Full moon in virgo 2/24/24! I always unintentionally align trips with the full and new moons.

This one in particular is happening in my 7th house (relationships) while I have plans of exploring a new city filled with tons of new people. Needless to say I’m excited!

Full Moon Energy = heightened energy/emotional intensity, release, embracing new beginnings, transformation, grounding, harmony & balance, culmination, fruition, manifestation 

Leo Energy = sociable, grand displays and gestures, courageous, recognition, leadership, loyal, protective, heart desires, creativity and expression (BIG EGO) 

Full Moon + Leo Energy = EMBRACING parts of our unique selves that are beneficial & positive to us individually and to others 

-Especially the parts of you that are good/you love that others think or have said or act like are flaws/negative. 

RELEASING parts of ourselves that are holding us back from realizing our highest dreams/selves. 

-Shadow side of self that need works 

-Explore persona/alter ego/habits that used to serve you in years past that are no longer serving you and/or are counterproductive to your life goals and direction now. 

 

Takeaway: All parts of our EGO are not bad. We all need to get our egos in order, but MANY of us also need to tap into it more! It’s ok to have self-esteem! It’s ok to have self-confidence! It’s ok to pat yourself on the back & cheer loudly for yourself! You can remain humble in spirit AND be proud of yourself & work at the same time. The key is balance. But you have to start learning how to celebrate yourself and your wins! To help heal that inner child that constantly looked for validation outside themselves and never found it.  

There are also ideas/thoughts/habits we have been carrying with us since we were young. Baby, LIG!!! (Let It Go!) The things that hurt and triggered you as a child should NOT still be triggers for you 20, 30, 40+ years later! Can you imagine STILL being mad about some shit from 3rd grade and you have grandkids in 3rd grade? Let that shit go so that you can begin to grow! And there are many parts of us that served us during the time they existed, and they were good. But moving up to different levels requires us to shed and grow and sometimes, things that have always worked for us will no longer serve us in this new season of our lives. Release things that are no longer serving you. Doesn’t make them bad parts of you. They served their purpose, and now, it is time for something new.

Tonight, I’ve been captivated by the mysterious allure of the night sky and the nearly full moon. Its beauty is truly stunning, casting a mesmerizing glow that fills me with wonder. Yet, amidst this breathtaking sight, I can’t help but feel the weight of emotions stirring within me. The approaching full moon in Scorpio seems to amplify every feeling. These past few days have been moments of introspection, tears, exhaustion, and a desire to withdraw from the world.
