and going. you would also go out and find things for him to barter with the customers. Even though Bruce had helped Finn in the past when he was little, Finn didn't like that you were spending so much time with him. With someone else.

You did not know why he had felt this way, especially when you go out with your friends or when some guy happened to be talking to you. Finn always seemed to disapprove of this.

Finn's POV: Why do they go out of their way to hangout with him? What does Bruce or anyone else have that I don't? Can't they see that I'm the only one who can really protect them? That I'm the only one who would do anything for them?

He felt that sick, boiling feeling. That internal irritation, narrowing his eyes whenever he saw someone else with you. Suspicious of anyone who seemed a little too friendly towards you. Ever since he had lost his wife, it was hard to find that sort of connection. That safety and security you feel when you are in love. Especially considering his upbringing. He was a proud father, yet such a lonely man who became wary of outsiders. You were the only other person who could come so close, who could understand him. You were so kind, and beautiful in his eyes. You sparked that old flame in his heart that used to burn for someone else. Now it burns for you, and he was so afraid of losing you. Losing you to someone better than him.

You wipe the sweat from your brow as you finish for the day. Everything was stocked up and fully repaired. Bruce handed you some trinkets for your hard work. An old cassette tape with the label worn from time, barely legible but might still work; a gold locket in the shape of a heart, scratched up without a picture inside as they often hold; and some food for you preserved in jars, along with some herbs in case you needed them. With as often as you helped him, of course he'd occasionally find things he would assume you'd like. Especially since you were the only one helping him in these trying times.

You grabbed your new things and started walking home, heading on over to the corner of... well... the Destiny gang keeps spray painting the signs but it used to be called "King Street" and "Molly Lane". Which just so happened to be where Finn was standing. He was leaning against the wall, he did not look happy. With a hint of irritation in his voice, he says to you, "You're still hanging out with Choose Bruce?". You reassure him, "We're just friends, Finn, what's wrong with that?". Finn crossed his arms and looked away, "Nothing, just.... I don't like seeing him around you." You sigh, and proceed to walk home. Finn takes a deep breath, then heads home himself.

Later that night, after you had put everything away, you make dinner. With it just being you here, you did not have to fix much but you do so anyways. Even though Finn always had that soup cooking in that kitchen, he and his kids thought it was nice to have something different every now and then. However, that is because they liked your cooking. You make a large amount of your favorite food, and put it in a big pan to share with them. It was dark, so you grab your trusty lantern before heading out.

Finn was setting the table when he heard a knock at the door. He heads over and opens it slightly to see you "it's late, did you really come down here all by yourself?". You nod and hold up the pan, it smelled so good. Finn's eyes widen, he really liked your cooking. He holds the door open and steps aside. You and the Mertens enjoy dinner together. The kids tell you about their day and Jake the dog crawls up to the table hoping for scraps.

After dinner, the kids head to bed while you helped with the dishes. As you washed the plates, you could hear Finn reading a story to them. He was such a good father. He must've been a good husband too.

As you put up the last of the plates, Finn sneaks up behind you. Wrapping his arms around you, pulling you close from behind. You could feel the cold metal of his mechanical arm. The warmth of his breath against your neck as he whispered in your ear, "can you stay the night?". You blush, then nod in response. With the way he was pressed against your back, while gently nuzzling your cheek, you knew where this was going. You turn around, then cup his cheeks as you pull him into a kiss. Feeling the bristles of his beard as your lips touched his. He held you tight. Beefy, toned muscles pressed against you during the embrace. His hand slowly drifts down to your waist. Your hands lower to caress his chest. Then suddenly he scoops you up, taking you to his bedroom.

He throws you down on the bed. Pulling off his white tank top and undoing his pants. You follow along, tossing your shirt aside and removing any other garments. Now fully exposed, you get on all fours. Ready to heed his every command. Finn was wearing nothing but his metal arm and some briefs. A firm bulge had formed on his groin area. With a smile he whispered, "You're gonna have to take it out." He leaned closer and growled seductively, "and don't stop unless I tell you to~". You obeyed, pulling his briefs down to reveal a girthy member. Hardened and ready for a kiss from you. You lick the shaft, from the balls to the tip. Occasionally kissing it along the way. (this time theyre not all are really connected to the lore post, but they may be confusing; so check it out if you haven't!)

he seems shy at first, but he's pretty chill if you leave a good impression on him

when he's shy, he speaks really quietly and only Jenna can understand him (and Lloyd, of course)

he may not have so much trauma now, but *looks at his older self* ohoho he will

when he was born, everyone had spoiled him so much, and Jenna kept playing with him at every chance she got!

he loves collecting pebbles! sometimes he'll go out to the monastery courtyard and just collect some of those pebbles he finds on the ground

with how he never left the monastery before, he can't imagine how big the world actually is, and he doesn't quite understand it, until he went to the crossroads for the first time

during those 5 years, Lloyd was practically his father figure since he had no one else, he knew he was his uncle of course but his mind couldn't process the fact that his actual father was Jay, never even knowing him (atleast properly)

he also has a big obsession for animals, he hated how he never saw them in real life but loved learning about them and watching documentries! (It bores Jenna to death)

his favourite animals are cheetahs, he always calls Jenna a 'cheetah' because of how fast she is

plus, whenever Lloyd goes to the crossroads to get some stuff, he sometimes brings him an animal plush when he could, so he has a literal collection of them

he also has little animal minifugures and ninja minifigures, too!

his room's walls' were also painted by Jenna! there's some landscapes too and alot of animals

unlike Jenna, he doesn't have that big of an intrest in drawing, but he does have a secret intrest in writing

he loves to embroider too!

he also only learns to draw for the purpose of drawing animals

he'll come out as bi in the future, continuing the chain of The Bi Walkers™

he hogs the TV from Jenna and tells her to use her phone instead, he loves to play videogames on it (and will soon become a master)

he usually watches Jenna and Lloyd when they train, most of the time it's out of boredom

when Jenna tells him about her time at school, he doesn't really like the idea of school because of the amount of people, he prefers studying with Lloyd

he didn't really like Kai at first, but he didn't say anything and made an attempt to spend time with him

same thing with Zane, but he was so amazed when se saw him for the first time and would ask him to make him some small sculptures

he loves books! he borrowed alot of of them from the team and Lloyd would get him his own books, too

he secretly prefers the romance ones, and will have collections of that genre in the future

unlike Jenna, he isn't that afraid of blood

he's actually a bit afraid of water, the first time he went to a pool he screamed and did not want to go in

he got used to it after a while and became a somewhat good swimmer, but still got an uneasy feeling whenever he's around it

that was also one of the reasons why he couldn't control his powers

he, Finn, and Noah's usual movie on their movie nights is a sappy Cliff Gordon romance movie, they never get bored of it lmao

he loves being carried!! he always asks either Jenna or Lloyd to carry him, and when his 5 new siblings came along Noah was carrying him almost all the time and he loved it, throw him in the air and he'll laugh like crazy (baby boy 😭)

another point added to the 'touch starved jayling' chart, he LOVES hugs and would never give up the chance to hug someone! he loves getting a whole lot of kisses too

he loves to help in the kitchen whenever he could from his love of cooking, and is extremely obsessed with muffins

his favourite colour isn't red or blue either, he really really loves orange for some reason, the clothes he's wearing is just clothing borrowed from Jenna's old ones!

he also stole that smile pin from Jenna, which was originally Jay's

he also took that headband when he one time snuck into Nya's locked room, his fringes annoy him alot so he wears it almost all the time, Nya was suprised when she saw him wearing it

is very inquisitive and curious, he'll never shut up if he has a question or notices something

he hates seeing someone distressed, and tries to comfort them the best he could

he's that sibling that would listen to your rants without ever getting bored, he loves listening to people rant, and would gladly listen to you if you need to talk about something

he knows about Jenna's PTSD, he doesn't know the full backstory but knows that whenever she needs alone time, he needs to leave her alone

when they reunited with Nya, he was still a bit wary of her and left Jenna to spend most of his time with her, but he quickly got used to having her around

Jay wasn't the smoothest thing either, Ethan did not want to be around him because he already had a bad impression on him

is obviously the baby of the siblings, literally no one can hate this little guy

he was afraid of Kaida too, and he didn't like the way she and Jenna fought, he'd always get scared when they did

he was also afraid of Kaida, Quinn and Tessa of taking Jenna's place as his older sister, he didn't understand that they were all his sisters

but once he did, he was pretty close to Kaida especially!

he, Kaida and Noah share their immense love for animals, and Noah always reads him his animal books along with Kaida

he also tags along Tessa and Noah when they watch animal planet

he absolutely loves hoodies and jackets, and when he saw all the sisters with their aviator jackets he so badly wanted one too

he doesn't really like pranks and thinks theyre rude, he'd only tag along if they're harmless

Jenna and Kaida taught him how to use insults, no regrets lmao

Quinn loves him to death, she loves borrowing his headband!

Kaida also teaches him how to use a gun, he literally gets so excited when she does

Tessa also uses him as a benchpress, he's so small she can literally benchpress him with one hand

there's never a time you won't find Noah carrying him or having him on his shoulders when they spend time together

he becomes the best cook out of his siblings, 10/10s every single time

in the future, he volunteers in orphanages, animal farms and schools while JJ became an actress!

he also becomes one of the tall siblings, maxing at 5'8 oh boy

You were so laidback and easy going that you two had a nice conversation where he taught you a few things about mythology (given his age and position he does have an interest in those subjects). It was nice and you two decided to do it every month, then every two weeks and you see where it is going. Stolas just likes coming to you to cool off with no repercussions. It’s what made him fall for you. He confessed after inviting you to watch the stars or a movie he thinks you’d like (high chance you already watched it before but shhh). He confess and also tell you real quick about his marriage situation in case you want out.

Stolas is a caring and passionate lover. His love language is mostly affection and quality time but I believe he’ll wait till you’re ready if you catch my drift. He LOVES spoiling you with numerous gifts and dates. He’d be pretty upset (pouty) if he’s not your go to contact when you need help. He wants to be someone you can rely on, a safe space for you just like you are for him. His gifts range from cinema/concert tickets and your favorite snacks (he doesn’t consider any food as a gift) to actual mythological pieces and priceless violons. Sometimes they even come from his personal collection.

Stolas lives for your chaotic moments! He highly encourages them which results in weekly trouble for both of you (you’re always safe dw but he did get you two banned from a few places). When your hot headed side comes out he’s here to calm you down or get angrier on your behalf. There is no in between cuz your couple is pretty much in sinc. It means you either calm the other down or join them.

Despite his extraverted self, Stolas enjoys some home time. Especially with you. He actually purchases a house in the human world and spends most of his time there now. He wants (begs) you to move in with him. This house has a huge library, two studies, a music room and a very much needed coffee corner. Yeah with those machines you see on tiktok with all the material. Stolas isn’t a morning person at all so he needs his daily coffee and only accepts premium quality. He invested in a home cinema and loves binge watching with you. Those are all things he didn’t get to do often so discovering them with you is a priceless experience in his eyes. Horror doesn’t bother him at all and he can show you much better horror tbh. Stolas also likes analyzing things with you (he listens and chimes in) and actually keeps up with your fixations really well. His favorite thing to do at home is to stay glued to your side.

Stolas often drags you to dance with him in the music room. He is attentive to your tastes and shows you his favorite pieces too! In general he is an attentive lover who adapts to your needs without being overbearing. If you accept his flaws your relation will be…stellar.

Your hazbin match is...Husk!

I did hesitate between a few characters (mainly Vaggie) but in the end Husk won. He’s chill but knows how to have fun. And he’s loyal.

You were at the hotel when you got to know Husk. He was being his usual snarky self but after a few nights (and talks) he slowly became friendlier. He even cracked jokes with you! Music definitely got the two of you to bond. You became someone he felt at ease with. The moment Husk considered sharing some of his problems with you he knew he fell, and fell hard. He started being more attentive to your needs and lost in your voice during your conversations. Everyone knew he was in love so one night they somehow managed to leave the two alone for the night. That’s when he confessed, knowing he couldn’t hold it in any longer.

As mentioned beforehand, Husk is a very attentive boyfriend. His love language is mostly acts of service and some quality time. He makes you your favorite drinks and will even learn the ways of a coffee barista for you. He’s proud of the way he makes you smile and feel loved as well as being your shoulder to vent to. Husk knows he has a way with words and people to make them feel at ease, he’d say it’s a positive trait of his that’s why he wants you to be included in it. Plus he gives good advices for someone with so many bad decisions. Husk likes going on weekly dates with you (besides dinner together every night that he cooks) to watch new movies. He’s mostly a domestic guy so going out in public is something he’d only do for you.

Husk calm demeanor is really helpful when you start getting irrational. He always help you keep a head on your shoulders and is the rational voice. Doesn’t mean he won’t encourage you to go ape shit when someone deserves it. While he prefers the calm, Husk still enjoys your occasional chaotic moments. He knows you try to lessen them for him but isn’t fully opposed to them as long as you’re safe. Low chance he’ll join you but some nagging will work. People are surprised that he’s with someone way more energetic than him but he just shoots some lovey dovey comment and they shut it. Angel is probably your biggest cheerleader in the relationship, he gives a lot of (sometimes helpful) advices to Husk.

While your hobbies differ greatly, I can see Husk appreciating them a lot. Especially your artistic side that he fully encouraged. He’s always there when you practice, even when you get frustrated or have an art block. Husk will become your hype man and do his best to motivate you. He probably got the binge watching habit from you much to Alastor dismay and he actually gets into soap operas….it’s funny to watch. Husk likes listening to you analyze or talk about greek mythology. He’s not great at that but tries to participate (he likes listening to your voice).

Husk will lessen his drinking habits with you. He wants to be the best version of himself for you just like you are for him. He’s really trying and it’s commendable. His gambling is another issue and he needs another fixation for him to stop. I guess with you it could become watching tv as it takes up a lot of his time (not saying that in a negative way but you see what I mean). Aesthetically talking, you two also fit together if we judge by clothing type and your personal aesthetic. Overall he might not be the best guy but he’s willing to change for his love.
